Traditional home buyers, families wanting to have a place of their own, have been overwhelmingly outbid by Limited Liability Companies (LLC), speculators and even criminal money launderers, for at least a decade. It is these profit seeking/money laundering operations that have driven-up housing costs, not traditional market forces. It seems that local, state and federal politicians are fine with that. Especially local politicians because a top source of tax & fee revenues for local governments is real estate.

U.S. tax schemes benefit LLCs:

Traditional investors, like Warren Buffet, do not like the idea of putting their money into real estate, yet there is a new game in town involving LLCs that are buying-up homes across the U.S., turning those homes into high dollar rentals:

A 05JUN2022 report lists more than 55 real estate transactions involving LLCs in Northwest Arkansas!

In California, the City of Berkeley itself is using tax dollars to get into to the rental game by buying-up properties, under the guise of lowering housing costs!

In Pennsylvania, for the week of 05JUN2022, more than 20 real estate transaction in the Pittsburgh Eastern Suburbs involved LLCs!

At least 7 real estate transactions involving LLCs in the Boise metro area, Idaho, were reported on 04JUN2022!

In Nebraska, a 04JUN2022 report revealed that multi-million dollar LLC real estate purchases caused property values to double for Lincoln County, in just one day!

On 01JUN2022, the U. S. President Joseph R. Biden Junior began an “initiative” that will likely drive up the cost of building new homes!

In May 2022, it was reported that Canada’s government is so concerned over foreign speculation driving-up prices in local real estate markets that a ban on home purchases by foreigners is being considered!

Iredell County, North Carolina, reported that for 22-26MAY2022 the top three real estate transactions involved LLCs!

According to the authors of the survey, this massive international money laundering scheme is being facilitated by U.S. attorneys, real estate agents, investment advisers, and employees of U.S. financial institutions who know full-well what is transpiring.

Using U.S. real estate is so prolific that a company called CRES Real Estate Errors and Omissions Insurance has published a guide explaining how to identify and report real estate transactions that are possibly foreign money laundering schemes.

Biden’s War: Idaho Militia launches newest guided artillery rounds

Last year, the Idaho Army National Guard’s 1st Battalion of the 148th Field Artillery Regiment (FAR), headquartered in Pocatello, trained to use the M1156 Precision Guidance Kit (PGK) for guided artillery rounds, but that was in next door Wyoming. However, despite what information was released to the public last year, it turns out they did not actually fire ‘live’ PGK rounds, due to lack of time.

During the month of May, this year, the 148th FAR finally launched ‘live’ M1156 PGK rounds, on the Orchard Combat Training Center in Southwestern Idaho. It is all part of the plan to prepare for the upcoming global war with ‘near peer threats’: “The Idaho Army National Guard continues to receive and train on some of the military’s most modernized equipment so we can remain relevant and ready to defend our nation’s interest anywhere in the world. The M1156 PGK not only makes the artillery round more accurate, but supposedly has a safety that prevents the round from exploding if it happens to stray 150 meters outside the programed target area: “With the new technological advancements of today, it’s vital for us to be modernized. On 18MAY2022, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the U.S. Air Force conducted a food supply training event on Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The scenario was that the city of Dayton had been hit by a massive flood and no edible food was left. Contracted tractor-trailer drivers were tasked with delivering fuel, clean water and food. The disaster response event was called Eagle Rising.

On 11MAY2022, fire crews from Kirkland Air Force Base deployed to help combat the merged Calf Canyon/Hermits Peak fire. Specifically the four Airman firefighters will be protecting the airfield in Angel Fire, where various firefighting aircraft are operating from. As of 12MAY2022, nearly 260-thousand acres, or more than 370 square miles, have burned. An estimated 12-thousand households have been advised to evacuate.

In the past week the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) Region 10 conducted Cascadia Rising 2022 Rehearsal of Concept ‘pre-exercise’ (also calling it a “discussion-based exercise”) at the Pierce County Readiness Center on Camp Murray, Washington.

FEMA refers to the coming Cascadia disaster as CSZ Earthquake and Tsunami. CSZ stands for Cascadia Subduction Zone.

A much larger multi-state exercise is scheduled for June 2022, involving the National Guard of the states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, as well as various tribes and federal agencies, Department of Defense, and the Canadian Province of British Colombia.

Idaho Army National Guard’s Maneuver Area Training and Equipment Site (MATES) might have a Boise address, but it is actually located on the Orchard Combat Training Center (OCTC, formerly known as Orchard Training Area or OTA), about 18 miles south of Boise, on federal Bureau of Land Management (BLM) property.
