Biden’s War: Pennsylvania Division Deployed!

On 09OCT2022, Pennsylvania Army National Guard’s 28th Infantry Division held a deployment ceremony.  The oldest division sized unit in the United States is being deployed for Operation Spartan Shield. The U.S. Army side of Operation Spartan Shield is called Task Force Spartan, which is dependent upon part time Army National Guard and Army Reserve units.

The more than 5-hundred Pennsylvania Militia personnel will join other Guard units from around the U.S. already serving, or deploying, under Task Force Spartan.

The commander of the 28th Infantry Division, Major General Mark McCormack, ignorantly and arrogantly stated “…the presence of American soldiers helps to calm things wherever that volatility happens to be…”, forgetting that much of the world’s volatility can be traced to the yet to be officially declared War on Terror, and, that it is a direct result of “the presence of American soldiers.”

But Major General Mark McCormack, also, in the same statement, admitted “We have an interest in the region, we have partners in the region and our deployment is to reassure partners.”

Idaho one of only 11 states supplying most of the human cannon fodder for the Obama regime?

The biggest tax sucking states in the U.S., the ‘New England’ states, along with Mormon HQ Utah, refuse to support their own demand for the False Flag war on terror!

Economically depressed Idaho is one of 11 states supplying the most military personnel for the never ending, and undeclared, war on terror. That’s according to the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD)!

Alaska, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia provide the most military recruits (between the ages of 17 and 24), per capita, than any of the other U.S. states!  (when counting actual ‘boots on the ground’ recruits Texas leads the way)

By sharp contrast, Defense Secretary Ash Carter stated that Vermont, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Minnesota, North Dakota and Utah provide the least number of recruits (per capita).  It should be noted that Mormon dominated, and federal tax funding dependant, Utah not only has the lowest recruitment per capita, but is also near the bottom as far as actual ‘boots on the ground’ recruits go (only 113 Utahans joined up in 2004)!

In 2014 DoD administrators could not explain the disparity in recruitment data.  Today, instead of blaming it on economic realities (top 11 per capita recruiting states do not have many job opputunities for youth, however, recent data suggests that the majority of recruits come from middle class families) DoD analysts are claiming that computer tech driven youth are intentionaly avoiding traditional marketing (recruiting) campaigns: “All of us recognize that with the advent of multimedia, social media, the internet, that we all consume information in a very different way. It used to be … your television and radio were your primary sources of entertainment and information.”-Stephanie Miller, DoD

The decline in overall recruiting is also blamed on base shutdowns and fewer and fewer families with relatives in the military.

Ash Carter is leading the DoD’s recruitment changes under a program called Force of the Future.  Carter says the DoD will make major changes not only to recruiting efforts (like a new ‘digital’ recruitment campaign) but to applicant testing and medical processing (ASVAB & MEPS).

World War 3, Asia-Pacific Front: USMC admits Iraq, Afghanistan & War on Terror just preps for war with China!

The U.S. Marine Corps has revealed a new COIN policy; kill the enemy, then kiss and make up afterwards: “Asking young Marines to kill at one time and not at the other, and being able to talk to someone immediately after coming out of a firefight…”-USMC Brigadier General Richard Simcock, Marine Corps Forces Pacific

According to several USMC sources the new policy, being run out of the Center for Advanced Operational Culture Learning in Quantico, Virginia, is a way of preparing Marines for future/expected military operations in the Asian-Pacific area (ie China).   The policy went into effect in October 2012.

Also, USMC non-coms will now have to ‘volunteer’ to become experts in the cultural values of certain regions of the Asia-Pacific, if they want to be considered for further promotions.

This seems to coincide with the island hopping exercises that have been taking place off the coast of California since 2010.  Those war games involve Japan, Australia, New Zealand, United States and even Canada.

I remember when soldiers and Marines considered being used as nation building Global cops abhorrent.  But in 2006, USA General David Patreaus and USMC General James Mattis revised U.S. COIN policy in FM 3-24 Counterinsurgency, saying “Soldiers and Marines are expected to be nation-builders….” 

Former U.S. Ambassador to Iraq, Ryan Crocker, says the future military adventures of the United States will require soldiers and Marines to double as diplomats.  (as a former warrior with California & Idaho Army National Guards, during the Cold War and post Cold War, I say bullshit on that!)

