Exceptional Failed State: Forbes investigation says Obama Care website is fake? Obama Care intentionally priced out of your reach?

15 October 2013 (13:19 UTC-07 Tango)/10 Dhu’l-Hijja 1434/23 Mehr 1391/11 Ren-Xu (9th month) 4711

“A growing consensus of IT experts, outside and inside the government, have figured out a principal reason why the website for Obamacare’s federally-sponsored insurance exchange is crashing. Healthcare.gov forces you to create an account and enter detailed personal information before you can start shopping. This, in turn, creates a massive traffic bottleneck, as the government verifies your information and decides whether or not you’re eligible for subsidies. HHS bureaucrats knew this would make the website run more slowly. But they were more afraid that letting people see the underlying cost of Obamacare’s insurance plans would scare people away……on average, the cheapest plan offered in a given state, under Obamacare, will be 99 percent more expensive for men, and 62 percent more expensive for women, than the cheapest plan offered under the old system. And those disparities are even wider for healthy people……If 50 million people are uninsured today, mainly because insurance is too expensive, why is it better to make coverage even costlier?……..Obamacare wasn’t designed to help healthy people with average incomes get health insurance. It was designed to force those people to pay more for coverage, in order to subsidize insurance for people with incomes near the poverty line, and those with chronic or costly medical conditions……most people will either not qualify for a subsidy, or qualify for a small one that, net-net, doesn’t make up for the law’s cost hikes.”-Forbes, 14 October 2013

Some “exceptionalism”, way to go failed state U.S.A.!

World War 3, U.S. Economic Front: Job losses & store closings 07 August 2013. British empire Canadians killing U.S. jobs! Too Big to Jail U.S. banks killing U.S. jobs! Yes, Obama Care killing U.S. jobs!

Incomplete list of announced closings and layoffs:

California: In Irvine, Integrated Oncology laying off 156 employees, or more than 60% of its staff by early 2014! It might be connected to North Carolina based LabCorp’s take over of the company.  LabCorp is also laying off employees at a Los Angeles medical lab.  Local news reports say LabCorp will not explain the layoffs.  News reports also said employees are refusing to talk to the media for fear of being the ones who lose their jobs. San Fransisco based Too Big to Jail Wells Fargo laid off 763 people around the country!

Illinois: In Rockford, a U.S. Postal Service station on New Towne Drive was shut down. 100 jobs affected!

Iowa: In Urbandale, Just 4 Kids second hand clothing, toys and books store closed.   The owner could not renew the lease.

Louisiana: What oil industry boom? In Morgan City, McDermott International is shutting down their Amelia oilfield fabrication operation, and moving to Mexico.  At least 350 people unemployed!

Maryland: In Severna Park physical therapy products maker, Dynasplit, laid off 70% of its global workforce!  More than 300 people in the U.S. lost their jobs, literally overnight with no warning!  The company owner blamed the Too Big to Jail banks.  He said money deposited for employee paychecks was seized by the bank to pay down a loan to the company!  In Ellicott City, Taylor’s Antique Mall closing by January 2014.  Reports say the historic building, built in 1890, was sold off to greedy property developer.  Employees had little warning: “We’re still in a state of shock!”-Sue Hurd, store manager

Maine:  The railroad company responsible for the explosion that killed people in Canada, Montreal, Maine & Atlantic Railway, now bankrupt.  Despicable company officials are trying to protect themselves from lawsuits.

New Jersey: In Princeton, the Ferry House restaurant closed.  The bad economy is blamed for unpaid taxes and loans, which resulted in the state treasury seizing the restaurant and a bankruptcy filing.

New York: In Rochester, Bausch & Lomb laying off 400+ people by early 2014! An evil British empire Canadian pharmaceutical company took over Bausch & Lomb.  In Garden City, Things & Stuff shut down. In Watertown, the Christian God couldn’t stop the Samaritan Medical Center from laying off 74 employees.  They blamed Obama Care: “What mandates require is higher quality and reduced costs. We’re the ones that have to control the cost. As we look at that expense area, over half of our expenses are related to salary and benefits.”-Krista Kittle

Pennsylvania: In Hermitage, Bolotin Furniture shutting down after 107 years in business! 13 jobs lost.

