Exceptional Failed State: Kmart turns into Grinch & steals charity’s Xmas gifts? More closings!

20 June 2014 (22:10 UTC-07 Tango 19 June 2014)/21 Sha’ban 1435/30 Khordad 1393/23 Geng Wu 4712

Louisiana losing another Kmart in September.  North Carolina Kmart closing in September.

In California, the San Diego Kmart that shutdown without notice refused to give a charity its layaway items!  The non-profit Skate Everyday was paying for xmas gifts for their yearly Breakfast With Santa event.  Kmart not only failed to give warning about the store closing, but never warned customers who had items on layaway: “We had hats, beanies, scarves, school supplies, backpacks actually on layaway at this Kmart. This Kmart closed its doors on us, they did not give us a call!  At this point in time our event is in jeopardy because a lot of our products were going to come from this Kmart. We pretty much need help. We’re a small organization but we like to do big events for the actual public.  Hoping Kmart will give us a call and a miracle can happen.”-Aaron Reynolds, Skate Everyday

Sears/Kmart officials say the best they can do is refund layaway customers their money.

World War 3 Afghanistan, 16 – 18 June 2014: Australia decides to stay! U.S. Army medical study says Guard units suffer more than Active Duty personnel! Pakistan wants Afghanistan to join in the fight!

Ghazni Province: Afghan government officials now say the dozens of teachers and students kidnapped from the Kandahar University were taken to Pakistan.

Helmand Province: Camp Bastion/Leatherneck, a USMC H-53 Super Stallion helicopter crashed.  An unnamed source with HMH-466 The Wolfpack said the ‘copter ran out of fuel while in high hover.  More than 14 Marines were onboard, officials claim none were hurt.

Kabul Province: Ahmad Zia Massoud has been declared the winner in the second round of the presidential election.  Obama regime puppet Abdullah Abdullah has vowed not to recognize the democratic results!   Government officials continue to report non-stop battles with Mujahideen all across the country, hundreds killed, hundreds wounded, including civilians and government personnel.  Indian news media reporting that ever since Pakistan began its massive offensive against Pakistani Mujahideen, more than 2-thousand people have fled across the border into Afghanistan.   Afghan officials told Indian news sources that at first they thought the refugees were militants: “The government is conducting a survey and our people are helping them with food and shelter.”-Sahira Sharif, female Afghan MP

Kapisa Province: In Tagab District, Mujahideen claim they killed two U.S.-NATO-ISAF personnel in a firefight, and destroyed one armored vehicle.

Kunar Province: In Asadabad District, one child killed, five family members wounded.  A Mujahideen mortar round landed on a residence, it was intended for a police check point.   Pakistan is now asking for Afghanistan to join its own war against Pakistani Mujahideen. Pakistan says most of the cross border attacks in Kunar Province were the result of Pakistani troops chasing Pakistani Mujahideen.

Maiden Wardak Province: In Syed Abad District, Mujahideen ambushed the provincial governor’s convoy. Three armored vehicles destroyed, two Toyota technicals destroyed, four security guards killed.  After some time of fighting U.S.-NATO aircraft were called in, this allowed the governor to escape.

Back in February the British empire member Australia announced they were finished with the “active” part of the Afghanistan occupation.  Now Aussie Defence Force boss, General David Hurley, has confirmed that at least 400 Diggers will stay in Afghanistan until the end of 2016!

A study “…funded and conducted under a protocol (USAISR Protocol no.: H-11-037) that was reviewed and approved by the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command Institutional Review Board…” concluded that Reserve Component (RC, aka federal Army Reserve and state National Guard) suffer more medical/dental non-battle field problems, in Afghanistan (OEF) and Iraq (OIF), than did Active Duty (AD, aka U.S. Army): “The data from this study suggest that RC Soldiers have higher rates of D-DNBI [dental disease and nonbattle injury] when compared to their AD counterparts. However, given the significant differences found in D-DNBI rates between the ARNG, USAR, and AD in both campaigns, future studies should be conducted to identify potential risk factors to determine if the higher rates are due to an inequality……”-The Incidence of Dental Disease Nonbattle Injuries in Deployed U.S. Army Personnel

False Flag U.S.A.: Eastern Idaho Sheriffs train under I-RAPTER for coming nuclear disaster!

18 June 2014 (11:17 UTC-07 Tango)/19 Sha’ban 1435/28 Khordad 1393/21 Geng Wu 4712

Idaho’s Bonneville County Sheriff’s Department took part in the International Radiological Assistance Program Training for Emergency Response (I-RAPTER) radiological response training put on by the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Idaho National Laboratory and the U.S. Department of Energy.

