Operation Jupiter: U.S. soldier found dead in Korea, victim of anthrax?

A U.S. soldier attending a BNCO (pronounced b-knock, Basic Non-Commissioned Officer) school at Camp Jackson, in Korea, was found dead by Korean civilians, near the edge of the small U.S. Army post.  Is it connected to the JUPITR ATD program based out of Osan?

U.S. Forces Korea says they do not know, as of yet, why the soldier died.

According to the Joint Program Executive Office for Biological Defense, the main operators of JUPITR ATD are USAF 51st Medical Support Squadron at Osan Air Force Base, the U.S. Army 65th Medical Brigade at Yongsan (in Seoul), and several new labs used by the United States Army Public Health Command (USAPHC).

The U.S. Army’s Camp Jackson is located on the north side of Seoul, opposite Yongsan.  The USAF base at Osan has been identified as one of the recipients of “mistakenly” shipped live anthrax.

In 2014, USAPHC revealed “….the Joint United States Forces Korea Portal and Integrated Threat Recognition, known as JUPITR, and the Global Biosurveillance Technology Initiative…….The need for biosurveillance and diagnostic laboratory capabilities in the Korean peninsula led to this partnership.”-then Major Michael Desena, USAPHC

My research shows that the U.S. Department of Defense is convinced that Republic of Korea, and the U.S. forces based there, need a new joint biological weapons detection program, thus JUPITR ATD.  So far, I’ve yet to find an explanation why U.S. military administrators are convinced south Korea is the most likely, or most vulnerable place for biological warfare.

The primary biological agent used in JUPITR ATD is anthrax, live anthrax.  The new detection equipment cannot be properly tested using dead anthrax.

JUPITR ATD also considers the use of mosquitoes as viable vectors for biological warfare.  Now read these statements made by USAPHC  personnel, based in the United States, in July 2014 regarding a disease called Chikungunya: “Surveillance of any disease vectors involves cooperation across the military public health system. The entomological sciences and laboratory programs detect infected mosquitoes, while the Disease Epidemiology Program monitors human outbreaks and case reports in our Army population.”-then Lieutenant Colonel Laura Pacha

“Army preventive medicine personnel are aware of the disease, and USAPHC experts are working with our colleagues in the Department of Defense to provide additional awareness and training and to put reporting mechanisms in place.”-John Ambrose, USAPHC silly-vilian

“If an infected person is bitten by a mosquito, that mosquito may spread the virus by biting another person. Installation preventive medicine personnel collect mosquitoes from traps and then send them to USAPHC laboratories where they can be identified, prepared and tested.”-Captain Heather Ferguson

If readers still have doubts about JUPITR ATD, please go to the official National Defense Industrial Association website that released “unclassified” info about the program, back in March 2013.  Since then JUPITR ATD has expanded across the World, through the United States, Australia, United Kingdom and now includes USAFRICOM in west Africa.

The latest news about the “mistaken” shipments of live anthrax from Dugway, in Utah, show that the U.S. Army has been shipping out live biological warfare agents for at least ten years (as I’ve written about in earlier posts), long before the JUPITR ATD program officially began.  The official explanation is that the Army post that has been dealing with biological weapons for decades suddenly lacks effective and standardized procedures!  Can you say Bull-Shit?

Thailand’s Public Health Ministry reports a 75 years old man is positive for Middle East Respiratory Syndrome.  He is the first known case of MERS in Thailand.  59 people are under “observation”.

Confirmed number of MERS cases in Republic of Korea (RoK) now at 165. All are connected to hospitals or ambulance services. Deaths now at 23.

The Samsung Hospital in Seoul has locked down 3-hundred healthcare workers, now suspected of being infected!  Samsung administrators are begging other hospitals to take their patients, but local news reports say other hospitals are refusing that request!

Despite the increasing number of cases and deaths, the UN World Health Organization is urging the RoK government to re-open the approximately 2-thousand 9-hundred schools that were shutdown at the beginning of the outbreak.

United Arab Emirates reports a second confirmed case of MERS, in the past week.  Interestingly doctors say the latest patient has never been in contact with anybody infected with the virus.

Two new cases reported in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.   Interestingly one of the new patients, a 73 years old man, has never contacted anybody infected with MERS, and he has not had recent contact with camels, which are suspected as being the original carriers of the virus. He is in critical condition.

A 65 years old Middle East Respiratory Syndrome victim died in a Lower Saxony hospital, in Germany.  German health administrators are now claiming the man did not die from the virus itself, but secondary infections.  They say the man got sick while in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).  So far 2-hundred Germans have been tested for MERS.

KSA reports the death of a 77 years old man from MERS.

