On 10-11MAY2023, the Washington and Montana National Guards spent the weekend conducting FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) Region 10 training to integrate guard units with federal and local civilian emergency response personnel, for chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear disasters.  The training included load-up of a C-130J Super Hercules: “This is a true joint-training event between the Washington and Montana National Guard and active duty. On 22MAY2023, United States Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) revealed that several months prior they had discovered that the Central American country of Guatemala had at least two ‘sources’ of Cobalt-60!

Apparently, the Cobalt-60 was part of a previous USAID-Denton Program ‘donation’ to the Liga Nacional Contra el Cáncer/Instituto de Cancerología (National League Against Cancer/Cancer Institute) in Guatemala City.

Cobalt-60 is mainly used in medical applications, and some food irradiation, but has also been proposed for use in a ‘dirty’ nuclear bomb to enhance the radioactive fallout.

In April 2023, Guatemala’s Ministry of Energy and Mines, and the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DoE) National Nuclear Security Administration, worked together to remove not one, but two ‘sources’ of Cobalt-60, and send it back to the U.S. of A.

Through the U.S. Southern Command, the U.S. Air Force loaded two C-130J cargo planes (which had just dropped off ‘backlogged’ USAID-Denton Program giveaways) with the large containers of highly radioactive Cobalt-60.

The Denton Humanitarian Assistance Program is not an independent charity but a taxpayer/’donation’ funded operation of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Agency for International Development (USAID). It is also known as Denton Cargo Program or Denton Program, and was started in 1987, after a 1985 change to Title 10 United States Code.  It allows private charities to use space-available on taxpayer funded U.S. military aircraft to deliver their humanitarian supplies, mainly to Central American countries, ostensibly to improve the quality of life in those countries so the people don’t try to move to the U.S.  Obviously it is a failure.

On 17MAY2023, the U.S. Air Force’s (USAF) 6th Security Forces Squadron Marine Patrol Unit led Operation Neptune’s Storm (aka Operation Neptune Storm), it was not about a natural disaster, but defending national security along the Florida coastline: “This operation demonstrated the collective strength and preparedness of our partners in safeguarding our coastlines. Operation Neptune’s Storm highlights the seamless coordination between military, state, and local agencies to protect our national interests and ensure the safety of our communities.”-Colonel Jason Parker, USAF 6th Mission Support Group

Neptune’s Storm also included boats and personnel from the U.S. Coast Guard, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Manatee County Sheriff’s Office, Tampa Police Department, Tampa Fire Rescue, and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission.

MacDill Air Force Base (AFB) is near Tampa, and is charged with providing aerial fueling of military aircraft in that region.  The USAF even referres to MacDill AFB as “America’s premier power projection platform.”  If that is the case, then you need more than puny coastal patrol boats that are typically used to intercept illegal ‘boat people’ trying to get into the United States, unless the future threat is unprecedented waves of boat people?

Biden’s Borderland: Idaho deploys State Police to Texas/Mexico border!

“As we’ve done before, Idaho is responding to the call for help from our neighbors along the border. We used a targeted approach to understand Texas’ needs and wanted to make sure our troopers will bring back what they learn to better protect Idahoans. The focus of the mission is two-fold – the ISP troopers will serve as a force multiplier for the State of Texas when there is an increased need for law enforcement along the U.S.-Mexico border, and our troopers will receive on-the-job training and experience up-to-the-minute enforcement techniques that can be brought back and immediately applied in Idaho.”-Brad Little

On 19MAY2023, Idaho’s Governor Brad Little revealed some details about his plan to deploy up to 12 Idaho State Police (ISP) troopers to Weslaco, Texas. This is not a spur of the moment decision, it was first announced back in January 2023.

It is blamed on the skyrocketing use of fentanyl.  From 2020 to 2021, the rate of fentanyl-related overdose deaths doubled in Idaho!

Idaho joins Florida in sending personnel to Texas. Governor Little explains how bad the situation is:

The plan to deploy ISP troopers to Texas is being coordinated with the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS). It is hoped that the ISP troopers will return home with experience that will help Idaho’s fight against fentanyl, however, this is not the first time Idaho has sent ISP to the U.S./Mexico border.  In 2021, at least five Idaho troopers were sent to Arizona, to assist with the flood of illegals crossing the border.

Biden’s Borderland: Sending record numbers of Illegals back home, at your expense!

On 27APR2023, the U.S. Department of Insecurity, I mean Security, proudly boasted that dozens of taxpayer funded removal (repatriation) flights, of the record numbers of illegals entering the United States, were being made every week: “During the first half of Fiscal Year (FY) 2023, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) increased removals and returns to 225,483, up from 170,896 over the same period in Fiscal Year (FY) 2022.” 

Multiple removal (repatriation) flights are now being conducted almost everyday!  According to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the common destinations include Cuba, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, and even Israel!

U.S. Labor Shenanigans: Home Depot selling ‘tax free’ to woke U.S. military, to increase recruitment/retention?

Today, the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and U.S. Army (USA) Exchange Service announced a roundabout/pseudo/covert(?) taxpayer subsidized deal (in that, who is going to make up the lost state sales tax revenue?) with The Home Depot, officially in the name of ‘thanking’ people for their military service, but more likely in the name of increasing recruitment and retention of military personnel, and to help increase sales for struggling The Home Depot.

The new operation is called “The benefit just keeps getting better!”  USA and USAF personnel based within the United States can now buy appliances from The Home Depot, sans sales tax! The Home Depot already gives military personnel a 10% discount.

Specifically, The Home Depot will set-up appliance kiosk/showrooms in military exchanges (USAF calls them BX for Base eXchange, the USA calls them PX for Post eXchange) where personnel can place sales tax-free orders.  Having the ‘sale’ conducted in a PX or BX is important, you see military exchanges and commissaries are exempt from state/territory sales tax!

Also, it seems the deal with The Home Depot is about replacing the inhouse appliance department of the military exchange service: “In addition to providing a significantly expanded selection of major appliances, Exchange orders will be fulfilled using The Home Depot’s existing capabilities to provide efficient and dependable delivery.”-Tom Shull, CEO Army & Air Force Exchange Service

But wait, this ‘deal’ with financially struggling The Home Depot was made last year! In the last half of 2022, it was announced that the USA/USAF Exchange Service would begin the deal with The Home Depot by Spring 2023.  The U.S. Navy (which includes the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Coast Guard) would also take part under something called the Joint Buying Alliance.

The ‘woke’ military’s Joint Buying Alliance began in January 2019.  Originally this was intended to make the military retail (resale) service more responsive to the wants of military personnel, and it included silly-vilian (civilian) vendors operating ‘on base’. In February 2023, it was boasted that the Joint Buying Alliance had saved military personnel $140-million!
