False Flag: U.S.-NATO puppet Ukraine supplied North Korea with ICBM engines!

17 AUG 2017 (01:46 UTC-07 Tango 06)  26 Mordad 1396/24 Dhu l-Qa’da 1438/26 Wu-Shen 4715

“It’s likely that these engines came from Ukraine, probably illicitly. The big question is how many they have and whether the Ukrainians are helping them now. I’m very worried.”-Michael Elleman, International Institute for Strategic Studies

It’s been revealed that the U.S.-NATO puppet government of Ukraine might have supplied the engines for the latest Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK, aka North Korea) ballistic missile design.

Two days after a New York Times story officials with the Ukrainian government run missile company Yuzhmash admitted the engines looked a lot like their own RD-250 design.  Some news reports say Ukrainian space agency director Yurii Radchenko admitted the North Korean Inter-Continental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) was powered by the RD-250.

Yuzhmash used to make money selling engines to Russia, but that stopped after the Obama regime led coup in 2014.  It’s suspected the financially struggling state run company is making money on the ‘black market’.

This is not the first time a DPRK ICBM was discovered to have parts made by NATO allies or even the United States.  In 2014, unnamed South Korean government sources revealed that a recovered North Korean missile had electronics that were made in Europe and the United States!  The missile was recovered in 2012.

“Of all the money we spend on education, less than 32% goes to teachers.”: Dumbing Down the U.S. of A., July 2017

Disappearing Students Syndrome (DSS): A phrase created by me to describe a phenomenon taking place across the United States, affecting both privately and publicly funded schools, from Kindergarten all the way through University levels.

United Kingdom news media revealed that Google “…paid millions of dollars to academics at British and American universities for research that it hoped would sway public opinion and influence policy in favour of the tech giant.”

Incomplete list of publicly announced education related layoffs & school shutdowns, July 2017:

After five years Kaplan owned software coding school Dev Bootcamp shutting down all six U.S. campuses: “Despite tremendous efforts from a lot of talented people, we’ve determined that we simply cannot reach a sustainable business model without compromising our mission of delivering a high-quality coding education that remains accessible to a diverse population of students.”

California: Charter school Options for Youth-Victorville shutting down Fontana and Ontario operations, 108 jobs gone by September! Durham School Services issued a layoff WARN for its operations in Hayward, 92 jobs lost by the end of September. Privately run National University admitting that people are radically different by proposing a new form of education; Precision Education.   National University is so sure of themselves they’re spending $20-million USD on the project, which will tailor general education classes based on a students situational differences.  The sexist women’s only Mills College (they actually have a statue called Power of Women) laid off at least five instructors, due to crashing revenues due to refusing to take in male students.  It’s one of 36 U.S. colleges that refuse to allow men as students.  A survey in June showed the overwhelming majority of faculty at Mills College wanted to allow male students!

Florida:  University of Florida just got a $10-million U.S. federal taxpayer funded grant to experiment with the concept of Precision Education.

Illinois: The Chicago Tribune declared “The politics of education funding in Illinois is truly deranged”   In a No-Shit Sherlock! moment, peer-reviewed journal Child Development published a study that concluded that lying to kids about America being a fair country causes them to become violent when they find out the truth.  Chicago teacher Xian Franzinger Barrett agreed saying “Students who are told that things are fair implode pretty quickly in middle school as self-doubt hits them, and they begin to blame themselves for problems they can’t control.”

Kentucky: God powerless to stop ‘his’ Nativity Montessori School from shutting down due to The Rapture, I mean crashing enrollments.

Louisiana: Loyola University eliminated 60 jobs despite a 33% increase in enrollment deposits.

Massachusetts: Blame Obama. It was revealed that between 2011 and 2016 that at least 3-thousand-562 state early education programs were shutdown.

Mississippi: University of Southern Mississippi laid off four people and eliminated 33 vacant positions due to a reduction in taxpayer funding.

New York: SUNY Polytechnic Institute suddenly laid off 38 people, apparently in an effort to reduce costs by $10-million USD per year.

Ohio:  Columbus based taxpayer funded online Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow eliminating 250 jobs due to crashing enrollments and being caught overcharging customers by a total of $60-million USD!

Oklahoma: Comanche Nation College shutdown by tribal leaders who refused to continue funding it.

Texas:   Good or bad news?  Lee College Huntsville prison center graduated the largest prison class in its 51 years history, more than 180 prisoners!  It’s either a testament to the education program, or a revelation as to how many people are sent to Texas prisons.  Texas Education Agency laid off 39 people basically saying the positions were redundant.  Republican lieutenant governor Dan Patrick revealed “Of all the money we spend on education, less than 32% goes to teachers.”  The reality is that most of your taxes go to those tax-sucking school administrative bodies.