Confirmed number of MERS cases in Republic of Korea (RoK) now at 162. All are connected to hospitals or ambulance services. Deaths from Middle East Respiratory Syndrome now at 20.  It’s being pointed out that the deaths involve people who were suffering from other medical problems.  19 people have been declared cured and released from hospitals.

RoK has locked down/quarantined 6,508 people as of 17 June, that’s an increase of 922 from the day before! 

Administrators with China’s Fudan University and U.S. National Institutes of Health claim to have developed antibodies to MERS.  They say the m336 antibody worked well in tests on non-human animals.

Confirmed number of MERS cases in Republic of Korea (RoK) now at 150.   All are connected to hospitals or ambulance services.  Deaths from Middle East Respiratory Syndrome now at 16.

The UN’s World Health Organization is demanding that RoK stop all people ‘suspected’ of having MERS from travel.  WHO is also demanding that RoK health administrators establish a ‘family tree’ to trace exactly how MERS got into the east Asian country.

Is it possible that MERS is part of the ongoing U.S.-NATO bio-warfare experiment called JUPITR ATD Program? 

The central European country of Slovakia reporting a ‘suspected’ MERS patient has been quarantined in a hospital.

The government of Philippines reports a Filipino working at their embassy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has MERS, “Despite the considerable decrease in MERS-CoV incidence in Saudi Arabia…”.  The Philippines’ Department of Health has revealed that since 2012 at least 10 Filipinos working in KSA have died from MERS.  The public announcement implied that the MERS victims were/are healthcare workers.

In Malaysia, news reports say a 76 years old woman under quarantine was ‘rescued’ by her family after she begged them to save her from the hospital in Miri.  But they just didn’t take her home, they took her to their local hospital in Brunei, however the medical staff in Brunei refused to admit the patient.  The woman had just returned from KSA, and had been quarantined pending testing of her sputum.  News reports did not indicate that the woman was actually sick with any symptoms.

My research now leads me to believe that many of the bacterial and viral outbreaks over the past few years can be directly tied to a U.S. Army program called JUPITR ATD (Joint USFK Portal Integrated Threat Recognition, Advanced Technology Demonstration).  It was originally intended for experiments in Republic of Korea, but then spread to west Africa.

It must be noted that the involvement of U.S. AFRICOM with JUPITR ATD coincides with the recent ebola outbreak.  It must be noted that Republic of Korea is dealing with a mysterious MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) outbreak that seems to be concentrated in their hospitals.

The JUPITR ATD is officially about trying to develop a fast, cheap and standardized way of detecting biological weapons deployed during combat.  Currently the detection of bio and chemical weapons is not fast or reliable, and is not standardized within the NATO Members or NATO Partners.  The problem with the JUPITR ADT Program is that in order to test their experimental equipment they must use live viruses and bacteria, and it must be done in a ‘real world’ environment (mainly outdoors).

Read the following U.S. Army statements from 2013 and 2014, noting the types of ‘agents’ being used and the locations, you’ll begin to connect the dots.

The DPRK (Korea north) is accusing the supposed mistaken shipments of live weaponized anthrax from the United States (since 2005) to be part of an operation called Jupiter Plan.  The DPRK has asked the UN Security Council to investigate.

According to news reports out of Republic of Korea (RoK, Korea south) not only has weaponized anthrax been sent out by Utah, but so has a deadly version of botulinum toxin type A (aka botulism or botox)!

I’ve discovered it’s called the JUPITR ATD Program, run by the U.S. Army’s Edgewood Chemical Biological Center.  JUPITR stands for Joint USFK (United States Forces Korea) Portal and Integrated Threat Recognition.  ATD stands for Advanced Technology Demonstration.  Officially it’s supposed to study how to better detect bio-weapons like anthrax and ebola, that for some reason U.S. administrators think will be used against Korea: “The idea behind the JUPITR is ….biosurveillance…..already being embraced by our allies in Australia and Great Britain, obviously USFK [U.S. Forces Korea]“-Peter Emanuel, U.S. Army Edgewood Chemical Biological Center

Today the Obama regime’s Department of Defense (DoD) has revealed that live weaponized anthrax from Utah’s Dugway Proving Ground was shipped to Camp Zama in Japan, in 2005.

It should be noted that infamous Japanese terror group Aum Shinrikyo (the ones who launched a chemical weapons attack in a Tokyo subway in 1995) stockpiled anthrax and ebola!  That terror group is still alive and well.  By 2007 Aum Shinrikyo split into two sub-groups; Aleph and Hikari no Wa.  In January 2015 Japan’s Public Security Examination Commission claimed they had the groups under surveillance.  It’s estimated that the number of people who’ve joined Aum Shinrikyo, since the 1995 chemical attack, is more than 2-thousand.

