Biden’s War: Idaho gets ‘smart’ artillery rounds, reveals “upcoming mobilizations”

“Receiving the PGK NET was a great opportunity that will enhance the battalion and the 116th Cavalry Brigade Combat Team’s lethality on the battlefield.  We purposely sought to field the PGK prior to the brigade’s upcoming mobilizations. If the PGK capability exists in the theater of operations we end up in, then our soldiers will be trained to employ it and bring a precision capability to the fight.”-Lieutenant Colonel Eric Orcutt, 1st Battalion 148th Field Artillery Regiment

Idaho Army National Guard photo by Crystal Farris.

The Idaho Army National Guard’s 1st Battalion of the 148th Field Artillery Regiment (FAR), headquartered in Pocatello, learned how to use ‘smart’ artillery projectiles known as the M1156 Precision Guidance Kit (PKG).

During the last two weeks of July 2021, the 1-148 FAR was in next door Wyoming, on Camp Guernsey, for annual ‘summer camp’ training.  The ‘smart’ projectiles they were launching through their M1096A6 Paladin 155mm gun tubes uses aerodynamic fins on the fuze to steer the projectile on target.  If the smart projectile happens to be not so smart and impacts outside 150 meters of the target area, it won’t explode.

Not only does PKG make artillery projectiles more accurate, it’s hoped that accuracy will save taxpayers some money by not needing as many ‘dumb’ projectiles.

Round=projectile+case

Projectile=bullet, shot, slug

Cartridge Case=case or shell containing propellant

The M1096A6 Paladin gun does not use a cartridge case on its projectiles, instead it uses combustible bags, or combustible solid casings, of propellant shoved in behind the projectile.

The 116th Cavalry Brigade Combat Team, of which the 148th FAR is a part of, is scheduled for deployment in 2022 (apparently the location is still hush-hush, and this is despite President Biden’s pull-out from Afghanistan and his order to cease combat ops in Iraq).

Between June 30th and July 29th, the Republic of Singapore Air Force’s Peace Vanguard unit conducted AH-64 Longbow Apache gunnery on the Orchard Combat Training Center for the tenth year now, but this time they got to use Idaho’s new DAGIR system: “The scoring is instantaneous. The second a target is hit, we know about it. It’s a great feature because sometimes you’re not sure if the round went through the target or not.”-Lieutenant Colonel Jack Denton, U.S. Army Flight Training Detachment

Terminator: New F-16/X-62 Skyborg

“We have found ways to use VISTA that were not envisioned by the original designers, so we were running into frustrating limitations. The modifications will address these limitations and profoundly improve our ability to quickly and safely test an almost unlimited variety of radical control law configurations. Even so, the X-62A will continue to serve as a curriculum aircraft, and will be an even brighter symbol of our aspirations.”-William Gray, VISTA and TPS chief test pilot

On 30JUL2021, the Edwards Air Force Base, California, 412th Test Wing Public Affairs announced that back on 14JUN2021 the NF-16D VISTA had been reclassified as the X-62A.

The Lockheed-Martin VISTA (Visual Interactive Simulation Training Application) program is being replaced with the Air Force Research Laboratory’s System for Autonomous Control of Simulation (SACS), aka Skyborg program.

Skyborg is yet another attempt to create artificial intelligence/machine learning weapon systems, this time the goal is to create ‘low-cost’ combat drones that can operate as teams in a hostile environment.  It will also work alongside human piloted combat aircraft.

Anybody wondering what the ‘N’ in NF-16D means, it stands for Special Test-Permanent.  Of course the ‘X’ in X-62A means radical or experimental.

Biden’s War: Secret new Afghan-African Refugee operation revealed!

Qatar Airways is already flying the Afghan refugees to Dulles International Airport, arriving under cover of darkness. Fort Lee, in Virginia, is serving as the main port of entry for Operation Allies Refuge.

On 29JUL2021, U.S. Northern Command revealed that between the 14th and 19th of July, President Joe Biden ordered Operation Allies Refuge.

Operation Allies Refuge is a Department of State lead mission to give people in Afghanistan, as well as in various African countries, Special Immigrant Visas.  I can understand Afghanistan, because the U.S. obviously lost that 20 year undeclared war and Afghans that supported the U.S. military are now targets, but why Africa?  Has the U.S. lost its covert war in the various African countries as well?

On 26JUL2021, the same day U.S. President Joe Biden announced an end to U.S. combat action in Iraq, U.S. forces in Iraq handed over $25-million worth of ‘strategic communication and maintenance equipment’ to Iraqi forces.   The U.S. military officially calls it ‘divestiture’ or ‘divestment’, it’s part of the never ending Counter-ISIS Train and Equip Fund (CTEF) program.

