“Bag it, Ship it, Forget it!”: Drugs, the American Way, May 2018

Incomplete (tip-o-the iceberg) list of U.S. drugs related crimes and oddities for the month of May 2018.

“If we don’t get tough on the drug dealers, we are wasting our time. And that toughness includes the death penalty.”-President Donald Trump, Manchester, New Hampshire, 19MAR2018

United States Naval Institute News:  U.S. Navy admits at least 10 Navy SEALs were high on cocaine

Official Air National Guard video promoting the concept of prescription drug ‘Take Away’, “Bag it, Ship it, Forget it!”:

NBC: Foreign cartels embrace home-grown marijuana in pot-legal states

ALABAMA: Walker County has the highest percentage of drug deaths relating to its population.  Drug raid in Dekalb County captures 1.3-kilos (three pounds) of meth, 1.3-kilos of marijuana, 20 illegal guns, $30-thousand USD in cash and captured two men believed to be from Mexico.  Three children were also found in the home, the raid was the result of “several months” of investigations.  Tallapoosa County Narcotics Task Force conducted multiple raids, capturing 14 alleged druggies, 180-grams of synthetic marijuana, 100-grams of marijuana, several grams of methamphetamine, crack and heroin, four guns, one vehicle and $8-thousand-761 in cash.    Marshall County Drug Task Force captured more than 50 people (they had warrants for 1-hundred) in one night, Sheriff Scott Walls says it’s the biggest round-up of druggies in the past 38 years: “The majority of these arrests are crystal meth, there are heroin cases mixed in with this. We’re living in a time where that seems to be the norm, where people are selling in their communities, and we have a lot of drug abuse, and this is the first step to solving some of those problems.”

What’s sad about the above statement is that these druggie round-ups have been going on ever since the Reagan Era of the War on Drugs, and as you can see it has had no effect on the reduction of illegal drug use.   Also, local news media is publishing the names of the people captured, I mean arrested.  In the United States you’re supposed to be considered innocent until proven otherwise in court, not by police, news media or by public opinion.

ALASKA: The White House Office of National Drug Control Policy declared Alaska to be a high-intensity drug trafficking area, opening up federal level taxpayer funding to police. Federal prosecutors in Anchorage discovered a new tactic of drug dealers; intentionally getting captured.  People are intentionally getting arrested in the hopes they can smuggle into prison drugs and illegal guns.

Gun Ban Fail: Maine cop has AR-15 and pistol stolen! Hundreds of police guns stolen every year!

27JUN2018 /23:30 UTC-07 Tango 06  (07 Tir 1397/14 Shawwal 1439/15 Wu-Wu 4716)

Somebody broke into a Maine State Police car and stole the 5.56mm (.223 caliber) AR-15 assault rifle and .38 caliber pistol, possibly “for cash or drugs.”  The pistol was found during an investigation into another burglary, the AR-15 is still missing.

This is not the first time a cop had his/her weapons stolen, despite stricter gun laws, and even un-Constitutional efforts to ban guns.  Hundreds, possibly thousands (because it’s rarely made public) of police guns go missing every year across the United States!

Total Gun Ban Fail: School shooting in anti-gun Japan!

26JUN2018 /20:13 UTC-07 Tango 06  (06 Tir 1397/13 Shawwal 1439/14 Wu-Wu 4716)

“No one shall possess a firearm or firearms or a sword or swords.”-Japanese law, however, after a long permitting procedure a person can own a single-fire gun designed for hunting or sport-shooting (you must first own a shotgun for ten years without incident before owning a rifle)

https://youtu.be/iebpXJ0XQz0

Once again, U.S. puppet Japan’s total gun ban has failed.  This time a military veteran stabbed to death a cop, took his gun and shoots to death a school security guard.  4-hundred students hunkered down in the small Okuda Elementary School’s gym.  The military vet was then shot and wounded by police.

On Japanese state TV (NHK) stunned parents made the usual statement; “I never thought it could happen here!”  But as opposed to the United States, where owning a military grade weapon (that’s what the word ‘arms’ means) is a Constitutional Right, in Japan there is a near total gun ban (even edged weapons).

Toyama Police say the veteran had three knives in his possession, they became aware of the veteran after people called in saying a man with knives was hanging around the school.  Reports say teachers tried defending the school with broomsticks (after the security guard was killed). A woman told The Japan Times that she thought the area was safe “because there’s a police box near here.”  She never thought anybody would attack a gun armed cop with a knife.

Update: Japanese news reports suggest the veteran might have been bullied at work, by his boss.

Japan’s national police agency admitted that in 2017 there were at least 22 documented cases of guns being used in crimes.

God is Evil: ICE hits Hobby Lobby, returns Sumerian artifacts to Iraq!

