Less than one year after officially opening its first stores in Canada, U.S. based (Minnesota) retailer Target threw in the towel, basically saying the Canadian economy sucks ass! All 133 stores to shutdown and 17-thousand 6-hundred Canadians will become jobless!
In 2011 Target took over Canadian retailer Zellers (to the tune of $1.83-billion CAD). It took two years to convert all the stores into the Target format, and the official “soft” opening for many of the Canuck Targets was in 2013. March of 2014 saw the last “milestone” grand opening of a new Canadian Target store.
Target Canada administrators say the economy is so bad in Canada that there was no way they could make a profit until 2021, and investors can’t wait that long. However, they also blamed a dysfunctional supply system that left many Canadian Targets without merchandise.
Administrators also blamed Canadian government price regulations, reports say shoppers complained that prices at Target were too high as a result. An Associated Press report quoted one shopper blaming Target for high prices, adding “They think we’re idiots or something.” (well, yes you guys are idiots because the U.S. doesn’t impose price regulations like your Canadian government does)
Competition with other companies, both U.S. and Canadian, was also blamed.
Target expects a $5.4-billion USD loss for its 4th quarter 2014! The lesson learned; it’s not a good idea to do business in Canada. Target employees were quoted as saying “No one was happy about it.” However, that’s not true as investors were very happy about the exit from Canada, because they drove the price of Target stocks up 2% upon hearing the news!

Sears, desperate for cash, being paid to shutdown stores! Blames U.S. dollar for bad economy!

Sears Canada’s 3rd quarter 2014 report showed Sears is actually being paid to shutdown stores.
Sears Canada (hand in hand with Sears Holdings) administrators have been making deals with property owners to essentially ‘buyout’ the leases on Sears stores, so they can be shutdown. The lease buyouts, called by Sears a “Gain on lease terminations”, makes money for Sears because it’s the landlords who pay “for the right” to shutdown Sears: “Yorkdale Shopping Centre (Toronto) and Square One Shopping Centre (Mississauga). The landlords approached the Company with a proposal to enter into a series of lease amendments for a total consideration of $191.0 million, being the amount the landlords were willing to pay for the right to require the Company to vacate the two locations.
…The transaction resulted in a pre-tax gain of $185.7 million…
The Company also granted the owners of the Scarborough Town Centre (Toronto) property an option to enter into certain lease amendments in exchange for $1.0 million….”
Sears is also making money off selling off their other properties: “…the Company announced that it had reached a definitive agreement with Montez Income Properties Corporation (‘Montez’) to sell its 50% joint arrangement interest in the eight properties it owned with the Westcliff Group of Companies (‘Westcliff’) for cash consideration of approximately $315.0 million.”
“…the Company sold its 15% joint arrangement interest in Les Galeries de Hull shopping centre (‘Hull’) that it co-owned with Ivanhoé, to Fonds de placement immobilier Cominar (‘Cominar’) for total proceeds of $10.5 million…”
“…the Company sold its 20% joint arrangement interest in Kildonan Place Shopping Centre (‘Kildonan’) that it co-owned with Ivanhoé, to H&R Real Estate Investment Trust for total proceeds of $27.7 million…”
“…the Company sold its 15% joint arrangement interest in Les Rivières Shopping Centre that it co-owned with Ivanhoé Cambridge II Inc. (‘Ivanhoé’) for total proceeds of $33.5 million…”
Sears Canada also warned that “…the Company determined that the Montreal distribution centre (‘MDC’) may be considered for disposition.” That means it’s going to be sold off.
Also, “…Broad Street Logistics Centre located in Regina (”Broad Street”). Broad Street, including the adjacent vacant property which is owned by the Company, is being marketed for sale…”
Despite selling off half a dozen properties, Sears Canada also revealed it was building new Sear stores: “…the Company announced that it entered into a binding agreement with Concord Pacific Group of Companies (‘Concord’) to pursue the development of the 12-acre Sears site located at the North Hill Shopping Centre in Calgary, Alberta (the ‘North Hill Project’).”
“…the Company announced that it entered into a binding agreement with Concord to pursue the development of nine acres of the Company’s property on and adjacent to the Company’s store located at the Metropolis at Metrotown in Burnaby, British Columbia (the ‘Burnaby Project’).”
Sears Canada also blamed the almighty U.S. dollar for part of its problems: “The Company enters into foreign exchange contracts to reduce the foreign exchange risk with respect to U.S. dollar denominated assets and liabilities and purchases of goods or services.”
In the United States, Sears Holdings announced it will reveal its Third Quarter 2014 results during the morning of 04 December.

