In Japan Oxycodone is illegal, declared as a highly addictive narcotic.  A female U.S. citizen, and a senior executive with Toyota, is now in jail because she had Oxycodone (aka Roxicodone, OxyContin, Oxecta, OxyIR, Endone, Oxynorm) sent into Japan from the U.S. state of Michigan.

But wait, it was not a case of not understanding Japanese law, because the package was marked “necklaces”!   It should also be noted that Japanese customs inspectors seemed to be on the look-out for the package, implying that this was not the first time the U.S. executive has done this.

The female executive worked for anti-gun Pepsi and job destroying General Motors prior to joining Toyota.  Toyota administrators have publicly apologized for the scandal.

Oxycodone is also illegal in Singapore.

In United Kingdom possession of Oxycodone without a prescription, is a crime.

A federal appeals court has ruled that the former Bush regime can indeed be sued for war-crimes related to actions taken after 11 September 2001.

Eight men have been trying to sue the Bushies after being held for months in prisons, without being accused of anything and without trial, and claiming they were beaten and denied sleep (sleep depravation is a legally recognized form of torture, despite what Dick Chenney thinks).

One man was arrested by the FBI, apparently for using a video camera in Queens, New York!   The Center for Constitutional Rights stated “The men were slammed….and told, ‘Welcome to America.’”

The Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, as well as the Passaic County Jail in Paterson, New Jersey, are now subject to war-crimes lawsuits as well.

Operation Jupiter: U.S. soldier found dead in Korea, victim of anthrax?

A U.S. soldier attending a BNCO (pronounced b-knock, Basic Non-Commissioned Officer) school at Camp Jackson, in Korea, was found dead by Korean civilians, near the edge of the small U.S. Army post.  Is it connected to the JUPITR ATD program based out of Osan?

U.S. Forces Korea says they do not know, as of yet, why the soldier died.

According to the Joint Program Executive Office for Biological Defense, the main operators of JUPITR ATD are USAF 51st Medical Support Squadron at Osan Air Force Base, the U.S. Army 65th Medical Brigade at Yongsan (in Seoul), and several new labs used by the United States Army Public Health Command (USAPHC).

The U.S. Army’s Camp Jackson is located on the north side of Seoul, opposite Yongsan.  The USAF base at Osan has been identified as one of the recipients of “mistakenly” shipped live anthrax.

In 2014, USAPHC revealed “….the Joint United States Forces Korea Portal and Integrated Threat Recognition, known as JUPITR, and the Global Biosurveillance Technology Initiative…….The need for biosurveillance and diagnostic laboratory capabilities in the Korean peninsula led to this partnership.”-then Major Michael Desena, USAPHC

My research shows that the U.S. Department of Defense is convinced that Republic of Korea, and the U.S. forces based there, need a new joint biological weapons detection program, thus JUPITR ATD.  So far, I’ve yet to find an explanation why U.S. military administrators are convinced south Korea is the most likely, or most vulnerable place for biological warfare.

The primary biological agent used in JUPITR ATD is anthrax, live anthrax.  The new detection equipment cannot be properly tested using dead anthrax.

JUPITR ATD also considers the use of mosquitoes as viable vectors for biological warfare.  Now read these statements made by USAPHC  personnel, based in the United States, in July 2014 regarding a disease called Chikungunya: “Surveillance of any disease vectors involves cooperation across the military public health system. The entomological sciences and laboratory programs detect infected mosquitoes, while the Disease Epidemiology Program monitors human outbreaks and case reports in our Army population.”-then Lieutenant Colonel Laura Pacha

“Army preventive medicine personnel are aware of the disease, and USAPHC experts are working with our colleagues in the Department of Defense to provide additional awareness and training and to put reporting mechanisms in place.”-John Ambrose, USAPHC silly-vilian

“If an infected person is bitten by a mosquito, that mosquito may spread the virus by biting another person. Installation preventive medicine personnel collect mosquitoes from traps and then send them to USAPHC laboratories where they can be identified, prepared and tested.”-Captain Heather Ferguson

If readers still have doubts about JUPITR ATD, please go to the official National Defense Industrial Association website that released “unclassified” info about the program, back in March 2013.  Since then JUPITR ATD has expanded across the World, through the United States, Australia, United Kingdom and now includes USAFRICOM in west Africa.

The latest news about the “mistaken” shipments of live anthrax from Dugway, in Utah, show that the U.S. Army has been shipping out live biological warfare agents for at least ten years (as I’ve written about in earlier posts), long before the JUPITR ATD program officially began.  The official explanation is that the Army post that has been dealing with biological weapons for decades suddenly lacks effective and standardized procedures!  Can you say Bull-Shit?

Thailand’s Public Health Ministry reports a 75 years old man is positive for Middle East Respiratory Syndrome.  He is the first known case of MERS in Thailand.  59 people are under “observation”.

Confirmed number of MERS cases in Republic of Korea (RoK) now at 165. All are connected to hospitals or ambulance services. Deaths now at 23.

The Samsung Hospital in Seoul has locked down 3-hundred healthcare workers, now suspected of being infected!  Samsung administrators are begging other hospitals to take their patients, but local news reports say other hospitals are refusing that request!

