NAZI-land & United Police States of America: NDAA 2012 failed first House vote, it took two tries to pass. Republicans love the bill. Do you know who voted for it? Idahoans be proud!

The final version of the National Defense Authorization Act for 2012, known in the House as HR 1540, was voted on twice. The first time it failed to pass!

According to CSPAN records the act was first voted on at 18:33 hours, local Washington DC time, then again at 18:50 hours.

The first time it failed by 234 Representatives voting against and 183 for, with 16 abstaining.  The second vote was called for “On Motion to Recommit with Instructions”.

Less than 20 minutes later the House passed the act with 283 for, 136 against and 14 abstaining.

According to Roll no. 932, 190 Republicans voted for what I call the NAZIfication act. Only 43 Republicans voted against it, eight abstained.

In true Democrat style, the Donkey club split down the middle; 93 for, 93 against and six abstaining.

The Roll no. 932 also lists the name of those who voted.  Idahoans can be proud to know that Representative Raul Labrador, and Representative Mike Simpson voted against the NAZIfication bill!

Contractor Incompetence: 14 bomb sniffing dogs suffocated in an unventilated truck at the Houston airport

A U.S. military contractor is suing two Texas companies for killing 14 bomb sniffing dogs.  The dogs were supposed to be shipped to U.S. troops in Afghanistan.

The two companies being sued are Indian Creek Enterprises Incorporated and Live Animal Transportation Services.

The military contractor said the dogs were supposed to have been put in the Houston airport’s kennel, because their flight was canceled.  Instead the transportation contractors left the dogs locked in a sealed, unventilated truck.  On December 21, 2010, the military contractor checked on the dogs, only to discover them in the truck, all dead.

There was blood and other evidence that the dogs tried to get out.

Texas media can not get a hold of the owners of Indian Creek Enterprises Incorporated.  The other contractor, Live Animal Transportation Services, has a new owner who basically says this is the first he’s heard of it.

NAZI-land & United Police States of America: Congress passes final version of National Defense Authorization Act. Obama says he approves

On the evening of December 14, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the final version of the controversial National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal 2012.  It passed with 283 representatives voting for, and 136 against.  It will cost U.S. taxpayers $662 billion!

Officials claim they changed some provisions regarding the use of the military as police within the United States, and the detention of U.S. citizens, but still included a loophole for the President to do so by using “national security” as an excuse!

President Obama’s advisers say they’re fine with that: “…language does not challenge or constrain the president’s ability to collect intelligence, incapacitate dangerous terrorists, and protect the American people, and the president’s senior advisors will not recommend a veto.”–Jay Carney, White House Press Secretary

The bill also continues huge spending on operations in Iraq, even though the U.S. is officially getting out of Iraq.  Many of the U.S. forces leaving Iraq are still being based in the Middle East, like in Kuwait.  Also, most military troops in Iraq will be replaced by mercenaries, I mean private security contractors.  Did you know the murderous security contractor formerly known as Blackwater, formerly known as Xe Services, and now known as Academi, is about to get a big chunk of that money to continue operations in Iraq?

The spending bill shows that the United States, under Obama, has no intention of reducing military operations that drain precious tax dollars with no return on investment for the average person in the U.S.!

World War 3 & United Police States of America: Farming Family in North Dakota first in the U.S. to be arrested after being hunted down by Predator UAV. It happened months ago. U.S. Congresswoman resigns, warns the U.S. is becoming NAZI-land

It has been revealed that police in North Dakota have been using Predator UAVs since June 2011.  Now three men, who are accused of threatening a sheriff’s life, have become the first U.S. arrest victims of the drone.

It’s already been reported that the FBI and Border Patrol are using drones, but now local police!  Law enforcement officials in North Dakota admit they use them at least twice per month.

The men, supposedly from the same family, that were arrested are suspected of stealing cows.  The Nelson County Sheriff says his life was threatened by the family when he went on their property looking for the cows.  The sheriff responded by calling in an army of police and a Predator drone based at Grand Forks air base (the UAV officially being used by the Border Patrol).

It’s now December 12, the event is just now being reported in the U.S. media. It took place at the end of June!  I wonder if the family has also been accused of being terrorists.  Sure seems like a lot of taxpayer money was spent to arrest suspected cattle rustlers.

The use of UAVs against U.S. citizens caused one member of Congress to resign back in February.  Jane Harman, of California, who sat on the House Homeland Security Intelligence subcommittee from 2007 until she resigned, said no one ever discussed using Predators to help local police.

She also gave a dire warning: “There is no question that this could become something that people will regret.”

Harman’s father is a survivor of the NAZI concentration camps in World War 2.  Harman should know from her father’s first hand accounts what NAZI-land looks like!

Japan Modern Day Atlantis round 4: Minamisanriku, hometown of Heroine Miki Endo is becoming the Atlantis I predicted

On March 11, a massive tsunami hit Minamisanriku.  If it wasn’t for a young woman, Miki Endo, as well as her boss ordering the residents to escape, many thousands more would have been killed.

