Born in Deutschland 1965, hometown was Bütthart, parents were not U.S. government employees. However, when father was tricked into joining the U.S. Air Force Civil Service, in 1969, with the promise that we could remain in Germany, we were promptly shipped off to Iran. Due to one of my Iranian educators being disappeared, along with her husband, by the U.S. ally Shah of Iran's Israeli & U.S. created Savak (for the then official terrorist act of promoting the idea that women can vote), and due to my U.S. citizen mother being placed on Savak's Terrorist Arrest List (for supporting the idea that women should vote, at that time the U.S. ally Shah of Iran did not allow women to vote, now they can) we left Iran for the United States in 1973, literally in the middle of the night. At the U.S. Embassy airbase the CIA operated Gooney Bird (C-47) was so packed with other U.S. citizens fleeing our ally Iran (because the Shah gave the OK to arrest any U.S. citizen for such terrorist acts as promoting the concept of voting) that we were turned away by the Loadmaster and had to take a chance on a civilian flight out of Tehran's airport. My father told me he and my mother had three culture shocks; first when they arrived in Germany as civilians, then after being shipped off to Iran as U.S. government employees, then again returning to the United States as unemployed civilians (because so much had changed in the U.S. while they were gone, their only news source was the U.S. Armed Forces Radio & Television Service which heavily censored information about the home front). Since I graduated high school in 1982 I've worked for U.S. government contractors and state & local government agencies (in California), convenience store manager in California, retail/property management in Georgia, California and Idaho. Spent the 1990s in the TV news business producing number one rated local news programs in California, Arizona and Idaho. 14+ years with California and Idaho Army National Guard and the U.S. Air Force. Obtained a BA degree in International Studies from Idaho State University at the age of 42. Unemployed since 2015, so don't tell me the economy has recovered.

New World Order: If your not an elite, you’re a “goblin” to be destroyed!

Exceptional Failed State: Too Big to Jail JP Morgan Chase ends private student loans, says it ain’t worth it!

06 November 2013 (12:56 UTC-07 Tango)/02 Muharram 1434/15 Aban 1391/04 Gui-Hai (10th month) 4711

Reuters reporting that JP Morgan Chase will make its last student loan disbursement in March 2014.  The Too Big to Jail bank says U.S. student loans are a losing proposition, because of declining enrollments and the fact that many college graduates can’t find jobs that pay enough to repay the loans: “We just don’t see this as a market that we can significantly grow.”-Thasunda Duckett, JP Morgan Chase

However, Reuters pointed out that JP Morgan Chase is bleeding out cash: “JPMorgan’s portfolio has been shrinking by roughly $1 billion to $2 billion a year….”

In other words the real reason for JP Morgan Chase getting out of the student loan business is they are broke!

Other banks have seen their student loan issues decline, according to Reuters the federal government now issues 93% of student loans.

Exceptional Failed State: Hagel admits U.S. is broke, asks Trilateral Commission allies to take on burden of War on Terror! Cuts in military pay & benefits are a given! War on Terror was in vain!

06 November 2013 (04:45 UTC-07 Tango)/02 Muharram 1434/15 Aban 1391/04 Gui-Hai (10th month) 4711

“Coming out of more than a decade of war and budget growth, there is a clear opportunity and need to reform and reshape our entire defense enterprise.”-Chuck Hagel, U.S. Secertary of Defense, 05 November 2013, admitting in a round-a-bout way that the U.S. military is broke

War monger Hagel gave a speech at the war mongering Center for International and Strategic Studies.

“In some cases we will make a shift, for example, by prioritizing a smaller, modern and capable military over a larger force with older equipment.”

Isn’t that what the Russians did after the fall of the Soviet Union?

Hagel also warned that cuts to pay and benefits (welcome to Obama Care boys & girls!) are needed to prevent the Department of Defense (DoD) from becoming a “…well-compensated, but poorly trained and equipped…” military force.

The Japanese news media is reporting that Hagel is planning to officially ask Japan to prepare to take over some U.S. military ops.  Japan news media also says the U.S. will now focus the spending of precious little tax dollars on helping Trilateral Commission allies expand their military might.

Hagel admitted the War on Terror was a wasted effort and that in the future the U.S. military “….must be used wisely, precisely, and judiciously.”  Basically he said all the military deaths and life long disabilities, up to this point, were in vain!