The number of laboratories that got live anthrax has been increased to 69.  Anthrax was also shipped to a privately run lab in United Kingdom, in 2007.  Government administrators refuse to reveal the name of the lab.

It was also revealed that Dugway Proving Ground was caught (by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) shipping live anthrax in 2007, but nothing was done to stop it!    The CDC report said personnel at Dugway knew the anthrax was alive when they shipped it out!

False Flag: Pro-vaccine government blames a single case of diphtheria on rejection of vaccines!

Vaccine pushing Spain is reporting its first case of Corynebacterium diphtheriae in 29 years, and health administrators blame a growing rejection of vaccination by the general public.

A six years old boy is infected.  Spanish administrators even begged Russia to send them the drug needed to treat him, as vaccine addicted Spain did not have the drug!

Diphtheria is spread by direct contact or through the air. It causes a condition known as Bull Neck, as it causes swelling of body parts.  The bacteria is assumed to have a 10% fatality rate.  In fact, it’s not that common of a disease with the UN World Health Organization reporting 4-thousand 7-hundred cases worldwide in 2013.

The Spanish Ministry of Health has officially labeled people who refuse vaccines as “irresponsible”.  90% of Spaniards are considered ‘vaccinated’.

An east coast health insurance company is killing jobs, no thanks to Obama Care. Highmark laid off almost 1-hundred people in Pennsylvania, Delaware and West Virginia! Administrators admit that since Obama Care went into effect they’ve actually lost customers, so much so that they have to make drastic cuts! Apparently Obama Care favors Highmark’s competitor Aetna as many of Highmark’s customers were forced to change insurance plans and become Aetna and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center customers. One report says Highmark lost 60% of “market share” just in the western half of Pennsylvania!

Alabama: Obama Care forcing the only mental hospital in the Tennessee Valley to shutdown? North Alabama Regional Hospital will shutdown by June, 149 jobs lost!  Obama Care forcing Alabama Psychiatric Services to shutdown. 250 jobs lost and 28-hundred patients affected! Administrators say Obama Care created a situation in which Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama pushed the majority of people into more expensive insurance plans, and effectively killed off most of Alabama Psychiatric Services business! (What was that about Obama Care increasing access to healthcare?)

California: In Turlock, MedicAlert laid off 31 employees.  In Gold River, Obama Care caused eHealthInsurance Services to layoff 72 people without warning, then announced plans to eliminate 160 more jobs! eHealth administrators blame The Golden State’s Obama Care exchange program for stealing thousands of eHealth customers!    Keck Medicine of USC issued several WARNS saying 94 people will become unemployed in May.  In San Francisco, legal drugs pusher Amgen announced it will eliminate as many as 3-hundred drugs making jobs and shutdown its recently acquired Onyx Pharmaceuticals ops! News reports say Amgen’s announcement still leaves 2-hundred Onyx Pharmaceuticals jobs in limbo.  In Novato, Fireman’s Fund Insurance issued a WARN saying they laid off 23 people. In Foothill Ranch, legal drugs pusher Pfizer issued a WARN saying they will shutdown in May, 70 jobs lost.   Obama Care forcing El Centro Medical Center to issue a WARN saying 20 people will be laid off in April. In San Pablo, Obama Care forcing Doctors Medical Center to issue a shutdown WARN for April, 709 jobs lost!

Colorado: God refuses to stop Obama Care from forcing ‘his’ Arapahoe County based non-profit Catholic Health Initiative from laying off 15-hundred people across the United States!

Connecticut:  Fairfield based GE (General Electric) canceled Obama Care health insurance for any retired employee who is younger than 65 years! A judge recently allowed GE to kick all its 65-thousand retirees off of company health insurance and onto expensive private Obama Care insurance! Obama Care being blamed for the demise of Waterbury Hospital. Administrators say they are losing $9.7-million USD because of Obama Care, they are now trying to sell the hospital! Four other non-profit hospitals are up for sale as well!  Johnson Memorial Hospital in Stafford Springs now chapter 11 bankrupt busted, 460 jobs threatened!

Florida: In Miami, Obama Care forcing Crothall Healthcare to layoff 54 employees. Obama Care forcing non-profit healthcare provider Florida Blue to eliminate 150 jobs!  In Weston, Obama Care forcing wholesale legal drugs pusher Vital Pharmaceuticals to issue a WARN saying 143 people will become jobless in April!

Idaho: Virginia based Obama Care call center operator Maximus shutdown their Boise call center, rendering 15-hundred people jobless! According to state WARN records, Maximus was planning to shutdown back in April 2014.

Illinois: In Harvey, Obama Care forcing 92 years old Ingalls Memorial Hospital to layoff 80 people and shutdown their child care center. Administrators say Obama Care, plus the bad economy, is forcing them to slash $3.5-million from its budget!