Washington DC:   A Pew Research Center survey showed 58% of republicans now blame higher education for the current state of the Union.  This is a big swing from 2010 when 55% of republicans favored higher education.  American Federation of Teachers (AFT) president Randi Weingarten stated “This use of privatization, coupled with disinvestment are only slightly more polite cousins of segregation.”   In the name of desegregation the AFT wants to force people to send their children to specific schools, violating a fundamental concept of the United States; freedom of choice.

West Virginia: West Virginia Business College suddenly shutdown saying “It is not financially possible to remain open for the July quarter” due to what I call Disappearing Students Syndrome.

Dumbing Down June 2017: “…YOU HAVE A STORM WARNING.”

Sumerian Lament: Trump vs Truman

“If Heaven and Earth by cycles within cycles regulated, what had happened will again occur? Is the Past-the Future?”-Lament and warning from Enki the last ‘god’ on Earth, Lost Book of Enki, 14th Tablet

“If they do not now accept our terms they may expect a rain of ruin from the air, the like of which has never been seen on this earth.”-Harry Truman, President United States 06 August 1945

“They will be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen.”-Donald Trump, President United States  08 August 2017

Incomplete list of U.S. Federal/State/Local Government self-destruct announcements for July 2017:

Illinois: Cook County Public Defender’s Office eliminating 68 jobs, most are attorneys meant to represent the individuals charged with crimes.  It’s being blamed on the new soda pop tax which is in limbo after being challenged in court, apparently the county was hoping to use the soda tax to fund public defender operations.  The challenged soda tax is also being blamed for the sudden layoff of 3-hundred county employees!  Supposedly ‘elected’ county officials also sent out 1-thousand-1-hundred layoff notices!  You know a county is in trouble when it’s relying on the creation of new tax to save its sorry ass!  Cook County’s soda tax is one cent for every ounce of so called sweetened drink.  The U.S. Department of Agriculture is challenging the tax because it violates SNAP rules. Chicago, located within Cook County, also has a soda tax.  Coupled with the county tax ‘sugary’ drinks in Chicago will become the most expensive in the U.S.  Metro East Sanitary District suddenly laid off 20 people, possibly due to a $2.6-million USD loss in 2016.

The state legislature responded by banning all future governors from the beach during government shutdowns!

New Mexico:  Good news or bad news? The Torrance County Detention Facility shutting down due to lack of prisoners, 203 jobs gone by September!

Other homes were closing. I didn’t have an administrator at one time, but I got an administrator.”  Local news media said the greedy state responded to their questions by saying the issues could be resolved with money!  On top of that, if the retirement home doesn’t shutdown by October then the owner will be hit with fines.

The sky around eastern Idaho is socked in with smoke as the 2017-18 wildfire season roars up (I don’t think I’ve ever seen it so smokey around here, and I’ve been here 20 years).  The water bombing aircraft based at Pocatello Airport were busy during daylight; non-stop landings, reloading, take-offs, for hours on-end until dark.

“Many of the nearly 7.5 million taxpayers who receive letters and seek insurance may feel misled if the actual cost of their insurance is much higher than the $75 per month detailed in their notification letter.”-U.S. Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration

An audit by the U.S. Department of the Treasury revealed that under the regime of Barack Obama the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) lied about how much ObamaCare-ACA (Affordable Care Act) mandated health insurance would actually cost in monthly premiums (for the those people who didn’t qualify for free ObamaCare).  The actual cost was actually more than twice the promised amount.

The outright lie by the Obama led IRS was to trick people into supporting ObamaCare-ACA, according to the audit: “This audit was initiated to assess the IRS’s processes for identifying and notifying individuals who file an income tax return and do not have the required Minimum Essential Coverage under the Affordable Care Act…….

…..review identified that the IRS did not issue the required notification letters……..IRS management delayed its planning to implement Section 1502(c)…..

……analysis of 5.4 million taxpayers who enrolled in health coverage through an Exchange in Calendar Year 2015 identified that the cost, after financial assistance, for 3.4 million (63 percent) taxpayers exceeded the $75 a month cited in the letters mailed to taxpayers. The average cost to taxpayers was $168 a month after financial assistance.”-  Affordable Care Act: Implementation of the Notification Requirement for Individual Filers Not Enrolled in Health Insurance

“a sweeping redevelopment”: Sears Kmart death spiral, August 2017

In Canada, owners of Sears Hometown stores are planning a legal battle for compensation as a result of Sears Canada going bankrupt busted and dead.