Despite the increasing number of cases and deaths, the UN World Health Organization is urging the RoK government to re-open the approximately 2-thousand 9-hundred schools that were shutdown at the beginning of the outbreak.

United Arab Emirates reports a second confirmed case of MERS, in the past week.  Interestingly doctors say the latest patient has never been in contact with anybody infected with the virus.

Two new cases reported in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.   Interestingly one of the new patients, a 73 years old man, has never contacted anybody infected with MERS, and he has not had recent contact with camels, which are suspected as being the original carriers of the virus. He is in critical condition.

Abbas claims the Palestinian government is breaking up because Palestinians in the open-air prison known as Gaza Strip refuse to recognize the Fatah political organization.

Fatah dominates the Palestinian government, and has some control over the open-air prison known as West Bank.  The majority of Palestinians in Gaza Strip, and a growing number of Palestinians in West Bank, will only recognize the political organization known as Hamas.

But don’t blame Hamas, they’re opposed to the dissolution of the Palestinian government: “Hamas rejects any one-sided change in the government without the agreement of all parties. No one told us anything about any decision to change and no one consulted with us about any change in the unity government. By dissolving the Palestinian government Abbas opens the door for Hamas to take over in West Bank, which is exactly what the warmongering Zionist in Israel want, because they can then justify to their own people an all out war on all Palestinians, which will be easy to justify because opinion pools show many Israelis want total war to finish off the Palestinians so they can finally create their greater Israel.

A 65 years old Middle East Respiratory Syndrome victim died in a Lower Saxony hospital, in Germany.  German health administrators are now claiming the man did not die from the virus itself, but secondary infections.  They say the man got sick while in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).  So far 2-hundred Germans have been tested for MERS.

KSA reports the death of a 77 years old man from MERS.

Confirmed number of MERS cases in Republic of Korea (RoK) now at 162. All are connected to hospitals or ambulance services. Deaths from Middle East Respiratory Syndrome now at 20.  It’s being pointed out that the deaths involve people who were suffering from other medical problems.  19 people have been declared cured and released from hospitals.

RoK has locked down/quarantined 6,508 people as of 17 June, that’s an increase of 922 from the day before! 

Administrators with China’s Fudan University and U.S. National Institutes of Health claim to have developed antibodies to MERS.  They say the m336 antibody worked well in tests on non-human animals.

Confirmed number of MERS cases in Republic of Korea (RoK) now at 150.   All are connected to hospitals or ambulance services.  Deaths from Middle East Respiratory Syndrome now at 16.

The UN’s World Health Organization is demanding that RoK stop all people ‘suspected’ of having MERS from travel.  WHO is also demanding that RoK health administrators establish a ‘family tree’ to trace exactly how MERS got into the east Asian country.

Is it possible that MERS is part of the ongoing U.S.-NATO bio-warfare experiment called JUPITR ATD Program? 

The central European country of Slovakia reporting a ‘suspected’ MERS patient has been quarantined in a hospital.

The government of Philippines reports a Filipino working at their embassy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has MERS, “Despite the considerable decrease in MERS-CoV incidence in Saudi Arabia…”.  The Philippines’ Department of Health has revealed that since 2012 at least 10 Filipinos working in KSA have died from MERS.  The public announcement implied that the MERS victims were/are healthcare workers.

In Malaysia, news reports say a 76 years old woman under quarantine was ‘rescued’ by her family after she begged them to save her from the hospital in Miri.  But they just didn’t take her home, they took her to their local hospital in Brunei, however the medical staff in Brunei refused to admit the patient.  The woman had just returned from KSA, and had been quarantined pending testing of her sputum.  News reports did not indicate that the woman was actually sick with any symptoms.

Interstate 45 is backed up for what seems like miles, due to the situation in Hutchins, Texas.

It appears the police got the doors open on the suspect’s van, using two controlled explosions.  The police used water charge bombs (Boot Banger, originally created by the British), bombs backed with water to reduce the effects of the backblast.  However, they still aren’t confident enough to get into the van. Personnel and the robot have backed off again.

Fox4’s Sky4 chopper and CBS11’s Chopper11  returning to DFW.  NBC5’s Chopper5 still hanging around.

Apparently I’m confusing the helicopter video source.  I’m watching NBCDFW live shots, but for some reason I was picking up chatter from Fox4’s Sky4 chopper.  NBCDFW (aka NBC5) uses Chopper5.

Chopper 5 is still on scene, and that’s the source of the video I’ve been watching.  The police robot has been in action again, focusing on the passenger side door.  Personnel are also inspecting the van, again.

CBSDFW (aka CBS11) Chopper11 has just arrived live on scene.

WFAA has discontinued their live coverage.

Fox4’s Sky 4 is still hovering in place despite being told to leave by 11:00 hours, Texas time.  Sky 4 crew reports they are low on fuel.  Video shows more fire fighting vehicles being staged around the area.  Sky 4 crew reports that questions have been asked about wind speed.

Other reports say the seven explosions heard earlier were tiny explosions used to test the suspect’s van.  The suspect told police he rigged the van with C4.
