From March 13th through 17th, 2023, FEMA Region 10 underwent a mass aero-medical evacuation, affecting the states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington!
The U.S. Transportation Command (TransCom) coordinated the medevac. More than 4-hundred military (Regular [Active Duty], Reserve and National Guard) and civilian personnel from across the U.S. were involved, including personnel from the the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Defense Health Agency.

Fortunately it was all a massive training event:“It allows in a controlled environment to surge the system, identify what needs to be improved, then to act on those areas to train to the highest standards.”-Major Donna Olson, 446th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron
“You want to make the training as realistic as possible with some stressors you would find out in the real world. Making sure the players aren’t completely stressed out, but proper learning is done.”– Master Sergeant Robert McNeal, North Carolina Air National Guard
“It’s important to do exercises like this to give people a sense of what happens in real world situations. The more you do it the less you have to think about it when it actually happens.”-Technical Sergeant Shannon Glover, 446th Operations Support Squadron

“The F-15QA aircraft is the most advanced version of the fighter ever built. It brings to its operators next-generation technologies such as fly-by-wire flight controls, digital cockpit, modernized sensors, radar, and electronic warfare capabilities, and the world’s fastest mission computer. Increases in reliability, sustainability and maintainability allow defense operators to affordably remain ahead of current and evolving threats. The F-15QA’s advances will enable it to bolster the U.S. and allied coalition’s ability to project lethal force and protect allied forces and locations.”-Boeing
Essentially, the F-15QA is a Qatari version of the new F-15EX.

This is connected to Qatar’s recent purchase of the new Boeing F-15QA. The F-15QA is a new Eagle built specifically for Qatar. In 2017, Qatar ordered 36 F-15QAs. It is also known as the Falcon-5.
Here is an incomplete list of local news reports from the past month.
On 23MAR2023, a homeless camp went up in flames:
Does this have any connection to the fact that authorities in Portland began barricading homeless camps two days prior, on 21MAR2023:
In the past month, two big retail corporations shutdown almost all there stores in Oregon, one of those corporations gave no warning to employees or customers!
Walmart:
Cracker Barrel:
Some analysts blame the rampant crime rate:
Even City of Portland employees are being directly linked to murder:
Two years ago, Oregon legalized marijuana use, now officials are actually complaining about a lack of demand for the weed:
To add to the crime wave, Portland officials are removing all the lighting from numerous city parks, claiming it is about ‘safety’, but also it is about the fact the city can no longer afford to maintain the lights:
And don’t forget that Oregon is an anti-2nd Amendment state, yet that isn’t stopping an increase in shooting in Portland:
And why is ambulance response times in the Portland metro area tanking longer and longer:
It is not just Corporate America that is abandoning liberal-progressive-woke controlled Oregon, even local chain-stores and local ‘mom & pop’ businesses are shutting down.
After ten years, Portland based ‘woke’ convenience chain-store Green Zebra ceased to exist:
After 32 years a deli is shutting down, blaming the high cost of operating in Portland:
And here is an odd-ball thing, the ‘woke’ lawmakers of Oregon are now considering banning educational programs/exhibits that use animals:

The Islamic Republic of Iran; predominantly Indo European/Aryan (Arya) ethnic groups.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; predominantly Semitic/Arab ethnic groups.
Iraq;predominantly Semitic/Arab ethnic groups, but also influential Indo European/Aryan (Arya) ethnic groups.
Al Jazeera (an Arab news outlet) reported that it was the Iranians who first went public with the China brokered peace deal:
Just over a week ago the main-stream ‘woke’ U.S. and Western news media almost ignored the peace deal between mortal enemies Iran and The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Was it because it was brokered by communist China, and actually challenges the influence of the West’s NATO in the Middle East? The Western main-stream-woke-news media glanced over the deal, and now is trying to downplay the deal by literally saying it doesn’t mean anything, as if it was a Chinese Paper Tiger.
Image via NATO, 20MAR2023.
If that is the case then why, just a few days ago, did NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg go out of his way to host the Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister/Minister of Foreign Affairs, at NATO headquarters in Belgium?
On 20MAR2023, ten days after the Iran-Saudi peace deal, NATO officials met with Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister/Minister of Foreign Affairs Fuad Hussein. In the official NATO video you can hear that the meeting is totally about reinforcing, and “how we can further”, the Western-NATO presence in Iraq, under the guise of ‘fighting terrorism’, but also hear the Iraqi official state that he wants NATO to “expand” operations in Iraq:
You have to understand that Iraq views both Iran and KSA as mortal enemies, so this seems to me to be a direct reaction of both NATO and Iraq against the China brokered peace deal between Iran and KSA.