The DoD is supposed to cut $500-billion in spending in the next ten years.  That’s on top of an already initiated $487-billion in cuts!  If this isn’t proof the U.S. is broke….

Trilateral Commission member, Japan, to create new Homeland Security office!

Japan enters U.S. data collection/spying market!

The Trilateral Commission was founded by David Rockefeller in 1973.  The official goal is to foster economic and political co-operation between Japan, North American countries and European countries (notice these are the regions that are currently in big economic trouble).

In 2000, the Japan membership was expanded to include many other Asian countries, and is now called the Pacific Asia Group.

In April 2013, Japan became a member of NATO (which has become the Trilateral Commission’s military unit): “…..You might ask why the Secretary General of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization should come to the Pacific region.  The answer is very simple.  Today’s NATO is a new NATO.  It’s a NATO with a global perspective.  It’s a NATO with global partners.  And Japan is our longest-standing global partner…..NATO and Japan are like-minded……we can help the United Nations and the international community to reinforce the rules-based international system……we need common approaches and responses…….To confront global threats such as terrorism, cyber attacks, and proliferation…..And I am delighted that later today, Prime Minister Abe and I will sign a Joint Political Declaration to guide our future work.”-Anders Fogh Rasmussen, NATO Secretary General, from statement made on the morning of 15 April 2013, Japan National Press Club

One Japanese agency accuses another agency of making it unprecedentedly easy for terrorists to get nukes!

06 November 2013 (04:19 UTC-07 Tango)/02 Muharram 1434/15 Aban 1391/04 Gui-Hai (10th month) 4711

The Japanese Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NRA) is accusing the Japan Atomic Energy Agency (JAEA) of violating anti-terror laws, regarding the protection of nuclear material.

The JAEA runs the fast breeder Monju reactor: “The violations included the lack of background checks on visitors to Monju, and the lack of regular inspections over the past 3 years of a device that records vehicle and personnel entry into the compound……members of the Nuclear Regulation Authority said that such neglect at a plutonium handling facility is unprecedented.-Nippon Housou Kyoukai/Japan Broadcasting Corporation

The NRA says the lax nuke reactor security is inherent in the way the JAEA is organized.

World War 3, Asian Front-Afghanistan, 16-18 October 2013: More rip offs for U.S. taxpayers! Red Coats admit to intimidation patrols! Diggers use Israeli tactics to kill children! Qur’ans being rigged as bombs?

Baghlan Province:  A vehicle full of “public order police” ran over a landmine.  At least three cops killed, two wounded.

Helmand Province: A British empire inquiry into the deaths of six Red Coats last year revealed they had been sent out on patrol simply to intimidate Afghans.  The Major who ordered the men on the patrol stated to the inquest that he ordered the patrol to keep Afghans on their “back foot”.  The men were in a Warrior APC, which drove over an anti-tank landmine which was so powerful it ignited all the ammo in the armored vehicle, killing everybody on board.  It turns out the decades old Warrior has some serious problems, and the inquest discovered they have not been fixed: “Two thirds of the army’s Warrior armoured vehicles in Afghanistan still have not had crucial safety improvements made to them 18 months after six British soldiers were killed when theirs was turned into a fireball by a huge bomb…..The Warriors, one of the workhorses of the British army, are to be fitted with a upgraded fuel tank not so liable to burst but so far only eight have undergone the fix with another 21 still waiting for the work to be carried out.”-The Guardian, 17 October 2013

Kabul Province: Kabul City, Germany closed its embassy for security reasons. German intelligence agents warned of an attack. No further info given.  Shortly after it was confirmed that the German embassy was closed an explosion and then gunfire erupted.  Afghan government officials said a suicide bomber and a group of Mujahideen attacked a military convoy in the city’s 9th District.  The 9th District (aka Green Village) is home to many foreign government personnel.

Kandahar Province: In Ghorak District, a U.S.-NATO airstrike killed at least 11 people.  Local government officials say they called in the airstrike to stop a major Mujahideen offensive.

Logar Province: Afghanistan’s National Directorate of Security (NDS) says that the governor, assassinated in a Mosque days prior, was killed by an exploding Qur’an.  The Qur’an bomb was in the Mosque near the governor, who was killed instantly, at least 20 people wounded.  However, a local Mujahideen group is taking credit for the assassination and says they placed the explosives under a stage in the Mosque.

