The President’s Actions to Reduce Gun Violence

So President Obama is taking executive action to reduce gun violence. Here’s what his actions are designed to do:

Keep guns out of the wrong hands through background checks

  • The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is making clear that it doesn’t matter where you conduct your business—from a store, at gun shows, or over the Internet: If you’re in the business of selling firearms, you must get a license and conduct background checks.
  • ATF is finalizing a rule to require background checks for people trying to buy some of the most dangerous weapons and other items through a trust, corporation, or other legal entity.
  • Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch has sent a letter to States highlighting the importance of receiving complete criminal history records and criminal dispositions, information on persons disqualified because of a mental illness, and qualifying crimes of domestic violence.
  • The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is overhauling the background check system to make it more effective and efficient. The envisioned improvements include processing background checks 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and improving notification of local authorities when certain prohibited persons unlawfully attempt to buy a gun. The FBI will hire more than 230 additional examiners and other staff to help process these background checks.

Make our communities safer from gun violence

  • The Attorney General convened a call with U.S. Attorneys around the country to direct federal prosecutors to continue to focus on smart and effective enforcement of our gun laws.
  • The President’s FY2017 budget will include funding for 200 new ATF agents and investigators to help enforce our gun laws.
  • ATF has established an Internet Investigation Center to track illegal online firearms trafficking and is dedicating $4 million and additional personnel to enhance the National Integrated Ballistics Information Network.
  • ATF is finalizing a rule to ensure that dealers who ship firearms notify law enforcement if their guns are lost or stolen in transit.
  • The Attorney General issued a memo encouraging every U.S. Attorney’s Office to renew domestic violence outreach efforts.

Increase mental health treatment and reporting to the background check system

  • The Administration is proposing a new $500 million investment to increase access to mental health care.
  • The Social Security Administration has indicated that it will begin the rulemaking process to include information in the background check system about beneficiaries who are prohibited from possessing a firearm for mental health reasons.
  • The Department of Health and Human Services is finalizing a rule to remove unnecessary legal barriers preventing States from reporting relevant information about people prohibited from possessing a gun for specific mental health reasons.

Shape the future of gun safety technology

  • The President has directed the Departments of Defense, Justice, and Homeland Security to conduct or sponsor research into gun safety technology
  • The President has also directed the departments to review the availability of smart gun technology on a regular basis, and to explore potential ways to further its use and development to more broadly improve gun safety.

When was the last time a mass shooting was conducted by a senile old person who couldn’t even wipe their own ass?

The Obama regime has revealed what the new martial law executive order gun ban will look like, and you might be surprised at one group of citizens the gun ban targets: senile old people getting Social Security!

According to the press release by the Obama regime they will use Social Security records to judge who is mentally not fit to own a gun.  So actually this targets not just old people, but people of any age who qualify to get Social Security assistance (stop calling it a ‘benefit’, the majority of recipients paid for it through taxes): “The Social Security Administration has indicated that it will begin the rulemaking process to include information in the background check system about beneficiaries who are prohibited from possessing a firearm for mental health reasons.”–The President’s Actions to Reduce Gun Violence, whitehouse.gov

This new executive order gun ban not only violates the 2nd Amendment but it also violates the 5th Amendment: “No person shall be…deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law…”

This implies the involvement of courts, the Social Security Administration (SSA) is not part of the justice system.  To use the SSA to justify revoking a citizens 2nd Amendment Right is unconstitutional.

Investigators within the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) have given damning data to the Associated Press  showing that between 2010 and 2014 at least 1-thousand 584 U.S. children were sexually abused by U.S. military personnel!

The investigation by Associated Press also showed that the number one reason for military personnel being jailed in military prison is child sexual abuse.  The numbers revealed are just the tip of the iceberg as the DoD does not officially track such cases and many of the documents Associated Press got from the DoD were redacted (blacked out).

In some cases the sex crimes are discovered after personnel are arrested for a different crime.

The overwhelming majority of U.S. military personnel clam to be Christians.

The U.S. state of Rhode Island has mandated a vaccine for all 7th graders, only the vaccine is potentially deadly!

It’s the Gardasil HPV vaccine known to have harmful side effects, including blindness, seizures, infertility and even death (sounds more like a population control drug).  The side effects have been documented but hidden in countries that have been forcing girls to take the vaccine.  In the U.S. it’s taken several court actions to gain public access to HPV vaccination data.  Despite the known side effects most parents report they were never told of the ill effects of the vaccine that’s supposed to stop a specific type of virus suspected of causing cancer.

Even the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the U.S. government, are being suspected of coverup as they are the world’s number one buyers of the Gardasil HPV vaccine (apparently they’ve spent at least $4-billion of your tax dollars on the drug), and they even earn royalties off the sales of the drug made by Merck.

Iran-China Joint Chamber of Commerce announced plans to conduct trade between China and Iran using only the rial (IRR) and yuan (CNY).

Majid-Reza Hariri, boss of Iran-China Joint Chamber of Commerce, admitted that by accepting China’s yuan for oil purchases it would greatly weaken the U.S. dollar (USD).