Tennessee: After 60 years of operations, the non-profit Achieve Learning Center for Preschool Deaf and Hard of Hearing Children (aka Chattanooga Speech and Hearing Center) shut down.  I could not find any explanation why.  I did find lots of local news reports, in the months prior to the closing, that were trying to raise awareness of the Center.  The Center celebrated its 60th anniversary in May 2013.

Wyoming: Alternative fuel farmer, Luca, now bankrupt.  The company was planning on harvesting natural gas by using microbes and coal.  However, they had trouble getting government permits and financing, and the straw that broke their back was when natural gas prices crashed.

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) doesn’t count the hundreds of layoffs involving less than 50 people each, in its mass layoff reports. It also doesn’t count all the little ‘mom & pop’ businesses that shut down.

Exceptional Failed State: Florida Obama Care “navigator” stupefied over application process? Your credit score can stop you from complying with draconian Obama Care, or not?

14 October 2013 (13:07 UTC-07 Tango)/09 Dhu’l-Hijja 1434/22 Mehr 1391/10 Ren-Xu (9th month) 4711

“Florida is using the federal marketplace, so your financial information will follow you. It’s based on your federal tax returns from last year and your credit history, regardless of where you live.”-Anne Packham, lead Obama Care “navigator” in Florida, during internet question and answer session

After making this statement the person who is supposed to be the most knowledgeable person in Florida regarding signing up for Obama Care, Anne Packham, qualified her statements on WKMG Local 6 TV news.

Packham did not retract her statement that credit scores will be used.  Officially credit scores cannot be used to set premium rates, but, credit scores can still be used to deny coverage: “That’s so that health insurance providers can make an educated decision about who to insure based on if someone is defaulting on all of their bills they may not want to have them as part of their health plan.”

In other words, you could be refused health insurance coverage because of bad credit (like me), which would then put you in violation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

However, an unnamed U.S. Department of Heath and Human Services official told WKMG “Insurers are not allowed to factor in credit scores when setting premiums and at no point in the process are peoples’ scores accessed.”

So who’s right?  The official “Lead Navigator” in Florida, or an unnamed official with the HHS?

WKMG then went on to report that HHS did admit that credit reporting company, Experian, is being used for some Obama Care applications!  HHS claims that credit reports are being used only for the purpose of confirming your identity!  Can you say “Bull shit!”?

Some “exceptionalism”, way to go failed state U.S.A.!

Corporate Evil: Danone bribed hospitals to use its infant formula, court testimonies imply addictive ingredient being used!

14 October 2013 (03:05 UTC-07 Tango)/09 Dhu’l-Hijja 1434/22 Mehr 1391/10 Ren-Xu (9th month) 4711

So far 13 hospital employees have been convicted of taking bribes from food maker Danone.  As many as 116 people in 85 hospitals are being investigated!

Court testimonies imply that Danone is using an addictive ingredient in its products.

The case involves hospitals in China’s Tianjin Municipality.  Those convicted so far have testified that the France based food maker, Danone, bribed them to feed Danone products to infants in the hopes the infants would become addicted!

Danone officials are also accused of paying hospital employees to convince parents to buy Danone products only.   The sinister plot was revealed by China Central Television on 17 September.

Exceptional Failed State: Obama Care heading into “Death Spiral”?

14 October 2013 (02:33 UTC-07 Tango)/09 Dhu’l-Hijja 1434/22 Mehr 1391/10 Ren-Xu (9th month) 4711

More than 11-thousand federal employees in Idaho have not been paid, but that’s not stopping Idahoans from flooding their elected officials with calls to stop Obama Care!

Idaho news reports say individual Idahoans are calling for the destruction of Obama Care by more than two to one, and are demanding their representatives in the U.S. Congress keep the federal government shut down until Obama Care is dead!

