ObamaCare (ACA) death spiral July 2018: ‘PHANTOM MEDICAL’ CLAIMS

Epidemic Burst Fade Out: New flu killing dogs and cats! Blame Metro-sexual areas?

04AUG2018 (15:05 UTC-07 Tango 06)  13 Mordad 1397/22 Dhu l-Qa’da   1439/23 Geng-Shen 4716

New York might be ground zero for an epidemic of a new version of Influenza A subtype H3N2 flu now targeting dogs, called H3N2 canine influenza virus (CIV).

H3N2 was first identified in 1968, evolving from H2N2.  By 2007 a version of H3N2 evolved (mutated) into one of three swine flus.  H3N2 CIV first showed up China and Korea in 2005.  CIV first appeared in the United States in 2015.  (H3N8 is another form of CIV)  In 2016, the U.S. strain of H3N2 CIV evolved to infect cats.

In June, the U.S. state of Arkansas began reporting cases of CIV there.  And in New York, New York City reported 1-hundred cases of CIV.

Oakland County currently has the highest rate of CIV in the U.S. state of Michigan, with 49 confirmed cases so far.  And so far this year Michigan has 98 confirmed cases of dog flu, last year there were only nine cases of dog flu.

Connecticut is also reporting dog flu cases, and dog owners are being told to keep their dogs away from doggie daycares and pet groomers, avoid other dogs, and get them vaccinated.

Veterinarians say CIV can survive on your hands for 12 hours, on your clothes for 24 hours and a dog bowl for 48 hours.  Typical signs of CIV are just like human flu infections; lethargy, fever, boogery nose. Most local news media report CIV is not fatal, however some local news media are calling it fatal.  In January 2018 (in the middle of the 2017-18 flu season) some news media reports warned of a possible dog flu epidemic in the future, while others downplayed the possibility.  However, in August of 2017 veterinarians warned of increasing cases of CIV during Summer months. To show you that CIV is expected to get worse, greedy vaccine investment analysts did research that predicts increasing CIV outbreaks worldwide until 2028 (thus creating a lucrative market for profit seekers).

At the end of July 2018, the Journal of Virology published an ‘epidemic burst-fade-out’ study blaming recurring cases of H3N2 CIV on high population density areas, saying “CIV must therefore rely on metapopulations of high host density (such as animal shelters and kennels) within the greater dog population and reintroduction from other populations or face complete epidemic extinction.”  In other words, if dog owners live in a highly populated area they are inadvertently keeping the CIV alive and well.

Veterinarians say dogs that die while infected with CIV are dying from secondary diseases, the result of their immune systems being weakened by CIV.  But some cats are being directly killed by ‘cat flu’.

A possible latest victim is an adult cat who was about to be given an award for saving the life of its owner.  In United Kingdom, Theo died one week before an award ceremony honoring him for saving his owner from a blood clot.  News media say no official cause has been announced in the cat’s death, but that the owner took the cat in when it was a kitten and infected with cat flu.

It seems the United Kingdom is being hit hard with an epidemic of cat flu (there are lots of reports of hundreds of abandoned cats who are sick, there’s even a case of sick kittens being dumped by overwhelmed animal control officers).

‘Cat flu’ is not necessarily an influenza, the name comes from the symptoms which can be caused by several types of viruses and even bacteria.

In Australia, warnings of the reemergence of ‘cat plague’ virus, called feline panleukopenia.  It’s being found in abandoned kittens and has veterinarians urging cat owners to get their cats vaccinated.  Last year there were reports of the deadly feline calicivirus, also referred to as a cat flu, which has a 40% kill rate.

In South Africa, the Boksburg SPCA is warning dog owners after a puppy had to be put down due to a severe case of what South Africans call ‘cat flu’ (which is actually canine parvo-virus).  Boksburg SPCA manager blames the pet shop where the puppy was bought: “These animals appear to be healthy but can be incubating a disease which can manifest once the pet has been purchased. You then usually end up with a very sick animal that usually dies.”-Maggie Mudd

In the U.S. state of Idaho a Elmore County cat died, in July this year, from plague commonly found in rodents.  In June another cat in the same county got sick with plague but recovered.  A human child (also in Elmore County) got sick with plague in May (also recovered).

