Operation Jupiter: Ebola, Michigan & Illinois next? Comes roaring back in USAFRICOM’s Liberia! Don’t eat your dog!

Just days after ebola cases jumped in Guinea and Sierra Leone, now the UN’s World Health Organization reports that health administrators in the former U.S. colony of Liberia are scrambling to contain a new ebola outbreak.

There are three confirmed cases (one of the infected died) and at least 2-hundred people are suspected of being in contact with the infected individuals.  In previous ebola outbreaks bats were the suspected source of the virus, but according to a report in the United Kingdom’s The Times news venue the three infected Liberians got sick after eating a dog.

In United Kingdom, a man who recently returned from west Africa is now in the Royal Liverpool Hospital being tested for diseases, including ebola, after becoming unexplainably sick at work.

It’s interesting that these new west African ebola outbreaks come right when the U.S. state of Michigan’s Special Pathogen Response Network just received $5.5-million USD from the U.S. CDC and HHS, specifically to prepare for an ebola outbreak!

Detroit Receiving Hospital in Detroit, Spectrum Health-Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, and Saint Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor have been selected as ebola “tier-1 facilities”.

In the state of Illinois, news reports say Madison County is prepping for ebola.  County chairman Alan J. Dunstan said now was “A timely opportunity to call together key representatives from public health, healthcare and other front line partners to share current preparedness activities occurring in each discipline and ensure continued coordination of our efforts here in Madison County. It is the responsibility of Madison County officials, public health officials and healthcare providers to protect our residents as best we can, and we are attempting to do just that.”

Indian health administrators suspect that possibly contaminated farm animals resulted in three people getting infected with anthrax and dying: “During our visit we found around 30 villages had consumed the meat of a dead cow. The patients developed abnormal swellings and boils on their body….”-Anand Kumar Padhi, Koraput health administrator

Anthrax hit India’s Koraput District back in December, but in the past week three people have died and “several” are in critical condition.  At least 12 people from one village are infected.  Two people also died in May.

In the U.S. state of North Dakota bacillus anthracis has hit the cattle industry.  The state Department of Agriculture blames unusually abundant rain. In 2005, anthrax killed more than 1-thousand cattle, bison, horses, sheep, llamas and farmed deer and elk.

Anthrax is not a virus, it is a bacteria that can survive extreme environments for decades, even survive chemicals and most radiations.  During the Second World War the evil British empire (supported by the United States) created weaponized versions of anthrax.  The testing grounds, Scotland’s Gruinard Island, was locked-down until 1990 due to massive contamination with the weaponized anthrax.

That weaponized anthrax is called Vollum 14578 and was going to be used against Germany, until the testing showed the lethal effects would last for decades, meaning even the British and Americans would not be able to occupy German territory.  The test animals died within days of being infected.  The test was conducted in 1942, by 1945 the British realized that even their attempts to decontaminate (including incineration of animals) the island could not kill Vollum 14578.  An inspection of the island in 1990 revealed that Vollum 14578 apparently died out and the quarantine was lifted.

But naturally occurring anthrax is just as bad; it can’t be killed, even cooking the contaminated food until it’s almost burned is not a guarantee that you won’t get sick.  The worst form of anthrax infection is through inhalation (airborne).

The governments of Guinea and Sierra Leone are scrambling to squash a new outbreak of deadly ebola filovirus.  12 new cases and six deaths, hundreds of people quarantined!

In Guinea 11 new ebola cases and six deaths reported on 25 June.  Families in affected areas now under quarantine.

In Sierra Leone 31 healthcare workers under quarantine after coming into contact with a pregnant woman who tested positive for ebola.

False Flag: U.S. backed Free Syrian Army working with Islamic State!

Chinese news reports say today’s DAESH (Islamic State) attack on Syrian city Kobane was done with the implicit help of the Free Syrian Army, a rebel group openly favored by the Obama regime.

At least 120 silly-vilians living in Kobane have been mass executed by DAESH.  DAESH snuck into Kobane with the help of Free Syrian Army, who claimed they were their own Free Syrian Army personnel.  It turns out this is a standard practice between DAESH and Free Syrian Army.

It also explains why main U.S. led airstrikes have been ineffective, and backs up claims that only silly-vilians were killed by those airstrikes; Free Syrian Army has been protecting DAESH forces by telling U.S. led advisors that they are their own personnel, and by directing U.S. led airstrikes against silly-vilians that oppose them.

Some analyst in Syria believe Free Syrian Army and DAESH have joined together because Iranian backed Kurds (including female Kurdish Mujahideen whom I consider to be modern day Amazons) are kicking both their asses!

MERS: U.S. Army reveals suspected cases! Doctor dies, was allowed to spread disease! Sick man allowed to go to China! Is this biological warfare?

Confirmed number of MERS (Coronavirus) cases in Republic of Korea (RoK) now at 181. All are connected to hospitals or ambulance services. Deaths now at 31. Up until now almost every person that died was old and had other health problems.  This time one of the latest victims to die was a 70 years old healthy doctor treating MERS patients.