Parwan Province: Yet another suicide attack on a U.S. convoy out of Bagram airbase.  A man tried to ram his bomb laden motorcycle into the convoy.  Government reports say only the suicide bomber was killed.

Uruzgan Province:  An investigation says Australian Special Forces Diggers were behind an Israeli style home invasion, back in September, that left a man and his six years old son dead.  It took place in Tarinkot City.  Diggers claim they had info that the house was a terrorist hideout.  Investigators say the Diggers didn’t just burst into the home, they came in with their automatic weapons blazing away.  The father and son killed as they lay in their beds.  It’s not the first time Diggers have been accused of targeting children. The evil British empire Aussie Defence Force issued this hypocritical statement: “The ADF takes all reasonable steps to ensure its operations do not put the lives of civilians and non-combatants in jeopardy. Deployed ADF personnel operate under strict rules of engagement designed to minimize the risk to civilians.”

After more than a decade of occupation, and hearing U.S. government leaders claiming to have al Qaeda or Taliban “on the run” or “decimated”, a new report says the U.S. government simply replaced Taliban with warlords.  Those warlords are now running for Afghan president and preparing for another civil war.

The U.S. Special Inspector General for Afghan Reconstruction (SIGAR) has revealed an age old problem that rips off taxpayers by at least $230-million USD; spare parts orders.  And that dollar amount is just relating to operations in Afghanistan.  The problem was rampant when I was a Cold War soldier and airman.  The main cause is officers ordering repair parts before seeing if they already have the parts on hand.  I also saw this being done by government contractors on military bases.  There are huge warehouses filled with spare parts, yet despite that new parts are constantly being ordered.  The other problem is that parts suppliers are still ripping off the U.S. Department of Defense (just as they were during the Cold War).  As an example, investigators found a wheel for an aircraft ramp, worth no more than $7, was being sold to the military for $1678!  Other examples include stocking of parts for equipment that is out of date, or no longer used.

The U.S. military is preparing to get out of Kyrgyzstan.  The U.S. has been ordered by the Kyrgyz government to get out by July 2014.  The U.S. will now use Forward Operating Site Mihail Kogalniceanu, in eastern Romania, as its air logistics hub for Afghanistan.

In Ireland, people protested at the Shannon airport, which was used to rendition Afghans by the U.S. military.  The peaceful demonstrators were protesting the 12 years of U.S. occupation of Afghanistan.  Several people were arrested, for taking pics of aircraft, which according to The Centre for Research on Globalization is not a crime.  The U.S. military still uses Shannon airport.

In India occupied Kashmir, a local government official revealed the future of Afghanistan; it means a return to power of the Mujahideen: “We want them to support us diplomatically on the international level, they should raise their concerns for Kashmir after they [Taliban] become successful in forming government in Afghanistan.”-Syed Ali Geelani, Hurriyat (G) chairman

Exceptional Failed State: Crazy Californians want to ban BB guns, after Cop murders child holding BB gun!

05 November 2013 (15:54 UTC-07 Tango)/01 Muharram 1434/14 Aban 1391/03 Gui-Hai (10th month) 4711

A Sonoma County sheriff deputy killed a 13 years old boy, for playing with a BB gun.  Instead of an outcry against police abuse of power, Crazy Californians are calling for laws to ban toy guns!

On 22 October, the kid was walking to a friend’s house when the probably on prescription drugs county cop freaked out and shot him.  The cop swears he thought the wimp ass BB gun was an assault rifle!

The deputy shot the kid eight times!  The deputy made claims that the kid was a full grown adult male!  A second deputy actually handcuffed the kid after he was shot and killed!!!  Now do you see why I think the county cops might be on drugs?

The family has filed a lawsuit against the crazy cop.  Their lawsuit claims the cop has brandished his weapon at people in the neighborhood in the past, and even shot himself in the leg!

It’s already illegal in California to carry ‘airsoft’ BB guns in public, and you have to be at least 18 years old to buy one.  Recently Los Angeles County was exempted from state rules regarding anti-gun laws, which means LA County can create any anti-gun law they want, without state oversight.

