Declaration of Independence, 04 July 1776

IN CONGRESS, July 4, 1776.

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America,

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.–Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.
He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences
For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:
For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.
He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Brittish brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

World War 3: Pope angers the power elites! Will he survive to the end of the year?

Pope Francis recently upset religious ideologues saying: “The Lord has redeemed all of us, all of us, with the Blood of Christ: all of us, not just Catholics. Everyone. ‘Father, the atheists?’ Even the atheists. Everyone!

It seems Pope Francis is setting the stage to fulfill Nostradamus’ prophesies (a short seven month career, victory of the East over the West, and civil war among Christians).

Pope Francis just issued the order that a “Christian cannot be anti-Semitic!”

Pope Francis stated at a recent mass that being Christian was a matter of destiny, not choice: “…none of us is Christian by pure chance. No one.”

Pope Francis upset the entrenched elitists within the Catholic church saying: “We are all equal in the eyes of God. But, one of you might say, ‘Mr Pope, sir, you are not equal to us.’ But I am just like each of you. We are all equal. We are all brothers and sisters. No one is anonymous: all form and build the Church.”

Pope Francis said investigations and reforms concerning the Legion of Christ group will continue into next year.  It turned out that the now dead founder of the order was a pedophile (including with his own out of wedlock children).  Former members of the order have warned that the reforms will probably be cosmetic at best because “They misled the church before, and that same duplicity is so deeply embedded in the congregation that they can proceed in no other way.”-Genevieve Kinecke, former Regnum Christi member

Pope Francis has just created a commission of investigation to reveal what is really going on in the secretive Institute for Religious Works (aka IOR, or Vatican Bank)!  Italian officials have accused the Vatican Bank of money laundering and other crimes.  The investigators include four Vatican officials and a former U.S. ambassador.

Just days prior, Pope Francis refused to show up at a traditional Beethoven concert.   A day before he chastised bishops for having “the mentality of a prince”.

Pope Francis upset Globalist elites saying “The riches and cares of the world choke the Word of God and do not allow it to grow. And the Word dies, because it is not cared for: it is choked. In that case you serve riches or you serve cares, but you don’t serve the Word of God.”

The anti-homosexual marriage Archbishop of Canterbury met with Pope Francis, and reported that the Pope and he agreed to “…the stability of families founded on marriage.”  Archbishop Justin Welby recently told the U.K. House of Lords that officially the Anglican Communion was opposed to legalized homosexual marriage.

From Malta, a news media commentator wrote about his first, and probably only visit to Vatican: “….the enormous esplanade of Piazza San Pietro, with its beggars and street vendors, its priests and pigeons and, above all, its gaggles upon gaggles of American tourists (honestly, you’d think the entire population of the USA had simply emptied itself out onto Viale del Conciliazione)……..it is almost like a house of cards: so much has since been built on these same millennial foundations that there is now a genuine fear – almost visible in the faces of the palace staff – that one false move by the already ‘controversial’ Pope Francis I could quite literally bring the entire edifice crumbling down about their ears………It is as though Pope Francis is actually overseeing the gradual winding-down of a millennial institution that can simply no longer keep up the pretence of timelessness: trying to drag the entire shebang kicking and screaming into the 21st century, even if he secretly knows (as do his cardinals and as did his immediate predecessor) that not much of the Catholic Church in its present form can actually survive the transition.”-Raphael Vassallo

Reuters said the most visible thing about the five months of Pope Francis’ reign “…is an empty chair. The chair — a large white throne….”

Pope Francis upset crony capitalist elitists by telling the UN Food and Agriculture Organization “This is truly scandalous. A way has to be found to enable everyone to benefit from the fruits of the earth, and not simply to close the gap between the affluent and those who must be satisfied with the crumbs falling from the table!”

Speaking to 108 papal representatives, Pope Francis warned that future bishops must be “…pastors who are close to their people, fathers and brothers, who are meek, patient and merciful…” and to “Beware of those who are ambitious, who seek the episcopacy.”

It was reported that Pope Francis told the Latin American and Caribbean Confederation of Religious Men and Women “But there also is a stream of corruption, there is that as well, it is true…The ‘gay lobby’ is mentioned, and it is true, it is there…We need to see what we can do.”  No nun or priest at the meeting is willing to elaborate to news media what he was talking about.

Pope Francis upset his security guards when he spontaneously allowed a 17 years old boy with Downs Syndrome to ride the Popemobile.

In a nod to Saint Malachy of Ireland’s warning about Peter the Roman, Pope Francis thanked the Roman group Association of Saints Peter and Paul for their “behind the scenes” work at the Vatican.