NASA photo of 831, March 1996.
831 was used for crew training and various research programs on Dryden Flight Research Center (now called Armstrong Flight Research Center, on Edwards Air Force Base), California, until October 1997.
This NASA photo was made in July 1997, just a few months before 831 was retired.
NASA photo from August 1997, in the foreground is SR-71A carrying the Linear Aerospike experiment, behind it is retiring SR-71B 831.
Same photo but I zoomed in to show the apparatus on the canopies of 831.
At the end of 2002, pieces and parts of NASA 831 were loaded onto tractor-trailers at Edwards AFB (Dryden Research Center), California, for the trip to Michigan. Photo via NASA.
To confuse things even more, some aviation blogs claim the Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum in McMinnville, Oregon, has NASA 831! The museum’s own SR-71 FAQ section states they’ve had the SR-71 since 2002! They post three photos; two are NASA photos, with one being of 831, and the other being an SR-71A being configured for the Linear Aerospike experiment. The third photo is of the museum’s SR-71 and it is clearly an SR-71A, not the B or even 831.
At this point, the Kalamazoo Aviation History Museum is the only location that has photographic proof that they have NASA 831. Not only does their website have lots of detailed photos of NASA 831, but they got lots of photos of other Blackbirds.
Testors SR-71 built as the ‘B’ version, NASA 831. I had to scratch build an aerial refueling door as Testors did not provide it.
After 25 years in my stash-pile, and realizing that the outrageous prices being fetched for an old Testors SR-71 might be due to Testors ceasing to exist, and the fact that the new Revell-Germany SR-71 does not include parts for the ‘B’ version, I decided it was time to build it.
NASA photo, July 1995.
The first problem I came across with the kit itself, was that Testors molded the refueling door in the open position and did not provide a door for the closed position, I wanted it closed so I had to use plastic sheet to cover the open fuel receptacle. Perhaps Testors got confused, photos of parked SR-71s do show the refueling door open, but that is because the hydraulics have relaxed, in-flight the door is closed, except when refueling.
I still have a mail-order catalog showing the MSRP of $20 back in 1996-97. I realized that the kit was not promoted as being able to build the B version.
I bought the Testors kit back in 1997, when it was a whopping $20 brand new, and I got it on discount for less than $19!
Unfortunately, the box and decals didn’t survive the test of time; the outer end opening box literally began disintegrating, and the decals were cracked beyond use (I tried, even with a coat of clear they shattered in the water), I ended up getting some Caracal-Cartograf decals.
If you follow the order of assembly you will have problems.
I learned that if you follow the instructions and attach the rudders to the nacelles first, you will have problems attaching the afterburners. Attach the afterburners before attaching the rudders. I glued the intake spike (shock cone) behind the mounting point as I was building it to represent being in-flight. The shock-cone retracts into the nacelle allowing the Blackbird to fly faster.
Dry fitting reveals a major problem.
Another problem is that the mounting holes in the center section are too small to allow the nacelles to fit. Even after hollowing them out, and thinning the posts on the nacelles, I still ended up with stress cracks on the center section.
Even after surgery to make the parts fit, stress cracks appeared.
Lack of mounting stubs caused the rear part of the wing to droop. Testors does not replicate the fuel dump, I tried by filing the pointy end flat and using paint.
For some reason Testors did not model the prominent fuel dump at the back of the Blackbird. I decided to flatten the pointy end and then use red paint to represent the fuel dump. Most photos of the rear-end of SR-71s show the inside of the fuel dump was painted red.
An SR-71 gate-guard on Beale AFB, California, showing the red painted fuel dump. USAF photo, 26JAN2016.
The kit does not come with pilots, using putty I modified some old Monogram pilots to look like astronauts, but then discovered the seats wouldn’t allow them to fit. I had to chop off the pilot’s feet, butts and part of their backs to get them to fit.
I modified some spare Monogram pilots. Turns out the red borders around the canopy glazing are incorrect, and the clear I used to get them to stay down fogged the canopies.
Forget those red canopy border decals, they are flat wrong. While reviewing photos (unfortunately after I applied the decals) I noticed there are no red borders. At certain angles it might look like there are, but the red that is sometimes seen around the glazing is actually the seals inside the canopy framing.
In this close-up of NASA SR-71B 831, you can see there are no red borders around the canopies. What is red are the seals inside the canopy framing. NASA photo, December 1994.
It was in the Caracal-Cartograf Blackbird Part-2 decal set that I discovered the markings for NASA 831.
You might not can see, but even a coat of clear paint failed to force the aftermarket decals to lay flat on the underside of the Blackbird.
Even expensive (almost as much as what I paid for the Testors kit back in 1997) aftermarket decals can be wrong (like the red canopy borders), and not cooperate. For some reason not known to me, the decals would not settle down on the underside of the kit. Decal solution failed to keep the decals from wrinkling. I applied clear paint and the result was no more wrinkles, instead I got blisters which hardened when the paint dried.