What is significant about the doctor’s death is that, according to Korean news reports, she was exposed to MERS on 05 June and for some reason the health authorities suspected it but didn’t tell her!   Then on 10 June she began showing symptoms, but for some reason health administrators allowed her to treat patients at several hospitals even though they allegedly knew she was infected!  She became so sick that she was admitted to hospital on 20 June, then told she had MERS on 22 June and died two days later.  Another significant issue with the doctor’s infection and death, while almost all the people who’ve died had other health problems the doctor was considered healthy with no preexisting medical problems.

RoK health administrators say 81 people have recovered from the infection.  The number of silly-vilians under quarantine has dropped to 2,931.

The United States Army has revealed that two military families living at Army Garrison Yongsan had been under Medical Martial Law quarantine due to suspected exposure to Middle East Respiratory Syndrome.  The USA (under U.S. grammar rules USA without punctuation stands for United States Army, just as USAF is United States Air Forces, USN=United States Navy, USMC=United States Marine Corps.  U.S.A. with punctuation is the proper way to abbreviate United States of America.  Only the evil British empire uses USA without punctuation to mean United States of America, and that’s a clue that your ‘U.S.’ main stream news media is controlled by the British because they rarely, if ever, punctuate U.S.A. when referring to the country) now says the families are clear of quarantine.  Reports say the two families were quarantined after at least one U.S. service personnel and one dependent were put into hospital, sometime on or before 15 June.  Their respective families were then quarantined.  On 25 June USFK (United States Forces Korea) medical personnel released all the individuals from quarantine.

In China, a 44 years old Korean who arrived in-country infected with MERS (back on 26 May) has been cleared by Chinese doctors to return home.  Chinese health administrators suggested that Korea allowed the man to fly to Hong Kong (and then to Huizhou City via Shenzhen) knowing he was sick!  He had been in contact with MERS infected people in Korea, and even complained of feeling sick on 21 May.  A Korean doctor did advise against traveling to China, but the man was allowed to go anyway!

Vietnam reports that a 24 years old Russian woman, and her boyfriend, who were suspected of being infected with MERS have been cleared.  Vietnam is now conducting hospital drills in preparation for possible outbreak.  The first drill was conducted in a pediatric hospital, even though the overwhelming majority of MERS victims in Korea are not children.  Health administrators in Ho Chi Minh City say they have designated one hospital for adult MERS victims and two hospitals for children.  Do they know something we don’t?

Indonesia reports that a toddler suspected of being sick with MERS is clear of the coronavirus.  The two years old has the flu.  Indonesian health administrators revealed why Vietnam is prepping for masses of children to become infected; the coronavirus has mutated to attack younger people.  Prior to 2014 the majority of victims averaged about 55 years of age, now it’s down to 49 years. Another disturbing trend is that the death rate is going up over the years; in 2013 it was 39%, by the end of 2014 it hit 47%.  Administrators had another warning: “…go see a doctor to treat any chronic diseases you might have. Chronic diseases that attack lungs, heart and kidneys could increase the prospect of contracting MERS…..Don’t drink raw camel milk and don’t visit camel farms.”-Tjandra Yoga Aditama, Health Ministry

Milan, Italy, is hosting the Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life expo until October.  One organization attending is the iconic British empire Lloyd’s of London who recently issued a dire warning, titled Feast or Famine: Business and Insurance Implications of Food Safety and Security.

Lloyd’s analyst warn of skyrocketing food prices and crashing economies caused by population booms, lack of water and other resources, and the threat of a new form of terrorism that targets food supplies.  The result, they say, will be food riots around the World.

As an insurance company Lloyd’s is concerned with the growing risk of providing agricultural insurance, yet is so arrogant about their service that they think insurance is “vital to increasing agricultural production”.

Another danger that Lloyd’s is pushing as the answer to all our prayers is the creation of more and more GMO crops!  (surprisingly there are a vast number of sheeple who still don’t know what GMO is)

Lloyd’s is pushing the idea of forcing everybody involved in the food supply chain to have insurance.  But how does Lloyd’s propose replacing damaged or destroyed or lost food stuffs?  With money?  If there ain’t no food it doesn’t matter how much money you have.

MERS: Paranoia in Thailand?

Confirmed number of MERS cases in Republic of Korea (RoK) now at 169.  All are connected to hospitals or ambulance services, the latest victims are healthcare workers.  Deaths now at 25.  Almost every person that died was old and had other health problems.

RoK health administrators claim 43 people have recovered.  The number of people under healthcare quarantine has dropped to 5-thousand 7-hundred.

Thailand’s Public Health Ministry reports that the 75 years old man infected with Middle East Respiratory Syndrome is from Oman.  They also say at least 176 people have been exposed to MERS.  94 people are under ‘observation’ while healthcare enforcers are searching for another 72 possible victims.

Thailand is using the excuse of MERS to increase security along its border with Malaysia.  Thermal screening of people crossing the checkpoints at Sadao, Padang Besar and Nathawi is underway.  Healthcare enforcement personnel say they are focusing on travelers coming back from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and South Korea.