New revelations pointing to a massive Biological attack that will be blamed on Islamic State. On 22 September 2014 BioPrepWatch reported that U.S. led NATO conducted a massive CBRN (Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear) drill in the NATO member country known as Turkey, back in August.
Specifically it was Turkish, German, Dutch and U.S. military personnel who took part in a war game that simulated a ballistic missile strike. This is interesting because I’ve seen video and pics posted on the internet of so called ‘Islamic State’ proudly parading what looks like a short range ballistic missile!
But it wasn’t just NATO in Turkey that was prepping for a CBRN attack. Also in August, the U.S. Marines conducted a CBRN drill in Okinawa, Japan. It simulated a Kamikaze car bomber trying to get on the Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, with a car full of chemical weapons. Then in September Japanese officials revealed they’d arrested a Japanese man who was trying to join Islamic State.
At the beginning of September, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) placed a help wanted add for a new director of their CBRN Medical Countermeasures Division. The job duties include what sound like hostage negotiations: “They will also be responsible for resolving major issues of concern that could be sensitive and require tactful negotiation at the national or international level.”-HHS, 02 September 2014
Also in September, the British empire country of Canada orders $9.6-million CAD worth of iRobot 510 PackBots, a robot designed for CBRN recon. The robot is made by a Boston Strong authoritarian Massachusetts company, the same one that makes your Roomba robot vacuum cleaner!
In Slovenia, Colorado Army National Guard militiamen and U.S. Regular Army (RA) personnel met with Slovenian Armed Forces CBRN troops. RA Staff Sergeant Matthew Grande indicated that the meeting was an attempt to standardize how to approach CBRN threats: “Everyone has different standards, different ways of doing their Recon and Decon, different measurements that their instruments read in. Getting to one standard will always be difficult. A lot of the other countries that we’ve been working with are still developing their CBRN capabilities. So, coming here to Slovenia, they’re already very well developed … We thought maybe we’d be teaching them some stuff, but they ended up teaching us some stuff.”
At the beginning of October, U.S. Marines in North Carolina completed a CBRN/explosives course. This is what one of the Marines said: “Hands on training is very important and ensures the Marines understand what they’re doing when they face a real world scenario. We watch how CBRN works, understand what they’re doing, and we learn how to do it ourselves.”-Master Sergeant Daniel Bogart
I’ve noticed that more and more EOD (Explosive Ordinance Disposal) training now includes CBRN training. Is this a sign that those in charge know what’s coming, and how?
Then on 07 October 2014, U.S. Army Brigadier General Maria Gervais (boss of the U.S. Army CBRN school) stated “Intelligence has recently discovered that ISIS intends to pursue biological agents and also is trying to figure out how to weaponize bubonic plague through the use of infected animals…..
…The enemy will employ a hybrid strategy in order to gain an asymmetrical advantage over U.S. forces…
…We lack capability in bio-detection and early warning in general…”
Gervais also stated that if current taxpayer funding for U.S. CBRN remains unchanged then those CBRN forces might be able to counter an attack by Islamic State by the Gregorian year 2025! She then stated, morbidly, “If you ask me, ‘What is the future of the CBRN regiment?’ I will tell you it has never been as bright as it is now.” Meaning the so called Islamic State is providing her troops with job security.
But wait, there’s more proof that this Islamic State thing is a False Flag op by the United States! Also on 07 October 2014, authoritarian interviewer Charlie Rose interviewed the recently former director of the National Counterterrorism Center, Matt Olsen.
Rose asked Olsen “Do we know who they are?” regarding U.S. citizens who’ve joined Islamic State. Olsen replies “We know who they are, to some degree.” Then stated “Some have come back…….and we keep an eye on them.”
Olsen also stated that more than 100 U.S. citizens “sought” to get to Syria to join Islamic State.
World War 3 Afghanistan, 27 – 30 September 2014: ISAF joins Mujahideen & denies reports of ‘Islamic State’ battles! As New York bombs Afghanistan, Cuomo warns of massive Martial Law coming for United States! Canada wants war with Pakistan!
Ghazni Province: Battles continue across the province, government officials say at least 800 Mujahideen are on an offensive. In Ajristan District, the Afghan National Army reports they’ve stopped a major assault by Mujahideen, also, government officials claim civilians hanged four Mujahideen. Apparently this is in retaliation for the Islamic State style execution of 100 civilians days ago. Mujahideen continue to say the government is behind the False Flag ‘Islamic State’ style murder of the civilians: “We categorically reject such enemy propaganda. Such claims are far from the reality as Mujahideen are busy engaged in clashes and don’t have extra time on their hands to behead Arbakis when a bullet is a much easier, faster and in accordance to the guidance of the leadership.”
It has been revealed that one of the ‘civilians’ killed was a British empire Australian citizen. The 56 years old man arrived from Afghanistan to Australia in 2000, about a year before 9-11. He’s originally from Helmand Province. There was no explanation why he was in Ghazni Province. But wait, this whole ‘Islamic State’ style offensive in Ghazni Province is now being denied by U.S. led NATO controlled ISAF! The International Security Assistance Force says they have “no operational reports” that can confirm local news reports of ‘Islamic State’ style execution of 100 civilians!
Helmand Province: In Kajaki District, reports that a combined government/NATO commando unit raided the Gandumrez bazaar. 120 stores in the market place were destroyed and 12 people killed. The local Mosque was also blown up. It sounds very much like something the Islamic State does, but witnesses swear it was done by government/U.S. led occupation troops.
Herat Province: Government officials revealed that Mujahideen dug a tunnel under a prison and released at least ten prisoners. Police claim they’ve captured at least six of the escapees. Interestingly, Mujahideen swear they did not dig the tunnel, that the prisoners dug the tunnel themselves.
Jawzjan Province: In Qosh Tapa District, government officials confirm Mujahideen attacked a police checkpoint killing five cops, two Mujahideen killed.
Kabul Province: In Kabul City, police report that a vehicle was targeted with a magnetic bomb, the driver was wounded. No word on who the driver was or why he was targeted. Near the Kabul airport, a Kamikaze bomber exploded killing seven people and wounded 13. The warmongering governor of the U.S. state of Nevada, Brian Sandoval, paid a visit to Afghanistan and in a phone interview from Kabul City stated “….it is important that the United States maintain a presence here in Afghanistan to continue to ensure security in the homeland.” Also from Kabul City, governor Andrew Cuomo of New York was paying a visit and issued a warning for folks back home “…you have to come to grips with problems of extreme weather, climate change, new homeland security and management systems, and anti-terrorism systems. There is no other good reason to be here right now. I think it will help me do my job better and help prepare the state better.” Cuomo also referred to the U.S. occupation of Afghanistan as a model for the “best homeland security plan ever“, and in response to questions about Martial Law in the Empire State he stated “I’m telling you we’re going to be the most prepared.” Without any debate by the Afghan parliament, the new dual presidents of Afghanistan signed onto the Obama regime’s new occupation deal (Status of Forces Agreement), which was also signed by NATO officials: “Today we mark an historic day in the U.S.-Afghan partnership that will help advance our shared interests and the long-term security…”-Barack Obama
Kunar Province: In Watapur District, a National Directorate of Security (NDS) agent was assassinated with a remote controlled bomb.
Kunduz Province: In Kunduz City, an Afghan National Army vehicle was blown up. No soldiers were hurt, but three civilians wounded.
Maidan Wardak Province: In Jalrez District, at least five cops killed after they drove over a landmine in their patrol vehicle.
Nangarhar Province: In Bati Kot District, villagers report that helicopter gunships attacked them, wounding two women.
Paktia Province: In Zurmat District, Mujahideen executed six men for robbery and kidnapping. A public trial was held before hand. The local Mujahideen say this is proof they are not behind kidnappings. Also, government officials say Mujahideen attacked a military base. At least 16 people killed, 11 wounded.
Takhar Province: In Baharak District, a motorcycle bomb exploded killing one person and wounding seven.
23 – 26 September 2014: Islamic State rapidly becoming more powerful in Afghanistan!
In an interview with the False Flag propaganda group known as Radio Free Europe, the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration for the British empire country of Canada, Chris Alexander, accused Pakistan of being behind ongoing attacks in Afghanistan. He refused to provide names of sources of the information or evidence.
I’ve written how New York’s 170th Airlift Wing has traded in its C-130 transports for MQ-9 attack drones. A new report reveals the New York Air National Guard’s 174th Attack Wing at Hancock Field is using MQ-9s to bomb Afghanistan. The report was the result of rumors that the 174th was also bombing Syria, however, Major Sandy Stoquert denies that.