In Connecticut, the VCA Cheshire Animal Hospital reported two cats died from H1N1 influenza (swine flu), despite advanced in-hospital care: “Cats can catch the flu from people.”-Anthony Pierlioni

In Florida, the Bay County Animal Shelter had to halt adoptions at the beginning of July, due to an outbreak of ‘cat flu’ (upper respiratory infection).

In New Jersey, the Saint Hubert’s Animal Welfare Center rescued more than 172 cats in July, the most in its operational history.  Most of the cats had to undergo medical treatment for infections and physical conditions.

“not cost effective.”: Vaccine Fail, January-February 2018

Incomplete list of revealed vaccination failures, from January to  February 2018.

Our current vaccines are based on 1940s research. Deploying them against a severe global pandemic would be equivalent to trying to stop an advancing battle tank with a single rifle…….We will have worldwide flu pandemics.”Michael Osterholm, Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota, and Mark Olshaker

United Nations World Health Organization blames a 400% increase in measles cases, in Europe, on lack of vaccination. However the UN-WHO blames the lack of vaccinations on lack of healthcare for “….marginalized groups, interruptions in vaccine supply or underperforming disease surveillance systems.”

Canada: Study challenges mandated vaccinations for healthcare workers (HCW) saying “The impression that unvaccinated HCWs place their patients at great influenza peril is exaggerated.”

Japan: Shionogi & Company rendering vaccines useless by developing a treatment that cures influenza infection within 24 hours. Drug trials were run in Japan and United States.

Mexico: Despite vaccinations being mandatory in the socialized healthcare country, and despite claiming that 97% of the vaccines made available in Mexico City have been administered, the rate of infection continues to increase.  This is par for the course as I’ve reported year after year.  In Mexico City alone, as of the beginning of February three people have died and 310 people confirmed infected. Across the mandatory vaccine country 41 people died as of February.  The dominant version is H3N2.

Philippines: The touted 2016 Dengue vaccination program ended in failure for Public Health as the government and vaccine maker now being sued for the deaths of children who got the shot. More than 24 people died, more than 362 people suffered adverse reactions, then the vaccine maker revealed the shot was meant only for people who had been previously infected with Dengue! In February 2018, the government admitted that their own investigation proved the vaccine killed at least three people.

Switzerland: Roche is licensed to globally distribute the Shionogi drug which cures flu infection within 24 hours.

United Kingdom: Meningitis B vaccines for toddlers are provided at taxpayer expense, nearly 1-million people demanded that all children be given the vaccine at taxpayer expense, but surprisingly the usually pro-vaccine National Health Service refused to do so saying it’s “not cost effective.”

Journal of the American Geriatrics Society: 72% of U.S. hospitals fail to test older patients for possible flu infection

Scientific Reports: Low dose UV light kills H1N1 flu virus

CBS News: Commonly used Rapid Influenza Diagnostic Tests produce more false results than comprehensive lab tests

TechnologyNetworks: Targeted vaccination (as opposed to mass vaccinations) was found to be the best option in nearly all epidemic cases.

It should be noted that many healthcare workers’ organizations across the United States legally challenge any attempt to force healthcare workers to get vaccinated.

California: It was revealed that overall flu vaccination rates for nurses in Golden State hospitals is about 83%, even with vaccinations of healthcare workers being paid for by taxpayers, and with some counties making it mandatory to get vaccinated. Healthcare workers can avoid legally mandated vaccinations by wearing a surgical mask. The California Nurses Union opposes mandatory vaccinations.    San Diego County revealed the true cause of spread of disease; poverty and freedom of choice.  County health administrators say they quashed the Hep-A outbreak by making vaccines available free of charge and by imposing medical martial law: “We offered free vaccines at libraries, had officers accompany nurses into homeless encampments, won state approval so our firefighter paramedics could administer vaccines….”

Colorado: Despite insurance giant Blue Cross Blue Shield reporting increased vaccination rates (for most vaccines), the state Department of Public Health and Environment reports record hospitalization rates for influenza infections.

