Operation Jupiter: U.S. soldier found dead in Korea, victim of anthrax?

A U.S. soldier attending a BNCO (pronounced b-knock, Basic Non-Commissioned Officer) school at Camp Jackson, in Korea, was found dead by Korean civilians, near the edge of the small U.S. Army post. Is it connected to the JUPITR ATD program based out of Osan?
U.S. Forces Korea says they do not know, as of yet, why the soldier died.
According to the Joint Program Executive Office for Biological Defense, the main operators of JUPITR ATD are USAF 51st Medical Support Squadron at Osan Air Force Base, the U.S. Army 65th Medical Brigade at Yongsan (in Seoul), and several new labs used by the United States Army Public Health Command (USAPHC).
The U.S. Army’s Camp Jackson is located on the north side of Seoul, opposite Yongsan. The USAF base at Osan has been identified as one of the recipients of “mistakenly” shipped live anthrax.
In 2014, USAPHC revealed “….the Joint United States Forces Korea Portal and Integrated Threat Recognition, known as JUPITR, and the Global Biosurveillance Technology Initiative…….The need for biosurveillance and diagnostic laboratory capabilities in the Korean peninsula led to this partnership.”-then Major Michael Desena, USAPHC
My research shows that the U.S. Department of Defense is convinced that Republic of Korea, and the U.S. forces based there, need a new joint biological weapons detection program, thus JUPITR ATD. So far, I’ve yet to find an explanation why U.S. military administrators are convinced south Korea is the most likely, or most vulnerable place for biological warfare.

The primary biological agent used in JUPITR ATD is anthrax, live anthrax. The new detection equipment cannot be properly tested using dead anthrax.
JUPITR ATD also considers the use of mosquitoes as viable vectors for biological warfare. Now read these statements made by USAPHC personnel, based in the United States, in July 2014 regarding a disease called Chikungunya: “Surveillance of any disease vectors involves cooperation across the military public health system. The entomological sciences and laboratory programs detect infected mosquitoes, while the Disease Epidemiology Program monitors human outbreaks and case reports in our Army population.”-then Lieutenant Colonel Laura Pacha

If readers still have doubts about JUPITR ATD, please go to the official National Defense Industrial Association website that released “unclassified” info about the program, back in March 2013. Since then JUPITR ATD has expanded across the World, through the United States, Australia, United Kingdom and now includes USAFRICOM in west Africa.
The latest news about the “mistaken” shipments of live anthrax from Dugway, in Utah, show that the U.S. Army has been shipping out live biological warfare agents for at least ten years (as I’ve written about in earlier posts), long before the JUPITR ATD program officially began. The official explanation is that the Army post that has been dealing with biological weapons for decades suddenly lacks effective and standardized procedures! Can you say Bull-Shit?

A 65 years old Middle East Respiratory Syndrome victim died in a Lower Saxony hospital, in Germany. German health administrators are now claiming the man did not die from the virus itself, but secondary infections. They say the man got sick while in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). So far 2-hundred Germans have been tested for MERS.
KSA reports the death of a 77 years old man from MERS.
Confirmed number of MERS cases in Republic of Korea (RoK) now at 162. All are connected to hospitals or ambulance services. Deaths from Middle East Respiratory Syndrome now at 20. It’s being pointed out that the deaths involve people who were suffering from other medical problems. 19 people have been declared cured and released from hospitals.
RoK has locked down/quarantined 6,508 people as of 17 June, that’s an increase of 922 from the day before!
Administrators with China’s Fudan University and U.S. National Institutes of Health claim to have developed antibodies to MERS. They say the m336 antibody worked well in tests on non-human animals.

My research now leads me to believe that many of the bacterial and viral outbreaks over the past few years can be directly tied to a U.S. Army program called JUPITR ATD (Joint USFK Portal Integrated Threat Recognition, Advanced Technology Demonstration). It was originally intended for experiments in Republic of Korea, but then spread to west Africa.

It must be noted that the involvement of U.S. AFRICOM with JUPITR ATD coincides with the recent ebola outbreak. It must be noted that Republic of Korea is dealing with a mysterious MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) outbreak that seems to be concentrated in their hospitals.
The JUPITR ATD is officially about trying to develop a fast, cheap and standardized way of detecting biological weapons deployed during combat. Currently the detection of bio and chemical weapons is not fast or reliable, and is not standardized within the NATO Members or NATO Partners. The problem with the JUPITR ADT Program is that in order to test their experimental equipment they must use live viruses and bacteria, and it must be done in a ‘real world’ environment (mainly outdoors).
Read the following U.S. Army statements from 2013 and 2014, noting the types of ‘agents’ being used and the locations, you’ll begin to connect the dots.

