Martial Law U.S.A.: TSA security is not targeting terrorists! Fake exemptions expanded for frequent flyers!

Out of Arizona: “America’s Friendliest Airport” is now America’s Martial Law Airport.

The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport has registered numerous complaints against gestapo Transportation Security Administration agents, complaints coming from people as old as 92 years who said they were humiliated and terrorized.  Apparently most of those targeted are disabled people with fake body parts.

TSA announced an expansion of their privileged Trusted Traveler Program, which supposedly allows club members to skip martial law searches!  The TTP is being expanded to 350 airports in 2014.

A civil rights activist warned that just because your a TTP member doesn’t mean Big Brother/Sister isn’t watching you: “If you sign up, you’ll want to keep your nose clean for the rest of your life. Because that’s how long the FBI will keep your fingerprints.”-Gregory Nojeim, Center for Democracy and Technology

Infowars/Prison Planet has discovered that Public Access to Court Electronic Records, PACER.gov, has federal court documents that reveale that the country has been and still is under martial law: “…as a result of an ‘order’ of the TSA and that Congress had stripped the district courts of jurisdiction…” 

The court documents show that the TSA has been taking baby steps to increased use of martial law prison tactics: “….in 2002, a limited pat-down procedure was in place for secondary screening. This procedure…..did not include any touching of the ‘sensitive areas’ of travelers……..In September 2004….the TSA modified the pat-down procedure to include touching the breasts of female travelers……in 2010, the TSA discontinued all use of hand-held metal detectors, for reasons that have never been explained.”

TSA uses full body pat downs as well as electromagnetic nude body scanners.  Documents show TSA employees continually violate their own rules of how full body pat downs are conducted. It is also pointed out that Germany refused to adopt the U.S. TSA nude body scanner system, due to 35% failure rate.  France refused due to high failure rate of system.

TSA had access to three other search systems, but capriciously choose the nude body scanners.  The TSA rejected the use of 95% effective, and far cheaper, bomb sniffing dogs!  The TSA is actually receiving taxpayer funding for bomb sniffing dogs!

The second rejected search device was the ETP machines, which detected chemicals that could be used for explosives, although the same chemicals can be found in sausages.   TSA discontinued the EPT use because of operational costs, not lack of effectiveness.  I can attest to the EPT effectiveness because sausages bought in Idaho and heading to California via the Pocatello Airport, popped up as bombs on the EPT.  Sausages contain nitrates, they were allowed to fly on to California.

TSA also has another chemical detector, ETD.  But court documents show they are considered secondary, backup systems, and are rarely used, even though they are effective and cheaper than both EPT and nude body scanners.

The documents point out that not once has the TSA caught a true terrorist.

Even TSA’s own documentation showed there is no justification to their martial law tactics: “….explosives brought on board airplanes…..happened outside of the United States…..even on the global scale, including Middle Eastern countries with extreme civil unrest and a high prevalence of improvised explosive devices….explosives on airplanes are extremely rare……the TSA analyzed hijackings in 2007, and found 7 hijacking incidents across the globe, but none of them involved actual explosive devices.”

The court documents then point out “The hijackers on 9/11 had no explosives; only knives………This begs the question, then, of what evidence the government possesses to rationalize that we should be so afraid of non-metallic explosives being brought aboard flights departing from the U.S. that we must sacrifice our civil liberties. The answer: there is none.”

The only conclusion we can come to is that the dictatorial elites of the United States used the threat of terrorism as a False Flag to impose martial law and turn you into slaves!

Government Incompetence in the United Police States of America: TSA bullies strip search 85 year old, ban pregnant woman with studded purse!

Despite promises of improved, and more respectable security screenings, the Transportation  Security Administration continues to behave like a bully.  In one case they forced an 85 year old woman to strip, and banned a pregnant 17 year old from boarding the plane because of the design on her her purse!

“It’s my style. It’s camouflage. It has an old western gun on it…She was like, ‘This is a federal offense because it’s in the shape of a gun.’ I’m like, ‘But it’s a design on a purse. How is it a federal offense?'”-Vanessa Gibbs, banned because of purse design

Gibbs says she was told by TSA officials, in Norfolk, Virginia, she could not get on the plane with her studded purse, because it also has the image of a revolver.  They claim a federal law says you can not have anything that represents weapons on an airliner. In Gibbs’ case the TSA officials called her purse a ‘replica weapon’!  Doesn’t that violate our right to Freedom of Expression?

In another recent case, 85 year old Lenore Zimmerman said she was called a terrorist: “I walk with a walker. I really look like a terrorist. I am tiny. I weigh 110 pounds, 107 without clothes, and I am strip searched.”