18JUN2018 /23:26 UTC-07 Tango 06  (29 Khordad 1397/05 Shawwal 1439/06 Wu-Wu 4716)

“Such efforts are to be noted, not only do they enforce the law they serve as a sense of historic justice, and they help in the fight against criminal and terrorist networks.-Fareed Yasseen, Iraqi Ambassador to the United States

Not even a year after first getting into trouble, the co-owners of Hobby Lobby/Museum of the Bible are in trouble again.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is returning more than 3-thousand smuggled Sumerian/Babylonian/Ancient Iranian (primarily from the Ur III and Old Babylonian period, 2100-1600 BCE) artifacts to Iraq.  The tablets and cylinders were illegally acquired by the ‘christian’ owned Hobby Lobby for its new Bible Museum in Washington DC.

On 02MAY2018 the Iraqi ambassador to the U.S. signed documents with ICE for the return of archaeological items, bought by Hobby Lobby which inadvertently(?) provided $1.6-million USD of funding for Islamic extremists.

The ‘christians’ who run Hobby Lobby tried to smuggle in the artifacts by labeling the boxes as Tile Samples.   The criminal act was discovered by  ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Special Agents, in conjunction with Assistant U.S. Attorneys at United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, investigating funding ops for DAIISH (Islamic State).  U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intercepted the smuggled items.

Hobby Lobby must now pay a $3-million fine, plus other punitive actions.  This isn’t the first time ICE returned stolen artifacts to Iraq.

“You can’t stop the church!”: U.S. christian rapture, April 2018

Incomplete (tip-o-the iceberg) list of U.S. Christian shutdowns, layoffs and Rapture oddities for the Gregorian (western christian calendar) month of April 2018.

Catholic Relief Services revealed that in 2017 about 14-thousand  parishes and schools in the United States were helped with the Lenten Rice Bowl food program.  However, Catholic Relief Services also admitted that only 25% of donations collected for the program actually go to help low income Catholics, where those donations were collected, the remaining 75% is spent on Catholic agriculture/education/micro-loan operations around the world.

Alabama: A former pastor with Mount Gilead Baptist Church charge with child sex crimes.  The attorney for the former pastor said his client is being charged on “the slimmest and most vague allegations I’ve ever seen.”  A man arrested for stealing just over $20-thousand USD from the Mayfair Church of Christ, he confessed in front of the congregation.  A construction worker fell 12 meters (40 feet) while working on a new day care building for the Tanner Williams Assembly of God.

Alaska: At the Anchorage Community House-Church of Love political activists (described by local news media as “left leaning”) were prepping for a non-violent civil disobedience demonstration when a man burst in and pepper sprayed them.   Also in Anchorage, a woman praying at Holy Family Cathedral says a man burst in an exposed himself to her (say, isn’t that similar to how Virgin Mary got pregnant?).

Arizona: A Phoenix woman accused of using a tazer to wake up her son so they wouldn’t be later for Easter Sunday services.   The Sacred Heart Church, in Tucson, is so desperate for money they held a document shredding event, $5 per box.  Interestingly the event was co-sponsored by a local politician.  In Peoria, police finally arrested a man for stealing a trailer filled with $40-thousand USD worth of christian idols, from the Cross of Glory Lutheran Church.  Police got a tip the trailer was parked in an apartment parking lot, a man was living inside, police say the homeless man admitted to trading the church idols for drugs.

Arkansas: In Warren, despite being on the National Register of Historic Places god was powerless to stop ‘his’ New Zion A.M.E. Zion Church from being torn down after being condemned because the roof caved in.

California: Presbyterian founded Walmart issued a shutdown WARN for its store in Simi Valley, 130 jobs gone by June!  The California Catholic Conference is warning “Could a California bill ban Christian teaching on homosexuality?”   Anti-gun laws failed to stop a man from stabbing to death a woman in the parking lot of the City of Refuge Church in Gardena, because she broke off their relationship. The man was arrested a few days later in Texas, hiding in his ex-wife’s house.  The First Congregational Church of Oakland has joined a growing list of churches now refusing to call police for help, not even for acts of violence, because they believe the police of The Beast, I mean police of local government are the problem.   In San Diego, the First Unitarian Universalist Church joined the growing list of churches harboring illegal immigrants, saying 93% of its members approved the decision. San Francisco’s Grace Cathedral replaced The Virgin Mary with a Beyoncé Mass.  Church leaders claim Beyoncé is the new goddess, I mean spiritual leader of black women: “Conservative Christians see a high wall separating the Church from the world; Progressive Christians do not.”-Reverend Jude Harmon

Colorado: Centura Health’s Saint Mary-Corwin Medical Center laying off 3-hundred people, but then says that it’ll hire back most of them!  Centura Health’s Longmont United Hospital eliminating less than 30 jobs due to a variety of reasons. Porter Adventist Hospital admitted that an infection control breach, which potentially exposed 5-thousand-8-hundred patients, was caused by human error.  The state Department of Public Health and Environment has confirmed that several of Porter Adventist Hospital’s patients have become infected as a result of the breach.  Evangelical CovenantCare at Home shutting down, 67 jobs gone in May.