Florida: State Department of Health arrests doctor for improper vaccination of at least 5-hundred children, saying “If your child received vaccines from Dr. Sohail between 2016 and 2018, you should contact a new primary care provider to consider revaccination. There is also the possibility that Dr. Sohail did not follow best practices in maintaining the sterility of the vaccines she administered.”

Georgia: Fulton County Board of Health imposed a ‘proactive’ policy of targeting homeless people for vaccination.

Hawaii: 57% of residents refuse to get flu shots, yet only 32% of flu infection tests were positive.  Tripler Army Medical Center reporting mumps outbreak on the island state, but warned the MMR vaccine isn’t 100% effective saying “MMR is only 88% effective against mumps in persons who have had two doses and immunity has been shown to wane over time…”

Maryland: After the Maryland Board of Physicians destroyed a doctor’s career for connecting vaccines with early puberty, aggression and symptoms of autism, a Montgomery County Circuit Court Judge sided with the doctor and ordered Maryland Board of Physicians to pay him $1.25-million USD in damages!

Michigan: Memorial Healthcare facing a federal lawsuit after allegedly rejecting a nurses job application, because she refused to get a flu shot as part of her religious beliefs.

New York: A CBSNew York report revealed that citizens are questioning why health administrators refuse to reveal if a person who died from influenza was vaccinated or not.   New York City offering 1-thousand free flu shots, big whoop in a city of 8.5-million. The free flu shots are only for people living in neighborhoods ‘secretly’ determined to have low vaccination rates (I say secretly because of the CBSNew York report).  The Public Employees Federation opposes mandatory vaccinations.

North Carolina: Orange County Health Department reports outbreak of pertussis (whooping cough) at two schools, and are demanding people get vaccinated.

Ohio: Cleveland doctor who was criticized for linking vaccines to autism has co-founded Inspire Wellness with another doctor who also questions the use of vaccines.

Oregon: The Oregon Health Authority is freaking out about a possible measles outbreak due to so-called low vaccination rates. But wait, lets reveal what’s considered ‘low’; any rate below 92% is considered low.  250 schools have MMR shot rates below 92%, ten schools are below 69%.  This is despite vaccinations being mandatory for grade school students, private and public. The deadline is called Exclusion Day because no school if no vaccination by February 21.  Many schools report hundreds of families refusing to get their children vaccinated.

Washington: Global vaccine pushers Bill & Melinda Gates denied that their vaccination program was a way of pushing their personal beliefs on other people by arrogantly saying “It’s a human value.”

Washington DC: At least 40% of U.S. residents had been vaccinated for influenza by November 2017, yet it didn’t stop the influenza outbreak.  The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) teaming up with other health agencies to find out why this flu season’s vaccine didn’t work against H3N2, after the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) admitted it was only 25% effective against H3N2.  The CDC also said that at least 15% of children who’ve died from influenza were vaccinated.  Speaking of the CDC, they’ve just re-approved FluMist as a vaccine for next year’s flu seaon, after banning it for this year’s flu season.  The CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices has issued ‘notable changes’ regarding vaccinations for mumps, shingles and influenza.  Despite pro-vaccer’s fears that not enough children are getting vaccinated, the CDC reports that 77% of children born in 2013 have been vaccinated, and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association reported a 12% increase in the number of children covered by its insurance getting shots.  However, both the CDC and Blue Cross Blue Shield whine that not enough children are being vaccinated for HPV.  Regarding medical martial law, the Department of Homeland Security has launched Operation Hidden Signals Challenge, which seeks to create a computer program that can predict disease outbreaks, either naturally or in the case of biological warfare.

Operation Jupiter: Military’s secret flu imitating virus exposed, vaccinations for military only!

29JAN2018, 20:41 UTC-07 Tango 06  (10 Bahman 1396/13 Jumada l-Ula 1439/14 Xin-Chou 4715)

“On the basis of the severity of the clinical presentation of some cases in this study, the vaccine currently licensed for military use should be considered a potentially valuable resource to prevent disease in susceptible populations living in closed communities, such as college settings, summer camps, and long-term care facilities.”-Adriana Kajon, Lovelace Respiratory Research Institute

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has revealed that a previously secret viral infection is spreading, and it mimics influenza.  It’s called adenovirus and was first identified in the 1950s, specifically infecting U.S. Army personnel.