The strip search took place at the JFK airport.  Zimmerman says they forced her to strip search because she refused to go through scanners with her defibrillator.

She says she asked to be patted down instead, but the TSA officer refused.  During the search her walker hit her leg and caused bleeding. Medics were called.

TSA officials are flat denying they strip searched her: “While we regret that the passenger feels she had an unpleasant screening experience, TSA does not include strip searches as part of our security protocols and one was not conducted in this case.”

It’s interesting that the TSA makes that claim because it seems to be a common offense reported by TSA victims.

United Police States of Incompetent America: 28 TSA guards fired in Hawaii, proof that the TSA is a waste of tax dollars

September 19, three TSA guards quit, and the Transportation Security Administration fired 28 other guards, as well as suspending another 15.

This after an investigation was started back in 2010.  TSA guards assigned to the morning shift allowed checked bags to be loaded onto flights without being screened for explosives, at Hawaii’s Honolulu International Airport.

This proves that the government is not only incompetent, but that the people of the U.S. don’t need the tax money sucking TSA!!!

United Police States of America: TSA, local cops working for drug dealers, you sure the U.S. is safer now than before 9/11/2001?

Three Transportation Security Administration officers in Florida and New York airports, along with two New York police officers, have been arrested for taking bribes from prescription drug dealers.

The bribes were in the form of cash and gift cards.  The TSA officers, and the New York cops, face charges of conspiring to distribute, and possessing with intent to distribute oxycodone.  Altogether 20 people were arrested.

United Police States of America: TSA deprives diabetic pregnant woman of insulin

A pregnant woman flying from Denver to Phoenix, was deprived of her insulin by TSA officials.  They claimed the insulin could be used to make a bomb!

The woman even had a note from her doctor explaining her situation, the Transportation Security Administration official didn’t care.

What makes this even more alarming is that they let the woman keep hair spray, nail polish, and even the syringes used to inject the insulin!

Luckily, the woman managed to sneak half a vial of insulin past the TSA idiots, and she was able to arraign for more insulin when she got to Phoenix.

Paranoia about terrorism out of control in the U.S., or is the TSA run by a bunch of sicko perverts? Butt Bomb Implants?

The Transportation Security Administration says they are concerned about terrorists going to the ridiculous trouble of surgically implanting bombs in their bodies.

Of course the TSA says the latest full body scanners can’t detect such things, so they’ll have to resort to even more invasive pat downs, or other means of checking you out.

TSA officials admit there is no evidence that terrorists are planning such an inefficient way to blow things up.

Think about it, the cost of implanting a bomb inside yourself go against one of the standards of terrorists, that is to do things as cheaply as possible.  Why not spend the money on a shoulder launched guided anti-aircraft missile?  Also, you couldn’t send the terrorist in to do the job right away, because of recovery time from surgery.  And if the surgeon is not the best in the world at stitching, the scar from the surgery is a dead giveaway, no need for more invasive pat downs.

One report says TSA officials think terrorists would implant bombs in their butt!  Hey buddy, what’s that bulging from your butt?  Why the big ass scar on your butt?  Oh, officer I just had butt implants done in Hollywood, I’m gonna be a big shooting star.  Yeah right!  Butt bomb implants?  Doc, now that I have a bomb in my butt can I sit down?  I suggest keeping off your butt until it’s time to blow up the plane.  Well that’s simple, TSA agents just have to watch for the person who refuses to sit down.

TSA officials also say women could put bombs in their boobs!  Excuse me ma’am but your boobs are oddly shaped, I’m gonna have to cop a feel. By the way, one bomb “expert” in Colorado said the detonator for a boob bomb would be under the boob, so if someone presses down…BOOM!  The next time you check out the scars on that porn star’s boobs it might not be silicone in there. Especially if it’s an evil Muslim porn star, you know those Muslim women like to put bombs in their boobs.  It’d have to bee a woman who hates wearing bras, ’cause you might set it off just by putting on your bra, if that “expert” in Colorado is correct.

Here’s another inefficiency in body bombs: Another report said that the body bombs would have to be set off by the terrorist using a large syringe to inject a chemical into the bomb to make it explode.  How does the terrorist get through security with a large syringe of fluid?  Also, how would passengers on a plane, or bus, or train react if they saw someone whip out a huge syringe and jab it into themselves?  If they jab their stomach passengers might think, oh diabetic.  But what if they jab their boobs, or bend over awkwardly and jab their ass?  Still, how’d they get through security with a syringe?