USMC officials have admitted that they have been given orders from the Commander in Chief, Barack Obama, to focus on the Asia-Pacific region.

USMC Major Thomas Ross stated that the experiences of Afghanistan and Iraq were instrumental in leading up to the current U.S. policy in the Asia-Pacific region.  This can only mean that the United States government is about to launch a war of control (in the name of fighting terrorism?) in that region.

On March 21, 2012, a candidate running for the office of President of France, told interviewers that: “No, not all her fortune. There are many other sources, but it’s a series of trafficking operations within which, yes, there were drugs.”-Jacques Cheminade

Now, March 26, 2012, the U.K.’s Financial Services Authority (FSA) is backing up Cheminade’s claims against the Queen!  The FSA says the Royal family is involved in what looks like money laundering and possibly drug trafficking!

The FSA fined Coutts, which is the official bank of the Royal family, 8.75 million pounds ($13.8 million USD), for failing to prevent money laundering among other things: “The failings at Coutts were serious, systemic and were allowed to persist for almost three years. They resulted in an unacceptable risk of Coutts handling the proceeds of crime.”– Financial Services Authority statement

Coutts is a division of RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland).  RBS officials say they’ve tried to comply with years of FSA regulations: “Since the FSA first raised its concerns, we have implemented a number of improvements to prevent any recurrence of these failings. Regulatory reforms continue apace.”-Rory Tapner, RBS

The thing is the FSA brought up the issue of money laundering, which would include the possibility of drug dealing, back in 2007!  FSA says about 75% of Coutts accounts are suspicious.  FSA also says about 75% of all British banks fail to check the legitimacy of their clients deposits!

Coutts began in 1692, and had clients such as Charles Dickens, William Pitt, the Duke of Wellington, David Livingstone, P.T. Barnum, Frederick Chopin and King George III.   If you don’t think the Royal family could be involved in drug dealing go study the Opium Wars.

The United Kingdom is supposed to be an ally of the U.S. in the so called War on Terror.  Part of that ‘War’ includes fighting money laundering and drug trafficking, because it supposedly funds terrorists.  This is more proof that the elites are actually running the money laundering and drug trafficking operations, while screwing us commoners over!  They are the real terrorists!

Russian media have interviewed Iraqi militia, who are associated with al-Qaeda, as they prepared to go to Syria to join the U.S. and Israeli backed Free Syria Army.

The group was once known as the Army of Free Iraqis, and with support from al-Qaeda they regularly fought against U.S. troops.

In one photo an Iraqi held up his hand, which had written on it “Free Syria” indicating he was heading to Syria to join the U.S. backed insurgency.

Both Syrian, and Iraqi government officials have stated that many of the so called democracy demonstrators were actually from outside Syria.

Even Director of U.S. National Intelligence, James Clapper, said recent bombings in Syria “…had all the earmarks of an al-Qaeda-like attack, and so we believe al-Qaeda in Iraq is extending its reach into Syria.”

Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make men slay each other.

Canadian Police State: It’s official, Canada legalizes Torture. Canadian officials are the real terrorists, by creating a Canadian culture of Fear! The Terrorists have won!

The Canadian media has revealed that in December 2010, the Canadian government essentially legalized the use of torture in the name of “public safety”!

Canadian media sources obtained the info by using Canada’s freedom of information law.  In other words the legalization of torture was not made public by public officials!

The December 2010 approval of the use of torture directly contradicts a 2009 directive, which forbade Canadian courts, and law enforcers, from using statements made by people subjected to torture.

This new directive allows Canadian Security Intelligence Service to use statements from people who’ve been tortured.  A statement by Canada’s Public Safety Minister, Vic Toews, shows how fearful Canadian leaders have become: “Information obtained by torture is always discounted, but the problem is, can one safely ignore it if Canadian lives and property are at stake?”

What’s the definition of terrorism?  It is to spread terror, fear, throughout a society, to cause radical change in that society.  Looks like the terrorist (who ever they are) have won!

January 1, 2012, welcome to the new NAZI-land: The United Police States of America!  On December 31, President Barack Obama (the BS Peace Prize winner) quietly signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012.

