Via live NBC5 video: Police cars have evacuated the Jack in the Box parking lot, a MRAP style police vehicle (looks like a BearCat) has entered the parking lot. The police robot has backed way off from the suspect’s MRAP style van.
At least three or four law enforcement personnel are inspecting the suspect’s van. They are focusing on the rear of the van. Fox4’s Sky 4 crew says personnel have placed “somethingon the van.”
What I thought was movement in the rear window of the van might have been the robot moving around the rear of the van.
Live video from NBCDFW (NBC5) helicopter shows Hutchins Fire Department vehicles arriving on scene. Video also shows police presence across the street at a Dairy Queen.
Fox4’s Sky 4 chopper has been told to stay in area until 11:00 hours Texas time.
NBC5 video also shows police robot occasionally going up to MRAP up-armored style van, and then backing away. I also see what looks like movement in one of the van’s rear windows, furthering my suspicions that the suspect might be alive. However, Fox4’s Sky 4 crew speculating that ATF is getting ready to blow up entire van, or bring in APC (armored personnel carrier) to “pop open the vehicle”. Police vehicles are exiting the Jack in the Box parking lot.

I found reports that indicate the police have indeed been harassing, if not observing, the suspect for a long time.
WFAA reports seven more explosions in Hutchins, Texas. They claim they’re controlled explosions against the suspect’s van, however, live video shows the suspect’s van still intact in the Jack in the Box parking lot.
Explosions are small, and might be used to blow open the doors.
WFAA says ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) now on scene in Hutchins, and they are the ones setting off controlled explosions.
Live reporter says federal and state government vehicles racing up and down the locked down Interstate 45.
Suspect’s van was sold on ebay by a sheriff’s department. It is a van that was up-armored MRAP style.
Fives minutes after the press conference an explosion took place in Hutchins, Texas. Live reporter with WFAA says he saw a door “pop off” of the suspect’s van. Says police are prepping to detonate another bomb. Law enforcers are patrolling the streets with APCs and telling residents to leave.
WFAA reports that the suspect’s van was purchased on the internet through ebay, just a few days ago. WFAA confirms they received a phone call from somebody making a bomb threat.
WFAA says suspect was arrested in 2013 for assaulting his mother and uncle. Suspect’s mother says he was upset about Korea and various religions, and attacked her after she countered his complaints about Christianity and Judaism. His uncle was attacked when he tried to calm the suspect down. Suspect’s mother admitted she hit her son with a laptop computer.
Also in 2013, brother of suspect says he showed up at his house and and stole his guns.

Brown states that by 04:45 hours SWAT snipers sniped and killed suspect in armored van. Suspect warned that van was rigged with C4 explosives. Police plan to blow up the van.
For some reason the suspect voluntarily stopped his van at the Jack in the Box in Hutchins. The engine was still running when SWAT sniped it with a .50 cal, shutting it down.
Brown confirms the suspect initiated a call to police, but not to negotiate. He says the suspect went on a four to five minute rant about police causing him to lose custody of his child and that he was tired of being accused by police of being a terrorist. Brown says when they tried to negotiate the suspect became more agitated.
Federal Bureau of Investigation will take part in investigating incident. Police now investigating bomb threat call made to TV station WFAA.
Brown admitted they have been concerned about security at their Dallas HQ “for some time”, and had recently authorized $300-thousand USD in overtime pay for personnel at the headquarters.
Brown contradicts a witness who said the police HQ was unmanned at the time of the attack. Says there were cops in the lobby of the HQ at the time of the attack.
Brown claims police that appeared to be shooting at different locations near the police HQ were actually shooting in the same direction. Brown says the witnesses in the Lamar apartment building (which is directly across from the police HQ) were viewing at angles that made it look like police were shooting at multiple targets.
Brown says the bag bombs left around the Dallas police HQ were rigged to explode at the slightest touch. Says suspect used assault rifle and shotgun.
Live video shows robot inspecting armored van stopped at a Jack in the Box in Hutchins, Texas. Police say there is one suspect from the Dallas police HQ attack in the van. There’s been no reaction from inside the van to the robot looking inside, suspect might be dead.
Reporter says suspect initiated 911 call to police to negotiate, however, during negotiations he stopped talking. Before he stopped talking he said he was wounded. Unnamed police sources say he’s now dead, but they think the van is packed with explosives.
Unconfirmed reports say suspect using C4 explosives.
A second robot is approaching the passenger side door of the van, possibly to attempt to open the door.