Baghlan Province: In Baraka District, conflicting reports of an explosion. International news media says it happened outside a Mosque and killed six people and wounded 12. Afghan news media say it happened in a market, eight people killed and 13 wounded.
Herat Province: In Rabat-e-Sangi District, Mujahideen attacked a Afghan National Army FOB. Government officials say two ANA soldiers killed, 13 AWOL. Mujahideen say the 13 switched sides and joined them.
Farah Province: In Deh Gulaman village of Bakwa District, a U.S.-NATO-Afghan airstrike killed five people. Government officials say three of them were from Pakistan.
Jawzjan Province: In Aqcha District, Mujahideen assassinated a tribal elder for conspiring with government officials.
Kabul Province: In Sarobi District, six people killed by explosion. Local police say the victims were Mujahideen who accidentally blew themselves up. In Kabul City, a government security officer was assassinated along with his three children. The assassins used a bomb, which wounded four other people. The two pro-Obama regime presidential candidates signed yet another power sharing agreement, after claiming the “successful” election was rigged! By the way, Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai was declared the new president of Afghanistan. U.S. Air Force officials assigned to NATO said they’re chomipin’ at the bit to get a new occupation deal with the new Afghan president: “We are hoping for very fast signatures. And that would be important because it brings great stability to the conversation of our continued support.”-USAF General Philip Breedlove (note how the U.S. general calls occupation “continued support”)
Kunar Province: In Nari District, reports say Mujahideen assassinated two high school students for acting as spies for the government. In Narang District, a bomb exploded killing one person (described as a “student”) and wounding two cops. No further details. Local government officials accuse Pakistan of firing 85 artillery rounds into Shegal and Dangam districts, two women wounded.
Laghman Province: In Laghman City, four cops killed, six wounded when Mujahideen attacked their check point. Police claim they killed five Mujahideen.
Logar Province: The governor reported that four cops were killed by Mujahideen.
Paktika Province: In Naki District, Afghan special air & ground forces launched an attack on Mujahideen. They claim they killed 30 Mujahideen, however Mujahideen say only two were killed.
Parwan Province: Human rights group Justice Project Pakistan revealed that the obama regime ordered the release of 14 Pakistani militants from the U.S. controlled Bagram prison. The group also revealed that over the past 10 months 39 Pakistanis have been quietly released from the U.S. prison. It was also noted that the U.S. stopped publishing the number of prisoners being held in Bagram back in 2012.
15 – 18 September 2014: 15-hundred+ cops killed in 5 months!
The three Afghan National Army officers that went missing in the United States were training on a Army National Guard base in Massachusetts. The ANA personnel were caught trying to cross into Canada. This incident follows the disappearance of two Afghan National Police personnel who were training with the World’s biggest drug dealers (alongside the British empire), the U.S Drug Enforcement Agency.
You can kill and rape all the towel heads you want, but don’t you dare criticize the government or use the word Punk! According to British empire news media, a servant of the Queen’s Royal Army Engineers was returned home from Afghanistan for using the word “punk” (among other words deemed offensive by the Queen) in a rap video. The reports say he was criticizing the government, however they failed to indicate which government he was criticizing.
Virginia (U.S.A.) based military contractor DynCorp International is being sued by a Colorado (U.S.A.) based subcontractor. CH2M Hill claims DynCorp has made only a half payment for services rendered in Afghanistan. The Colorado taxsucker says the Virginia taxsucker still owes them about $19.7-million USD. DynCorp responded by saying it will “hold CH2M Hill accountable in court”.