The 2012 Defense Act gives the President of the U.S. (regardless of who is President) the authority to use active duty military forces to police the United States, in the name of fulfilling the September 18, 2001, Authorization for Use of Military Force law.  That law, signed by former President Bush Jr, was essentially a Congressional order given to the office of the President to conduct a War on Terror, after the September 11, 2001 attacks.

So, this new Defense Act not only provides the Defense Department with more than $600 billion in taxpayer dollars, but it expands the 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force law to inside the United States.

It would “…permit the federal government to indefinitely detain American citizens on American soil, without  charge or trial, at the discretion of the President.”-Justin Amash, U.S. Representative from Michigan, one of five House Republicans who voted against the bill

It allows the government to imprison anyone that is suspected of being a terrorist, indefinitely, without being charged or tried in a court of law!  The clause in the new law is the old fail safe for control freak elitists who run this country: “National Security”.

President Obama (a graduate of Harvard Law School) claims he will not use the new law in an arbitrary way: “…I want to clarify that my Administration will not authorize the indefinite military detention without trial of American citizens. Indeed, I believe that doing so would break with our most important traditions and values as a Nation. My Administration will interpret section 1021 in a manner that ensures that any detention it authorizes complies with the Constitution, the laws of war, and all other applicable law.”

The Hunt for War Criminals Bush Jr & Blair: African countries refuse to arrest, fearful of U.S. & U.K. reprisals, getting U.S. taxpayer dollars more important

Last week Amnesty International naively asked three pro-U.S. African countries to arrest George W. Bush.

Bush, along with the United Kingdom’s Tony Blair, were convicted in an international court of being War Criminals.   Last week Bush visited Tanzania, Zambia and Ethiopia, and Amnesty International asked those governments to arrest him.

The problem is all those countries are deep in the pockets of the U.S. taxpayer, pro-U.S./U.K. and anti-Musilm (maybe not Tanzania which has 35% of the population claiming to be Muslims).  In fact ‘Christian’ Ethiopia was paid with U.S. taxpayer money to invade Musilm Somalia, on July 20, 2006, for the purpose of deposing the Muslim government (as part of the U.S. War on Terror).   The Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Meles Zenawi, has the nickname America’s Poodle.

However, that doesn’t mean that Ethiopians don’t think Bush Jr isn’t a War Criminal, they admit it’s all about getting the U.S. taxpayer dollar: “Bush is a criminal, but Ethiopia should not be involved in arresting a former U.S. president. We would pay for that in our relations with the U.S.”-Abiy Demilew, Ethiopian radio show host

The same can be said for the Tanzanian government. Tanzanian political analyst, Azaveli Lwaitama, admits the U.S. is evil but says “…the Tanzanian government needs every coin it can get, even from the devil.” Also, concerning the British and the chances of arresting  Blair: “A few weeks ago when David Cameron [ U.K. Prime Minister] said that anti-gay attitude in this country would mean British aid drying up, the same government people talked about neo-imperialism. You now have the bigger imperialist Bush here and they are clapping!”

Tanzanian journalists say Amnesty International is extremely naive in expecting their government to arrest Bush or Blair: “Tanzania’s constitution prohibits former heads of state from being prosecuted, it would have made more sense for Amnesty International to approach the International Criminal Court to stop him from flying here at all.”-Mike Mande,  journalist

The government of ‘Christian’ Zambia was even more ‘in your face’ about Amnesty’s naivety: “Tell them to hang, and also please ask them to create their own country and wait for Bush to visit their country so that they can arrest him to suit their wish and not here in Zambia.”-Chishimba Kambwili, Foreign Affairs Minister of Zambia

The points are well made.  Amnesty International was totally naive to think pro-U.S. and pro-U.K. African countries, who’re deep into the pockets of British and ‘merican taxpayers, would arrest Bush Jr and Blair.

War on Terror: Bush Jr & Blair found Guilty of War Crimes by International Court! Arrest warrants forthcoming in Africa?

On 22NOV2011 an International Court, in Malaysia, found George W. Bush, and Tony Blair guilty of war crimes in Iraq. Now African nations are being asked to issue arrest warrants for Bush Jr.