Initial U.S. Army experiments with vaccines seemed successful, but after a few years the adenovirus resurfaced stronger than before, even re-infecting personnel that had been vaccinated.   One study showed that two damaged adenovirus cells will join together to form a new healthier, stronger cell (a process known as multiplicity reactivation).

In August 2017, the Naval Health Research Center revealed a vaccine that supposedly works against five version of adenovirus: “In the mid-1990s, the adenovirus vaccine was discontinued at military recruit training commands throughout the Department of Defense (DoD), resulting in frequent respiratory illness outbreaks. Adenovirus was the most prevalent and widely spread virus in military training environments, infecting up to 80 percent of recruits and resulting in lost training time and increased medical care.

In 2011, the adenovirus vaccine was reinstated for military recruits after NHRC and the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research conducted a clinical trial that demonstrated its safety and efficacy. According to researchers with NHRC’s operational infectious diseases team, after the live, oral vaccine for adenovirus types 4 and 7 was resumed, rates of adenovirus among recruits declined dramatically—cases went from 250 each week to two, on average. To date, other adenovirus serotypes—3, 14, and 21—that had previously caused illness in recruits have not reemerged.”

(also read Naval Medical R&D News, August 27-30 Special Edition)

The virus mimics influenza and is so unheard of in the silly-vilian world that most clinics and hospitals don’t have the test to identify it.  Many silly-vilians are incorrectly diagnosed with having the flu.

Human adenovirus is a cause of Acute Respiratory Disease (ARD) and can also cause gastroenteritis (often incorrectly called stomach flu), even tonsillitis (my adult son just had a tonsillectomy due to a mystery infection which ‘shredded’ his left tonsil, literally nothing remaining but shreds, uh oh, I used the word literally guess I’m gonna be kicked outta that NYC bar).  There are more than 50 versions of adenovirus.  Transmission is thought to be through the air and in your crap, but adenoviruses are also resistant to cleaning chemicals and other liquids, so washing your hands all day long won’t get rid of them.  There is no treatment for it.

There are also adenoviruses that attack seals, bats, canines, reptiles, birds, monkeys and all domesticated farm animals.   I didn’t see any mention of felines being affected.

Here’s where what I call Operation Jupiter comes in; adenoviruses are used by scientists to genetically modify organisms, under the guise of gene therapy!  Adenoviruses are used as ‘delivery platforms’ for externally created (GMOed) antigens into humans suffering from things like cystic fibrosis or cancer.

CDC Reports: “In May 1997, a large, persistent epidemic of adenovirus type 4-associated acute respiratory disease began at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, the largest army basic training center. The epidemic lasted until December and declined when vaccine administration resumed. More than 1,000 male and female trainees were hospitalized; 66.1% of those hospitalized had an adenovirus type 4 isolate.”

Adenoviruses are frequent causes of respiratory disease in the US military population. A successful immunization program against adenovirus types 4 and 7 was terminated in 1999. Review of records in the Mortality Surveillance Division, Armed Forces Medical Examiner System, identified 8 deaths attributed to adenovirus infections in service members during 1999–2010.

“An outbreak of respiratory illness occurred in a long-term care facility in New York City. Investigation of the outbreak identified confirmed or suspected adenoviral infection in 84% of the residents from October 19 to December 18, 1999. Further identification by type-specific neutralization and restriction analysis identified a new genomic variant of adenovirus type 7.”

“Antibodies were more common in humans residing in sub-Saharan Africa…..This finding suggests cross-species transmission of chimpanzee adenoviruses.”

“In mid-May 2007, a respiratory disease outbreak associated with adenovirus, serotype B14 (Ad14), was recognized at a large military basic training facility in Texas. The affected population was highly mobile…………Ad14 was identified at 8 sites in California, Florida, Mississippi, Texas, and South Korea. Ad14 spread readily to secondary sites after the initial outbreak. Military and civilian planners must consider how best to control the spread of infectious respiratory diseases in highly mobile populations traveling between diverse geographic locations.”