Endo and her boss did not survive. They stayed at their posts on the second floor of the town hall building.  The water reached the top of the third floor of the building.  Endo’s last words over the city’s loudspeaker system were: “Take care mom!”

On November 7, Independent Television News updated the situation of Minamisanriku, and it looks like my past posts, comparing it to a modern day Atlantis, might apply.  A city official says no rebuilding can take place, because the land is slowing sinking into the ocean: “…our plan is to move the entire town to higher ground, because the ground level here has dropped by 70 cm [27.5 inches]. When we get higher tides, they come in and this entire area is underwater.”-Jin Sato, Mayor

United Police Kingdom: England’s August riots blamed on Bobbie Brutality

A study to find out the main causes for the August 2011 riots that hit several locations in England, revealed a surprise. Economic factors were not the number one reason, police brutality was!

The London School of Economics, along with the Guardian newspaper, conducted a study called Reading the Riots. 85% of those surveyed blamed the riots on the British Bobbies, saying the police hold themselves about the law.

The biggest complaint against the police is the constant detentions and harassment of lower class people, who’re never charged with any crime. Then comes the beatings and shootings by police.  Over the decades hundreds of civilians have been killed by Bobbies.

The August riots were started because the Bobbies shot and killed an unarmed father while he sat in the back of a taxi.  The cops claimed he shot first, and that a shootout took place. However, the dumb cops committed the act on a crowded street, and many witnesses countered the police claims. An independent investigation concluded that the Bobbies shot and killed the man without provocation!

On the first night of what started out as peaceful protests, the Bobbies singled out a teenaged girl because she was berating them for killing the man. They beat her. Video of the beating was posted on the internet.  Their beating of the girl is what started the riots.

To be sure, economics was also a factor in the August riots. For young Brits they were upset over the ending of a public allowance for children who stay in grade school, and, the tripling of college tuition.  The Reading the Riots study discovered that it was the older Brits who rioted over police brutality.  Many said they want vengeance for decades of repression at the hands of the Bobbies!

And it’s not over, four out of five respondents say more riots are coming for the United Police Kingdom!

By the way, violent protest does work. It forces the Elites to spend money fighting a war on the home front.  After all, they ain’t gonna spend that money on helping create jobs, and that’s what makes them Elites, they don’t want to spend their money (so much for trickle down economics).

United Police Kingdom: Scotland Yard says Occupy demonstrators are equal to al Qeada!

A document leaked from the London Metropolitan Police (Scotland Yard) shows they consider the Occupy movement a terrorist organization equal to al Qeada!

The document, titled Terrorism/Extremism update for the City of London Business Community, was leaked to Occupy LSX demonstrators by an unnamed businessman.

“Activism is not a crime and the desire to participate in democratic decision-making should not be a cause for concern for the police in any free society….An institution that confuses active citizens with criminals and equates Al Qaeda with efforts to re-imagine the city is an institution in grave danger of losing its way.”-Occupy LSX response

There are at least three active Occupy London movements currently taking place, including the Occupy LSX movement.  LSX stands for London Stock Exchange.

Russian Elections: The return of the Red Menace? Violence during elections

The U.S. media has reported that Vladimir Putin’s political party is losing support in the latest Russian elections (although still in power).  But which party is gaining support?  Why it’s the old school communist party from the days of the Soviet Union.

The most recent check of Russian media polling results showed Putin’s United Russia party in the lead with 49.54% of the votes.  The next highest party is the Communist party with 19.16% of the vote.  But does it really matter?

In Moscow, more than 300 people protested the elections, saying they were not fair because all the political parties involved were not true ‘opposition’ parties.  Things got violent, with police arresting at least 100 people.

Occupy Fukushima! Residents order all nuclear reactors shut down and scrapped!

The governor of Fukushima Prefecture, Yuhei Sato, ordered all nuclear reactors in the prefecture, to be shut and scrapped.  There are ten nuclear reactors in Fukushima Prefecture.

The residents of Fukushima know that it will have a huge negative impact on their local economy, but they say it’s better than trying to live with an ongoing nuclear disaster!

The Fukushima government is working on a reconstruction plan that will try to create new jobs for those working at the nuclear plants.

United Police Kingdom: Privatization plans, disgused as austerity measures, backfires. Prison Guards threaten to join protestors, after government cuts pension plan, and prisons fill with record number of people

Thousands of British prison officers say they might join the planned nationwide strikes on November 30.

The Prison Officers Association has 35,000 members, and at least 15,000 will go on strike.  That’s enough to shut down the operations of British prisons.  To make matters worse, the number of people now in British prisons hit a record 87,945 last week.  The prisons are nearly maxed out.

The U.K. government wants to cut retirement plans, and that seems to be the straw that is breaking the prison guards’ back: “We are hoping that we can come to a settlement on pensions, but if we can’t, then we will support the November 30 day of action.”-Steve Gillan, Prison Officers Association
