Trilateral Commission’s North American Region member Canada has closed its embassy in Ukraine.  This comes as the Ukrainian government declared open season on insurgents supported by the Trilateral Commission’s European Region (aka European Union) and North American Region (Canada, United States and Mexico).

Ukrainian national police boss, Oleksandr Yakymenko, says his state police have noted that the Obama regime insurgents have suddenly acquired at least 15-hundred infantry weapons, with ammo (in a country where there is strict anti-gun laws)!  Army Colonel General Volodymyr Zamana has been fired.  Admiral Yuriy Ilyin is now the new boss of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Chiefs of General Staff.

Rand Paul, U.S. Senator from Kentucky, and hundreds of thousands of U.S. citizens (through the FreedomWorks group) have united and filed a class action lawsuit against the Obama regime’s NSA program.

Dozens of lawsuits have been filed in federal courts in the states of California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, New York, Oregon and Virginia.  Click here to see a list of lawsuits, including some that have been successful!

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is also supporting lawsuits, which is actually inspiring individuals to file their own suits against the Obama regime.

In Idaho, Anna Smith (wife, mother, night shift nurse and pissed off Verizon customer) filed her own lawsuit against Obama in June 2013.  Her husband is also her attorney, and was motivated to take action when he read about the ACLU lawsuits: “It’s kind of the American way to stand up to authority when you feel something is wrong. A top 10 U.S. bank, Capital One (who sells itself as being consumer friendly), has a new policy:  Owe us money? Expect a personal visit from our new bill collection police force: “we may contact you in any manner we choose…..at your home and at your place of employment.”

This violates the 4th Amendment of the U.S. Bill of Rights.  A dip schtick lawyer in California told the Los Angeles Times that the 4th Amendment applies only to government law enforcement.  Guess what?  There is no specific mention of government law enforcement in the 4th Amendment, it simply states U.S. citizens shall not be subject to unwarranted searches, period!  (oh, never mind that many cops already violate this Constitutional RIGHT)

Capital One also said they can hide their identity from you: “We may modify or suppress caller ID and similar services and identify ourselves on these services in any manner we choose.”

A Capital One official lied to the Los Angeles Times saying “….some local phone exchanges may display our number differently. This is beyond our control, and we want our cardholders to be aware of that potential occurrence.”

If that’s the case why didn’t they say it that way in their new contract.  The key word in their new contract is “we”, meaning Capital One, not the local phone companies.

World War 3, Asian Front-Afghanistan, 09-12 February 2014: Afghan government forces attacking U.S. personnel! UFOs crashing in Afghanistan? U.S. taxpayers being forced to fork out $300 million more in AID!

Helmand Province: In Nad Ali District, Mujahideen reporting they learned that an impending Israeli style home invasion was to take place. They booby trapped the house with explosives.  The result was the evil U.S. led invaders had to be medevaced by helicopter.

Herat Province: Italy has pledged $200-million USD of their taxpayer’s money to Afghanistan. The money is to be used to build new roads and an international airport.

Kabul Province: A U.S. convoy, near the Pul-e-Charkhi prison, was hit by a suicide car bomber.  Mujahideen then attacked with machine guns.  Initial reports said dozens of U.S. led personnel were wounded, three civilians killed.  The U.S. embassy confirmed that two of those killed were U.S. contractors: “The United States Embassy condemns the terror attack in Kabul today that killed two civilian contractors employed by the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) and wounded a number of Afghans and foreign nationals.” 

News media reports out of the U.S. state of Washington revealed that the U.S. contractors killed were evil for profit prison guards!

Kapisa Province: In Tagab District, a U.S. Army Special Forces Sergeant (from Florida) and a U.S. Army Special Forces Specialist (from Oregon) were killed when Afghan National Army (ANA) personnel attacked them.  Four other U.S. Army personnel were wounded in the ‘Green on Blue’ attack.  Mujahideen report they observed the Green on Blue attack and said it was so violent that at least eight civilians were killed by the cross fire between the ANA and U.S. forces.

Khost Province: In Bak District, Obama’s Presidential Guards(?) conducted Israeli style home invasion, killing one person and wounding three others.

Maidan Wardak Province:  In Syed Abad District, an Israeli style invasion resulted in one man being kidnapped, several homes being bombed and 12 motorcycles being destroyed.  In Dai Merdad District, an unknown aircraft has crashed.  U.S. led ISAF confirmed: “We are aware of reports of an unknown aircraft down in eastern Afghanistan. Currently, there are no operational reports to indicate ISAF involvement and there were no reports of insurgent activity in the area at the time of the incident was reported.”