Unnamed sources in the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services say as of 10 October only 51-thousand people have singed up for Obama Care, in a country with more than 313-million people!  But wait, it gets worse!  A new report says that going by insurance company reports, in actuality only 5-thousand people have signed up!

Hawaii reported no sign ups!

Kansas reported no sign up!

Maryland officials reported that nobody can sign up because there are no doctors participating: “….doctors and other providers are not yet available in Maryland Health Connection; therefore, if you choose to search for them on the website, you will receive a message that ‘no doctors are found’…”

Also in Maryland, the ignorant mayor of Baltimore, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, is now begging poor people to sign up!  I guess the elitist mayor doesn’t know that there are no participating doctors in the state (read above).

In Texas, a man says he tried for more than a week to access Healthcare.gov, and got nowhere.

National Public Radio (NPR) confirmed that Obama Care relies on young adults baring the burden of funding it.  It’s the Affordable Heath Care Act’s Achilles Heel: “The danger if you don’t get young, healthy people signing up…is that this program will collapse…We call it a death spiral. And many insurance companies have had death spirals so this is not a theoretical exercise.”-Robert Laszewski, Health Policy and Strategy Associates

Reports say young adults, who’re expected to bare the cost of Obama Care, are not signing up.  Here’s what one young adult said: “The problem with this plan is that it hoses young, relatively poor people like me right when we least need high bills for services they’re not using. And it helps older, relatively rich people who should be able to afford the care they need. If America’s downtrodden and struggling young people are smart, they’ll opt out. Then it’ll be up to the federal government to fine them enough to make up for the shortfall.”-Cathy Reisenwitz

Reports say anybody with a Health Savings bank account might as well spend that money on something else ’cause it doesn’t count under Obama Care!

Here’s a medical martial law reality check that one person got hit with after opting out of Obama Care (the statements have been disputed by Obama Care officials): “I actually made it through this morning at 8:00 A.M. I have a preexisting condition (Type 1 Diabetes) and my income base was 45K-55K annually I chose tier 2 ‘Silver Plan’ and my monthly premiums came out to $597.00 with $13,988 yearly deductible!!! There is NO POSSIBLE way that I can afford this so I ‘opt-out’ and chose to continue along with no insurance. I received an email tonight at 5:00 P.M. informing me that my fine would be $4,037 and could be attached to my yearly income tax return. Then you make it to the ‘REPERCUSSIONS PORTION’ for ‘non-payment’ of yearly fine. First, your drivers license will be suspended until paid, and if you go 24 consecutive months with ‘Non-Payment’ and you happen to be a home owner, you will have a federal tax lien placed on your home. You can agree to give your bank information so that they can easy ‘Automatically withdraw’ your ‘penalties’ weekly, bi-weekly or monthly! This by no means is ‘Free’ or even ‘Affordable’.”

By the way, the Healthcare.gov website cost taxpayers $634 million USD!

Some “exceptionalism”, way to go U.S.A.!

Obama Care, the big lie! No health care for you! Insurance brokers say so!

14 October 2013 (1:48 UTC-07 Tango)/09 Dhu’l-Hijja 1434/22 Mehr 1391/10 Ren-Xu (9th month) 4711

Did you know some insurance companies, and even hospitals are not taking part in Obama Care?

Remember what Obama said: “If you like your health care plan, you’ll be able to keep your health care plan.”   Lie!  Did you know that if you already have insurance, and like it, you could lose it under Obama Care?

Did you know that young adults are expected to fund Obama Care by being forced to pay for outrageous insurance rates?

Did you know that employers are canceling employee health insurance plans, by moving employees to part time work?

Did you know that a variety of labor unions are against Obama Care?

Did you know that if you already have health insurance, and your income is too high to get ‘free’ Obama Care coverage, your insurance rates will skyrocket by 400%?

Did you know Obama Care creates a Health ID for each person which must be used when you file your tax returns with the IRS?

Did you know that Obama Care actually and intentionally makes it harder for you to get insurance?