Connecticut: The Bible Way Temple Nation church mysteriously caught fire, with 12 people inside. The churchgoers escaped, investigators trying to figure out what caused the blaze. The First Congregational Church of Old Lyme joined the growing list of churches protecting illegal immigrants.  The Archdiocese of Hartford hit with a sex crimes lawsuit, the sex crimes allegedly taking place at Saint Matthew Church in Bristol.

Delaware:  The pastor of Iglesia El Espiritu Santo (located in next door Maryland) was arrested at his home in Laurel, for selling child pornography.   Also in Laurel, police are looking for a man who burgled the Rock Church, at least three times.   They know who he is, but he seems to have disappeared.

Florida:  The Lee County Sheriff’s Office arrested a teacher from god’s own Evangelical Christian School for having sex with a student, according to a notice posted by the school “…a female Upper School teacher admitted to sexual misconduct with a student.”  God allowed fire to destroy the Lighthouse Church in DeLand. Investigators think the fire started as a result of a sparking exterior light.

Georgia: Mallary Baptist Association has declared the Raleigh White Baptist Church racist.  Reports that the computer of the Calvary Baptist Church of Augusta was hacked in retaliation for the church’s support of Senate Bill 315.  Somebody stole the Pentecostals of Bainbridge Church van right out of the church parking lot.  A now former church bookkeeper spending at least two years in federal prison after pleading guilty to stealing $420-thousand USD from the First Presbyterian Church in Peachtree.   Baptist/Methodist founded Piggly Wiggly shutdown their 25 years old grocery store in Hogansville, with only four days notice.

Guam: Yet another Catholic priest accused of child sex crimes, the only problem is he’s already dead.  The Archdiocese of Agana is now facing more than 160 sex crimes lawsuits from residents of the U.S. territory.

Hawaii: God flooded out the Calvary by Sea Lutheran Church, which is also home to the Angel Network Charities food pantry.

Idaho:  Parts of the Saint Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center lost electrical power for an hour, supposedly because of a bird getting tangled in power lines.  In Napoleon Dynamite’s Preston, a car crash killed two old people and injured four Mormon missionaries. Police say for an unknown reason the old married couple (who were most likely Mormons as well, if you know the area) turned in front of the car carrying the missionaries.

Illinois:  Despite being ‘cleared’ of all sex crimes allegations (not by police but by his own church committee) the founder of the megachurch Willow Creek Community Church resigned, I mean officially retired.

Indiana:  Spray paint artists tagged Woodside Community Church, then spray painted an apology that read “Sorry, we just realized this was a church.”   The anti-2nd Amendment Wabash Avenue Presbyterian Church offering gun owners $125 USD in grocery gift cards if they give up their guns/accessories.  Obviously the naive church members don’t realize how much guns and gun accessories actually cost.

Iowa: To show you that there are too many potatoes on the market, the First United Methodist Church attempted to give away 18143.7 kilos (40-thousand pounds) of spuds in Mason City.  In an apparent effort to support the 1st Amendment, just over 30 members of the Collegiate Methodist Church listened to a university professor explain why Jesus the Christ was evil.  The professor also wrote a book called The Bad Jesus.

Kansas: A member of the Unity of Wichita Church confessed in writing to stealing $100-thousand USD from the church, the police were notified.

Kentucky: KentuckyOne Health selling its Saint Joseph Martin hospital and four clinics to Appalachian Regional Healthcare.  The property of United Church of Paducah being auctioned off in May due to The Rapture, I mean crashing membership.

Maryland: A now former youth pastor sentenced to three years in prison for having sex with a teenager at Saint Elizabeth Catholic Church.  The pastor of Sonrise Church is crusading against the local taxpayer funded public schools because they’re now using yoga to help students relax.  The pastor says yoga is a Hindu act and therefore evil.

Massachusetts: God powerless to stop the June shutdown of ‘his’ 61 years old Marian High School due to lack of students. Students have started a social media fundraising operation, hoping to raise enough money to keep the school open.  In Worcester, god powerless to stop property developers from tearing down ‘his’ iconic Notre Dame des Canadiens.

Michigan:   A five years old boy had his mouth taped shut and his school lunch thrown in the trash by a Crestwood School District substitute teacher’s assistant (who doesn’t deserve a penny of her taxpayer funded paycheck).  But wait there’s more! The taxpayer funded preschool program is being run out of the Cherry Hill Baptist Church, and that other substitute teachers have been violent with students, one even tried to bribe a student not to tell by giving him a bracelet.     Six employees of Providence Christian Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center suing because they’re mad that patients are being allowed to request ‘white’ caregivers only.

Minnesota: A taxpayer funded charter school bus driver, who also happens to be a pastor of an unnamed Minneapolis church, was suspended after being caught forcing students to take part in prayer sessions on the bus (according to complaints by parents).  It’s the second time he was caught doing that (the first time he was actually fired).  Policy says drivers can pray as individuals, but cannot make students take part in group prayers.

Mississippi: A Saint Dominic Hospital employee arrested for stealing and selling patient’s financial information.