The main scenario was an incident involving the transportation of nuclear waste, but Bonneville County Sheriff spokesman Jeff Edwards explained they also trained for the theft of radioactive materials from hospitals.

Most people don’t know that medical testing devices, like x-ray machines, use radioactive material.

According to the NationalJournal this I-RAPTER nuclear disaster training was a joint training exercise that took place not just in eastern Idaho, but in a recent NATO exercise held in Czech Republic: The course focused on procedures for first responders, law enforcement and specialists in detecting and responding to emergencies involving nuclear and radiological material. The participants received classroom instruction on radiation concepts, radiation detection, mission planning, alarm adjudication and response/recovery. The field exercises were designed to provide hands-on training using radiation detection technology to localize radiation hotspots, measure dose rates, and identify the radioactive material. Participants gained real-world experience when they located and identified radiation sources at the local air museum using a Spectral Advanced Radiological Computer System (SPARCS) mounted in a van.”

Sandia National Laboratories in New Mexico, and the Remote Sensing Laboratory at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland, also assist with I-RAPTER training.

In 2010 the U.S. Department of Energy was tasked by Homeland Security with picking a nuclear disaster training site for ‘first responders’, and ended up choosing the Idaho National Laboratory.

06 – 09 March 2014: “2013 was an awful, awful year for us!”

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) doesn’t count the hundreds of layoffs involving less than 50 people each, in its mass layoff reports. It also doesn’t count all the little ‘mom & pop’ businesses that shut down.

“Our ideals and principles, as well as our national security……..That’s what makes America different. That’s what makes us exceptional.”-Barack Obama, 10 September 2013

Destroy U.S. Dollar: Statement by People’s Republic of China & United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

I. At the invitation of the Rt Hon David Cameron MP, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, H.E. Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China paid an official visit to the UK from 16 to 19 June 2014 and held the Annual Prime Ministers’ Meeting. The two sides had in-depth discussions on bilateral relations, practical cooperation in various fields and international and regional issues of mutual interest. Both sides underlined that since the establishment of the China-UK comprehensive strategic partnership ten years ago, bilateral relations have made significant progress, with frequent political exchanges and substantial cooperation in economics, trade, education, climate change and energy, science, technology and culture. They agreed to work together to push forward bilateral cooperation in growth, reform and innovation.

The MOU on Establishment of a Working Group on Investment Promotion under the Framework of China-UK Joint Commission signed by China’s Ministry of Commerce and the UK’s Department of Business, Innovation and Skills aims at promoting mutual investment, providing a favorable external environment for business investment from the other party and maintaining policy continuity to protect the interests of foreign investors. The Chinese side encourages and supports capable Chinese companies to invest in the UK, which will in turn support the expansion of Chinese companies in other advanced markets and the UK side recognises Chinese companies’ increasing investment in the UK in recent years, and welcomes their continuous investment in infrastructure sectors such as transportation and energy, particularly nuclear, high-speed rail, offshore wind power and photovoltaic projects.

VI. Both sides recognised the complementary skills and expertise of both countries in delivering affordable, efficient and sustainable infrastructure, and welcomed progress in working together. Both sides agreed to establish a strategic partnership on infrastructure and committed to working together to support further collaboration between UK and Chinese companies, on more projects.

VII. Both governments agreed that energy collaboration was a key pillar of the bilateral relationship. This collaboration supports the clean and low carbon energy transition and is conducive to affordable and secure energy supplies for the future. In this regard, both sides welcomed the cooperation on civil nuclear energy and signing of a joint statement on civil nuclear power. Both sides welcomed Chinese and UK companies’ participation in civil energy projects in each other’s country. The UK welcomed Chinese investment and progressive participation in the construction of new build nuclear energy projects in the UK, and was open to Chinese companies leading the development of other nuclear power station site(s) in the UK and the potential deployment of Chinese reactor technology in the UK, subject to meeting the stringent requirements of the UK’s independent regulators. Both countries recognised that companies entering into the UK through partnership would be in the best position later to maximise the growing opportunities that will be on offer in the UK nuclear market. Both sides stand ready to work together to ensure the success of Hinkley Point as soon as possible. Both sides welcomed the signing of an agreement to collaborate further in the field of nuclear fuel supply-chain and agreed to work together to strengthen cooperation in areas including waste treatment and decommissioning.

