In the oil rich, relatively new ‘western’ created country of South Sudan the United Nations admitted its measles vaccination program went horribly wrong; 15 children died painfully (“severe sepsis / toxicity”), at least 32 children painfully sick (“fever, vomiting and diarrhoea”).

It happened when 3-hundred people in the village of Nachodokopele were tricked into getting the latest measles vaccine.  The UN-WHO now says the vaccine was contaminated by improper storage and handling.   The vaccines were stored for four days in a building that had no fridgeration equipment, and it was discovered that the person administering the shots was not properly trained and used a single needle for multiple vaccinations!

But wait, there’s more! In India, on 05 MAY 2017 a measles and Japanese encephalitis vaccination campaign went fatally wrong, and apparently for the same reasons!

Two children in Muzaffarpur died and six became sick after being vaccinated.  According to one doctor, the children who died got sick within two hours of being vaccinated.  Pro-vaccination health officials are refusing to blame the vaccines, instead they are speculating that the volunteers administering the shots somehow screwed up, by not keeping the vaccines cold enough, or contaminating the drugs by getting them mixed up, or some other “technical error”.

And what about this official claim that measles is making a comeback because vaccination rates are down?  First off that’s not how vaccines work!  Vaccines don’t prevent viruses from evolving to become stronger, vaccines are meant to make your immune system stronger, remember, vaccines are made with the very viruses they’re meant to help you fight off.   But, as in the case of flu vaccines they’re always a day late and a dollar short because they’re based on the previous outbreak’s version of the virus.

Then there’s the result of a Chinese study (Is short-term exposure to ambient fine particles associated with measles incidence in China? A multi-city study.) which showed a direct connection with pollution and the resurgence of measles, not the lack of vaccinations.  The study also discovered that “…measles associations were stronger on days with high temperature, low humidity, and high wind speed.”  Blame climate change?

Interesting because as of May 2017 their own compensation data shows that between Fiscal Year 1989 and 2017 more than 5-thousand-4-hundred awards totaling 3-billion-679-million-126-thousand-368-hundred U.S. dollars and 95 cents were paid out!