Missouri: Weekend Masses were halted at Saint Martha Church in Wayland, Notre Dame Church in LaGrange and the Shrine of Saint Patrick in Saint Patrick, the Diocese of Jefferson City blames The Rapture, I mean a sudden shortage of priests.  A now former youth pastor at the Central Presbyterian Church reportedly confessed to child sex crimes after church leaders called the cops.  The state Supreme Court overruled god saying Antioch Community Church cannot continue using its small digital sign, because it violates the zoning laws of Kansas City.

Montana:  Catholic Diocese of Great Falls-Billings agrees to pay $20-million USD in an attempt to “continue the healing process” for 86 victims of its sex crimes.

Nebraska: While 40 people were prepping for choir practice god decided to set the United Methodist Church, in Grand Island, on fire.  The fire department said the fire was started by a burning bush next to the church, they don’t know how the bush caught fire!  Also in Grand Island, police removed a camper with two ganja and meth smoking occupants from the property of Trinity United Methodist Church.  Apparently the tokers had been parked on church property for ten days before anybody decided to call police.  The Protestant political leaders of the state are refusing to allow Catholic nuns, who are required to live a low income lifestyle by the church, to get Medicaid.  It’s the results of recent state cuts to taxpayer funded health insurance.

New Hampshire: The Saint James Catholic Church sold for $2.3-million USD to a property developer who wants to build condominiums.

New Jersey:  The state Supreme Court ruled against Morris County’s plan to use more than $4-million USD in taxpayer funding to restore old churches.  Not only does it violate the federal Constitution, but it violates the state Constitution of New Jersey which says nobody can be forced to “…be obliged to pay tithes, taxes or other rates for building or repairing any church or churches, place or places of worship, or for the maintenance of any minister or ministry…”

New York: Catholic Charities Neighborhood Services halting housing ops in Howard Beach, Far Rockaway and Brooklyn-NYC, due to loss of funding.  Catholic Guardian Services halting ops for disabled people across several cities, at least 99 jobs lost due to loss of contract.  Heritage Christian Services halting ops for disabled people in Rochester, 49 jobs lost due to loss of contract.  Easter Seals issued a shutdown WARN for four of its Intermediate Care Facilities, 78 jobs gone by mid-July.  In South Buffalo, god powerless to stop the shutdown of ‘his’ 38 years old Franciscan Center because “numbers of young men seeking help have gone down.”  God powerless to stop the shutdown of ‘his’ YWCA (Yong Women’s Christian Association) operations in Batavia: “We’re working to keep the doors open but right now we have to close, and we’re reviewing the finances. There’s considerable longstanding debt and there’s no money on reserve to get us through this situation.”-Tomidy-Pepper, executive director

North Carolina: A christian pastor with Izmir Resurrection Church faces 35 years in a Turkish prison if convicted of supporting Muslim ‘terrorist’ groups connected to the 2016 coup attempt.  Anglican/Episcopalian/Presbyterian founded Too Big to Jail Wells Fargo eliminating 593 jobs in Winterville, between June and October!  God burned down the New Gospel Tabernacle Holiness Church, which was not covered by insurance, the defiant pastor exclaimed “You can’t stop the church! Keep us in your prayers.”  The Winston-Salem Fire Department said “We are still trying to figure out where it started and what started it.”

North Dakota: A teacher at god’s own Saint Joseph Catholic School, in Williston, arrested last month for sex crimes, hit with even more charges of sex crimes this month.  He is now accused of having sex with at least five girls. He was also a coach with Williston Public School District.

Ohio: In Weston, god destroyed the Antioch Church by driving a delivery truck through it, local news media said there were multiple injuries.

Oklahoma: In Oklahoma City the vacant and for sale Calvin Presbyterian Church caught fire, according to the fire department it’s the second time since December.  Fire fighters say the church was locked-up tight when they arrived  and they’re not sure what started the fire (god?).

Oregon: Providence Saint Vincent Medical Center warning that one of its nurses came to work sick with TB.   The hospital offering free tuberculosis testing as a result.

Pennsylvania:  UPMC Presbyterian notified 4-thousand-7-hundred patients that an employee came to work infected with TB between October 2017 and February 2018!  The employee is on leave.  UPMC Mercy South Side Outpatient Center warning of shutdown due to the hospital needing at least $10-million in repairs.  The Catholic Diocese of Erie released a list of 51 Catholics accused of sex crimes.

Rhode Island: Saint Patrick Church in Cumberland being shutdown and members being forced to attend Saint Aidan Parish, due to The Rapture, I mean lack of members at the Saint Patrick Church.   The Healing Church (once a Catholic church) now promotes the use of ‘kosher’ homegrown marijuana.

South Carolina:  After more than 160 years god decided to burn down the historic Saint Andrews Church in Mount Pleasant.  Church leaders say they’ll recover pronouncing “Lift high the cross! We’ll be just fine.”

South Dakota:  A woman already on probation for embezzlement sent back to three years in prison after admitting she ripped-off the United Church of Christ.

