Thousands of legal gun sellers are revealing that the Obama regime is shutting them down using his 2011 order meant to regulate the banking/financing industry.

The order requires more monitoring of internet payment processors, like PayPal.  It turns out the Federal Deposit Insurance Commission (FDIC, it is a independent privately funded government created agency) is also monitoring sales made by porno stores, “paraphernalia” shops and gun stores.  But anybody can be targeted, like individuals selling on ebay.

A growing number of gun store owners are reporting that their internet operations are specifically being targeted for shutdown.  Many gun sellers say this Obama order is mainly targeting mom & pop operations: “….the smaller mom-and-pop shops are being choked out, and they need their cash to buy inventory. Freezing their assets will put them out of business.”-Joe Sirochman

It’s not just gun sellers that have been hit.  I know model kits sellers that were running successful ebay stores that got shutdown when their PayPal accounts were frozen, and the only explanation they got was that their account was suspected of being fraudulent.  The key word here is suspected.  In the United States you’re supposed to be presumed innocent unless proven in court to be guilty.  Since most of those affected cannot afford to sue the federal government, there is no recourse for this martial law action!

This 2011 Presidential Order was, on the surface, meant to regulate the banking/finance industry, however it turns out it’s destroying small businesses and much needed jobs!

U.S. Civil War: New trend of burglars(?) targeting gun owners & cops! Police admit they have vaults full of unclaimed stolen guns!

In the latest robbery of a gun owner, Huntington police used dogs to track the thief.  They found three of the five stolen guns in a creek.  The other two are still missing.  The victim says he did not recognize the thief, but the only way the thief would have known where he kept his guns is that acquaintances of the victim, who knew where the guns were, told the criminal.

There’s a growing trend in the United States, especially in pro-gun states: There is an increase in burglaries against gun owners and police.

In Virginia, it turns out a stolen .357 SIG pistol belongs to a State Trooper.  Augusta County Sheriff’s Office says they’ve turned up a complicated crime operation involving drugs, backstabbing and meat salesmen turned burglars.  It turns out the door to door meat sales company was also home to a den of burglars, who were casing their victims’ homes while delivering meat products.  At least two suspects have been arrested, and are cooperating with police.

Several car and home burglaries, targeting guns, might be directly connected to the meat delivery company.  The suspects also admitted addiction to prescription drugs and admitted to stealing the state cop’s gun.  The SIG has not been found.  It turns out the state cop violated his agency’s policies by leaving the gun in his car, unattended.

In North Carolina,  police in University City Division arrested several people who were specifically looking to steal guns from legal gun owners.

Gun store owners are reporting that their parking lot security cameras are catching burglars breaking into customers cars.

In Florida, over the weekend the Orlando Southern Knife and Gun Show was hit by burglars breaking into customers vehicles.  Police say  pistols and ammo, as well as eletronic devices, were stolen.  A gun was also stolen inside the gun show.

Apparently the new trend for burglars is to look for any sign that the person who owns the vehicle is a gun owner, like pro-gun bumper stickers.

The Los Angeles Times claims to have seen a U.S. Department of Justice document that says the guns used by the alleged Boston Bombing suspects might have been stolen. The report says one man bought several guns legally in Maine.  Apparently some of those guns ended up in the hands of local drug gangs, before winding up in Boston.

Something that’s been trending for awhile, burglars targeting gun stores, might be bigger than what’s being reported.

In Kansas, five people were arrested in connection to last month’s massive burglary of a Salina gun store.  140 guns were stolen, 73 were recovered.

In Colorado, Castle Rock cops used security camera video to catch burglars who hit the same gun store twice in one week.  They said the two gun thieves were runaway teenagers living in a car, and could be involved in other crimes.

You have to wounder: Is there really a such a huge market for stolen guns that it’s driving thieves to get bigger and bolder in their thefts?

Of concern is the fact that many legal gun owners do not keep a record of their guns’ serial numbers.  The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives says that thousands of guns are stolen every year, but that’s based on serial numbers that have been provided by the gun owner.  The ATF says there are many more guns not considered stolen simply because gun owners can’t prove the gun is theirs because they did not keep a record of the serial number.  This means there are hundreds, possibly thousands, of unclaimed guns sitting in police evidence vaults: “We encounter firearms all the time we believe to be stolen, but the victim didn’t have the serial number, and we can’t trace it back to them.”-Larry Amerson, Calhoun County Sheriff, Alabama

Illinois cops admit Open Carry of guns by citizens reduces crime! Capture of illegal guns skyrocket!