Reality check: Terrorists don’t have to blow up the plane, or bus, or train or whatever.  They can just blow up the TSA checkpoint, or the TSA agents doing a random check in a random location, it’ll still have the same affect.  Look at what anti-abortion terrorists have done; place bombs in trash dumpsters to take out emergency responders, who where responding to the shooting of people who where trying to go into the abortion clinics.  Simple things like that is how most terrorists think, not “I’m gonna put a bomb in my butt/boobs, wait several weeks while I heal up, then try to get on a plane by going through a security checkpoint designed to find bombs.”

Remember, there is no evidence of such a butt/boob bomb plot.  Officials can only point to a British intelligence report that speculates that terrorists might implant bombs into their bodies.  Anybody remember the last time the U.S. went along with British intelligence?  It was the months leading up to the U.S. invasion of Iraq.  Since then all “intelligence” from the British, about Saddam Hussein and Iraq, have been proven to be faulty or even made up.

A retired FBI bomb expert said body bombs are totally impractical: “While possible, it is much less likely to work than other scenarios. There are more practical ways of doing it.”-Leo West

Apparently President Obama supports the TSA’s latest claims, his spokesman Jay Carney, said that the U.S. must continue to evolve ways to search for terrorists and their bombs.

I think the TSA is run by a bunch of perverts, who’re looking for any excuse to exercise a Homeland Security grope fest on your ass and boobs.

The U.S. IS a Police State: A sicko Police state as TSA officials force woman to remove adult diaper

This has really gone too far!  CNN reports Transportation Security Administration agents forced a cancer stricken 95 year old woman to remove her adult diaper.

“My mother is very ill, she has a form of leukemia. She had a blood transfusion the week before, just to bolster up her strength for this travel.”-Jean Weber, daughter of victim of TSA

Agents said they thought they felt something in the diaper when they did a patdown.  No sh*t Sherlock!  Turns out the diaper was doing its job!   Jean Weber cried because her ill mother ended up without underwear for the flight.

How can any self respecting person willingly do what TSA agents have to do?  Not only does it violate the rights, and dignity of travelers, but it has to be humiliating for the TSA agents!  If I were working for the TSA I would’ve quit a long time ago.  So not only is the United States a police state, but it’s a sicko police state!

The U.S. IS a Police State: TSA VIPR Teams could be visiting your home, new war on immigrants

Think the Transportation Security Administration is on the look out for terrorists?  Going by their track record, the TSA is actually working for Immigration, and your home town could be next.

Recently, TSA Administrator John Pistole testified in front of a U.S. Senate committee.  His testimony revealed that the TSA is not conducting searches for terrorists, but instead is helping the Border Patrol, and Immigration & Customs agencies looks for illegal immigrants, under the guise of fighting terrorism.

Not only that, but the searches, carried out by VIPR teams (Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response), are seemingly random and take place anywhere in the country.  As many as 8,000 VIPR searches were conducted last year, and included train stations and public transportation systems that are not involved in international travel.

In one case, at a Georgia train station, the VIPR team set up a false luggage claim area and told Hispanic passengers they had to go through the security screening area to get their luggage.  The VIPR team then had the people pull up their shirts, including the females, and frisked them, including the breasts of the females, right in front of other passengers getting off the train.  VIPR team officials said passengers were told they did not have to be screened, but witnesses said VIPR set up the baggage claim so you had no choice.  On top of that it turns out the baggage was actually in another location.

In San Diego, California, VIPR teams went on a rampage of supposedly random searches of public transportation vehicles, looking for Hispanic teenagers.  Local media reports as many as 20 teenagers, on their way to school, were deported.  Many of those teens’ family live in San Diego, not Mexico.  Several teens immediately came back to San Diego because they have visas.

Sounds like a lot of money is being spent on something with little return for the investment.  But that’s one more issue: TSA boss John Pistole (is that last name fitting for a Police State boss, or what?) was before the Senate because he’s asking for more of your taxpayer money, for more VIPR teams.

Currently there are 25 VIPR teams conducting random searches within the United States.  The TSA wants 12 more teams.  What happened to the TSA’s job of making sure transportation was safe, as in properly maintain vehicles and trained operators?

There are reports that semi-trucks are now being pulled over by VIPR teams, and that you, in your personal car could be pulled over in the future.

Texas tries to criminalize TSA grope fest, gets slammed by Department of Justice, Utah says will criminalize TSA

Texas tried to make it a crime if Transportation Security Administration screeners touched your fiddly bits during a pat downs.  The U.S. Department of Justice stopped it by threatening to shut down flights in and out of Texas.

Now Utah says they want to criminalize TSA pat down grope fests as well: “Texas needs us to stand with them.”-Carl Wimmer