WFAA in-person-interviews 2nd witness who says police were shooting at somebody or something else after the armored van left the area! This comes after a live WFAA reporter found out an ambulance had been called to the scene of the attack, advised that there was a gunshot victim. The reporter says police still swear there are no casualties in the area.
Todd Reise was interviewed by WFAA live, he lives near the Dallas police HQ. He confirms the van showed up prior to 00:30 hours. He says the initial gunshots “sounded like banging on our door”.
He says when the police did show up that they “positioned themselves” like there were “pursuing multiple suspects”. He says even after the armored van left the area the “police kept shooting at something” in the area.
DART administrators announced that Dallas police have locked down DART bus and rail service in specific areas of the city. Passengers will be given alternate pick-up/drop-off locations.

At approximately 00:30 hours Texas time, people in an armored van attacked the Dallas police HQ. A man was seen placing bags around the police HQ, a firefight ensued and the van rammed a police car.
The van then drove to the city of Hutchins, where it was apparently disabled by a .50 caliber sniper round fired by police. At the time of writing this the van is surrounded by cops and at least one suspect is wounded. The van is in the parking lot of a Jack in the Box fast food joint. A Whataburger located next to the Jack in the Box is being used as a staging area (command post) for police, including armored vehicles.
Back at the Dallas police HQ several bags containing bombs were found. Early news reports said one of the bag bombs was tossed under a police vehicle and exploded. A robot tried to remove another bag, but it exploded as well. Later news reports said only one pipe bomb was found and there’s been no more mention of explosions. Inspections of the other bags revealed they were filled with trash. Nearby apartment buildings have been evacuated, the area is being locked down.
Live news reports say Interstate 45, a major transportation route, has been locked down. The city of Hutchins is essentially locked down, police preventing anybody from driving into the town. A TFR (temporary flight restriction) is now in place over the affected areas. Live news reports indicate there is only one suspect, even though witnesses say there were at least four attckers.
A live interview with a resident indicated that one bag bomb exploded. The resident said he heard the explosion and saw “white smoke”. People staying in a nearby hotel were kicked out by police. A live interview with one hotel patron indicated they were not given time to pack their belongings.
Reports say the suspect has told police he is seeking vengeance on cops because he is “angry that police took his child”. He’s supposedly from Paris, Texas. News reports say he might have been involved in a past police incident involving body armor and guns.

My research now leads me to believe that many of the bacterial and viral outbreaks over the past few years can be directly tied to a U.S. Army program called JUPITR ATD (Joint USFK Portal Integrated Threat Recognition, Advanced Technology Demonstration). It was originally intended for experiments in Republic of Korea, but then spread to west Africa.

It must be noted that the involvement of U.S. AFRICOM with JUPITR ATD coincides with the recent ebola outbreak. It must be noted that Republic of Korea is dealing with a mysterious MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) outbreak that seems to be concentrated in their hospitals.
The JUPITR ATD is officially about trying to develop a fast, cheap and standardized way of detecting biological weapons deployed during combat. Currently the detection of bio and chemical weapons is not fast or reliable, and is not standardized within the NATO Members or NATO Partners. The problem with the JUPITR ADT Program is that in order to test their experimental equipment they must use live viruses and bacteria, and it must be done in a ‘real world’ environment (mainly outdoors).
Read the following U.S. Army statements from 2013 and 2014, noting the types of ‘agents’ being used and the locations, you’ll begin to connect the dots.