Not even a year after legalizing the open carry of guns by Illinois residents, police have revealed a drastic drop in crime!

The Chicago Police Department said within the first few months of 2014 they’ve experienced the lowest murder rate since 1958!

All crime in Chicago is down by 25%.  But wait, there’s more!  It could be inferred that by allowing the legal open carry of guns, by law abiding citizens, that it helps police to distinguish between legal and illegal guns, because Chicago cops have stated they’ve actually been able to capture 1300 illegal guns in the first three months of 2014!

However, anti-gun Chicago police boss Garry McCarthy doesn’t quite credit open carry.  Open carry didn’t go into full effect until February 2014.  McCarthy also said one reason crime has gone down is that his dumb NAZI cops have finally outsmarted the criminals!

I’ve read several U.S. main streamer media sources lauding Brazil’s anti-gun law, claiming it reduced the murder rate!

Brazil’s Institute of Applied Economic Research says the homicide rate did drop, by 2 (two)!  In 2010 the homicide rate was 20 out of 100000 people, that’s two people less than the rate for 2003 when the Disarmament Statute was passed.  A two person drop in seven years of the gun ban, and they call that proof anti-gun laws work?

Another problem, the reports I saw did not specify homicide by gun, they simply said homicides.  As far as I know that could include homicides not involving guns.  Also, it did not mention overall violent crime, which has been on the increase.

In January 2013, the BBC reported a shooting at a samba school in Brazil, then went on to blatantly lie saying Brazil did not have any tough anti-gun laws.

It was the BBC that reported a more recent shooting of three unarmed teenagers, right in front of cops who did nothing.  See the video report here. Interestingly the BBC report admits that violent crime has actually gone up since the Brazilian anti-gun law was passed!

In 2011 there was a mass shooting at a school in Brazil.  You can watch CCTV video which includes news video.  The CCTV shows kids running for their lives, and in the news video one guy says It was just like in the United States, except for one thing, Brazil has stricter anti-gun laws!

Venezuela imposes gun ban, mark of true government repression! California is proof anti-gun laws don’t work: California cops caught selling illegal guns! Justification for the 2nd Amendment!

2 June 2012, the Venezuelan government imposed a total ban on gun sales: “We are going to make serious efforts as President Chavez has done for the security of our citizens. We’re going to continue to fight against criminals and more importantly against what causes violence.”-Elias Jaua, Vice President of Venezuela

Anti-gun laws don’t work!  A 1 June 2012 report out of the U.S. anti-gun state of California proves it!

The U.S. Attorney General’s office revealed that their investigation showed that California cops are selling guns to the public. Those guns are illegal for California’s civilian population under California law!

So law enforcers are behind illegal gun sales in anti-gun California!  California cops are using their legal rights to buy guns, which are legal for cops but illegal for civilians, and then turning around and selling the guns to the public at as much as a triple profit!

After a shootout in San Francisco in February 2011, investigators discovered that the fugitive had 20 guns, 12 of which were illegal under California law. To their surprise they traced two machine pistols back to a Sacramento County sheriff’s deputy!

Further investigations revealed that some California cops were regularly selling illegal weapons, including .50 caliber (12.7 mm) guns!  The .50 caliber bullet will take your head off, and punch through armored cars, no problemo.

The Sacramento District Attorney revealed that California cops are also altering the already illegal guns, making them more lethal!

Here’s the amazing thing, the California government has not arrested these cops, they’ve simply been charged with a crime.  Some have been fired from their jobs, others have been placed on paid leave.

This is proof that anti-gun laws don’t do what they’re supposedly intended to do, that is reduce gun violence.  By the way, back to Venezuela, note that the vice presidente inferred that the violence in his country was because of guns. Hello, people cause violence, not guns!  This is also justification for the U.S. Constitution’s 2nd Amendment which demands that people of the United States be able to equip themselves with the weapons of the day (“arms”) in order to protect themselves, even to protect themselves from their own cops!!!

World War 3: New phase of Afghan War; Genocide in the Name of Fighting Terrorism. Hundreds of families displaced everyday, hundreds of children frozen to death! National ID cards new weapon for Ethnic Cleansing!