The U.S. Department of State (DoS) claims violent crime in Bahamas is skyrocketing. It’s so bad that in July 2013 the Bahamian government halted the publication of violent crime stats! 70% of the population are crammed into the capital city of Nassau, where most crimes take place. Despite tough anti-gun laws (you must be approved by the government to own a gun) the U.S. DoS says the overwhelming increase in violent crimes involve the use of guns (as well as edged weapons). Those violent crimes seem to be targeting the increase in U.S. citizens going there for vacation, or to work for the budding oil industry. Several U.S. citizens have been killed. In Freeport the weapon of choice is the machete.
The growing incarceration of Bahamians has created a profitable prison industry, making the souvenirs that tourist from the U.S. buy.
Also, the U.S. DoS has just announced that Bahamas “…is a destination, source, and transit country for…..forced labor and sex trafficking…….some U.S. nationals…..had their movement restricted and passports taken, activities indicative of human trafficking…….passports were taken and movement restricted among some non-migrant Chinese workers……..The Government of The Bahamas does not comply fully with the minimum standards for the elimination of trafficking…”
Despite the skyrocketing violent crime, Bahamas has become a money magnet, attracting U.S. banks, U.S. oil companies, U.S. airlines and even the U.S. and Chinese governments. (there are at least 110 U.S. corporations doing business on the tiny island country)
Tourism is officially the top industry, but the fastest growing industries in Bahamas are illegal drugs trafficking, the budding U.S. dominated oil/natural gas exploration/development (predominantly in the Old Bahama Channel), and maritime port services. Just days ago China announced it will spend $39-million USD on building a port on Abaco island for its trading fleet. This is the first business venture in Bahamas for China.
Apparently it’s U.S. citizens who’re involved in the illegal drug smuggling industry. Recently several U.S. citizens were convicted in Bahamian court of smuggling drugs.
Despite the 2005 creation of the Bahamas Petroleum Company, the oil industry is employing mainly U.S. citizens, and, according to environmental watchdog reEarth, it’s also destroying the local fishing industry.
Illegal drugs and the promise of big oil have resulted in U.S. airlines deciding to begin direct flights to Nassau. This is interesting because many U.S. airlines have cut routes within the United States, claiming they are losing money.
Just last week several airlines announced their new non-stop routes to Nassau, they are: JetBlue, Delta, SouthWest, Sun Country and United. That’s a lot of flights to a tiny island country.
But wait, even Air Canada will soon be making stops in Bahamas.
These airlines will bring only more U.S. citizens for vacations and for employment in Bahamas. The people of Bahamas are not benefitting at all, hence the skyrocketing crime, especially against U.S. citizens.
Even the International Monetary Fund (IMF) wants to get their hands on the big money in Bahamas, by demanding the government drastically raise taxes: “The IMF has estimated that The Bahamas collects only 40 per cent of its maximum attainable tax-to-GDP ratio as determined by the economic structure of the country, a metric on which it ranks 92nd out of 98 nations…..The Bahamas is not realising anywhere near its potential revenue on property taxes…….Reforms include the development of a new computerised system for the processing of transactions, training for staff in the implementation of the new trade agreements, the introduction of a new K9 unit, and the enhancement of the existing marine unit”-Compass Lexecon