The DPRK (Korea north) is accusing the supposed mistaken shipments of live weaponized anthrax from the United States (since 2005) to be part of an operation called Jupiter Plan. The DPRK has asked the UN Security Council to investigate.
According to news reports out of Republic of Korea (RoK, Korea south) not only has weaponized anthrax been sent out by Utah, but so has a deadly version of botulinum toxin type A (aka botulism or botox)!
I’ve discovered it’s called the JUPITR ATD Program, run by the U.S. Army’s Edgewood Chemical Biological Center. JUPITR stands for Joint USFK (United States Forces Korea) Portal and Integrated Threat Recognition. ATD stands for Advanced Technology Demonstration. Today the Obama regime’s Department of Defense (DoD) has revealed that live weaponized anthrax from Utah’s Dugway Proving Ground was shipped to Camp Zama in Japan, in 2005.
It should be noted that infamous Japanese terror group Aum Shinrikyo (the ones who launched a chemical weapons attack in a Tokyo subway in 1995) stockpiled anthrax and ebola! That terror group is still alive and well. By 2007 Aum Shinrikyo split into two sub-groups; Aleph and Hikari no Wa. In January 2015 Japan’s Public Security Examination Commission claimed they had the groups under surveillance. It’s estimated that the number of people who’ve joined Aum Shinrikyo, since the 1995 chemical attack, is more than 2-thousand.
The number of laboratories that got live anthrax has been increased to 69. Anthrax was also shipped to a privately run lab in United Kingdom, in 2007. Government administrators refuse to reveal the name of the lab.
It was also revealed that Dugway Proving Ground was caught (by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) shipping live anthrax in 2007, but nothing was done to stop it! The CDC report said personnel at Dugway knew the anthrax was alive when they shipped it out!

For years we’ve been told China has no petroleum, but a new oil survey says otherwise.
The China Shale Gas Resources Survey says China is sitting on 25-trillion cubic meters of natural gas. That’s 6-trillion more than what the United States is sitting on!
The Chinese government is already spending millions of USD developing the shale fields. China’s state-owned Sinopec is already extracting the gas: “We produce 20 to 40 cubic meters of shale gas every day. That meets just about 50 thousand household’s energy demand for one day.”-Ouyang Liming, Jianghan Oilfield 2nd Shale Gas Platform
Analysts point out that most of China’s shale petroleum is inside mountains, and China does not have the water resources that the United States has. However, Chinese scientist are trying to create waterless fracking technology.
So what part of China has the most petroleum? Why, the very region where China is stealing land from the native Uygur Muslims.
The Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is being turned into a massive energy hub. Not only does it have the most natural gas, it also has the most oil and coal of all the territories controlled by China. The U.S. Energy Information Administration estimates that 40% of China’s petroleum reserves are in the Uygur region.
By the end of this year Uygur natural gas production is expected to hit 30.5-billion cubic meters. There’s so much natural gas in the area that U.S. based General Electric (GE) is building nine small-scale LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) plants.
Not only is the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region sitting on a lot of oil, but according to PetroChina consultant Lin Boqiang “…all the imported resources from Central Asia, oil and gas, go through Xinjiang and then get distributed from there.”
This massive new oil production and transportation system is what President Xi Xinping is talking about when he mentions “The New Silk Road”.

The fact that almost all new cases of MERS were contracted in hospitals the UN’s World Health Organization is warning that emergency room procedures need to change. Lee Jong-koo is working with a UNWHO team investigating why so many people are getting sick in hospitals.
Preliminary results suggest that what happened was at the beginning a few people who got sick sought help through hospital ERs. They came into contact with many healthcare workers before being diagnosed with MERS. Those healthcare workers got sick and then spread it to other healthcare workers.
UNWHO investigators are suggesting new ER procedures, such as limiting contact between healthcare workers and incoming patients, until a diagnoses is made. Also, constantly transferring ER patients from room to room should be stopped, and patients should be kept separated from other patients. Basically ERs need to start operating as if there’s an epidemic taking place all the time!
Republic of Korea now reports 122 confirmed cases. The new cases include a migrant healthcare worker from China.
The Chinese woman got infected after caring for a sick Korean. As is the trend all new cases were exposed to Middle East Respiratory Syndrome while they were in a hospital.
In China’s Hong Kong, health administrators reported that 31 of 33 people tested for MERS are negative. Apparently they are still waiting for results for two people.