Then on 10JUL2021, U.S. taxpayers gave Iraqi forces $2.5-million worth of Toyotas and backhoe loaders!

But wait, there is more for the latest CTEF financial rip-offs.   CTEF also gave 98 U.S. taxpayer funded Toyotas to Kurdish Peshmerga militia in January of this year: “We are going to see in the next 10 to 18 months is the divestment of up to 12 brigades worth of equipment to the Ministry of Peshmerga’s Regional Guard Brigades. It’s about $166 million worth of equipment that will be issued out.”-Colonel David Williams, U.S. Army Director of the Kurdistan Coordination Center

Also, in May of this year, a Kurdish news outlet revealed that U.S. forces issued just over $50-million in ‘back pay’ to Peshmerga forces in Northern Iraq.

Denton Program Failure: Canadian Fire Trucks, U.S. Air Force, Central America

At the beginning of June 2021, Canadian fire trucks rolled onto New York’s Niagara Falls International Airport where they were loaded onto a U.S. Air Force (USAF) C-5M Super Galaxy transport and flown to Nicaragua.

The fire trucks, as well as humanitarian supplies, came from an outfit called Global Medic in Toronto, Canada.  The entire operation was coordinated through the Denton Humanitarian Assistance Program.

The Denton Program also includes other items listed as ‘humanitarian’. USAF photo by Peter Borys, 02JUN2021.

It’s not the first time, towards the end of July 2020 a firetruck and two ambulances from Canada got a ride on a USAF C-5M, bound for Nicaragua.

The Denton Humanitarian Assistance Program is not an independent charity but a taxpayer/’donation’ funded operation of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and Agency for International Development (USAID). It is also known as Denton Cargo Program or Denton Program, and was started in 1987, after a 1985 change to Title 10 United States Code.  It allows private charities to use space-available on taxpayer funded U.S. military aircraft to deliver their humanitarian supplies, mainly to Central American countries.

In July 2020, the USAF issued a press release claiming the Denton Program was “unfunded”, which is a blatant lie because the fuel, maintenance, and pay for the military personnel, is in the millions of U.S. dollars for just one flight of those giant transports!  The USAF rationalizes that it is ‘unfunded’ because it uses what is called ‘space available’.  This means that if a military aircraft is flying to a certain destination and it has empty space in its cargo hold, then it can be used for the Denton Program, but reality-check, the flight is still funded by the taxpayers.

Another faux pas in justifying the Denton Program Central American operations is this 2020 statement by Technical Sergeant Ryan Padgett: “By providing them with these resources, they are more likely to thrive, their economy will receive a boost which has the potential to lead to better health care, education and an overall higher standard of living.”

Spartan Guardian fire trucks loaded onto a U.S Air Force C-5M Super Galaxy, in Montana, 06NOV2021. Montana Air National Guard photo by Technical Sergeant Joesph Davis.

If the covertly taxpayer/’donor’ funded Title 10 Denton Program (on-going since 1987) is helping Central American countries (Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua) improve life for their residents, then why are there record numbers of Central Americans (specifically from Guatemala) swarming into the United States?

More examples of the Denton Program.

“As we were developing our enclosure, we realized there was likely the need to tailor it to military specifications, such as being able to attach it to a gurney and to develop portable vacuum pump. The need to adapt our technology to DoD needs aligned with the SBIR program. Our adaptations have led to a dual-use, civilian and military technology that is even more robust than our original ideation.”-Justin Rice, Olifant Medical

On 22JUL2021, the Air Force Research Laboratory’s (AFRL) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program unveiled a medical device designed to prevent people from getting infected with coronavirus.

It’s called a STAT Enclosure and was originally presented by a San Antonio, Texas, doctor back in June 2020.  It is meant for healthcare workers.  It fits over the head and shoulders of the infected victim,  it has ports to allow healthcare worker’s hands inside to treat the patient.  It also has an air hose that can be used to create a pressure environment inside the box.

The designers with Olifant Medical claim that while it looks simple, it was very difficult to develop.  Its development was paid for by the U.S. Air Force’s AFWERX program.  I found a news article which not only revealed that the AFWERX funded STAT Enclosure cost U.S. taxpayers a minimum of $1-million, but that AFWERX actually began its relationship with Olifant Medical back in February/March 2019 when AFWERX paid Olifant Medical $50-thousand in ‘seed funding’!