The same anti-gun group led by state Senator Kevin de León, which won LA County exemption from state oversight, is now pushing to require BB guns to be brightly painted (non-firing toy guns are required to be brightly painted).  They are also taking their cause outside LA County, pushing for the state to adopt LA County anti-gun laws.  The recent death by county cop has them considering ways to ban toy/BB guns altogether!  They say it’s the only way to deal with the skyrocketing police actions against kids with toy guns!  Why not ban cops?

Federal court says Idaho laws violate U.S. Constitutional Rights!

05 November 2013 (05:37 UTC-07 Tango)/01 Muharram 1434/14 Aban 1391/03 Gui-Hai (10th month) 4711

“The state of Idaho clearly thinks that protest is some sort of a spare-time activity, when in fact this is core fundamental speech…..I would like to think the state is going to read these decisions and determine that it has to protect protesters’ rights. But that’s yet to be seen.”-Richie Eppink, American Civil Liberties Union of Idaho

Finally, maybe some justice against Idaho’s unConstitutional laws!

On 01 November, U.S. District Judge Lynn Winmill published a 39 page ruling declaring Idaho’s seven day limit on public protests to be a violation of the U.S. Constitution.

The law is what effectively killed off the Occupy Boise campaign.  Most of the  Occupyers were spineless anyway and refused to “break the law” to continue their protests.

U.S. District Judge Winmill also railed against the Red State republican favoritism of privileged groups: “The Court finds it troubling that if a private organization has political connections to state officials, or is considered worthy of attention by the state, the department has the authority to waive all rules for that organization, while an unpopular or unconnected group would have to adhere to all the rules.

Economic Decline: Pocatello’s Hoku factory bought by construction contractor, to be parted out?

05 November 2013 (05:20 UTC-07 Tango)/01 Muharram 1434/14 Aban 1391/03 Gui-Hai (10th month) 4711

The $700-million USD white elephant known as Hoku Materials in Pocatello, Idaho U.S.A., just sold for a paltry $5.273-mill!

The construction contractor responsible for building the white elephant, JH Kelly, made the offer.  This after a bulk auction brought in a high bid of only $3.7-million, and a piecemeal auction resulted in a high bid under $5-mill.

JH Kelly then made an offer of $5.273-million, which will be reviewed in bankruptcy court on 12 November.  JH Kelly stands to lose a lot because Hoku failed to fully pay the contractor for the work (as well as failing to pay a lot of other companies).

JH Kelly will probably dismantle the factory as the parts can used in oil industry construction, which is JH Kelly’s forte.   Because of the current state of the polysilicon market it is not feasible to find a new polysilicon operator, and the parts are obviously worth more than the whole.

Exceptional Failed State: Two teenagers arrested after breaking into school at night, with guns?

05 November 2013 (04:58 UTC-07 Tango)/01 Muharram 1434/14 Aban 1391/03 Gui-Hai (10th month) 4711

Overnight in Denver, Colorado U.S.A., police say they arrested two boys after they broke into the Rachel B. Noel Junior High (aka British empire term ‘Middle School’).

Janitors reported the break in, and said the boys had guns and backpacks.  Police, SWAT  and a bomb squad showed up.  The two boys led police on a three hours chase before being caught.

Police also say so far they’ve found no guns or backpacks.  The school might be closed until cops are sure there are no guns or backpacks stashed.

Police are also searching the Greenwood Elementary School, because they say they have reason to believe the boys broke into that school as well.

Exceptional Failed State: Mystery New Jersey British empire mall shooting, the only victims are security cameras & the suspect!

05 November 2013 (04:35 UTC-07 Tango)/01 Muharram 1434/14 Aban 1391/03 Gui-Hai (10th month) 4711

Late on Monday night in Paramus, New Jersey U.S.A., a person dressed in black from head to toe began shooting at security cameras in a shopping mall.  Then the shooter disappeared.

Police locked down the Westfield Garden State Plaza in what has become standard martial law prison style.  At 03:20 hours Tuesday morning they reported finding the body of a man they claim is the mysterious shooter.

They also accuse the dead man of being a drug addict, but if you realize that tens of millions of U.S. citizens are addicted to legal prescription drugs (let alone the illegal drugs), that’s not a surprise.  Police claim the dead man was motivated by a desire to die.

By the way, the Westfield Garden State Plaza is owned by Westfield Group, based in the British empire country of Australia.
