Vehicle I-D: THAAD (updated)

In the 1990s, the THAAD originally stood for Theater High Altitude Area Defense, but it has changed.  Lockheed Martin: “…Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) interceptor to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). THAAD is a highly effective, combat-proven defense capability against short, medium and intermediate-range ballistic missile threats, and is the only U.S. system designed to intercept targets outside and inside the atmosphere.”

Possibly in exchange for Israel’s Benjamin Netanyahu promising not to attack nuclear operations in Iran, on 13OCT2024 U.S. President Joseph Robinette Biden Junior confirmed he deployed the THAAD system to Israel.

Estimated cost (as of 2017): $1.25-Billion per battery (48 missiles, six truck-mounted launchers, a radar, a command-and-control platform, 95 soldiers), $12.6-Million per missile.

At the begging of March 2019 U.S. THAAD (Terminal High Altitude Area Defense) missiles were deployed to Israel, under the Dynamic Force Employment (DFE) ‘concept’.

The U.S. Army’s Bravo Company-First Battalion-503rd Infantry Regiment-173rd Airborne Brigade (in NATO Italy), also deployed to Israel for the wargame. USA photo by Henry Villarama, 23FEB2019.

Supposedly this deployment has nothing to do with increased fighting in the area, but is meant to prove DFE is capable of rapidly deploying air defense weapons globally (just like the APS system), in anticipation of World War Three.

U.S. taxes support Indian Military Air Show

23 February 2019 (15:50 UTC-07 Tango 06) 04 Esfand 1397/17 Jumada t-Tania 1440/19 Bin-Yin 4717

In the Brititsh empire’s (Commonwealth of Nations) India (India is not independent), Aero India is taking place and the U.S. taxpayers are helping to support it, despite the fact the United States officially does not have any military ops in India.  The show is taking place at India’s Air Force Station Yelahanka.

U.S. representatives admitted the spending of tax dollars on the Indian air show is an attempt to influence the Indian military.  That’s because India is now a financial powerhouse (despite still rampant poverty) and many other countries have already cashed in on deals with India’s military industrial complex.  According to the Economic Times of India, Aero India 2019 is the largest air show in Asia.

One of the most economically powerful European Union member, and a powerful NATO member, Germany still uses mules in mountain warfare because they’re still the most efficient way to transport weapons and supplies to Gebirgsjäger.  So much for hi-technology.

M1A2-V2-SEP ABRAMS IDAHO LIVE FIRE, FEBRUARY 2019

Nuclear helicopters spotted in Wyoming?

Does the ‘N’ in UH-1N mean nuclear?  Maybe it does if you’re part of an elite USAF team training to protect the transport of nuclear ballistic missiles.

In yet more proof that we’ve returned to a Cold War mindset, training missions are being conducted in Wyoming, in which swarms of UH-1N ‘Huey’s fly ballistic missile convoy protect missions.

The 37th Helicopter Squadron, based at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, “…supports emergency war order taskings, by transporting tactical response force teams in support of launch facility denial and recapture and convoy operations.”