There are new reports that the evil backer of Islamic State (DAESH) and ally of the United States, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is about to finalize a deal to buy nuclear weapons from Pakistan.
This ‘deal’ has been in the works for a while. In November 2013, the BBC reported “Saudi nuclear weapons ‘on order’ from Pakistan”.
It also turns out that Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) has been, and is, financing Pakistan’s nuclear weapons program. This is pure hypocrisy considering the war mongering of Israel and the United States against Iran for having a peaceful nuclear power program, and for the possibility that Iran could make their own nuclear weapons.
It’s also hypocrisy because KSA signed onto the Treaty on the Nonproliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) in 1988. Despite signing onto the NPT a detailed report by Nuclear Threat Initiative shows that KSA has always been trying to get ‘The Bomb’: “…Muhammad Khilewi, a former Saudi diplomat who defected to the United States in the 1990s. Disclosing thousands of documents he claimed to have copied directly from official Saudi sources, Khilewi asserted that since 1975 Riyadh had sought to acquire nuclear weapons. Khilewi maintained that following the 1973 Arab-Israeli War Saudi Arabia set up a clandestine program run out of the Al-Kharj nuclear research center at a remote military facility near the town of Al-Sulayyil southwest of Riyadh. In a 1998 interview, he also claimed Saudi Arabia had spent millions to support the Iraqi and Pakistani nuclear weapons programs….. …..Riyadh provided Saddam Hussein with nearly $5 billion to finance Iraq’s clandestine nuclear weapons program between 1975 and 1990. Such funding was allegedly part of Saudi Arabia’s broader financial support to Iraq during the Iran-Iraq war, which, according to Khilewi, amounted to $25 billion. In exchange for its financial backing, Saudi Arabia would purportedly receive some of the Iraqi nuclear weapons once they were produced. In addition, Saudi scientists reportedly received nuclear weapons-related training in Iraq as part of the deal.”

Obama regime’s Secretary of Defense, Ash Carter, says the U.S. Navy will deploy a fleet to the South China Sea to challenge China’s ops in the Spratly Islands. Carter says the Obama regime is using the excuse of protecting “freedom of navigation” and “world trade”.
Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia will join the U.S. Navy in increasing joint patrols of the South China Sea, using the excuse of fighting “piracy”.
Former enemies Vietnam and United States have been holding joint naval drills at least since 2012, this is the year China took control of Scarborough Shoal within the Philippines’ exclusive economic zone. However, according to U.S. Naval War College “Starting in 2010, the U.S. and Vietnam accelerated this process effectively forming a partnership on several fronts. The Obama administration identified Vietnam as one of the new partners to cultivate as part of its ‘rebalancing’ of U.S. priorities toward the Asia-Pacific region, a move commonly referred to as the U.S.’s ‘pivot’ to the Pacific.” Adding that “The U.S. and Vietnam should continue to develop military ties regardless of China’s concerns.”
In April this year, the U.S. Navy conducted five days of war games with Vietnam. In recent months Vietnam and China had several run-ins (literally) between fishing and military boats.
Also in April, the U.S. and Philippines conducted their biggest joint war games in the past 15 years, called Operation Balikatan. The Obama regime stated the war game is part of their Pacific Pathways strategy.

China recently stated they reserve the right to create a Air Defense Zone over what they say are their territories of the South China Sea. This is in response to constant overflights by military spy planes of other countries such as the United States and Philippines.
The British empire country of Australia responded by warning China that the lucrative trade deals between the two countries could be threatened if China continues its work in the Spratly Islands.
At the same time that the Obama regime is gearing up for war with China, Obama is selling nuclear tech to China! On 12 May 2015, Obama pleaded with the U.S. Congress to renew a 30 years deal to continue selling nuclear technologies to China! This comes as senators express concern that China was using the nuclear tech to create weapon systems, in violation of the deal. And this while the Obama regime continues to threaten war on Iran, using the excuse of preventing Iran from developing their own nuclear tech!