It is starting to look like the United States (U.S.) returning to ‘isolationism’ is a good thing, if that also includes the U.S. Dollar (USD). Banks might not like the raising of U.S. interest rates, and it is part of the reason for collapse of the big banks, but for the working class within the U.S. in the long run it could result in the manufacturing industry returning hundreds of thousands of jobs to the U.S. In other words, destroying the global use of the USD could restart the domestic economy of the U.S.
KITCO News: Is inflation caused by the decline of the use of the USD globally (Global Monetary Reset)? The rest of the World calls it De-dollarization. Here is a hour long explanation;
INDIANA: On 16MAR2023, Purdue University researchers prove the situation is worse than officials are saying, revealed yet more unreported chemicals found in samples from the East Palestine, Ohio, derailment;
NORTH CAROLINA: Revealed this week, officials covered-up a CATS Light Rail derailment for a year! Also revealed, the derailment was the result of a known problem, and the delay of repairs to fix the problem;
PENNSYLVANIA: State-level politicians hold special meeting over the 40 days old East Palestine, Ohio, derailment;
WASHINGTON: Approximately 5-thousand gallons of diesel fuel spilled when the train derailed on 16MAR2023;

Medicare is about healthcare, mainly for citizens 65 or older who have paid taxes, as in what happens when you need to see a doctor. There is a connection between your eating habits and your overall health, and taxpayer supported Medicare has provided food allowances through something called a Grocery Benefit using a Medicare Food Allowance/Heath Foods Card. That is through the Select Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP) or Chronic Condition Special Needs Plans (C-SNP), types of Medicare Advantage insurance programs.
Now, several states are trying a new ‘Food for Medicaid’ operation. Medicaid is a joint federal/state governments operation that helps some people who don’t meet the requirements of the federal Medicare.
Delaware, Maine, New Mexico, New York, New Jersey and Washington are petitioning Medicaid to allow them to add food to their new Biden Medicaid Food program. Alaska, Massachusetts and Oregon already are using U.S. President Joseph Robinette Biden Junior’s new Medicaid for Food program. But wait, Medicaid already has a food program!
Medicaid already issues vouchers for meal deliveries for people with specific health conditions, apparently it is a temporary thing. But, most (not all, I know because I’m one who does not get SNAP and relies totally on the only private charity food pantry in my town) low income people (with families, or individuals with disabilities) in the United States get SNAP (aka Food Stamps), and if you qualify for SNAP you usually qualify for Medicaid and vice versa! So why is Medicaid being used to give low income people, who would qualify for SNAP, food?
Supporters claim that by spending more money on a food for healthcare program will somehow save the government money! Maybe in relation to healthcare cost, but not in relation to food costs. Perhaps healthcare costs are so high that the supposed savings of giving somebody extra food to stay healthy offsets the extra food costs? This new, supposedly bi-partisan supported, Biden system was tried out in Arkansas in 2022, at a cost of $85-million!
Why not simplify and increase the SNAP allowances and expand SNAP eligibility? Why not tie SNAP, Medicare, and Medicaid all together? Does this have something to do with the end of the False Flag Pandemic taxpayer funding for SNAP? Is this just a way for states to get extra federal taxpayer funding? Why all these shenanigans?
In 2014, the U.S. Army awarded a taxpayer funded contract to BAE to modify 2-thousand-907 Bradleys into AMPVs, to replace M113s.
I’m a Cold War veteran (signing-up in 1982, the year after the Bradley began service) and I remember that the Bradley was first sold to the U.S. public as being the replacement for the M113, yet here we are more than 40 years later and we are still using the M113, but now both the M113 and Bradleys, and their ‘new’ replacements, are made by a British empire company!

The BAE AMPV began testing in 2017, on the Yuma Proving Grounds (YPG) in Arizona. Five variants were proposed. It was kind of a ‘no shit, Sherlock’ moment when they promoted the AMPV as being bigger than the M113, when the AMPV is just a modified Bradley, which is naturally bigger than the M113.

Return to the Empire: In the late 1990s, under the Bill Clinton regime, Marconi Electronic Systems (MES, originally an Italian company) began taking over U.S. defense contractors. In 1999, MES and BAe merged to create BAE Systems, apparently to stop a U.S. defense contractor from taking over MES. In 2001, the same year the False Flag War on Terror began, BAE Systems aggressively invaded the U.S. defense industry, taking over many U.S. companies, including cyber security companies.

According to a White House Fact Sheet, U.S. President Joseph Robinette Biden Junior issued a bold new executive order concerning the destruction of your Second Amendment Constitutional Right!
What is a mass-shooting? It turns out that the ‘woke’ main stream news industry is operating under its own definition of mass-shootings! The U.S. government has several definitions as it has created several categories relating to killings and shootings.
U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ):Mass Killing is also known, officially, as Mass Murder. Do not confuse Mass Killing with Active Shooter. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI, a bureau of the DoJ) considers Active Shootings to involve “one or more individuals actively engaged in killing or attempting to kill people in a populated area.” But, to confuse everybody a little more, the FBI itself actually has a definition for mass shootings: “Any incident in which at least four people are murdered with a gun.” Notice that this is more than what the Investigative Assistance for Violent Crimes Act of 2012 defines as a Mass Killing.