Sears Holdings announced an additional 28 Kmart stores across the U.S., upping the total Sears-Kmart shutdowns for the year to more than 350.  The announcement was sudden, with Sears Holdings administrators admitting they hadn’t yet notified affected employees.

Arizona: The Mesa Kmart made the new shutdown list, shutting down in time for Thanksgiving.

California: Kmarts in Valencia, Jackson/Martell, Bellflower and Hesperia (where I attended junior and senior high school) shutting down mid-November.   Sears Holdings just sold its store and Auto Center at the northeast end of South Coast Plaza to the owners of the plaza.  the selling price was not disclosed. When asked if the Sears store and Auto Center were shutting down South Coast Plaza owners stated “We look forward to continuing that relationship with Sears…”  It’s been revealed that Sears Holdings notified Bishop Police that local Kmart employees had stolen at least $50-thousand USD worth of merchandise in the past few months.  After police investigated six people were arrested.

Colorado: The Aurora and Englewood Kmarts shutting down by Thanksgiving.

Connecticut: The Southbury Kmart made the new shutdown list.

Florida: North Miami Beach Kmart shutting down right before Xmas.

Georgia: The Mableton Kmart made the new shutdown list.

Idaho: A major screw-up resulted in the closing Coeur d’Alene Kmart getting a big shipment of ‘blank’ American Apparel-Supreme branded t-shirts.  Shoppers were able to re-sell the t-shirts on ebay, until Kmart realized what was going on and removed the labels from the remaining inventory.   In Lewiston, the Sears Hometown is for sale because the franchise owners say they can’t afford to renew the license to operate it.

Illinois: Kmarts in Oaklawn, Elmhurst and Belleville made the new shutdown list.

Kansas:  Topeka Kmart shutting down by Thanksgiving.

Michigan: Kmarts in Utica/Shelby, Bay City and Sandusky shutting down mid-November.   Taxpayers in the township of Georgetown might take a loss on the vacant taxpayer owned Kmart property.  Township leaders were planning on spending $180-thousand taxpayer dollars to improve the property, but a developer wants to buy the land.  In 2014 Georgetown taxpayers were forced to pay $1.6-million USD for the vacant Kmart, reports say the developer has offered much less than that, $1.5-million for three properties altogether.   In Norton Shores, a Kmart property that’s been vacant since 2004 (before the Eddie Lampert take-over) has finally been put up for sale, asking price is $4.2-million USD: “We’ve been trying for years to get them to fix it up or sell the building. Out of nowhere, last week, they listed it.”-Gary Nelund, mayor of Norton Shores

Minnesota: A local man who is willing to spend $3-million USD on turning a vacant Kmart into an indoor shooting range was blown-off by the West Saint Paul city council: “I started laying out some numbers and it was like, ‘OK, thank you, Mr. O’Keefe.’ I was basically cut off. As far as I’m concerned, I went to the city council and they didn’t give me an opportunity to present or show them any numbers.”-Chris O’Keefe

New Jersey:  Kmarts in Moorestown and Parsippany shutting down mid-November.

New York:  Kmarts in Rochester(Chili), Victor and Vails Gate(New Windsor) shutting down mid-November.    Proof they got money.  Sears Holdings-Seritage Growth has promised the city of Olean that if a new tenant is not found by Winter for the soon to be shutdown Kmart, then Seritage will “continue upkeep, heating it and performing needed repairs” until a new tenant is found.

North Carolina: It’s been revealed that back in July Sears Holdings sold its store in Wilmington to the new owners of the Independence Mall (Rouse Properties), for $10-million USD.  The Wilmington Sears store (at the Independence Mall) is still active and not on any shutdown list, however, Rouse Properties is planning “a sweeping redevelopment” of the entire mall.

Ohio: A Massilion Kmart shutting down in time for the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday.

Oregon: A Salem Kmart shutting down in time for the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday.

Pennsylvania: Kmarts in Allentown and Willow Grove shutting down mid-November.

Rhode Island: Cranston Kmart shutting down in time for the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday, it’s the last remaining Kmart in the state.

South Carolina: Conway Kmart shutting down in time for the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday.

Utah: The Cedar City Sears Hardware and Appliance Store suddenly announced it was shutting down, local news media indicated it was the fault of Sears Holdings, not the franchise owner.

JULY 2017, EVEN MORE SEARS-KMART SHUTDOWNS: “WHERE DID ALL THIS MONEY GO?” “THAT’S THE END OF THE GAME.”