Indiana: CVS Pharmacy issued a shutdown WARN for their Coram Enteral Nutrition Center, at least 124 jobs lost!

Iowa: Gov’na Terry Branstad issued layoff notices for 36 employees at the state run mental health institution in Mount Pleasant. The gov’na wants to shutdown the mental health hospital in Clarinda as well, meaning 150 jobs will be lost between April and mid-summer!

Maryland: In Hagerstown, after 22 years Obama Care forcing the Robinwood Surgery Center to shutdown. The operators said Obama Care is forcing healthcare providers to become smaller, so much for expanding access to healthcare.

Massachusetts: Legal drugs pusher Synta Pharmaceuticals announced it will layoff 20% of its employees. They laid off workers last year.  Obama Care forced Southcoast Health System to layoff 35 people. Three months ago they laid off 70 people.  Near Boston Weak, drugs makers Merck and AstraZeneca both announced they will kill jobs. Between the two more than 2-hundred drug making jobs will be eliminated! Merck is shutting down its recently acquired Cubist ops, and AstraZeneca is shutting down its Infection iMed unit.  In Tauton, the last old school silversmith, 191 years old (surviving the Long Depression, Civil War, Great deflationary Depression and numerous recessions) Reed & Barton now chapter 11 bankrupt busted and shutting down in June! The CEO said insurance industry written Obamacare was the final straw as it caused their employee retirement plan costs to skyrocket to as much as $18-million per year: “It absolutely killed us….We hung on as long as we could…it’s been all-consuming for the past year and half.”-Tim Riddle

Michigan: The city of Detroit is kicking many retired city employees off the city health insurance plan, due to a federal court ruling on ObamaCare! Here’s what one ignorant retired city worker said: “How can human beings that have given so much be cast aside?”-Nancy Headapohl (that’s exactly what happened to millions of people in the former Soviet Union, and good ol’ Ronald Reagan took credit for wining that Cold War)

Montana: In Kalispell, Obama Care forcing 30 patients to find a new assisted living center by April. Reports indicate that the owner of Greenwood Village assisted living center can’t make money under Obama Care funding, so he’s turning it into a hotel!  Bilderberger vaccine pusher GlaxoSmithKline announced they’re shutting down their Hamilton research center during 2015, at least 27 jobs lost. Administrators also warned shutdowns and layoffs will take place elsewhere: “Other parts of the business are facing similar restructuring. It’s happening companywide, not just Hamilton, but all parts of GSK’s business.”-Melinda Stubbee

Nebraska: In Lincoln, Nationwide Insurance has notified employees of Allied Insurance that 140 of them will become jobless by 2020! Blame Obama Care, because Nationwide says Obama Care will result in less insurance claims being filed, which is exactly what the insurance industry wanted.  Obama Care forcing CHI Health to kill off a minimum of 156 jobs: “As the landscape of the health care industry changes, how health care systems are organized changes as well. In an effort to bring healthcare costs down, across the country, expense reductions are being made and staffing is being restructured. CHI Health is no different, and will be reducing its workforce across the organization. Many of the reductions will be accomplished through attrition, and not filling open positions. However, the plan also includes the elimination of 156 active positions, about 1 percent of its workforce.”-company statement

New York:  In NYC, Rivington House shutdown their The Nicholas A. Rango Healthcare Facility in February, at least 214 jobs lost!   In Rouses Point, legal drugs maker Pfizer issued a WARN saying they will shutdown by June.   Is Obama Care responsible for the shutdown of Jewish home healthcare services? In Bronx, FEGS (Federation Employment and Guidance Services) Family Care Services (Jewish Home Healthcare) issued a WARN saying they lost their contract with the state Children Services, 80 jobs lost by March. FEGS also issued a WARN saying as a result they must “restructure” resulting in at least 206 employees across the state becoming jobless by May!   Is Obama Care forcing Phoenix House to shutdown its residential treatment center Westchester Academy? 56 employees will be laid off in June. In Staten Island, Obama Care forcing Richmond University Medical Center to outsource their security guard jobs, 31 in-house security guards to become unemployed in June.  In Pomona, Israel based Teva Pharmaceuticals issued a WARN saying they started laying off employees back in December 2014, and it will continue until March 2015. In Irving, TLC Health Network/Lake Shore Health Care Center issued a WARN saying Obama Care forcing them to shutdown their long term care ops in April, 70 jobs lost.  The Nicholas A. Rango Healthcare Facility has been sold to Allure Group, WARN indicates 158 of the 204 employees will become jobless! In Pittsford, service provider for government-sponsored benefits programs such as the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid, Medicare and the Children’s Health Insurance Program, Maximus issued a WARN saying at least 54 people will become jobless due to the failure to win an Obama Care contract.  In Hauppauge, God refuses to stop Obama Care from forcing ‘his’ Catholic Health Services from issuing a WARN saying they will shutdown their Home Support Services in May, at least 40 jobs lost.  In Huntington, Obama Care forcing mental healthcare provider The Pederson Krag Center to sell its offices across New York, at least 85 jobs lost between March and April (not known if new owner will continue operations).  In Suffern, Switzerland based legal drugs maker Novartis began a 4th round of layoffs, letting go 89 employees. By the time the drugs factory is shutdown in 2017, at least 525 jobs will be lost!  In Bronx, HHH Home Care apparently lost its Home health Care Services contract and issued a WARN saying 72 people will become unemployed at the end of June.  That Which cannot be Named refuses to stop Obama Care from shutting down and selling off its non-profit Hebrew Hospital Home of Westchester.  The nursing home in Valhalla has lost more than $1-million after Obama care went into effect!