Did you know Obama Care has a loophole that allows an estimated 15 million privileged people avoid complying with Obama Care?

Go to Health Insurance Brokers to read and weep!

World War 3, U.S. Economic Front: Job losses & store closings 03-06 August 2013. Canadian company bails on California, says U.S. economy dragging them down! Japan taking over U.S. ATM industry! Social Security has already been cut, causing layoffs!

Incomplete list of announced closings and layoffs:

AOL laid off another undisclosed number of employees.

Apple subsidiary FileMaker laid off 20 employees.

Internet shopping innovator, Geek.com, has abandoned the internet and will now operate traditional brick & mortar stores.

Alabama: At Fort Rucker, tax sucking military aircraft maintenance contractor, Army Fleet Support, laid off 70 employees.  Apparently the U.S. Army is intentionally reducing aircraft flights to save money on fuel, but that also means a reduction in aircraft maintenance intervals.  In Jefferson County, two Food World grocery stores closed.  The parent company, Belle Foods, is bankrupt and will close/sell off stores in several states.

California: In La Jolla, Kashi closed down. 28 people laid off.  In San Jose, Bon Appetit Management closed, 188 people out-o-work!  In Hayward, for profit legal drugs pusher, Impax Labs, laid off 142 employees! The FDA rejected Impax’s new costly Parkinson’s drug.  In Fontana, Canadian based trucking company, Viatran Express, ended U.S. operations. Company officials said they had to get out of the U.S. economy if they were to remain profitable! 87 California jobs lost.  In Los Angeles, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center laid off 113 employees!  In Bassett, National Envelope shut down, 147 jobs lost!  For the reason see Wisconsin, below.  In Yuba, Rideout Health laid off 13 employees. Originally 90 employees were gonna get the axe.  Company officials are struggling to adjust their operating budget to the new Obama Care funding.

Colorado: In Colorado Springs, Lang’s Shoes closed.

Florida: In Miami, AgroTrade America laid off 157 employees!  No official reason given. Homewrecker RealAuction.com/RealForeclosure.com now bankrupt.  Good!  ATM operator, Global Axcess, sold its assets for $10 Million USD, then went bankrupt!  U.S. news reports said the ATM operations were sold to a California based company, however, according to a report in The Japan Times the so-called California company is really a front (“wholly owned U.S. subsidiary”) for a Japanese company called Seven Banks. In Orlando, Orlando Health laid off hundreds of employees in a second round of cuts.  Hospital officials warned back in November 2012 they were forced to layoff up to 400 employees, due to a 20% cut in Medicaid funding (thank you Obama Care)!  In West Boca, popular kids indoor playcenter, Playtown Cafe, shut down. It’s blamed on the property owner and property developers.

Idaho: In Caldwell, the Canyon County Animal Shelter warned of layoffs due to county budget concerns and crashing donations!

Illinois: Allsup, a company that helps people with their disability funding, laid off 65 employees.  Company officials blame it on the U.S. Social Security Administration.  Company officials also warned of more possible layoffs due to the rip off called Obama Care.

Indiana: In Lafayette, heavy equipment maker Caterpillar laid off 125 people!  Company officials blame their crashing sales on the dead economy in Europe, and a slowing economy in China.

Kentucky: Fruit of the Loom laid off an undisclosed number of employees.  Company officials would only say it was less than 100.  The United States Enrichment [Uranium] Corporation began laying off employees at its Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant.  The first round will put 160 people out-o-work.  It’s blamed on high production costs and falling nuclear fuel prices.

Maryland: In Hagerstown, women’s clothing store Lena’s closed.  The store’s manager/investor said the economy is dead: “The economic situation in Hagerstown and Washington County is, I mean I know others may say other things, but to me it is pretty devastated!”-Lori Ruda

Massachusetts: In Wesseley, the 84 years old upscale women’s clothing Triangle Shop closed. The greedy property owner suddenly canceled the lease, no warning.  The current shop owner is hoping to re-open in a new location.