“There is also a recommendation that this (the findings) be circulated to the states because all states [countries] have universal jurisdiction. Therefore, whenever Bush or Blair appear within their shores there is an obligation on the international law to commit these international war criminals through the justice system.”-Gurdial Singh Nijar, prosecutor

In a unanimous decision, all seven members of the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal found Bush Jr and Blair guilty of crimes against peace and humanity, and also violated other international laws when they ordered the invasion of Iraq in March 2003.

Amnesty International is demanding that several African countries arrest Bush Jr.  He’s on an African tour right now, supposedly to raise awareness of cancer, and HIV/AIDS.

It’s been reported that the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal will now try Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and Alberto Gonzales.

Bush Jr already canceled a trip to Switzerland this year, after reports said the Swiss would arrest him on sight, over allegations of ordering the torture of prisoners held in overseas military bases.

Two U.S. Senators came up with what is probably the greatest threat to our Constitutional freedoms, section 1031 of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 (S.1253.RS).  Those Senators are Carl Levin of Michigan, and John McCain of Arizona (I guess McCain’s time as a POW in Vietnam destroyed the concept of American freedom in his mind).

Section 1031 of the bill would “…basically say in law for the first time that the homeland is part of the battlefield…”-Lindsey Graham, U.S. Senator from South Carolina, and supporter of the bill

“America is part of the battlefield.”-Kelly Ayotte, U.S. Senator from New Hampshire, and supporter of the bill

(Note: I’m not sure if the above quotes were actually stated by those Senators.  I found one site that attributed the quotes as actually coming from an ACLU publication.  In the short time I spent trying to confirm the quotes I was not able to find anything directly linking them.  But they do support the bill.)

“One section of these provisions, section 1031, would be interpreted as allowing the military to capture and indefinitely detain American citizens on U.S. soil. Section 1031 essentially repeals the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 by authorizing the U.S. military to perform law enforcement functions on American soil. That alone should alarm my colleagues on both sides of the aisle, but there are other problems with these provisions that must be resolved.”-Mark Udall, U.S. Senator from Colorado, who opposes the bill

The bill already passed the House of Representatives back in May. Ron Paul was one of five House Republicans who opposed it:  “I have a personal belief that you never have to give up liberty for security. You can still provide security without sacrificing our Bill of Rights. You can prevent crimes by becoming a police state . . . So if you advocate the police state, yes, you can have safety and security and you might prevent a crime, but the crime then will be against the American people and against our freedoms.”

Section 1031 states: “The Armed Forces of the United States are authorized to detain covered persons captured in the course of hostilities authorized by the Authorization for Use of Military Force…”

The Authorization for Use of Military Force was approved under the Bush Jr administration on September 18, 2001.  It specifically says that the President is authorized to take any action “he” feels is necessary to capture those who plotted the 9/11 attacks, and “…to prevent any future acts of international terrorism against the United States…”

This is where critics of S.1253.RS section 1031 say the military could be used on U.S. soil to go after U.S. citizens.  S.1253.RS section 1031 would allow the President to use the military within the United States, if the President felt it necessary to do so, in fulfilling the 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force.

S.1253.RS section 1031 also says: “Long-term detention under the law of war without trial until the end of hostilities against the nations, organizations, and persons subject to the Authorization for Use of Military Force.” This is where critics of the bill say you could be held in military prisons indefinitely.

However, the section 1031 does not allow the wanton detention of U.S. citizens: “The authority to detain a person under this section does not extend to the detention of citizens or lawful resident aliens of the United States on the basis of conduct taking place within the United States except to the extent permitted by the Constitution of the United States.”

That part is tricky. Basically you’d have to be found in violation of, or simply suspected of violating U.S. laws to be detained by military forces.  This is where critics say the military could be used as a police force. That’s the sinister part of section 1031, and it’s related sections under Subtitle D – – Detainee Matters, of S.1253.RS: It does not require that you be charged with a crime, let alone being convicted in a court trial, nor does it require any substantial evidence to justify your detention.

The other problem is that section 1031 says detention will last “…until the end of hostilities…” When you’re fighting an open ended, vague War on Terror, how the freak do you know when it’s finished?  Take some political science courses on terrorism and you’ll realize that as long as people get ripped off by the establishment (whether they actually do get ripped off, or it’s just in their minds) there will always be acts of “terror”. 

President Barack Obama claims he will veto the bill if it passes the Senate.  However, there are fears that if someone like Newt Gingrich becomes President in 2012, then the bill would become law.
