Martial Law U.S.A. 2014: Man held in prison 8 years during Constitution violating trial, finally set free!

In 2005 a Tennessee boy was charged with a school shooting,  and spent the next eight years in prison before his trial finally ended!

He was 15 years old when he shot and killed the school principal, and shot two other officials, with a .22 caliber pistol.

Because of issues like incompetent defense attorneys and being kept from consultation with his own parents, the trial dragged on for eight years while he sat in prison.  The result was a violation of the 6th Amendment guaranteeing a timely trial.

In February 2014 the jury convicted the now adult man of reckless homicide, but found him not guilty of attempted murder.  The sentence for reckless homicide (in Tennessee) is less than the time the man already spent in prison, so the judge set him free!

In Ohio, 30 members of the Boone County Civil Air Patrol (CAP) took part in a school shooting drill at Stephens Elementary in Hebron.

The CAP volunteers, most are High Schoolers, played the roles of shooting victims.  It turns out that by having students play victims it makes them “appreciate” the new police state: “Being a victim for the training made me think about past school shootings and helped me realize how hard responders train and work to protect us.”-Cayleigh Gingras, CAP Cadet

The question is: Why is there a seemingly sudden increase in school shooting drills across the United States?

In New Mexico, the hypocritical Junior College in Hobbs now employes security guards armed with .45 caliber pistols.

College officials say their primary concern is “security”, and blamed their decision on “recent school shootings” around the country!

A quick check of local news around the U.S. reveals not only numerous school shootings since last year, but that federal officials are now forcing schools to take part in “mock” school shootings.

I find it interesting that the main stream national news media isn’t all over these supposedly real school shootings, and why this sudden escalation by the federales to force schools to conduct school shooting drills?

A year after the anti-Constitution ‘elected’ officials, of the Constitution State known as Connecticut, passed European Union like anti-gun laws, more than 3-thousand (according to local news media) pro-Constitution residents of Connecticut protested in the state capital over the weekend.

The closet British empire Red Coat govn’a, Dannel P. Malloy, said the new anti-gun laws have scared people into registering 50-thousand guns.  Constitutional gun owners threatened the ‘elected’ politicians by stating “If you voted for SB 1160, we’re going to vote you out!”

Illinois cops admit Open Carry of guns by citizens reduces crime! Capture of illegal guns skyrocket!

Not even a year after legalizing the open carry of guns by Illinois residents, police have revealed a drastic drop in crime!

The Chicago Police Department said within the first few months of 2014 they’ve experienced the lowest murder rate since 1958!

All crime in Chicago is down by 25%.  But wait, there’s more!  It could be inferred that by allowing the legal open carry of guns, by law abiding citizens, that it helps police to distinguish between legal and illegal guns, because Chicago cops have stated they’ve actually been able to capture 1300 illegal guns in the first three months of 2014!

However, anti-gun Chicago police boss Garry McCarthy doesn’t quite credit open carry.  Open carry didn’t go into full effect until February 2014.  McCarthy also said one reason crime has gone down is that his dumb NAZI cops have finally outsmarted the criminals!

Skyrocketing U.S. gun sales results in record funding for wildlife conservation programs!

Perhaps one reason that the U.S. federal government hasn’t yet begun outright suppression of the 2nd Amendment is taxes!

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has received billions in tax revenues from gun and ammo sales, just this past year.  As a result it will distribute to the States a record $1.1-billion for wildlife conservation!

One of the federal taxes on gun/ammo sales, known as Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration, has been in effect since 1937.

Here’s an example of just how record setting the tax revenues are:  The state of Washington will receive $14.4-million just from the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration tax.  That’s $10-million more than in 2013!

Idaho will get a record $14.6-million from the Pittman-Robertson Wildlife Restoration tax.

The record levels of taxes collected on gun/ammo sales shows you that anti-gun, anti-American efforts are failing!

Bed wetting Holyhoke city council members want to ban the sale of toy guns: “While walking the parade route, I was struck by the number of toy guns and weapons that children along the sides were playing with, especially in light of the fact that I had thought that we had addressed the issue the previous year.”-Rebecca Lisi, NAZI Ordinance Committee

In 2013 the NAZI city council of Holyhoke banned mobile sellers from selling toy guns, sexual items, stink bombs, drug paraphernalia/drug symbols, matches, lighters and fireworks, at public events.  Now the U.S. Constitution violating city wants to make owning a toy gun an outright crime by making the ban a full blown law!