New Hampshire: Stop & Shop grocery stores shut down across the state.  670 people out-o-work!  It sounds like BS to me because the corporate officials said the grocery stores “…have not achieved performance goals…”, they never said the stores were losing money.

New York: In NYC, Green Chimneys-Gramercy Group Residence for homeless homosexual children closed after hidden video cameras revealed physical abuse of children by staff.  Teenagers also claimed sexual and financial exploitation.  43 people deservedly unemployed. Upstate Cerebral Palsy laid off 26 teachers. It’s blamed on a sudden and unexpected crash in student enrollment: “We can’t refer students if we don’t have them.”-Lori Eccleston, Utica City School District

North Carolina: The Craven County School District laid off 36 teachers.  It’s blamed on $1.27 million in state funding cuts!  In Rockingham, the Goodman Furniture store closed.

Ohio: In Mason, Bradley Caldwell (BCI) closed down.  81 jobs lost.  In Waverly, 58 years old Streitenberger’s Garage shut down.  In Toledo, Maryland based Ukazoo Books closed. The retail space is now being used for internet sales only.

Oregon: The Umatilla Chemical Weapons Depot laid off 100 people! The depot is shutting down, claiming they’ve destroyed the last of their CW.  Since 2011 hundreds of employees have been laid off.

Pennsylvania: In Johnstown, Yankee Shoe Repair factory shut down after 92 years of operations. The owner blamed a multitude of things: “Without sufficient skilled staff, and considering current footwear buying trends, coupled with economic conditions, the long term stability of the business was in jeopardy…Given the materials used in footwear today, 95% of the shoes people buy can’t be repaired.”-Larry Coco

South Carolina: In Clinton non-profit Alzheimer’s care center, Senior Options, laid off 21 more staff.  Back in March they laid off 20 drivers, a direct result of cuts to Medicaid funding (Obama Care)!  In Aiken, funding cuts from the U.S. Department of Energy forces Shaw Project Services Group/Savannah River Remediation to layoff 485 employees!  Also in Aiken, AREVA Federal Services laid off 28 employees.  In Landrum, the Christian God can’t stop the Blue Ridge Christian Academy from shutting down.  School officials said they couldn’t raise enough funding for the school year.  The school also caused controversy with a science test given to fourth graders last year.

Tennessee: In Memphis, tech startup Work for Pie failed.  Lack of revenue is blamed.

Texas: In Midland, AT&T closed down, 101 people unemployed! In Roanoke, Ryder Logistics closed down, 60 people unemployed.

Wisconsin: In Appleton, bankrupt National Envelope shut down after being sold off.  153 people unemployed!  Employees across the country affected as well.

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) doesn’t count the hundreds of layoffs involving less than 50 people each, in its mass layoff reports. It also doesn’t count all the little ‘mom & pop’ businesses that shut down.

World War 3, Asian Front-Afghanistan, 27-30 September 2013: USAF doubles air strikes! Karzai pisses off Hagel! More proof the Great Game continues!

Badakhshan Province: Munjan District, Mujahideen overran the Afghan National Police’s (ANP) district HQ.  ANP officials said they abandoned the HQ to “avoid civilian casualties”.   ANP claim they recaptured their HQ the next day.

Ghazni Province: Deh Yak District, a van full of adults & children ran over a landmine.  Three killed, nine wounded.   In Muqur District, a U.S.-NATO air strike (aka weapons release) killed ten people.

Helmand Province: Marja City, a suicide bomber killed himself and one cop.  Three people wounded.  Two USMC generals were forced to retire early for their lack of competence regarding the September 2012 Muahideen attack on Camp Bastion.  A U.S. Marine investigation concluded that the generals “did not take adequate force protection measures within the range of responses proportionate to the threat”.

Herat Province: Mujahideen attacked a local police marital law check point.  Nine people killed, three wounded.