The United Kingdom rejected the idea of allowing Pope Francis to mediate the Malvinas/Falklands dispute with Argentina: “I think the last thing we need is religion…”-Mike Summers, Falkland Islands Legislative Assembly

Pope Francis ordered Jesuit journalists to “…be uncompromising against the hypocrisies which result from the closed, the sick heart. Be uncompromising against this spiritual illness…..Your task is to gather and express the expectations, the desires, the joys and the dramas of our time….God is at work in the life of every person and in every culture, the Spirit blows where He wills. Try to find out what God has done, and how He will continue his work.”

There are now reports that Pope Francis might cancel his trip to Brazil, due to the current civil uprising.  He is planning on showing up for World Youth Day in Rio de Janeiro, towards the end of July.  Brazil is a country with many rivers, with Rio being a major drainage point for many rivers.  Nostradamus warned “Roman Pontiff beware of approaching The city that two rivers flow through…”

 

World War 3, Asia-Pacific Front: U.S. Army cuts will not apply to units poised for war with China!

The U.S. Army is reducing its size over the next four years.  However, U.S. Army units operating in the Asia-Pacific Theater of War (APTW) will not be affected.  It seems U.S. DoD officials have other plans for those Army personnel.

Only two U.S. Army Brigades in the European Theater of War will be cut.   Brigades in the U.S. states of Washington, Texas, Kansas, Colorado, North Carolina, New York, Kentucky and Georgia will be de-activated.

U.S. Army officials say the reductions are the result of the Budget Control Act of 2011.  APTW Brigades will be enhanced with equipment and personnel from those Brigades that are de-activated.

Also a former Canadian diplomat, Peter Dale Scott, attended a meeting in Russia in May 2012.  He was commenting on U.S. foreign policy and potential threats to Russia.  He also realized that the people of the United States have backed way off their anti-government protests since Obama became president, and are seemingly complicit in the federal government’s totalitarian agenda.

Peter Dale Scott: What particularly concerns me is the relative absence of public response in America to a long-term Pentagon-CIA agenda of aggressive military hegemonism – or what I will call “dominationism.” No doubt many Americans may think that a global pax Americana will secure a period of peace, much like the pax Romana of two millennia ago. I myself am confident that it will not: rather, like the imperfect pax Britannica of a century ago, it will lead inevitably to major conflict, possibly nuclear war. For the secret of the pax Romana was that Rome, under Hadrian, withdrew from Mesopotamia and accepted strict limits to its area of dominance. Britain never achieved that wisdom until too late; America, to date, has never achieved it at all.

And so very few in America seem to care about Washington’s global domination project, at least since the failure of massive protests to prevent the Iraq War. We have seen much critical examination of why America fought in Vietnam, and even the American involvement in atrocities like the Indonesian massacre of 1965. Authors like Noam Chomsky and William Blum have chronicled America’s criminal acts since World War Two, but without any prominent concern about the recent acceleration of American military expansiveness. Only a few, like Chalmers Johnson and Andrew Bacevich, have written about the progressive consolidation of a war machine that now dominates America’s political processes.

It is also striking that, until quite recently, the nascent Occupy movement has had little to say about America’s unprovoked wars; I am not sure they have even targeted the militarization of surveillance, law enforcement, and detention camps which are so important a part of the domestic apparatus of repression that threatens their own survival – the so-called “continuity of government” (COG) measures by which America’s military planners have prepared never again to have to deal with a successful American anti-war movement. 

…….I hope that Americans will mobilize against American dominationism, and call for a policy declaration, either from the administration or from Congress, that would:

1) explicitly renounce past Pentagon calls for “full spectrum dominance” as a military objective for American foreign policy,

2) reject as unacceptable the deeply-ingrained practice of preemptive wars,

3) renounce categorically any US plans for the permanent use of military bases in Iraq, Afghanistan, or Kyrgyzstan, and

4) recommit the United States to conducting future military operations in accordance with the procedures set out in the United Nations Charter.

Scott published in 2003 a book that established that U.S. foreign policy is about propping up the Nixon created U.S. petro-dollar system, and that the military uses drug trafficking to fund ever escalating operations. The book is called Drugs, Oil and War.

Medical Martial Law, Coronavirus MERS update: More than 50% kill rate! Mass gatherings preparations!

The UN World Health Organization is sounding an international warning for the new MERS virus.  Since September 2012, the UNWHO has been notified of 68 cases in which 38 people have died. That’s more than a 50% kill rate.

More than 100 health officials from the Middle East, North Africa and Europe attended a meeting from Thursday through Saturday, discussing the implications of a MERS global pandemic.  They agreed to prepare to cooperate with surveillance, communications, laboratory diagnostics, and infection control to include mass gatherings preparation: “Mass gatherings are a stress test for public health. Crowds, and the infrastructures that support them, can be an ideal setting for outbreaks of disease.”-UN World Health Organization

The mass gatherings event everyone is worried about is the upcoming pilgrimage to Mecca, in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).  Hundreds of thousands of people from around the world will converge on Mecca, and return home.  KSA is ground zero for this deadly MERS outbreak.