Texas: Covenant Church donated $10-thousand USD to help payoff the debts of military veterans, through the RIP Medical Debt charity.  RIP Medical Debt claims that donation helped them payoff more than $10-million in medical debts!  A different church is under suspicion about its donations, the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs is trying to raise $3-million USD for new construction.  The church was the site of a mass shooting last year and the families of the victims are questioning if donations for the victims are being diverted to the construction project.  Church leaders deny the accusation, but some families say the church has refused to help pay for some shooting victims, and others say it’s taken months for the church to respond to their request for help.  Families have noticed that the church has already spent millions of dollars in donations on construction projects: “This has gotten way out of hand, way out of hand! There’s some greed going on, and it’s wrong.”-Lisa McNulty, mother of shooting victim killed last year

Utah: A woman is suing the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints (LDS, Mormon) saying she was raped by a ‘priesthood’ leader in a secret room at the Missionary Training Center in Provo, back in 1984.  The leader in question denies raping her, but admitted to police that he asked her to get naked. The leader has been accused of rape before.

Vermont: A former politician, now minister of the Congregational Church of Rupert, says even at $15 per hour minimum wage is still poverty level.  Desperate state leaders are trying to raise tax revenues through the back-door by ending tax deductions for charity donations, including to church run charities.

Washington: The Bethel Church of the Nazarene was vandalized: “A urinal and drinking fountain were ripped off the walls, a sink was ripped out of the counter, cupboard doors were ripped off their hinges, miscellaneous food items were strewn about the church, and other items were moved and broken during the crime spree.”

Washington DC: Catholic bishops from El Salvador lobbied the U.S. government to protect the immigration status of 200-thousand El Salvadorans working in the United States.

West Virginia: God blew the steeple off The Family Word Church of God of Prophecy in Point Pleasant.

Wisconsin:  Sacred Heart Hospital and Saint Joseph’s Hospital both warning of massive layoffs saying “The healthcare industry continues to experience a shift in the way people utilize health care services nationwide. High deductible insurance plans are causing many people to postpone care…”   Mmmm, isn’t that what ObamaCare-ACA was trying to avoid?  Wheaton Franciscan-Saint Joseph Hospital shutting down surgical and inpatient care in low-income neighborhood, due to lack of revenues.

U.S. Christian Rapture, March 2018: “GOD ALLOWED THIS TO HAPPEN.”

“No man can work for two masters, for either he will hate one and will love the other, or he will honor one and the other he will ignore. You cannot work for God and for money.”-Matthew 6:24, Aramaic Bible

“But the root of all these evils is the love of money, and there are some who have desired it and have erred from the faith and have brought themselves many miseries.”-1 Timothy 6:10 Aramaic Bible

“And Yeshua [Jesus of Nazareth] entered the temple and drove out all those who were buying and selling in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who were selling doves. And he said to them, It is written: ‘My house will be called the House of prayer, but you have made it a den of robbers.’ “-Matthew 21:12-13 Aramaic Bible

“Yeshua said to them, ‘Give what is Caesar’s to Caesar and what is God’s to God.’ And they marveled at him.”-Mark 12:17 Aramaic Bible

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.-1st Amendment, U.S. Constitution

WARN=Worker Adjustment & Retraining Notification

Former employees of religious non-profits might not qualify for unemployment assistance (or even be counted as unemployed): “If the non-profit organization is a church, you may or may not be entitled to unemployment. It all depends upon state regulations for church employers. In many cases, churches are allowed to set their own rules regarding unemployment benefits, meaning the church can choose whether to offer benefits to former employees.”

Red Neck Fail: Covert Civil War in Texas causes bullied immigrant to shoot up school with shotgun?

19MAY2018 (16:40 UTC-07 Tango 06)  29 Ordibehesht 1397/04 Ramadan 1439/05 Ding-Si (4th month) 4716

The Washington Post: Texas school had a shooting plan, armed officers and practice. And still 10 people died.

Yes, another school shooting, don’t blame guns (this latest Texas shooting involved a low-rate of fire pump action shotgun and a revolver, no assault weapons used, realizing that low-rate of fire weapons were used, supposedly by one person, it’s amazing how many people were wounded or killed, and never-mind that the ‘christian’ shooter is from an immigrant family who was bullied at school “for smelling bad”), it’s called a Covert Civil War.

“Bullshit!”: U.S. government shenanigans, April 2018

Incomplete (i-e ‘Tip of the Iceberg’) list of U.S. Federal/State/Local Government self-destruct revelations for April 2018:

Alabama: The state Department of Public Health discovered that immigrant girls under the age of 15, in Montgomery, are getting taxpayer funded abortions: “When a 13-year-old child–with non-English speaking parents–is given an abortion, without a third-party counselor and no suspicion of sexual abuse and no report, we know Montgomery needs new leadership.”-Scott Dawson, christian gubernatorial candidate

According to one political candidate most crime in the city of Mobile can be blamed on a small group of families: “In Mobile, it’s something like, 1,700 families generate 80% of the crime. We know who those families are.”Bill Hightower, gubernatorial candidate, 18APR2018

Seattle Times: Corruption case: Alabama lawmaker, 2 others plead not guilty

Chattanooga Times Free Press: ‘It smells like death’: Alabama endures New York City ‘poop train’

Slate Magazine: It’s Confederate Memorial Day in Alabama

Alaska: You might have heard that residents get income subsidies from the oil industry, but did you know most of it ends up back in the hands of state government (even though there is no income tax in Alaska), and that greedy state lawmakers are trying to find ways to squeeze even more out of residents?