Kabul Province:  Kabul City, hundreds of protestors demanded the United States get the hell out!  Another report, that despite the war luxury home building is skyrocketing in Kabul City.  Property developers are taking a big risk, pouring millions of dollars into grand mansions.  I wonder where they got the money from?  Many of the homes were built in the hopes foreign occupiers would rent them, so property developers are a little worried about the supposed NATO 2014 pullout.

Kandahar Province: Report that a U.S.-NATO drone “weapons release” killed two people.

Logar Province:  Mohammad Agha District, a local political candidate was assassinated, along with three local teachers.  The district governor was wounded.  Police don’t know who did it.

Maidan Wardak Province: Jalriz District, ISAF confirms that a U.S.-NATO drone “weapons release” killed seven people.

Paktia Province: Report that a U.S.-NATO drone “weapons release” killed three people.

The Afghan Ministry of the Interior claims 14 Mujahideen killed, three wounded and 12 captured in Faryab, Kandahar, Zabul, Uruzgan, Ghazni, Paktiya and Paktika provinces.

The USAF has reported that U.S.-NATO drone and manned aircraft “weapons releases” (air strikes) in the month of September were about double that of August.

The Afghan news media reported that China is pushing President Hamid Karzai to accept a new military pact with the United States.  The bi-lateral agreement is being pushed by the Obama regime as a way of legally keeping U.S. troops in Afghanistan after the 2014 NATO pullout.  Karzai continues to insist he’s in no rush to sign such an agreement.  U.S. Secretary of Defense, Chuck Hagel, is pissed: “I hope we’ll have that agreement by the end of October, because we just can’t move without it.”

In the U.S. state of Oklahoma, the Army National Guard’s 1245th Transportation Company returned home from Afghanistan.  Armed Forces Reserve Center officials said the crowd of civilian/family welcomers was the largest ever.

At the United Nations, several Central Asian countries stated that the U.S. instigated instability in Afghanistan is the real threat to global security.  The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan said it’s all about the Great Game played by western empires, because Central Asia is rich: “The Asian continent is transforming itself into a global power house for the 21st century, with its production of more than 57% of global GDP, and this trend is expected to increase. However, this growth could be jeopardized by an aggravation of existing conflicts, illegal migration, drug trafficking, territorial claims, separatism, religious extremism and terrorism.”-Erlan Idrissov

Exceptional Failed State: Utah, Colorado, South Dakota, Arizona & New York funding National parks, but not for long! Wyoming flips the bird at DC!

13 October 2013 (15:19 UTC-07 Tango)/08 Dhu’l-Hijja 1434/21 Mehr 1391/09 Ren-Xu (9th month) 4711

The U.S. federal government is proving ‘merican Exceptionalism by shutting itself down! ‘Bout time!

The states of Arizona, Colorado, New York, South Dakota and Utah have agreed to fund the operation of national parks within their borders with state funding.  This is clear proof the U.S. federal government is destitute.

The national parks that will now become defacto State parks are: Grand Canyon, Mount Rushmore, Statue of Liberty (the prime symbol of the entire U.S. is now funded by a single state), Zion and four other parks in Utah, and Rocky Mountain in Colorado.

There’s a catch: State funding of the defunct national parks will run out in ten days!

States like Washington and Nevada admit they are broke as well, and cannot fund the national parks in their area.

Wyoming says screw you federales: “Wyoming cannot bail out the federal government and we cannot use state money to do the work of the federal government.”-statement from governor’s office

One of the definitions of a failed state is when the federal/national government has to turn to local governments, or corporate contractors, to continue the functions of said national government.  The United States has failed!!!  Some exeptionalism!

Maryland: NCO Financial halted their business in Jessup, 86 employees out-o-work.  No explanation was given.

Washington: Sears Holdings announced they were closing the Puyallup Kmart. 51 jobs lost.

Wisconsin: Gannett newspapers laid off at least seven people.  The bad economy is blamed for crashing newspaper sales.

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) doesn’t count the hundreds of layoffs involving less than 50 people each, in its mass layoff reports. It also doesn’t count all the little ‘mom & pop’ businesses that shut down.