North Carolina:  British empire legal drugs pusher GlaxoSmithKline eliminating 180 jobs in The Tar Heel State!  Employees of Royal Home Care arrived to work to find a note stating “With the Medicaid reimbursement rate being inconsistence, another reimbursement rate cut at the beginning of this year, trying to meet everyone’s demand for a higher pay rate/salary, paying all employees in advance who came over from St. Mary’s and now being placed on a prepayment review by DMA due to the spike in volume of clients, Royal will no longer be able to take on anymore debts. Attempts to have the prepayment review status rescinded was unsuccessful.

We regret to inform you, due to all the above we were forced to close the agency effective immediately.” At least 24 employees never got their final paycheck, according to state labor administrators.

For the third year in a row Durham based legal drugs pusher Quintiles announced layoffs, this year at least 270 people will become jobless!  New Obama Care taxes forcing Illinois based drug and medical device maker Hospria to shutdown their Clayton factory by the 2nd half of 2015, at least 250 jobs lost!  Obama Care forcing Transylvania Regional Hospital to shutdown its labor and delivery services. Women in the area are complaining they must now travel out of the area to give birth. (What was that about Obama Care increasing access to healthcare?)  Thinking about getting that plastic surgery? Lifestyle Lift suddenly began shutting down their clinics, with no notice or explanation. News reports say employees have been working without pay! One doctor blames capitalism: “The more it’s treated like a commodity, the more you’re going to see failures like this.”-Stephen Finical

Ohio: The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities announced plans to shutdown the Montgomery Developmental Center by 2017, at least 213 jobs lost! Apparently Obama Care is forcing them to consolidate operations.  Owens Community College eliminated 50 occupied and vacant positions, as well as cut wages and salaries. They also proposed new taxes, blaming increased employment costs caused mainly by higher insurance and retirement rates mandated by Obama Care!  The Youngstown Developmental Center is being shutdown by 2017, at least 500 jobs lost! It’s part of the massive shutdown being done by the Department of Developmental Disabilities, who blamed crashing government funding and a crashing population. An ‘elected’ representative was upset: “… I, intend, as a state legislator, to hold the governor accountable.”-Michele Lepore-Hagan

Oregon: Obama Care health insurance exchange operation Cover Oregon announced it will layoff its 62 employees by April, blaming the failure of the exchange program: “The state abandoned the exchange in April after deciding it was cheaper to switch to the federal site than to fix Cover Oregon……Lawmakers plan to pass a bill dissolving Cover Oregon….”-KTVZ

Pennsylvania: In Reading, British empire Canada based Surgical Specialties announced it will shutdown its ops in The Keystone State by December, at least 254 jobs be moved to Mexico (possibly to avoid the new Obama Care taxes on medical devices)!  British empire United Kingdom based legal drugs maker GlaxoSmithKline continues to kill jobs, this time 150 people laid off in the Philadelphia region!  In Canton, reports that after 40 years of doctor office operations Arnot Health Systems shut it down. Local news reports say administrators with Arnot Health Systems would not talk to them.  Obama Care forcing 114 years old (surviving the Great deflationary Depression and numerous recessions) hospital Penn Highlands Clearfield to layoff 30 people, eliminate 11 vacant jobs and cut hours for 50 employees. Administrators say they’re being forced to cut $3.1-million per year from their budget, pointing out that 65% of their customers are on Medicare or Medicaid, which are being drastically cut by Obama Care!   In Saint Marys, hospital Penn Highlands Elk announced they will eliminate 43 jobs and reduce the hours for 25 employees. A local news report blamed “systemic changes implemented under the Affordable Care Act”. Hospital administrator Raymond A. Graeca said “We’re facing a very different healthcare delivery environment today than we were five years ago, and the American Hospital Association is projecting that the next five years alone will hold more change than we’ve seen in the past 75 years combined.”   In Petersburg, legal drugs maker UniTao Pharmaceuticals shutdown without notice. Administrators actually said they won’t re-open until “business conditions improve”! In 2014, govn’a Terry McAuliffe claimed the drugs maker was going to employ 370 people and even gave UniTao $1-million in free taxpayer funded money! UniTao now says it won’t accept the money. 