The theory is that since they don’t want to either encourage them to stay or even acknowledge that displacement is a problem they’re going to pretend that it doesn’t exist.”-Michael Bochenek, Amnesty International

Not being reported by most of the main stream U.S. media is what looks like a new phase in the so called U.S. war on terror in Afghanistan: Genocide and Ethnic Cleansing, specifically by targeting children.

The New York Times has published a report, concerning the growing number of cases of children freezing to death, and being targeted by U.S. led forces.

The Washington Post has also written about the increased forced displacement, and articles about the increased killing of children by U.S. led forces.

For years the Brookings Institution has been reporting on the increasing number of people being forcibly displaced in Afghanistan.

Also, Amnesty International has recently reported that as many as 400 people, per day, are being forced from their homes into refugee (concentration?) camps.  As of the middle of February, 2012, there were an estimated 500,000 people in these camps.

It’s in those camps that children are freezing to death. The camps do not have any basic necessities.  The U.S. backed Afghan government says it’s necessary because of the continued U.S. led war with “Taliban”, and natural disasters.

Amnesty says many of the Afghans being affected include those who returned to Afghanistan after the U.S. “liberated” the country from the Taliban.  Ten years later, those who returned say they were better off in Pakistani refugee camps!

The U.S. supported Afghan government officials deny there is a problem. They label returning refugees as “economic migrants”.

The camps for economic migrants are where hundreds of children have frozen to death this winter.  According to the British Telegraph, at least 40 people, mostly children, froze to death just in the past four weeks!

“They may be refused enrollment or threatened with expulsion if they can not produce a national identification card, a document that most Afghans do not have…”-Amnesty International

One program started by the U.S. supported Afghan government, is a national identification (ID) card (similar to what some lawmakers in the U.S. want for Americans).  If you don’t have the ID card you don’t get any help, your children are not even allowed to attend school (wasn’t that one of the reasons for getting rid of the Taliban, so that kids could go to school?).

“Economic migrants” are not issued ID cards, unless they have other forms of documentation.  Now realize that most Afghans who live outside major cites, as well as those people who fled the civil wars in the 1990s, have no “documentation”.

If you don’t have this Afghan national ID, you can be kicked out of your home (similar to what Israelis have been doing to Palestinians) and placed in the so called refugee camps. In these camps people are even being denied food because they can not “prove” they are Afghans!

A New York Times article said that U.S. supported Afghan government officials refuse to recognize the increasing number of deaths because those who died did not have proper ID!!!

Where’s all the international aid? Most of the supplies coming into the camps are coming from locals! But, they are not enough.  Nader Nafey, a local businessman, brought food for 200 people at the Charahi Qambar camp.  The problem is that there is more than 900 people in the camp!

“Private Afghan businessmen, as well as companies like Roshan, a mobile telephone carrier, and Ariana Television, through their charitable arms, have visited both of the worst-hit camps in recent days, handing out aid, including food, firewood and cash payments.”-New York Times

Amnesty International says the billions of dollars in international aid, is deliberately being blocked from the camps, by the U.S. supported Afghan government. 

New York Times investigators have interviewed U.S. supported Afghan officials, who blame it all on the refugees.  They make the outrageous claim that the undocumented economic migrants sold off all their food, and even rented out their government supplied apartments, to risk death living in the unheated tents of the refugee camps!!!

This is taking place while killings of Afghan children, by U.S. led forces, is also increasing.

“Seven boys under 14 and an 18-year-old were killed in the attack….They were herding sheep less than half a mile from their homes when the bombing happened.”-New York Times

U.S./NATO/ISAF officials consider herding sheep suspicious: “We were engaging a group of armed men that we observed engaging in unusual behavior.”-Lieutenant Colonial Jimmie E. Cummings

“Suddenly some airplanes came and dropped bombs on the children and killed my son, my two nephews and some other children from our village. When we went there we saw the children in pieces, some missing legs, some missing arms, only the heads and face could be recognized, nothing else.”-Abdul Zahid, local police officer

Recently French NATO/ISAF forces admitted killing the seven boys, and the 18 year old. The French say they had information that the boys were Taliban gun smugglers! (an excuse used thousands of times by U.S. led forces)

Here’s another typical explanation given by U.S. led forces: “These were young Afghans. They were adult-sized, athletic, strong, walking perfectly in the valley. I have no doubt that they were carrying weapons.”

Locals basically say ‘no shit sherlock, we all carry guns, this is Afghanistan where we all have the right bear arms!’  That’s right all you right wingers in the U.S., the right to have weapons is more respected in Afghanistan (even if the U.S. supported government is against it) than in the hypocritical United States!  The problem is that U.S. led forces in Afghanistan target anyone seen carrying a weapon, no mater how young.