Edward Snowden revealed that for years the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) has been recording every cell phone call made in Bahamas! According to NSA documents released by Snowden, the official reason for spying on every cell phone user in Bahamas is to monitor the illegal drugs trafficking (despite many drug traffickers being U.S. citizens). The NSA operation is known as SOMALGET. Now the government of Bahamas has hired legal council to explore the possibility of suing the NSA.
At the beginning of 2014, Bahamian port officials revealed they were being trained up by U.S. Department of Energy to detect radiation, supposedly over concerns of products being shipped in from Japan.
On 19 June 2014, for the first time, Bahamas opened an Embassy Consular Annex in Washington DC. Fred Mitchell, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration, stated “this office has good reason to be here.”
And now for the recent/former U.S. Ambassador to Bahamas, Ned Siegel. Siegal is now on the board of directors for VeriTeq. VeriTeq is the company involved in implantable RFID chips, and radiation dosimeters.
“Mr. Siegel has a close personal interest and is active in many Jewish causes where he served as a member of the national Board of Directors of the Republican Jewish Coalition in Washington, D.C., as well as Chairman of the Republican Jewish Coalition of Florida. 2011: President Barack Obama appoints John W. “Dink” Dinkelman new U.S. Ambassador to Bahamas. Described as an Army Brat, Dinkelman considers Provo, Utah, his adopted hometown.
2002-2007: Dinkelman given credit for the training of more than 40% of all incoming Foreign Service Officers.
1984: Dinkelman graduates from Brigham Young University and goes straight to work for the U.S. State Department. According to a BYU Magazine article, Mormons make up a large number of Foreign Service Officers. BYU is in the top 10 providers of State Department employees. BYU Magazine also implied that Mormons use their government jobs to proselytize: “In the truest sense, alumni in the diplomatic corps of the Foreign Service are representatives of their country—and their church….”