Rhode Island: Obama Care destroys 41 jobs at the Women & Infants Hospital. Work hours for other employees are being reduced. Local news reports referred to Obama Care as a “challenging healthcare environment”.

Tennessee: In Somerville, God refuses to stop Obama Care from forcing ‘his’ Methodist Healthcare from shutting down in March.

Texas: Obama Care forced Harris Health System (formerly Harris County Hospital District) to kill off 260 jobs! Administrators blamed Obama Care for causing them to lose $70-million!  Obama Care forced the El Paso Children’s Hospital to layoff five more people, and eliminated vacant positions. The Children’s Hospital also rents space to University Medical Center of El Paso, which reported that Obama Care has caused them to lose $60-million! As a result the University medical Center cannot pay the rent owed to Children’s Hospital.  In Houston, for-profit University General Health System now chapter 11 bankrupt busted, this after shutting down their recently acquired Dallas hospital.  News reports say many hospital employees never got their final paycheck!

Washington:  After less than one year of operation Trios Medical Center now in big financial trouble no thanks to Obama Care (referred to as “the changing healthcare market”) with CEO Glen Marshall explaining that “The national trend has and will continue to be one of doing more with less. We have not been spared in that regard.” 40 employees laid off without notice and hospital assets are now being sold off. An unnamed employee told local news media “On Fridays, on paydays, people are frantically checking their bank accounts to see if they’ll get paid. It’s a real fear that 1,200 plus employees may not be getting a paycheck.”

Wyoming: The Wyoming Medical Center laid off five administrators, directly blaming Obama Care: “In response to rapid and challenging changes in the healthcare market, Wyoming Medical Center regretfully announced today the elimination of five leadership positions. Other management positions will be realigned in order to streamline operations and become more efficient in the way we deliver care.”

Alabama: Obama Care forcing Alabama Psychiatric Services to shutdown.  250 jobs lost and 28-hundred patients affected!  Administrators say Obama Care created a situation in which Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama pushed the majority of people into more expensive insurance plans, and effectively killed off most of Alabama Psychiatric Services business!  (What was that about Obama Care increasing access to healthcare?)   The U.S. Army announced it will kill off 190 jobs at its Anniston Depot: “The reason we’re releasing the temporary employees is due to a change in the workload.”-Colonel Brent T. Arizona: Phoenix based Sleep America shutdown after being taken over by Mattress Firm.

Florida: At Patrick Air Force Base, taxsucker Computer Sciences Raytheon issued a WARN saying 420 people will be jobless by April!

Idaho: It’s official, six (of approximately 24) Gem State RadioShack stores will be shutdown; in Chubbuck, Meridian, Nampa, Pocatello, Post Falls and Rexburg.  Some stores have already shutdown.

Illinois: The Chicago-Wicker Park area Kmart is shutting down, 106 jobs lost!  Lowe’s apparently paid Sears Holdings in order to take over the Wicker Park Kmart lease, but will not set up shop until 2016.  Also in Chicago, after 18 years Carmichael’s Steakhouse announced it will shutdown in March, blaming the greedy property owner. The property was sold off and will be used to build an apartment complex. The restaurant manager is pissed, as his business was good: “It’s unfortunate that we have to close when we’re still doing really good business.”-Ben Sawyer

Indiana: After seven years Richmond chocolate shop Ghyslain Bistro shutdown. The owner said he’s focusing on his stores in Kentucky and internet sales.

Maryland: The White Flint Mall shutdown and will be demolished.

Massachusetts: Mitt Romney’s evil Farmington based wunderkind Staples is the new owner of Office Depot after trading $6.3-billion USD worth of stocks for it, 1-thousand stores will be shutdown!  The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) recently signed a deal with Staples to kill off your local Post Office jobs! 

Michigan: In Kalamazoo, with little notice to employees the Harding’s grocery store on Howard Street was sold off and is being shutdown, 60 jobs lost.

Minnesota: Colorado based Arrow Electronics issued a WARN saying they will shutdown their Saint Paul operations in March, 77 jobs lost. Company administrators are moving their electronics salvage ops to Ohio.