“…isolates collected in Iowa from 1992 to 2002 and found that genome type Ad7d2 became increasingly prevalent. By 2002, it had supplanted all other Ad7 genome types. The association of Ad7d2 with severe illness and death calls for heightened public health concern.”

“In March 2011, an outbreak of acute respiratory disease was reported at the Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) Police Training Centre. Approximately 100 trainees were hospitalized and 5 were admitted to the intensive care unit. Three of these 5 trainees died.”

“During April 2011–March 2012, we retrospectively reviewed medical records for South Korea soldiers to assess the etiology and epidemiology of acute viral lower respiratory tract infections. Adenovirus was the most commonly identified virus (63.2%) and the most common cause of pneumonia (79.3%) and hospitalization (76.6%); 3 soldiers died of adenovirus-related illness.”

“During October 2013–July 2014, Oregon health authorities identified 198 persons with respiratory symptoms and an HAdV-positive respiratory tract specimen. Among 136 (69%) hospitalized persons, 31% were admitted to the intensive care unit and 18% required mechanical ventilation; 5 patients died.”

Vaccine Fail: Hospitals consider flu a non-emergency! As many as 20% of children who died had flu shot!

27JAN2018 (07:21 UTC-07 Tango 06) 07 Bahman 1396/10 Jumada l-Ula 1439/11 Xin-Chou (12th month) 4715

Hospitals across the metro areas of the United States are reporting emergency rooms being overwhelmed with people sick with the flu.  This is causing problems like seven hours long waits in Iowa, ambulance diversions in New York, California hospitals actually stopping ambulance deliveries of non-trauma patients!  That’s because flu infection is considered a non-emergency by U.S. hospitals, despite what the mainstream fake news tells you on TV! So hospital ERs are getting crammed full of non-emergency patients who should be going to clinics or through non-emergency hospital admissions.

Prescriptions of anti-viral Tamiflu skyrocketing by 640% compared to last flu season.  So far the U.S. Food and Drug Administration says there’s plenty of Tamiflu in stock.

Low vaccination rate proven to be a myth as Blue Cross Blue Shield reports that infant vaccination rates across the U.S. average in the 70% range.   However, influenza vaccinations were not included in the study.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) admitted that “In past flu seasons, between 80 and 85 percent of children who have died from the flu had not gotten a flu vaccine that season…”, as reported by Reuters.  This also infers that of those children that died 20% to 15% had gotten the flu shot!

It should be noted that the CDC does not track adult influenza cases, nor does the CDC have ‘hard-n-fast’ data regarding flu deaths: “CDC does not know exactly how many people die from seasonal flu each year. There are several reasons for this. First, states are not required to report individual seasonal flu cases or deaths of people older than 18 years of age to CDC. Second, seasonal influenza is infrequently listed on death certificates of people who die from flu-related complications. Third, many seasonal flu-related deaths occur one or two weeks after a person’s initial infection, either because the person may develop a secondary bacterial co-infection (such as bacterial pneumonia) or because seasonal influenza can aggravate an existing chronic illness (such as congestive heart failure or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). Also, most people who die from seasonal flu-related complications are not tested for flu, or they seek medical care later in their illness when seasonal influenza can no longer be detected from respiratory samples. Sensitive influenza tests are only likely to detect influenza if performed within a week after onset of illness. In addition, some commonly used tests to diagnose influenza in clinical settings are not highly sensitive and can provide false negative results (i.e. they misdiagnose flu illness as not being flu.) For these reasons, many flu-related deaths may not be recorded on death certificates.”

study published in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society reveals that only 28% of hospitalized old people get tested for influenza.

U.S. researchers have confirmed what many Asian researchers already knew (2013: STUDY SUGGEST THAT BREATHING SPREADS FLU FASTER THAN SNEEZING!); that simple breathing spreads the flu, no coughing needed.