It’s been revealed that fish caught off the coast of Fukushima are being served at the World Cup in Brazil. This is concerning after farmers from Japan’s Fukushima Prefecture brought a diseased bull to Tokyo to protest the government’s lies about the safety of food from that province.
Two farmers ignored evacuation orders and have remained on their farms, out of fear the government would cull their cattle if they left. Now, after three years of nuclear disaster their cattle are getting sicker with an unknown disease. The disease is affecting skin pigment, creating white spots.
One cattle ranch is only 14 km (9 miles) from the melted down Fukushima Daiichi.
The farmers also revealed that the government is actively hunting down abandoned farm animals and killing them. If animal products from Fukushima are considered safe, why is the government spending so much money to kill free roaming animals?
If Fukushima radiation is not a threat to food sources, then why is the International Fish Oil Standards (IFOS) program going to start testing fish caught off Alaska, as well as Canada’s Pacific Coast, for Fukushima radiation starting in January 2015?
The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) is now recommending that Canadians who live within a ten kilometers (six miles) radius of nuclear power plants should stockpile potassium iodide pills (aka KI Pills)! For some gott damned reason most news media still incorrectly call it potassium iodine.
Of course, the operators of Canada’s nuke plants are blowing off the concerns of the CNSC. According to Canadian news reports mass distribution of KI Pills already took place in New Brunswick and in Quebec! However, in 2013 and independent survey found that most Quebecois did not get the pills and didn’t even know about the distribution: “Almost none had obtained free pills that have been advertised in regional communications or pamphlets.”
In Kazakhstan, more proof medical radiation treatment for cancer is bad. A woman got injured while watching a basketball game. Her jaw was damaged, but for some reason the doctors claim a biopsy showed cancer. They treated her with the standard radiation treatment for cancer. However, she did not have cancer and the radiation treatment killed her jaw bone and skin around her mouth. She was unable to eat and she dropped to 79 pounds! Now doctors in the United States will attempt to reconstruct her jaw and mouth.

Is it any coincidence that in the state considered to be the Mormon capital of the world, not only are there massive data collection centers run by corporations and government contractors, but massive yearly military intelligence wargames as well?
Edward Snowden proved that most of the spying by the National Security Agency is actually being done on U.S. citizens, and the NSA’s main data collection center is located on Camp Williams, Utah.

But there’s something else happening at Camp Williams: Operation Panther Strike. Why? “For the current conflicts we’re involved in, Utah provides some critical elements of realism. Salt Lake is at the same elevation as Bagram Airfield there in Afghanistan, and many soldiers comment on the similarities in the terrain. Panther Strike is a yearly wargame involving military intelligence units from the U.S. Army, Army Reserve, National Guard units from at least 20 states, and even the British Empire (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom)!
Panther Strike started in 2003 in Florida, then moved to Utah in 2005.

Then in 2012 it evolved into a global event, becoming the “premiere” military inteligence wargame: “In previous years, there was more of an emphasis on Warrior Tasks and battle drills than you see in Panther Strike 2012. We really wanted to make this an intelligence-centered exercise. By making Panther Strike more of an intelligence exercise, we’ve gotten a lot of attention from within the intelligence community, and a lot of support. For example, Intelligence Security Command has a lot of resources and assets that we have been able to tap into and coordinate for this exercise. A lot of our training teams that came out are INSCOM teams, or are from INSCOM units, which brings a level of legitimacy to the exercise.”-Captain Timothy Kelley, 142nd MI Battalion, Florida

Panther Strike 2014 recently kicked off at Camp Williams. It involves more than 600 personnel from several federal and state military units, as well as from the British Empire (Australia, Canada and United Kingdom).
Panther Strike 2015 plans to bring in more foreign military units.

In Moncton, New Brunswick, a man armed with at least two rifles shot and killed three Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). At least two other cops were wounded. Some reports say that local hospital officials claim a third person was wounded.
From the pics I saw one rifle might be a .308 caliber/7.62mm (maybe an Vietnam era M14?) or larger caliber, the other looks like a shotgun. One witness said one of the weapons was fully automatic, or at least it sounded like it was. One family reported their kitchen window being shot out. The shooter also had a buttback, and cops think he’s hiding out in the woods. I wonder if he’s been on prescription drugs. It seems police knew from the beginning who the 24 years old shooter is.
Pics being posted on the internet show at least one of the cops killed was an undercover cop. Was the suspect being staked out by the cops? Witnesses posted video taken from their living room of the undercover cop being shot. The camera operator is too scared to get next to the window, but you can hear two shots, and then the guy sitting at the widow says “He shot him. He shot the fucking cop!”. The suspect has posted on the internet poetry and other rantings that are consistent with people on meds.
Canuck cops are now locking down the area, ordering the sheeple to “Shelter in place”.
Earlier in the afternoon, in the same province RCMP found a body at the Mactaquac Dam, west of Moncton. No more info.