Seattle Times: 2 Alaska salmon fishermen charged with killing Steller sea lions, and interfering with federal investigations

Arizona: The governor exempted coal fired power-plants from paying state sales taxes. The irony is that the Navajo Generating Station, in Page, is scheduled to shutdown in 2019 anyway, meaning Arizona is losing about $12-million in tax revenues until then!

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says the epicenter for a growing e. coli epidemic is lettuce farms in Yuma, Arizona.

Arkansas:  NWAOnline: $42M in state aid to fix up Arkansas schools

Arkansas Online: Ecclesia College awarded state taxpayer funded grants before it even applied for those grants!

Defense rests for ex-Arkansas legislator accused of fraud

Man claiming to being paid by taxpayers to hunt for Big Foot arrested on child porn charges

California: After almost 50 years, and more than 50 rapes and at least 12 murders it turns out The Golden State Killer was at one time a taxpayer funded cop!  Not only that, but it took police using unethical, and possibly court challenge-able (because it possibly violates California’s own Online Privacy Protection law), use of DNA and ancestry data to catch the killer cop.  The suspect killer was also in trouble as a cop, losing his taxpayer funded police job in 1979 after being caught shoplifting.

Homeless crisis in Los Angeles County as desperate officials offer to pay homeowners to take in homeless people!

Washington Post: California limits National Guard’s border mission

KPBS: More local governments in California are resisting the state’s immigrant sanctuary policy

Washington Times: Californians defy Gov’na with nearly 1 million signatures to repeal gas tax

Colorado:  The gov’na approved a $28.9-billion USD taxpayer funded spending bill, claiming it’s the result of a booming economy and federal-level taxpayer funded ‘reforms’.    Money will supposedly be spent on schools, roads and the state employee taxpayer funded retirement system.    The Colorado Petroleum Council could be getting what it wants; an increase the number of oil and gas wells, as well as forcing “nonconsenting owners” to give up access to their mineral rights, it’s known as the ‘pooling statute’.

Connecticut: State taxpayers could be being forced to pay University of Connecticut student-teachers a new contract worth $15.4-million USD.

State taxpayers forced to pay for a five years plan to bailout the city of Hartford, despite the Municipal Accountability Review Board saying the bailout plan will fail by the third year: “The City of Hartford should be immediately classified as a Tier IV and should re-look at going into bankruptcy.”-Bart C. Shuldman

Florida: Defense contractor Lockheed-Martin eliminating 2-hundred jobs at its Sikorsky factory in Jupiter, which builds Black Hawk helicopters for the taxpayers of the British empire member Canada!   The Crestview Police Department arrested a U.S. Army 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) soldier for the murder of his estranged wife.

Tampabay.com: Cops used dead man’s finger in attempt to unlock his phone

Georgia:  It’s been revealed that Newnan Police got nearly $1-million worth of taxpayer funded military equipment from the U.S. Department of Defense, half-a-million of which was classified as “non-lethal”

Chattanooga Times Free Press: Georgia city won’t share police shooting video

Guam: After telling territorial government employees they would be furloughed, supposedly due to unpaid taxes going back to 2016, the gov’na suddenly reversed course due to cutting $30-million USD from the general fund budget and because of a sudden approval of immigrant work visas!  The gov’na also said it was possible that up to $25-million in tax refunds could be issued.

Hawaii:  The federal government is suing defunct Sandwich Isles Communications in an attempt to recover 128-million taxpayer dollars, loaned to the company through the U.S. Department of Agriculture to provide phone service to rural areas.

Idaho: It’s been revealed that Gov’na Butch Otter pardoned a convicted drug felon, back in February, only now was it made public.  The Gov’na said it was because the convict successfully obtained a doctorate degree while on parole.  A former state representative was removed from the May primary elections because she is now living in a new district, Idaho law says you must reside for at least a year in your legislative district before you can run for election.  The greedy leaders of Boise are spending taxpayer funding on a new propaganda operation called Livability Ambassadors Program where “selected community members” will tour selected city sites and then “will be expected to share their experiences….through social media”.   Owyhee County Sheriff’s Department warning that a man is going around claiming he’s an undercover cop, already four people have been victimized.

