Confirmed number of MERS cases in Republic of Korea (RoK) now at 150. All are connected to hospitals or ambulance services. Deaths from Middle East Respiratory Syndrome now at 16.
The UN’s World Health Organization is demanding that RoK stop all people ‘suspected’ of having MERS from travel. WHO is also demanding that RoK health administrators establish a ‘family tree’ to trace exactly how MERS got into the east Asian country.
The central European country of Slovakia reporting a ‘suspected’ MERS patient has been quarantined in a hospital.
The government of Philippines reports a Filipino working at their embassy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has MERS, “Despite the considerable decrease in MERS-CoV incidence in Saudi Arabia…”. The Philippines’ Department of Health has revealed that since 2012 at least 10 Filipinos working in KSA have died from MERS. The public announcement implied that the MERS victims were/are healthcare workers.
In Malaysia, news reports say a 76 years old woman under quarantine was ‘rescued’ by her family after she begged them to save her from the hospital in Miri. But they just didn’t take her home, they took her to their local hospital in Brunei, however the medical staff in Brunei refused to admit the patient. The woman had just returned from KSA, and had been quarantined pending testing of her sputum. News reports did not indicate that the woman was actually sick with any symptoms.

My research now leads me to believe that many of the bacterial and viral outbreaks over the past few years can be directly tied to a U.S. Army program called JUPITR ATD (Joint USFK Portal Integrated Threat Recognition, Advanced Technology Demonstration). It was originally intended for experiments in Republic of Korea, but then spread to west Africa.

It must be noted that the involvement of U.S. AFRICOM with JUPITR ATD coincides with the recent ebola outbreak. It must be noted that Republic of Korea is dealing with a mysterious MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) outbreak that seems to be concentrated in their hospitals.
The JUPITR ATD is officially about trying to develop a fast, cheap and standardized way of detecting biological weapons deployed during combat. Currently the detection of bio and chemical weapons is not fast or reliable, and is not standardized within the NATO Members or NATO Partners. The problem with the JUPITR ADT Program is that in order to test their experimental equipment they must use live viruses and bacteria, and it must be done in a ‘real world’ environment (mainly outdoors).
Read the following U.S. Army statements from 2013 and 2014, noting the types of ‘agents’ being used and the locations, you’ll begin to connect the dots.

The DPRK (Korea north) is accusing the supposed mistaken shipments of live weaponized anthrax from the United States (since 2005) to be part of an operation called Jupiter Plan. The DPRK has asked the UN Security Council to investigate.
According to news reports out of Republic of Korea (RoK, Korea south) not only has weaponized anthrax been sent out by Utah, but so has a deadly version of botulinum toxin type A (aka botulism or botox)!
I’ve discovered it’s called the JUPITR ATD Program, run by the U.S. Army’s Edgewood Chemical Biological Center. JUPITR stands for Joint USFK (United States Forces Korea) Portal and Integrated Threat Recognition. ATD stands for Advanced Technology Demonstration. Today the Obama regime’s Department of Defense (DoD) has revealed that live weaponized anthrax from Utah’s Dugway Proving Ground was shipped to Camp Zama in Japan, in 2005.
It should be noted that infamous Japanese terror group Aum Shinrikyo (the ones who launched a chemical weapons attack in a Tokyo subway in 1995) stockpiled anthrax and ebola! That terror group is still alive and well. By 2007 Aum Shinrikyo split into two sub-groups; Aleph and Hikari no Wa. In January 2015 Japan’s Public Security Examination Commission claimed they had the groups under surveillance. It’s estimated that the number of people who’ve joined Aum Shinrikyo, since the 1995 chemical attack, is more than 2-thousand.
The number of laboratories that got live anthrax has been increased to 69. Anthrax was also shipped to a privately run lab in United Kingdom, in 2007. Government administrators refuse to reveal the name of the lab.
It was also revealed that Dugway Proving Ground was caught (by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) shipping live anthrax in 2007, but nothing was done to stop it! The CDC report said personnel at Dugway knew the anthrax was alive when they shipped it out!

The fact that almost all new cases of MERS were contracted in hospitals the UN’s World Health Organization is warning that emergency room procedures need to change. Lee Jong-koo is working with a UNWHO team investigating why so many people are getting sick in hospitals.
Preliminary results suggest that what happened was at the beginning a few people who got sick sought help through hospital ERs. They came into contact with many healthcare workers before being diagnosed with MERS. Those healthcare workers got sick and then spread it to other healthcare workers.
UNWHO investigators are suggesting new ER procedures, such as limiting contact between healthcare workers and incoming patients, until a diagnoses is made. Also, constantly transferring ER patients from room to room should be stopped, and patients should be kept separated from other patients. Basically ERs need to start operating as if there’s an epidemic taking place all the time!
Republic of Korea now reports 122 confirmed cases. The new cases include a migrant healthcare worker from China.
The Chinese woman got infected after caring for a sick Korean. As is the trend all new cases were exposed to Middle East Respiratory Syndrome while they were in a hospital.
In China’s Hong Kong, health administrators reported that 31 of 33 people tested for MERS are negative. Apparently they are still waiting for results for two people.
U.S. military ally Republic of Korea (RoK) claims 109 people are confirmed infected with Middle East Respiratory Syndrome, or MERS. Nine people have died. It should be noted that all new cases are blamed directly on local hospitals!