In Japan Oxycodone is illegal, declared as a highly addictive narcotic.  A female U.S. citizen, and a senior executive with Toyota, is now in jail because she had Oxycodone (aka Roxicodone, OxyContin, Oxecta, OxyIR, Endone, Oxynorm) sent into Japan from the U.S. state of Michigan.

But wait, it was not a case of not understanding Japanese law, because the package was marked “necklaces”!   It should also be noted that Japanese customs inspectors seemed to be on the look-out for the package, implying that this was not the first time the U.S. executive has done this.

The female executive worked for anti-gun Pepsi and job destroying General Motors prior to joining Toyota.  Toyota administrators have publicly apologized for the scandal.

Oxycodone is also illegal in Singapore.

In United Kingdom possession of Oxycodone without a prescription, is a crime.

Operation Jupiter: U.S. soldier found dead in Korea, victim of anthrax?

A U.S. soldier attending a BNCO (pronounced b-knock, Basic Non-Commissioned Officer) school at Camp Jackson, in Korea, was found dead by Korean civilians, near the edge of the small U.S. Army post.  Is it connected to the JUPITR ATD program based out of Osan?

U.S. Forces Korea says they do not know, as of yet, why the soldier died.

According to the Joint Program Executive Office for Biological Defense, the main operators of JUPITR ATD are USAF 51st Medical Support Squadron at Osan Air Force Base, the U.S. Army 65th Medical Brigade at Yongsan (in Seoul), and several new labs used by the United States Army Public Health Command (USAPHC).

The U.S. Army’s Camp Jackson is located on the north side of Seoul, opposite Yongsan.  The USAF base at Osan has been identified as one of the recipients of “mistakenly” shipped live anthrax.

In 2014, USAPHC revealed “….the Joint United States Forces Korea Portal and Integrated Threat Recognition, known as JUPITR, and the Global Biosurveillance Technology Initiative…….The need for biosurveillance and diagnostic laboratory capabilities in the Korean peninsula led to this partnership.”-then Major Michael Desena, USAPHC

My research shows that the U.S. Department of Defense is convinced that Republic of Korea, and the U.S. forces based there, need a new joint biological weapons detection program, thus JUPITR ATD.  So far, I’ve yet to find an explanation why U.S. military administrators are convinced south Korea is the most likely, or most vulnerable place for biological warfare.

The primary biological agent used in JUPITR ATD is anthrax, live anthrax.  The new detection equipment cannot be properly tested using dead anthrax.

JUPITR ATD also considers the use of mosquitoes as viable vectors for biological warfare.  Now read these statements made by USAPHC  personnel, based in the United States, in July 2014 regarding a disease called Chikungunya: “Surveillance of any disease vectors involves cooperation across the military public health system. The entomological sciences and laboratory programs detect infected mosquitoes, while the Disease Epidemiology Program monitors human outbreaks and case reports in our Army population.”-then Lieutenant Colonel Laura Pacha

“Army preventive medicine personnel are aware of the disease, and USAPHC experts are working with our colleagues in the Department of Defense to provide additional awareness and training and to put reporting mechanisms in place.”-John Ambrose, USAPHC silly-vilian

“If an infected person is bitten by a mosquito, that mosquito may spread the virus by biting another person. Installation preventive medicine personnel collect mosquitoes from traps and then send them to USAPHC laboratories where they can be identified, prepared and tested.”-Captain Heather Ferguson

If readers still have doubts about JUPITR ATD, please go to the official National Defense Industrial Association website that released “unclassified” info about the program, back in March 2013.  Since then JUPITR ATD has expanded across the World, through the United States, Australia, United Kingdom and now includes USAFRICOM in west Africa.

The latest news about the “mistaken” shipments of live anthrax from Dugway, in Utah, show that the U.S. Army has been shipping out live biological warfare agents for at least ten years (as I’ve written about in earlier posts), long before the JUPITR ATD program officially began.  The official explanation is that the Army post that has been dealing with biological weapons for decades suddenly lacks effective and standardized procedures!  Can you say Bull-Shit?

Thailand’s Public Health Ministry reports a 75 years old man is positive for Middle East Respiratory Syndrome.  He is the first known case of MERS in Thailand.  59 people are under “observation”.

Confirmed number of MERS cases in Republic of Korea (RoK) now at 165. All are connected to hospitals or ambulance services. Deaths now at 23.

The Samsung Hospital in Seoul has locked down 3-hundred healthcare workers, now suspected of being infected!  Samsung administrators are begging other hospitals to take their patients, but local news reports say other hospitals are refusing that request!

Despite the increasing number of cases and deaths, the UN World Health Organization is urging the RoK government to re-open the approximately 2-thousand 9-hundred schools that were shutdown at the beginning of the outbreak.

United Arab Emirates reports a second confirmed case of MERS, in the past week.  Interestingly doctors say the latest patient has never been in contact with anybody infected with the virus.

Two new cases reported in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.   Interestingly one of the new patients, a 73 years old man, has never contacted anybody infected with MERS, and he has not had recent contact with camels, which are suspected as being the original carriers of the virus. He is in critical condition.