In Idaho, the November/December 2017 issue of Bingham Memorial Hospital’s Health Matters quoted Doctor Gary Ullery who admitted “The immune system still remains a mystery…there is still a lot we don’t know.”  But forget trying to immunize yourself by having a ‘flu party’, a new study says repeated exposure to influenza A (like the current Horror Flu H3N2) can actually make you more susceptible to dying in future flu pandemics: “It is also generally thought that past exposures to antigenically dissimilar strains of influenza virus may also be beneficial due to cross-reactive cellular immunity. However, cohorts born during prior heterosubtypic pandemics have previously experienced elevated risk of death relative to surrounding cohorts of the same population. Indeed, individuals born during the 1890 H3Nx pandemic experienced the highest levels of excess mortality during the 1918 ‘Spanish flu.'”-Pandemic Paradox: Early Life H2N2 Pandemic Influenza Infection Enhanced Susceptibility to Death during the 2009 H1N1 Pandemic

Mmmm, what does that say about getting vaccinated for influenza A?

Vaccine Fail: Horror Flu hits United States!

11JAN2018 (02:46 UTC-07 Tango 06) 21 Dey 1396/23 Rabi ‘ath-Thani 1439/25 Xin-Chou 4715

“Whenever [H3N2] shows up, it causes lots of disease, lots of hospitalizations, lots of cases and lots of deaths.”-Daniel B. Jernigan, CDC, during interview with ABC (American Broadcasting Company, not Australian Broadcasting Corporation)

H3N2 influenza delivered the Australian Horror Flu to the United States, and health officials around the world never saw it coming (this season’s vaccine does not protect against H3N2), now the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is sounding an alarm.

Back in October I wrote how Australia was experiencing what they called Horror Flu.  It was horrible because people were dying and the vaccine wasn’t working (even though British empire Aussie doctors were blaming the epidemic on children who didn’t get vaccinated).  This is important because Australia precedes United States in the yearly flu season, and the vaccine used in Australia is basically the same one used in United States.

I’m writing this because I’ve noticed how the mainstream U.S. news media subtly admits the 2017-18 season’s flu vaccine is only 10% effective, but then their health ‘experts’ go on to tell their audience to get the flu shot anyway because “it’s better than nothing”, or they outright lie and claim that an ineffective vaccine will still protect you “by reducing symptoms”.

This flu season young healthy adults are getting hit hard, which is a sign that the H3N2 virus has evolved to a deadlier form, and this also means that even if you got a H3N2 flu shot, it would be of the older weaker version.

Now there’s vaccine mandatory Mexico, which usually has a high number of flu deaths despite forcing people to get flu shots, but this time is experiencing a relatively light flu season (so far), even with H3N2 being the dominant strain (75% of confirmed cases).  This is interesting because Mexico doesn’t have an updated H3N2 vaccine, just like Australia and United States.

“They thought it was caused by a bacteria, so they made up a vaccine with the bacteria they thought was influenza…. But, you can’t make a vaccine if you’re looking at the wrong causative organism. They were on the wrong track; the influenza was caused by a virus.”-Shirley Fannin, epidemiologist, Influenza 1918

Recently on PBS (Public Broadcasting Service) the program American Experience aired a documentary on the 1918 Flu.  The documentary is called Influenza 1918 and it shows just how ignorant medical science was back then, even shooting people in California full of bacterias in an attempt to create a vaccine (back then doctors were convinced flu was a bacteria, it is a virus, but viruses were just considered a theory back then, they weren’t widely accepted as real until the electron microscope was invented).  Everybody should watch the documentary, it’s a good lesson in how pandemics work and how medical science fails.

“In light of our knowledge of influenza and the way it works, we do understand that it probably ran out of fuel, it ran out of people who were susceptible… it’s like the firestorm, it sweeps through and it has so many victims and the survivors developed immunity.”-Shirley Fannin, epidemiologist, Influenza 1918

One important lesson is that pandemics run out of fuel when they run out of human hosts whose immune systems can’t handle the new bug. It is not the intervention of medical science that stops pandemics.

Another reason for microbes burning themselves out is that they continually evolve (mutate) so that they will eventually evolve to a weaker non-life threatening version (and periodically evolve back into life threatening versions, this is why vaccines can’t be praised for ending diseases).

By the way, another study revealed (back in December 2017) that a new triple combination flu shot failed to prevent illness: “The scarcity of evident clinical benefit despite enhanced viral clearance is both intriguing and disappointing.”-John Beigel,  Leidos Biomedical Research