KSA has confirmed more MERS cases, including medical personnel who got infected while attending victims of MERS.

Germany returns to NAZI police stateism! City of Berlin locked down for U.S. President Obama! Residents can’t even get to work without special passes!

“This is insane. I’ve never seen so much security!”-a 20 year veteran newspaper editor in Berlin

U.S. President Barack Obama was given a welcome worthy of the Führer, when he arrived in Berlin, Germany!

The entire city of Berlin was locked down, even the Brandenburg Gate was closed to traffic.  Reporters with Deutsche Welle said people weren’t even allowed to open their windows, even though it was a hot day and many don’t have air conditioning: “‘Whatever you do, don’t open the windows,’ warns an experienced colleague, as two small figures move about on the roof of the government building opposite. They might be window cleaners, but they’re more likely to be snipers – sure to be targeting us, according to the colleague. It’s not quite clear whether he’s serious. The windows remain closed for safety reasons.”

There’s even reports that a Secret Service agent shoved German President Joachim Gauck, when he tried to greet Obama!  Reporters complain that their cell phones have been searched multiple times, the automatron security guards say only “Sorry, we have to do it.”

“Have you seen the American security officer with the thick legs? I’ve got a date with her afterwards!”-one of many German jokes about paranoid U.S. security personnel

At least 8000 polizie were deployed, complete with garish green painted armored vehicles, armed with remote control machine guns mounted on turrets.  All for 4000 to 6000 ‘invited’ guests to hear Obama give a hypocritical speech called Peace with Justice.

Obama even ripped off Kennedy and used the hilarious quote “Ich bin ein Berliner” (you see it actually means “I am a jelly donut” in Berlin dialect, because a Berliner is a type of jelly donut.  If you want to say you are a resident of the city then you should say “Ich bin Berliner”, drop the “ein”).

Oh, but Obama probably didn’t even realize how many Berliners he prevented from getting to work or errands, because of the massive NAZIistic security.

Berliners had to have special passes to cross certain streets, some gave up after waiting hours at check points.

Many Germans who lived in East Germany during the Cold War said it was like going back in time to Stasi control!  Markus Ferber, of the Christian Social Union political group, said Obama’s visit and the domestic spying program in the U.S. amounts to “American-style Stasi tactics.”

Who knows how much this is costing the taxpayers?  But polls still show Germans love Obama, someone get the man a toothbrush mustache and red, white & black armband!

It isn’t just that Germans love Obama, it turns out that the United States is the only thing keeping the German economy from crashing.

The United States is the largest investor into the German economy, and 50% of German foreign investments go to the United States.  U.S. companies provide at least 800000 jobs to Germans.  Germany is the third largest foreign employer in the U.S. (after Canada and United Kingdom. Hah, you thought it would be China)

Oh, but that doesn’t mean the economy is getting better.  On the same day that Noble Peace Prize winner Führer Obama arrived to give his Peace with Justice speech, Germany’s second largest Too Big to Jail bank, Commerzbank, announced it would layoff at least 5200 people over the next three years.

 

False Flag Bio-War? GMO crops intended to create starvation in the U.S. & Canada?

“The US (and Canadian) yields are falling behind economically and technologically equivalent agroecosystems matched for latitude, season and crop type; pesticide (both herbicide and insecticide) use is higher in the United States than in comparator W. European countries….”

A study by the University of Canterbury, in New Zealand, has revealed that the people of the United States and Canada could soon face starvation because of continued use of GMO (genetically modified organism) crops.

“The choice of GM-biotechnology packages in the US agroecosystem has been the stark contrast with W. European patterns of biotechnology use. Notwithstanding claims to the contrary…..there is no evidence that GM biotechnology is superior…..”

“Producing food is an essential activity, and the ability to produce food is a global strategic asset.”

“…..GM crops are not a solution, in part because they are controlled by strict IP instruments. Despite the claims that GM might be needed to feed the world, we found no yield benefit when the United States was compared to W. Europe……GM crops have maintained or increased US pesticide use relative to equally advanced competitors. The pattern and quantities unique to the use of GM-glyphosate-tolerant crops has been responsible for the selection of glyphosate-tolerant weeds, with estimates of resistant weeds on between 6 and 40 million hectares [14.8 million to 98.8 million acres] in the United States…….The use of Bt crops is associated with the emergence of Bt resistance and by novel mechanisms in insect pests

The diversity of the germplasm is not increasing under the commercial sector in the United States and under prevailing government innovation incentives…..This is linked to globally declining rates in yield growth.”