Montana: Bilderberger vaccine pusher GlaxoSmithKline announced they’re shutting down their Hamilton research center during 2015, at least 27 jobs lost.  Administrators also warned shutdowns and layoffs will take place elsewhere: “Other parts of the business are facing similar restructuring. It’s happening companywide, not just Hamilton, but all parts of GSK’s business.”-Melinda Stubbee

New Jersey: The Sports and Exposition Authority announced they will shutdown the 34 years old Izod Center in March, 17-hundred jobs lost!  Administrators say the sports arena has been losing money big time, and expects it would lose $8.5-million in 2015, if they kept it open.  In Middletown, God refuses to stop the shutdown of ‘his’ Mater Dei Prep school: “It is with great sadness that I inform you that Mater Dei Prep will close at the end of this school year, June 2015.  Over the many years, Mater Dei Prep has been running large financial deficits. It had been the hope of the Parish Finance Council and myself that these trends could be reversed. However, the 2014-2015 projected loss is close to one million dollars.”-Jeff Kegley, pastor

Camden based iconic soup maker Cambells announced it will split into three division and begin massive job destruction in order to cut $200-million over the next three years!  For proof there is no economic recovery, company administrators say company profits have been crashing steadily since 2008, with no end in sight: “Like other companies in our industry, we’re contending with now not just the long term impact of the Great Recession on consumer purchasing behavior, or the increasingly complex public dialog when it comes to food, or the regulatory environment for food.”-Denise Morrison, ceo

New York: Lucky Magazine laid off at least 12 people.  In Rouses Point, legal drugs maker Pfizer issued a WARN saying they will shutdown by June.  In NYC, clothing retailer Jack Spade and Kate Spade Saturday issued a WARN saying they will shutdown in May, 47 jobs lost, saying they are undergoing a “brand overhaul”.

North Carolina:  Obama Care forcing Transylvania Regional Hospital to shutdown its  labor and delivery services.  Women in the area are complaining they must now travel out of the area to give birth.  (What was that about Obama Care increasing access to healthcare?)  In Raleigh, decades old Crowley’s restaurant and bar shutdown, with no explanation.   In Research Triangle Park, Massachusetts based data storage company EMC warned of layoffs in an effort to cut $150-million!

Ohio: In Youngstown, France based Vallourec Star announced it will shutdown its oil industry seemless pipe operations for at least three weeks, more than 5-hundred jobs affected!

Oklahoma: In Tulsa, Texas based Team Oil Tools announced they will shutdown in April, 93 jobs lost.  Administrators tried to blame low oil prices but a local Fox23 news TV station discovered the company has been having money problems for a long time.  Oklahoma City based PostRock Energy announced it will kill off 25% of its jobs, conveniently blaming oil prices for its decision to halt oil drilling for 2015.  The ignorant administrators revealed they had assumed WTI oil prices would average $92.73 per barrel through to the end of 2016!  Guess they didn’t think the fact that Islamic State selling off oil on the black market would affect oil prices.  And who’s buying that Islamic State oil? 

Oregon:  Portland based software company VendScreen laid off more employees, earlier this year they had 30, now it’s reported they’re down to 19.  Helicopter maker Erickson laid off 150 people!  Administrators admitted it was connected to their take over of competing companies in the U.S. and Brazil.

Texas:  It’s official, iconic 94 years old (surviving the Great deflationary Depression and numerous recessions) RadioShack now chapter 11 bankrupt busted and shutting down as many as 25-hundred stores across the country, the other 15-hundred will be sold to cell phone service company Sprint! Oil service company  Weatherford International killing off 8-thousand jobs, blaming low oil prices!  However, an official company statement revealed it was actually due to “quickly changing market conditions”.  It was revealed that company administrators have been making personnel and operations changes for months now.  Houston based fracking company Royalty Partners now chapter 11 bankrupt busted, don’t blame oil prices, the relatively new company owes more than $1-million in rent and to lawyers.

Wisconsin: Gov’na Right to Work you over Scott Walker will preside over the killing of 446 state jobs!  The Right to Work you over policies have resulted in The Badger State facing a $2-billion shortfall!   Right to Work you over Walker says he will also steal $2-million from the Educational Communications Board!  In Janesville, Veterans Affairs contractor Data Dimensions laid off 120 people without warning or explanation: “I got this job and I was so happy, because it was full time and I got off of food stamps, no more W2…..came as a complete surprise to us, because we have been being pushed for months to produce more and more and more.”-Karly Yager, laid off six hours into her shift

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) doesn’t count the hundreds of layoffs involving less than 50 people each, in its mass layoff reports. It also doesn’t count all the little ‘mom & pop’ businesses that shutdown. It doesn’t count people who get a severance for being laid off.

Idaho, International, U.S.

U.S., Mexico & Canada Measles, 15 February 2015: New mystery outbreak in Wisconsin community that’s 94% vaccinated! Christians locked down! Most California 7th graders 95% – 100% vaccinated!