World War 3, Asian Front-Afghanistan, 17-20 March 2014: More U.S. Drone strikes! Security guards behind hotel attacks? Taxpayers funding Ghost Workers!

Faryab Province: In Maimanah City, an explosion killed 18 people, wounded 48.  It was caused by a motorcycle bomb.  Police claim they prevented a second explosion.  The attack targeted the local Energy & Water Department.

Ghazni Province: In Ghazni City, a cop and a civilian were killed by an exploding bicycle.  Seven people wounded.  The attack targeted the Andar District’s Criminal Investigation Department.

Helmand Province:  NATO claims it shutdown the last of its MOB (Mobile Operating Base).  British empire Red Coats also abandoned their bases at Lashkar Gah and Lashkar Gah Durai.

Kabul Province: In Kabul City, the upscale Serena Hotel was attacked by four people.  They were killed. Four foreign hotel workers were also killed.  Two cops and one foreign hotel worker were wounded.  Even though Mujahideen took credit for the attack, police actually suspect the private security guard company hired by the hotel!

Kunar Province: In Ghaziabad District, local government forces announced they called in a U.S. drone strike that killed two people, and wounded several others.

Nangarhar Province: In Jalalabad City, the local Police District 1 station was attacked.   Mujahideen first attacked with a car bomb, then a gun battle with cops.  Seven Mujahideen killed, 10 cops killed and one student killed.  22 cops wounded.

John Sopko, the U.S. Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR), has discovered that U.S. taxpayers are paying for employees that don’t even exist: “I am writing to express my concern that the U.S. may be unwittingly helping to pay the salaries of non-existent members of the Afghan National Police.”

Martial Law 2014 U.S.A.: Idaho Christians ban book about Native Americans!

School District 2, the largest in Idaho, has banned a fictional book about a Native American’s experience in an all white Christian environment.

White Christian parents are upset about the truthful depiction of white Christians in the book, calling it racist and anti-Christian (like the guy said in the movie A Few Good Men “You can’t handle the truth!”).

The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian will not be allowed for use in mandatory reading programs, but is still available in school libraries.

If those gottdamned white Christians think a novel is bad, wait ’till they read actual factual history about how Christians enslaved, tortured and killed Native Americans (in the process of stealing their land ‘Israeli style’, actually that’s how the Israelis learned to steal land from Palestinians) ever since that asshole Columbus arrived!

U.S. Civil War 2014: San Fransisco begins gun confiscation!

After one of their hero anti-gun politicians had been charged with being a gun smuggler, the City by the Bay will start confiscating guns on 05 April 2014.

City officials, along with pro-police state organizations, are offering a paltry $200 USD for each assault type gun turned over to local NAZI cops.  Only a pittance of $100 for any other type of gun, in work condition.

This is just another part of the Interrupt, Predict, Organize for a Safer San Francisco program stated in 2012.  One of the proponents of the “gun buy back” admitted it might not work in the long run: “It’s impossible to say if a gun buyback prevented a particular crime…………Gun buybacks will not hurt anyone. It’s hard to quantify how much they will help, but at the very least, they won’t hurt anyone.”-Sarah Rogers, Ingleside Station’s Community Police Advisory Board

San Fransisco bans ammo it considers non-“sporting”.  Gun dealers must register ammo.  The federal courts recently upheld the City’s ammo ban.  Pistols are restricted by size.  Apparently there is only one gun store left in San Fransisco, the city no longer approves business permits for gun shops.  There are many other anti-gun laws, on top of the mass of anti-gun laws at the California state level.  The Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence says the City by the Bay has the strictest anti-gun laws in the entire U.S.

In 2012, the Federal Bureau of Investigation revealed that despite San Fransisco’s imposition of stricter and stricter anti-gun laws, gun violence actually doubled from 2000 to 2010.  Even anti-gun freaks admit the laws aren’t working: “Almost all the good laws you can pass on this have already been passed in cities like San Francisco and Oakland.  But there’s only so much a city can do to prevent the flow of guns from coming in.”-Robyn Thomas, Law Center to Prevent Gun Violence