On February 4, 2012, the United Nations published a report, which said there was a 192% increase in the number of civilians killed, in the last six months of 2011!  The report also said civilian deaths have been increasing every year!

The report blames the yearly increases not only on freedom fighters, but on U.S. supported pro-government forces: “Among the tactics of Pro-Government Forces, aerial attacks caused the greatest number of Afghan civilian deaths in 2011…”

The fact that year after year civilians are increasingly killed or driven into death camps, implies only one thing; an official policy of Genocide.

While many ethnic groups are targeted, the majority are Pashtuns.  The Pashtuns just happen to be the majority of Afghans, and make up the majority of “Taliban”.

This looks more and more like an official U.S. policy to eradicate the dominant Pashtuns, through genocidal ethnic cleansing.  Don’t forget, not one Afghan has ever been directly linked to the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States!!!

Idaho could become gun maker mecca, the competition is on, support your team!

Several pro-gun states, like Idaho, are hoping U.S. gun makers will settle in their state.

Idaho has even passed a law that exempts guns made in Idaho from Federal gun control laws (Idaho Firearms Freedom Act, aka; made in Idaho gun law).

Now the race is on, between other states that have passed similar laws (like Montana, Utah, Arizona, etc), to see who can woo the most gun makers.  Many of the U.S. gun makers are located in states that have passed strict anti-gun laws.

Humorously Idaho Department of Commerce’s Bibiana Nertney calls guns “recreational technology”.

Unfortunately Idaho officials are trying to claim the state has low or no taxes, uh, I live in Idaho and that’s a lie!  Unless they mean low or no taxes for big companies.  Officials are also pushing the fact that they’ve destroyed unions, which has been proven to be the cause of the drop in overall income in Idaho, which means a lot of people can’t really afford to buy those nice new guns.  That aside, I do agree with another lure officials are using to get gun makers to move here; the right to keep and bear arms!

Idahoans, do your research, help the local economy, contact those gun manufactures on the other side of the country and get them to move to Idaho!

WalMart brings back guns

WalMart is going to sell guns again.  It realized that part of its declining sales is because it stopped selling guns in about 2,000 stores back in 2006.   Here in Idaho WalMart never stopped selling guns.

The move back to selling guns comes after seven straight quarterly losses for WalMart.

Selling guns is good for the U.S. economy, WalMart officials say most of the guns they sell are made in the U.S.

Open Carry Gun Law Idaho

Every now and then, a new law enforcement officer in Idaho mistakenly arrests someone for OPEN possession of a gun.  As well, sometimes a citizen freaks out and calls in the police after seeing someone in OPEN possession of a gun.

In Idaho OPEN CARRY of guns is legal.  Open carry, as opposed to concealed carry, means you can carry a gun in public as long as it is visible.

Idaho Constitution, Article I Section 11: “….No law shall impose licensure, registration or special taxation on the ownership or possession of firearms or ammunition….”

Of course they are limits to Idaho’s open carry law, like being a convicted felon, being intoxicated and being under the age of 18.

As far as Idaho’s concealed carry licensing, it seems it applies only to handguns.

Idaho and Texas force universities to allow guns on campus

The Idaho House passed a bill that would force colleges and universities to allow firearms on campus, except in student housing.

A Texas House committee moved a bill that would allow licensed handguns on public universities and college campuses.

This is considered an issue of the right to self defense, under the Second Amendment.

There have been many shootings, that could have been stopped, or lessened, if an armed citizen was able to use their gun to stop it.

Here in Eastern Idaho there is an example out of the Salmon area that proves it.  Some years ago, at a church service one of the residents of the town flipped out, entered the church and began shooting.  A member of the church was handed a gun by his wife.  She carried the gun in her hand bag.  She told him to “..take the guy out”, and he did (I think she actually used a different word than ‘guy’).  The flipped out shooter made it clear he was going to target as many people as he could.  He would have been successful if it weren’t for the gun toting woman who encouraged her husband to take the guy out.

How do I know this story?  The husband that took the guy out, and I, were both members of the same Idaho Army National Guard unit, back in the late 1990s.  When he told his story it was apparent that he was shaken by his actions to shoot the wacko, but, it was clear the wacko was going to take out as many people as he could.  Someone had to stop him.
