A decision to misuse prescription drugs may result in adverse actions including, but not limited to, a reduction in rank, an administrative discharge from the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, and full or partial recoupment of education benefits or bonuses.”-Lieutenant Colonel Amy Bryan, Pennsylvania Air National Guard

Pennsylvania Air National Guard bosses are warning personnel they better not misuse prescription drugs.  Believe it or not, using expired drugs is considered misuse/abuse, even if it’s your prescription!

“I think all Airmen in the Pennsylvania Air Guard need to know how serious of a matter prescription abuse and sharing is.  An old prescription or your friend’s prescription for the same issue you are facing isn’t a valid prescription. The health and welfare of our Airmen – our most important asset – is of utmost importance to our force, but they need to make sure they are taking care of themselves and their medical issues in acceptable ways.”-Brigadier General Mike Regan, Pennsylvania Air National Guard

If you have expired prescription drugs don’t throw them away, take them to a pharmacy or local police for proper disposal.

Alabama Militia preps for hurricane using world’s largest Alabama map!

“TSR [Tropical Storm Risk] predicts Atlantic hurricane activity in 2018 will be slightly above the long-term norm and close to the last 10-year norm.”-Aon Benfield, University College London

Climate Forecast Applications Network predicts 80% chance of above ‘normal’ hurricane activity for 2018-19.

Colorado State University predicts no ‘El Niño’ developing, which usually prohibits hurricane development.

The Alabama National Guard is already prepping for the next hurricane season, and they’re starting out by using a giant map of The Yellowhammer State.

The plan is to synchronize the state militia with other Alabama Emergency Management responders before the next hurricane season.

This use of a large scale map, at Joint Force Headquarters in Montgomery, is called a Rehearsal of Concept.  Actual disaster drills will take place closer to hurricane season.

It’s the U.S. Navy’s ICEX 18, and they’re motto is Serving Silently Beneath the Ice.

There’s something under the ice of Alaska’s Beaufort Sea, the Undersea Warfighting Development Center Arctic Submarine Laboratory (UWDC ASL), the University of Alaska Fairbanks and Ukpeaġvik Iñupiat Corporation, and even the British empire’s Queen’s Royal Navy are spending a lot of time there.

Nearly 2-hundred Oregon National Guard personnel deployed to Montana after an earthquake and flood resulted in undisclosed ‘contamination’.

Oregon personnel joined Montana’s own Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and Explosive (CBRNE) Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) team in Great Falls, it was all part of a U.S. Northern Command training event called Vigilant Guard 18.

NATO France has invaded the U.S. Army’s Grafenwoehr, in Deutschland, with Camion Equipé d’un Système d’Artillerie (CAESAR).

CAESAR uses a 155mm gun. The self propelled artillery gun system is also used by Indonesia, Saudi Arabia and Thailand.