The details of how Iran and China will exchange currencies, for all trade under the new deal, have yet to be worked out.

In 2014 trade between China and Iran increased by 30% from the previous year.   That trade hit the equivalent of $50-billion USD in transactions.

It should be noted that because of international sanctions, led by the United States, China still owes Iran $20-billion USD for past oil shipments.  However, this past Friday Iranian reports said China began a $17-billion USD investment program into Iran’s petrochemical industry.

A federal fascist court judge ordered a father and son rancher team back to federal prison after they had already served their time! As a result hundreds of militia personnel and protestors from Idaho, Utah, Nevada and several other states descended upon Burns, Oregon.

In 2012 Dwight Lincoln Hammond Junior and his son Steven Dwight Hammond were convicted of illegally setting fires on grazing land they had leased from the federal Bureau of Land Management.  They claimed it was to rid the land of invasive plants (that the cows refuse to eat) and to reduce the potential for wildfires.  However, in the case of a 2001 wildfire witnesses say the Hammonds started the fire with malicious intent, and were illegally hunting deer.  (it must be noted that even local Oregonian news sources still refer to the 2001 ‘arson’ as a “prescribed burn”)

The Hammonds served a maximum prison sentence of one year (reports are confusing, it seems Dwight served three months and Steven served one year, yet even local TV news reporters contradict their own text version of their report by saying on video they both served 90 days?), but federal judge Ann Aiken declare their sentences too lenient stating the federal minimum for arson on federal land is five years and ordered them back into a California prison!  The Hammonds claim they will peacefully report for their new prison sentences.

However, the case has upset many ranchers and farmers throughout the western U.S., with at least two militia groups saying enough is enough: “We’ve had the same problems in Utah and Nevada.”-Shannon Cox, protestor from Utah

Some protestors conducted a peaceful march through the town of Burns, stopping to throw pennies at the Sheriff’s office while chanting “Sell-out, sell-out!”   Openly armed protestors seized the federal Malheur National Wildlife Refuge HQ, telling local news media  “This will become a base place for patriots from all over the country to come and be housed here, and we’re planning on staying here for several years.”

Paranoid Police Parents kill their own daughter!

To show you how paranoid police in the United States have become, a female 9-1-1 dispatcher in Florida shot and killed her own 27 years old daughter thinking she was invading her home!  The husband of the dispatcher is also a cop, an undercover cop.

9-1-1 call recordings reveal the Paranoid Police Parents never told the dispatcher that they had shot their own daughter!  In typical police coverup fashion they make it sound like their daughter is suffering a medical emergency relating to her heart pacemaker!

Investigating police quickly closed the case, basically saying ‘nothing to see here, move along.’  Investigators refuse to publicly name the Paranoid Police Parents who killed their own daughter.

Other threats to national security identified by Russia include “products with GMOs”, “restrictive economic measures, global and regional economic crises, increasing unfair competition, misuse of corporate funds……shortage of mineral resources , water and biological resources”  and “The growing influence of political factors on the economic processes, as well as attempts by individual states use economic methods, tools, financial, trade, investment and technology policies to solve its geopolitical problems weaken the stability of the system of international economic relations.”

Russia also believes the ‘West’s’ push for one world government (New World Order) “is accompanied by the growth of regional and global instability. Exacerbated contradictions related to the uneven global development, widening gap between levels of well-being of countries, the struggle for resources, access to markets, control of transport routes”.

From new anti-2nd Amendment bills in Congress to Barack Obama about to issue a new executive order, and despite most gun violence now being perpetrated by police, the Right to Keep and Bear Arms is about to end!

Multiple news reports say the Obama regime will announce, in the next few days, an executive order that might include requiring all people who sell guns (whether they consider themselves gun dealers or not) to pay for a federal license and conduct background checks.

The U.S. Congress has introduced a number of anti-2nd Amendment bills, the most recent is H.R. 4269, the Assault Weapons Ban of 2015,  and earlier in 2015 H.R.226, Keeping Guns from High Risk Individuals Act.

In anti-2nd Amendment (therefore anti-American) California a new law gives police the authority to walk into your home and take your guns without a stated reason! You don’t even have to be accused of a crime!  The law is currently known as AB 1014 Gun violence restraining order.   Los Angeles police despot Michael Moore said the law allows them to put citizens in “time out” while they conduct “further examination of the person’s mental state.”

Like the crying, whining, spoiled brat that it is, the United States is about to impose new sanctions against Iran, Hong Kong and United Arab Emirates, despite that nuclear deal!    This time it’s over Iran’s ballistic missile production.

But here’s some economic retaliation for you; Iran has revealed that it spends less than $10 USD to produce a barrel of oil!  Oil prices less than $30 per barrel could kill the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and even some European and U.S. oil companies!

Iranian oil ministers claim that even at $30 per barrel Iran will see a 5% increase in economic growth in Gregorian year 2016!  Their oil production is positioned to simply increase volume as prices fall, and still make money.  They also predict oil prices will remain below $60 per barrel for at least four years.