Illinois: The city of Harvey is on the verge of bankruptcy, already laid off police and firefighters after $1.4-million in tax revenues were blocked by the Cook County Circuit Court.  The state Appellate Court overturned the Cook County Court’s ruling. Harvey is in the debt hole by as much as $7-million USD, and that’s just for its employee retirement fund! Did you know that Cook County charges a tax on vehicles bought outside of the county?   Lead contamination found in the city of Chicago‘s tap water, three out of every ten residences contaminated.   A vehicle sharing program has been suspended in a Chicago ward, primarily because of the construction of the Obama Presidential Library.   The gov’na is spending tax dollars traveling to Germany and Poland, supposedly in an attempt to increase tourism from those countries.  Taxpayers being forced to pay for 5G cell phone service installation, this after the state increased income tax rates last year.  The Illinois Pharmacy Association says ObamaCare-ACA insurance companies are paying the more than 5-hundred independent pharmacies less than what it actually costs them to buy the drugs at wholesale, and that ObamaCare-ACA ‘benefits managers’ (like CVS) are actually favoring the big corporate pharmacies: “It’s kind of a predatory market practice and misuse of state tax dollars.”-Garth Reynolds, Illinois Pharmacists Association

Indiana:  The gov’na announced he’s going on taxpayer funded trips to Europe and Israel, supposedly in an attempt to increase economic development.  British empire Commonwealth member India based InfoTech (IT) contractor InfoSys getting at least $101.8-million in state and local taxpayer incentives to build a massive training and data center at now vacant terminal of the Indianapolis International Airport, the ecstatic gov’na Eric Holcomb referred to the bribery by saying “This is a powerful partnership. It’s going to change the way we do business.”  You know your capitalist economy is a lie when taxpayers are forced to shell-out millions of dollars to create jobs (isn’t that communism?).  By the way most of the news media in Indiana failed to mention how much the InfoSys deal was costing taxpayers, one source even lied and said such info wasn’t available, however, news sources outside the state had the taxpayer rape data.

Iowa:  An ‘ally’ of the gov’na now accused of sexual harassment, the gov’na swears she didn’t know. The Iowa Pharmacy Association says ObamaCare-ACA insurance companies are paying  independent pharmacies less than what it actually costs them to buy the drugs at wholesale, and that ObamaCare-ACA ‘benefits managers’ like CVS are actually favoring the big corporate pharmacies.  And in response to a statement by a CVS Caremark spokesperson about price adjustments, Representative John Forbes, who is also a pharmacist, actually said “Bullshit!”

Kansas:  State legislators claim they can spend more money on education because they’ve jacked-up future tax collections by $540-million USD between now and June 2019!  However, the state Supreme Court says the proposed $4-billion in education funding still isn’t enough!  Politicians started jacking up state taxes in 2017.   Three men convicted in federal court of planning to blow up a ‘refugee’ apartment complex in Garden City.  The small city of 27-thousand people is known as a “meatpacking town” and apparently the ‘refugees’ are being brought in as cheap labor at the meat packaging plant at the expense of federal taxpayers.  The influx of ‘refugees’ and immigrants began at the end of 2013 under the Obama regime.  Even an NPR report from December 2013 suggested the use of immigrants and ‘refugees’ by unAmerican corporate America is intentional saying “…many plants have moved to rural Midwestern towns, which have seen a huge influx of immigrants as a result.”,  as well as “Garden City’s refugee and immigrant population is expected to grow, as Tyson continues recruiting more workers.”  The 2013 NPR report also revealed that by using immigrants and ‘refugees’ that “requests for food stamps are up 230 percent”

Kentucky: Massive drug addiction and resulting deaths causing requests for autopsies to skyrocket 26% since 2013, and the state does not have the funding to deal with it.  As a result the gov’na suggested moving Medical Examiner’s Office pathologists from direct state employment to indirect employment through universities, which would come with a pay raise but would also mean those pathologists would lose their state employee retirement accounts. Perhaps it’s actually a covert plan to save the state’s troubled employee retirement system?   The state Department of Education is recommending direct state control of Jefferson County Public Schools, after a year long audit revealed local ignorance regarding how to use funding for the school district, among other major problems.

Kentucky Career Center: Kentucky issued 30% more Workforce Opportunity Tax Credits to employers in fiscal year 2017

Louisiana:  Taxpayers might be raped of $1.5-billion (yes, ‘Billion’) in state and local tax incentives for convincing a plastics company from Taiwan, called Formosa Petrochemicals, to set up shop in Saint James!

Michigan:  A state judge ruled it’s unconstitutional to use taxpayer money to fund private schools, this after state ‘christian’ lawmakers gave 5-million tax dollars to religious schools in the past two years!  Taxpayers of Michigan will be forced to help fund a British empire United Kingdom based study on driverless cars!

Minnesota:  Texas based Enbridge Energy spent $5-million USD bribing, I mean lobbying state politicians in 2017, making it the most costly state lobbying effort since 2007.  A now former FBI counter-terrorism agent, from Minnesota, pled guilty to leaking classified government documents to the mainstream ‘fake’ news media.