The Samsung Medical Center in Seoul has been accused of being a “super spreader” of MERS. Public health administrators urged Koreans to check if the hospital they want to use has been hit by MERS, in other words stay away from hospitals.
The following South Korean hospitals are infected with MERS: Pyeongtaek Saint Mary’s, Samsung Medical Center, Konyang University, Daecheong, Hallym and South Chungcheong Province. A total of 24 hospitals have been identified by administrators as being infected, or have treated people infected with MERS.
Korean health administrators also said all people with pneumonia symptoms will be treated as if infected with MERS, as a precaution.
MERS might have been spread to another U.S. military ally, Philippines, after two doctors (a husband and wife doctor team) from Korea, and possibly exposed to MERS, spent the weekend in the island country. The two doctors are back in RoK and have finally been put in quarantine.
Originally the husband and wife doctor team refused to obey an order to self quarantine because they weren’t showing symptoms, and they left for Philippines anyway. Local news reports say they “reacted violently” to the idea of being quarantined. But when they returned they were forced into quarantine. It turns out a patient they treated at their Korean orthopedic clinic is infected with MERS, which is why the doctors were ordered under quarantine.
China’s Macao Special Administrative Region has declared a High Alert for MERS. This means residents must wear surgical masks when entering hospitals. The Disease Prevention and Conservation Center is making preparations for two mass quarantine centers, and asked people to stop traveling to Korea.
The United States has tens of thousands of military personnel in both RoK and Philippines.
Turkish news reports say five people from a village near the Black Sea are infected with anthrax. Local health administrators suspect it might be naturally occurring anthrax as all those infected worked in a cattle slaughterhouse.
My research shows that Turkey has the highest rate of anthrax cases in the World. Most human cases are blamed on sick farm animals.
Turkey is a Member of U.S. led NATO. Interestingly there was a jump in Turkish human anthrax cases after the 2001 anthrax attacks in the United States. Most cases involved skin infections (anthrax can attack different parts of your body depending on the type of contact). Treatment with penicillin seems to work best, but ampicillin has also been successfully used.
Inhalation of anthrax is the worst type of infection, most likely to cause death.
According to Russian based bacillusanthracis.org, anthrax can be spread through direct contact, through the air, and can even be spread by blood sucking insects. The website also states that you can’t easily kill anthrax: “spores are still infectious after years and decades.”
At least 31 U.S. military personnel are now being treated for anthrax exposure in the latest conspiracy involving Utah’s Dugway Proving Ground. Three NATO member/Global Partners are also involved: Australia, Canada and Republic of Korea (Canada is a Member, Australia and RoK are Global Partners).
Here’s a problem for people who like to do math: The Obama regime says ten samples of live anthrax were shipped out of Utah to 51 laboratories in 17 U.S. states, plus Washington DC, and three countries. Does that add up?
U.S. ally Republic of Korea (South Korea, aka RoK) has quarantined more than 16-hundred people, and now has shutdown more than 230 schools, all because 35 people are infected with Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS). At least three have died.
Unconfirmed news reports say the first infected Korean had returned from operating a farm equipment company on the Middle East island of Bahrain. Most of the people now infected are healthcare workers who came into contact with the infected man.
So far there are no reports that can justify the lockdown of more than 16-hundred Koreans and 230 schools.
It should be noted that RoK has been in a declared state of Martial Law since 1972. Martial Law was declared by U.S. backed Park Chung-hee, who took power in a coup in 1961. He established the Martial Law Command to enforce it. The current president of RoK is Park Geun-hye, daughter of Park Chung-hee.
Vaccine pushing Spain is reporting its first case of Corynebacterium diphtheriae in 29 years, and health administrators blame a growing rejection of vaccination by the general public.
A six years old boy is infected. Spanish administrators even begged Russia to send them the drug needed to treat him, as vaccine addicted Spain did not have the drug!
Diphtheria is spread by direct contact or through the air. It causes a condition known as Bull Neck, as it causes swelling of body parts. The bacteria is assumed to have a 10% fatality rate. In fact, it’s not that common of a disease with the UN World Health Organization reporting 4-thousand 7-hundred cases worldwide in 2013.
The Spanish Ministry of Health has officially labeled people who refuse vaccines as “irresponsible”. 90% of Spaniards are considered ‘vaccinated’.

The Obama regime’s Department of Defense (DoD) now says at least 17 U.S. states have been hit by live deadly weaponized anthrax, sent with love from Dugway Proving Ground in the state of Utah. Deputy Defense Secretary Robert Work warned “We expect this number may rise.”
DoD investigators also say that it appears the Army’s standard procedure of using radiation to kill live anthrax does not work on this new deadlier version, and that the test to ensure the anthrax is dead didn’t work either!
Here’s a conundrum; in order for military bio-weapons detectors to identify anthrax in the environment they actually need live samples inside the machines for them to function properly.
The states now confirmed to have received the new strain of bacillus anthracis are California, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Ohio, North Carolina plus Washington DC.
The British empire NATO member Canada now confirms that Utah has sent live anthrax to two Canadian laboratories as early as 2006. What’s interesting is that the Public Health Agency of Canada claim they knew then that it was live anthrax, but said nothing about it until now. They add that they still have the live anthrax.
The Canadian labs involved are the National Microbiology Laboratory in Winnipeg (2006 shipment), and the Defence Research and Development Suffield Research Centre in Alberta (two shipments in 2007).
And what timing: The U.S. FDA is looking at a new treatment for anthrax. U.S. Food and Drug Administration is reviewing a new drug called Anthim. The FDA has given Fast Track development status to the drug, which was developed by the Biological Advanced Research and Development Authority.
At least two whistleblowers within the Obama regime’s Department of Defense revealed that the weaponized anthrax ‘mistake’ is much bigger than first reported. It turns out that live cultures were also sent to Australia and Canada. Please note these countries are NATO members or associates.

It turns out these ‘mistaken’ live anthrax shipments have been ongoing since March 2014! In one case, Pentagon administrators admitted they shipped live weaponized Bacillus anthracis to Australia in 2008.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have already urged four people in the U.S. to get treatment for anthrax exposure “as a precaution”.