VIII. Both sides agreed to promote substantive co-operation between the UK and China on rail (including high-speed rail), in areas including design, engineering, construction, supply operation and maintenance, on projects in China and the UK. To this end both sides welcomed the MOU on Collaboration in the Field of Rail Transportation.

U.S. Dollar to crash & burn! British Empire joins Russia to destroy U.S. dollar! Choose Chinese RMB to replace USD for international trade!

18 June 2014 (06:42 UTC-07 Tango)/19 Sha’ban 1435/28 Khordad 1393/21 Geng Wu 4712

For decades the United Kingdom has supported the United States by requiring the World to use U.S. dollars for international trade, but no more!  Today, the government of the British empire member United Kingdom (aka Britain) signed a massive trade deal with China, making the Chinese RMB (aka Renminbi, aka Yuan, aka CNY) the new international currency!  The deal is said to be worth $24-billion USD, if it would have involved the USD.

But wait, there’s more!  British Petroleum (BP, you know, the ones who destroyed the Gulf of Mexico and influenced the U.S. to invade Iraq) has sign a $20-billion natural gas deal with China, but no, it’s not being paid for in USD.

Towards the end of May, China signed a bigger deal with Russia.  Russia will sell China the equivalent of $400-billion USD in natural gas, however it does not involve USD, Russia will accept Chinese RMB.

Since the U.S. Nixon regime (1969-74) took the USD off the gold standard, and then created the U.S. Petro Dollar system with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom, the World has had to buy their oil and gas using USD.  And don’t forget the USD has been the official default currency for World governments since the end of the Second World War, but not anymore.   Since the value of the USD has been pegged to international trade, the switch to the RMB has to be the finally death blow to the artificial value of the USD.

It looks like the U.S. oil industry will have to settle for Chinese cash if it wants to continue doing international business.

Chinese news media is reporting that not only did the ‘elected’ officials of the U.K. approve the abandonment of the USD, but so did the evil Queen of England!

New Iraq War is blowback or even False Flag op from U.S. occupation! Current rebel leader forced to join ISIS while under U.S. control?

17 June 2014 (09:33 UTC-07 Tango)/18 Sha’ban 1435/27 Khordad 1393/20 Geng Wu 4712

“I’ll see you guys in New York.”-Quote attributed to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi by U.S. Army Colonel Kenneth King, when al-Baghdadi was released from prison in 2009 (under orders from the Obama regime?)

Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the current leader of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), aka Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), became a member of the extremist rebel group while being held in a U.S. controlled prison (Camp Bucca) during the U.S. occupation of Iraq.

“We know for a fact that he was imprisoned in a U.S. facility during the insurgency back in 2005.  Exactly when he was released and the conditions under  the circumstances of that release are not exactly clear.  But what is clear is that…..he was radicalized in prison and then rose through the ranks of the ISI and then the ISIL.”-Brian Fishman, New American Foundation, PBS Newshour interview 16 June 2014

U.S. Army Colonel Kenneth King indicated he knew something was wrong about releasing al-Baghdadi: “We spent how many missions and how many soldiers were put at risk when we caught this guy, and we just released him?!”

Once again, the United States had a hand in the creation of a False Flag ‘terrorist threat’!

Iraq is correctly pronounced EE-Rock.

U.S. job losses & store closings 06 – 09 March 2014: “2013 was an awful, awful year for us!” Greedy property owners kill furniture stores & restaurants! Disappearing students kill universities & sandwich shops! No more Fritos?

Kentucky:  In Corbin, taxsucker General Dynamics laying off 93 Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services employees in May. Maryland: The Baltimore city Housing Authority warned it might have to layoff 24 employees.  However, some reports say as many as 200 employees could become unemployed! It’s blamed on federal funding cuts, but it was revealed by one local news source that the public housing agency wants to sell off housing units to private developers under the recently created federal Rental Assistance Demonstration program.

Tennessee: God refused to stop for profit Christian Victory University (Crichton College) from  shutting down!  A wealthy California Christian investor says his family has lost millions trying to float the university for the past five years!  The problem is declining enrollment due to disappearing students, and the fact that the majority of enrolled students are there on scholarships.

Texas: In Oak Cliff, Frito-Lay announced they will shutdown a factory and a warehouse in August. The number of jobs being killed was not revealed.   In Austin, after 27 years Toy Joy shutdown due to foreclosure.  The co-owner blames the gott damned economy: “2013 was an awful, awful year for us!”-Trevor Yopp

Vermont: Norwich University announced it will kill an undisclosed number of jobs in June.  It’s blamed on disappearing students.