Mississippi: More proof the criminal justice system is about making money as “Current Mississippi law requires an inmate to pay a monthly $55 fee when he or she is paroled…”  It’s been revealed that Japan based Toyota is getting even more taxpayer funded incentives to re-tool its Blue Springs Corolla factory, yet how much has not been revealed.  One of the taxpayer funded incentives rewards Toyota for paying employees more than $41-thousand USD per year.  Past state and local taxpayer funding for Toyota amounted to $325-million.  If the only way you can create ‘private sector’ jobs is with taxpayer funding then your capitalist/corporate economic system has failed.

Missouri: The gov’na is now charged with felony computer tampering regarding the theft of a charity list from his own charity organization, The Mission Continues.

Montana:  One of the biggest recycling operations in the state, Aware Incorporated, shutting down ops in Butte due to the crashing prices of recycled materials and crashing state taxpayer funded subsidies for recycling companies.

Nebraska: A new law was created to protect state taxpayers from an ‘inadvertent’ increase in state taxes, which supposedly could be caused by the Trump Tax Reforms of 2017.   Another new law ensures “that gun control extremists won’t have access” to gun owner’s personal information.

Nevada:  Atlantic Richfield, owner of the former Anaconda copper mine-now a federal SuperFund site, suddenly halted home delivery of bottled water to the Yerington Paiute Tribe: “I believe that this dismissive, arrogant act means to punish us by cutting off our water in an attempt to pressure us to stop fighting for our legal rights.”-Laurie Thom, Tribal Chairman

New Mexico: Albuquerque now requires federal immigration agents to get a warrant before entering the cityState taxpayers have been funding up to 75% of job training for call center employees, already the state has set aside as much as $9-million USD for this year’s call center job training!  On top of that, taxpayer funded subsidies for job training for all industries is at $13.7-million!  One of the biggest recipients of call center training subsidies is Ohio based Convergys, who has already laid off 258 New Mexicans so far this year!  To prove that the U.S. is now run by communists, the state Legislative Finance Committee justified the spending of working class taxes to create working class jobs as a way of “…creating well-paying opportunities for a skilled labor force that in turn bolsters the state’s average income and incentivizes workers to stay.”

New York:  Yet another reason that more and more people are leaving NYC as the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge is now considered the most expensive toll bridge in the United States.  State taxpayers being forced to create a new Medicaid Doula (Greek for ‘servant’) system in an attempt to stop the unusually high maternal mortality rate among ‘black’ women.

North Carolina: The paranoid gov’na wants taxpayers to fork-over an additional $130-million USD for school building safety improvements and to hire hundreds of additional school nurses, psychologists and police officers.

North Dakota: The gov’na ordered state agencies to prep for major taxpayer funding cuts, caused by a reduction in budget funding of $1.7-million USD as a result of crashing petroleum industry activity.

Ohio: The Ohio Pharmacy Association says ObamaCare-ACA insurance companies are paying  independent pharmacies less than what it actually costs them to buy the drugs at wholesale, and that ObamaCare-ACA ‘benefits managers’ are actually favoring the big corporate pharmacies like CVS, who just happens to be the subcontracted pharmacy benefit manager.  As a result, 165 independent pharmacies in Ohio have gone out-of-business in the past two years!   Taxpayers funding a new law to study why Ohio courts have been reluctant to upload criminal records to the anti-gun National Instant Criminal Background Check System.

Oklahoma: A new law changes the way people convicted of drug crimes, including repeat offenders, are treated by the state’s criminal justice system.  But don’t think it’s for ‘humanitarian’ reasons, the state prison system is overcrowded with drug crime offenders and if something isn’t done to reduce the prison population then it’s expected that taxpayers would have to fork-over more than $1.2-billion USD to build new prisons over the next ten years.

Oregon: The state is being overwhelmed with data concerning its legalized ganja program.  By law the 1-thousand-8-hundred licensed Mary-Jane dealers have to input data everyday into the state Cannabis Tracking System, the result is that state law enforcers can’t deal with the data!

Pennsylvania: A failed political candidate and assistant vice president of Villanova University shot and killed by the wife of her lover, after getting caught: “You had a man who was married who was having an affair with this other woman. The wife knew about it, and this was a calculated, planned attack.”-Police Superintendent William Colarulo

Texas: The police chief of New Boston could be fired for the ‘F-5’ termination of a police officer.  City leaders say the firing was not justified, but the police chief indicated the officer lied to him.  Texas law requires a written reason for being fired, the city says the police chief didn’t give one.  The police chief also accused the city attorney of lying saying “Lying on a government document is a crime and you should know that being the city attorney.”

Utah: State taxpayers forced to fork-over $650-million USD for a new prison west of Salt Lake City International Airport.

Vermont: According to The Washington Post, Vermont is so lacking in working aged adults that the state government has launched a program to hire tourists!   A taxpayer subsidized program to bring cell phone service to 26 towns is in trouble because the Massachusetts based contractor,  Vanu-CoverageCo, is out of money.  It’s also blamed on connectivity problems with AT&T, and on unspecified problems with taxpayer funded Public Service Department.  What happened to the old landline system?
