Gun Ban Fail: Shooting in Australia, again! Cops knew who it was and did nothing! Academic report says studies supporting gun bans are deeply flawed!

“He shot up every room in that place!”-witness talking about shooting rampage by paroled prisoner

Another witness told local news media the shooter was so calm that responding police went straight by him, yet it turns out the cops knew exactly who he was!

In near-total gun ban British empire Australia another shooting, this time it was done by a prisoner who had been released and then somehow got a shotgun!

Witnesses in the city of Darwin said the man entered a motel and began randomly shooting into the rooms, apparently demanding to see somebody by the name of Alex.  Some witnesses said the shooter was staying at the motel, but had just been kicked out.  After the shooting he ran out and sped off in a pickup-truck.  At least four people were killed.

What’s even stranger is the shooter drove himself to a police station and turned himself in!  Police knew him because he had been paroled from prison in January.

That’s not all.  There were other shootings/incidents in the Darwin area today, police are currently not willing to say they’re connected.  Somebody was killed at a place called the Buffalo Club, then another person was killed in Woolner, and then there was an incident at the Northern Territory Police headquarters!

The question is; how in a country with such strict anti-gun laws does a parolee get a gun?

For years leftist liberals have been boasting that Australia’s gun ban works, yet in 2018 researchers at University of Pennsylvania’s Leonard Davis Institute discovered that studies supporting gun-bans, enacted since the late 1990s, have an inherent flaw: “Over the period in question, societies elsewhere, including Australia, generally became safer and experienced a downward trend in gun-related homicides. So the issue was how do we disentangle the effect of Australia’s intervention to exclude the effect of the broader downward trend. A lot of studies that looked at this didn’t account for that, so much of their evidence is actually part of the larger trend rather than the actual effect of the law….  …..the bottom line is that we don’t know which parts of those…[laws]…were effective or not and that might mean that implementation of one might do little or nothing, or even two out of the three wouldn’t do much but its some combination that actually matters. A study published by Science Advances claims that you can determine if you’re experiencing a major magnitude 7 to 9 quake 10 seconds into the shaking. I’ve experienced dozens of earthquakes in my life, both large and small, and I concur there is a noticeable difference in the M6 and large quakes; if you’re directly over the epicenter the Earth heaves under your feet, I’ve seen people literally thrown straight up into the air by a couple of feet (I was sitting in a parked minivan at the time and it bounced violently, as if we were off-roading at 30mph.)  If you’re on the periphery of a major quake it feels like a giant dog has grabbed you and is trying to shake you to death.

Gun Ban Fail: More stabbings in Japan as United Kingdom admits deaths-by-knife are skyrocketing!

Once again, in total gun ban Japan, people were killed by a guy using knives, and it only took “less than 20 seconds”!

Two adults and 15 children (reports vary between 16 and 18 ‘people’ being attacked) were stabbed (killing two of them) while waiting for a school bus, in less than 20 seconds according to Kawasaki police.  The 51 years old attacker then killed himself with a knife.  Contrary to what some U.S. news outlets reported, he did not kill himself as police were chasing him, his body was found after police arrived on scene.

There is also a report that on the same day police in Saitama city shot and killed a 68 years old man after he attacked them with a knife.

And in near total gun ban United Kingdom, death by stabbings have skyrocketed, but don’t blame it on lack of laws, not only does the United Kingdom make it almost impossible for the average citizen to own a gun, but they even have laws regarding the ownership and registration of knives.

The taxpayer funded (through a ‘license’ to watch) BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) reports the number of fatal stabbings the highest since Home Office records began in 1946.

There’s a type of fish that is expensive, because it’s in high demand by connoisseur–ed sushi lovers and because it quickly goes ‘bad’ once harvested: Amberjack (aka Yellowtail).

Japanese Yellowtail (aka Buri)

In Japan it’s called Buri (typically pronounced with a -D- sound making it sound like boo-dy), only two days after harvest the meat begins to lose color, turning grey.  Back in January, Japanese news reports said a fish farm on the west side of the island of Shikoku began feeding the fish chocolate right before harvest.  The result was that the meat kept its color five days after harvest.

Now the man who is credited with the idea, Kiwada Kenichi of the Uwajima Project, is in California trying to pawn his chocolate fed fish to local sushi joints.  Eaters in Los Angeles were asked to be guinea pigs and taste the meat, which traveled all the way from Japan.  According to an NHK (Nippon Housou Kyoukai/Japan Broadcasting Corporation) report everybody loved it.

Chocolate keeps the meat fresh because chocolate is an antioxidant.  According to Wikipedia “Oxidation is a chemical reaction that can produce free radicals, thereby leading to chain reactions that may damage the cells of organisms.”  Feeding the fish chocolate before they die keeps the meat fresh for up to three days longer than if they didn’t eat chocolate.

California Yellowtail (Amberjack)

Amberjack species are found from California to Japan.  The fish is so in demand that in 2014 a Yellowtail farm was started off the coast of San Diego.  In 2018 it was reported that Hawaii was experiencing an “abundance” of Yellowtail catches.  Bottom line is that the fish is worth big money, Kiwada Kenichi estimates his chocolate fed Buri will bring in $18-million USD per Gregorian year by 2021.

In the 1990s, the THAAD originally stood for Theater High Altitude Area Defense, but it has changed.  Lockheed Martin: “…Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) interceptor to the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). THAAD is a highly effective, combat-proven defense capability against short, medium and intermediate-range ballistic missile threats, and is the only U.S. system designed to intercept targets outside and inside the atmosphere.”

Possibly in exchange for Israel’s Benjamin Netanyahu promising not to attack nuclear operations in Iran, on 13OCT2024 U.S. President Joseph Robinette Biden Junior confirmed he deployed the THAAD system to Israel.