Canada

Ontario has 11 cases of measles.  Of note is that none of the infected Canadians traveled outside Ontario.  It has been confirmed that at least one of the infected adults, in the Greater Toronto Area, had been vaccinated for measles!

Manitoba health administrators report an infant is infected.  The infant is too young for full measles vaccination.  The family had traveled to India.  The Manitoba case is considered a different strain of measles from the Ontario cases.

Mexico

The New York based World Bank reports that measles vaccination rates for children 12 months to 23 months, in Mexico, dropped in 2013 to 89%.  In 2012 the vaccination rate was at 99%.  It should be noted that the World Bank considers a child vaccinated after only one dose, even though it actually takes more than one dose over several years.

Despite declining vaccination rates Mexico has reported only two measles cases, so far.

United States

“To date there are 22 confirmed cases in Los Angeles County, 17 of which are linked to the Disneyland Parks. As the outbreak continues to unfold, it is likely that new measles cases will occur among those who have had contact with persons in the initial wave of infection.”-Jeffrey Gunzenhauser, Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, California

Orange County, California, confirms 35 cases.

Contra Costa County, California, reports one case of measles.  The person had ridden on a Bay Are Rapid Transit (BART) bus before getting sick: “…we don’t know yet where this person was exposed.”-Erika Jenssen, Contra Costa Public Health

“As of 2-13-2015, Ventura County Public Health has confirmed 13 cases of measles. The age range of the cases is 13 months to 59 years of age. One case previously reported does not meet the case definition for this outbreak. No measles cases were confirmed in Ventura County in 2014.”-Ventura County Health Care Agency, California

Ventura County health administrators announced the following locations as being measles hotspots:  Gold’s Gym, 1357 E Los Angeles Ave., Simi Valley. Target, Simi Valley. Sycamore Square, 2907 Cochran St., Simi Valley.  Oxnard West Target, 2850 N Oxnard Blvd.  Dickey’s’s BBQ Pit, 2902 Tapo Canyon Rd., Simi Valley.  Costco Simi Valley, 2660 Park Center Dr.  Costco Oxnard, 2001 E Ventura Blvd.  BG’s Restaurant, 428 S. A Street, Oxnard. Vons, 1291 S. Victoria Ave., Oxnard. El Torito, 1720 E. Ventura Blvd., Oxnard. Andrea’s Seafood, 1449 Spinnaker Dr., Ventura.  Albertson’s, 920 N. Ventura Rd., Oxnard.  Carl’s Jr., 2301 N. Oxnard Blvd., (corner of Vineyard).  Century RiverPark 16 Theaters, 2766 Seaglass Way, Oxnard.  Little Explorers Preschool, 5165 Cochran Street, Simi Valley.  Cal Lutheran University, 1 University Dr., Simi Valley.  Toppers, 2701 Peninsula Road, Oxnard.  CitiBank, 430 Arneill Road, Camarillo.

Ventura County health officers claim they’ve screened all employees at those locations, and have “excluded from work” those who are “at risk of coming down with measles” (code for locking down unvaccinated people).

Alameda County Public Health Department, California, confirm six cases.

California’s Shots for Schools reports most schools with 7th grade students have a 95% – 100% vaccination rate, and most kindergartners are 80% – 94% vaccinated!

Elko County, Nevada, health administrators suspect a measles outbreak in local schools and as such has locked down at least 12 unvaccinated elementary students in their homes!  Four people are confirmed infected.

Since September 2014, western and northern Idaho has seen 21 cases of mumps.  Mumps is covered in the measles vaccine known as MMR.  So far no cases of measles have been confirmed.

Washington state confirms two cases of mumps can be traced to Idaho.

King County, Washington, reporting the following locations as possible measles hot spots: Sheraton Hotel (common areas), 1400 6th Ave, Seattle.  SeaTac Airport, Main Terminal and Concourse D and Rental Car Facility.  Dicks Drive-In, 115 Broadway Ave. East, Seattle.

In Port Angeles, Washington, Clallam County health administrators quarantined several Olympic Christian School students after a 5 years old was found infected: “All students who cannot demonstrate proof of immunity to measles have been excluded from Olympic Christian School until February 27, 2015, and placed in quarantine.”– Clallam County Health and Human Services

Cook County, Illinois, reports 13 cases, however the Chicago Sun Times reports those cases might not have anything to do with ground zero at Disneyland in California: “Illinois health officials are still trying to figure out how the people became infected with the measles virus. No ties have been found to the December outbreak at Disneyland in California, health officials said.” 

Madison County, Illinois, now says a reported case of measles was a “false positive”, proving that even the tests for measles can be wrong.

Portage County, Wisconsin, has locked down two people on suspicion of having measles.  If confirmed as measles the two children would be the first cases in that state.  Portage County health administrators say 94% of residents are vaccinated!