Virginia: In Virginia Beach, after 33 years Cape Henry General Merchandise and Hardware Store shutdown.   The owners say the bad economy over the past few years killed them.

04 – 05 March 2014:  God kills The Jewish Mother!

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) doesn’t count the hundreds of layoffs involving less than 50 people each, in its mass layoff reports. It also doesn’t count all the little ‘mom & pop’ businesses that shut down.

Martial Law U.S.A.: Utah not only home to massive NSA data centers, but to massive military intelligence wargames aimed at you?

16 June 2014 (08:37 UTC-07 Tango)/17 Sha’ban 1435/26 Khordad 1393/19 Geng Wu 4712

Is it any coincidence that in the state considered to be the Mormon capital of the world, not only are there massive data collection centers run by corporations and government contractors, but massive yearly military intelligence wargames as well?

Edward Snowden proved that most of the spying by the National Security Agency is actually being done on U.S. citizens, and the NSA’s main data collection center is located on Camp Williams, Utah.

But there’s something else happening at Camp Williams: Operation Panther Strike.  Why?  “For the current conflicts we’re involved in, Utah provides some critical elements of realism. Salt Lake is at the same elevation as Bagram Airfield there in Afghanistan, and many soldiers comment on the similarities in the terrain. The exercise also tends to gravitate here because there is a lot of command support, and investments have been made to have all the necessary infrastructure in place.-Colonel Derek Tolman, 300th MI Brigade, Utah

Panther Strike is a yearly wargame involving military intelligence units from the U.S. Army, Army Reserve, National Guard units from at least 20 states, and even the British Empire (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom)!

Panther Strike started in 2003 in Florida, then moved to Utah in 2005.

Then in 2012 it evolved into a global event, becoming the “premiere”  military inteligence wargame: “In previous years, there was more of an emphasis on Warrior Tasks and battle drills than you see in Panther Strike 2012. We really wanted to make this an intelligence-centered exercise.  By making Panther Strike more of an intelligence exercise, we’ve gotten a lot of attention from within the intelligence community, and a lot of support.  For example, Intelligence Security Command has a lot of resources and assets that we have been able to tap into and coordinate for this exercise. A lot of our training teams that came out are INSCOM teams, or are from INSCOM units, which brings a level of legitimacy to the exercise.”-Captain Timothy Kelley, 142nd MI Battalion, Florida

“This is the premiere military intelligence training exercise in the country where you will have signal intelligence, human intelligence, counterintelligence, imagery intelligence and all-source coupled with coalition partners. Soldiers coming to this exercise had the opportunity to work not only with the latest equipment and software; they had the opportunity to train using the full spectrum of intelligences available both in the Guard and in the active component.”-Major Scott A. Chalmers, 300th MI Brigade, Utah

Panther Strike 2014 recently kicked off at Camp Williams.  It involves more than 600 personnel from several federal and state military units, as well as from the British Empire (Australia, Canada and United Kingdom).

Panther Strike 2015  plans to bring in more foreign military units.

Proof money can’t solve anything: Albertson Foundation throws millions of dollars at education every year, the result is Idaho is now dead last in higher education!

16 June 2014 (07:57 UTC-07 Tango)/17 Sha’ban 1435/26 Khordad 1393/19 Geng Wu 4712

“You can look at the initiatives over the past five years, and you can look at the awareness campaign, and you can look at the data that has actually shown we are getting worse in our Go-On rate.  Is that working? Well, obviously not.”-Jamie MacMillan, Albertson Foundation

The Albertson Foundation has been throwing tens of millions of dollars at the Idaho education system year after year, funding campaigns like Don’t Fail Idaho! and Go On!   Now the results are in and it’s all a big fail!

In 2009 Idaho ranked 43rd in the United States for high school graduates going on to college, in 2013 Idaho fell to last place.

This spring Albertson Foundation conducted a survey of high school students and found that most students did not want a college degree or could not afford to go to college (apparently the folks at Albertson Foundation were shocked at how many high school students said they could not afford college).

High school students also stated that the higher education campaign ads gave them two options: Flip burgers or get in massive debt going to college!

Maybe high school grads aren’t so dumb after all, and it’s the Albertson Foundation that needs to go back to school?

Albertson Foundation is still determined to throw more money at their failed attempts to save education, but they say they’ll focus on other forms of post high school education, like vocational training.   Albertson Foundation will also use social media to spread their new propaganda.