Nangarhar Province: In Shirzad District, reports of a major battle. At least 20 people killed.  The Afghan National Army launched an operation to take control of Mujahideen territory.  Mujahideen say the U.S.-ANA offensive kidnapped three innocent civilians.  In Chaprihar District, a U.S.-ANA (Obama’s Presidential Guards?) Israeli style night time home invasion resulted in seven people being kidnapped.

Paktika Province: Near Sharana City, an explosion wounded 11 people.

Parwan Province: At Bagram airbase a U.S. Army PFC and a U.S. Army Specialist (both from Kentucky) were killed.  The PFC was killed in a “non-hostile” incident. The Specialist was killed during an RPG attack by Mujahideen.

The Afghan Health Ministry reports the first case of polio in 13 years.  Health workers are refusing to conduct a vaccination program, not because they don’t trust the vaccine, but because they say they’re not being paid enough.

The Obama regime has announced they will milk U.S. taxpayers for another $300-million for a new USAID program. According to an Obama regime lackey, the money being stolen from the U.S. taxpayer is to help boost the Afghan economy: “There’s going to be a lull in the economy, and we want to minimize that lull.”-Larry Sampler, United States Agency for International Development

In Oklahoma, a man who tried to stop his wife from leaving in a theater parking lot, after she got into an argument with their daughter, got beat to death by NAZIland Moore cops.

The wife said she recorded the incident on her cell phone cam, but the Obama sucking cops stole her phone.

According to reports, the man ran after his wife, from a movie theater into the parking lot where five ‘Christian’ boot jacking cops stopped him.  When he tried to go around them they threw him to the ground then pummeled his face until he was dead: “When they flipped him over you could see all the blood on his face, he was disfigured, you couldn’t recognize him……..They didn’t really give an explanation.”-Lunahi Rodriguez, daughter

The evil Oklahoma ‘Christian’ cops claimed the man simply stopped breathing while they tried to handcuff him!

In California, evil ‘Christian’ Obama licking cops beat a deaf man after he tried to tell them he was deaf by using sign language.  The NAZIland Hawthorne Police Department beat the man, choked him and tased him, according to a lawsuit by The Greater Los Angeles Agency on Deafness.

The sicko ‘Christian’ Hawthorne cops actually stated that the deaf man caused the problem by using sign language: “In almost all cases, it is the person’s behavior and actions who we contact that dictate police response rather than the communication barriers present. A man who was forced to watch as the satanic ‘Christian’ Hawthorne Police Department killed his dog (in June 2013) has filed a lawsuit claiming the Zionist loving cops are corrupted and are engaging in deliberate Israeli style policy of intimidating the public.  He says the cops shot his dog in front of him in order to “intimidate and harm him and to cause psychological trauma”.

The Los Angeles Police Commission is reported to change the way it investigates police shootings.  Supposedly the Commission will now consider evidence that the gottdamned NAZI cop actually created the environment in which “deadly force” had to used!  This is also a revelation, meaning the Commission has never considered such evidence in past shootings!

In Vermont, cops have been so evil that state lawmakers are pushing a bill that would require tougher training standards and give the court system power to police the police training.  However, the NAZIland cops are fighting back, telling lawmakers to bud out of police business.   Windham County NAZI Sheriff, Keith Clark, says the new professional discipline measure “…steps on some of my authority…”  Yeah, just like you like to step on our Rights!

In Wisconsin, a NAZIland police boss was arrested for diving drunk.  The Amery police chief was arrested by a Polk County Sheriff’s deputy, after he drove the car into a ditch.

The private NAZIland police force belonging to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey are being investigated as Chris Christie thugs.  Unnamed Port Authority personnel have told regional news media that the Port Authority police were instrumental in effecting the false flag shut down of the George Washington Bridge.

According to the latest Federal Bureau of Investigation data, a record 3128+ Americans renounced their U.S. citizenship in 2013!   The data was made public after a Canadian news source filed a U.S. freedom-of-information demand.

But wait there’s more!  The Global News discovered that FBI data, concerning people who reject U.S. citizenship, is much higher than what the IRS and even the Department of State (DoS) has reported!  This revelation also shows that the FBI tracks former citizens!

Here’s why the FBI numbers are higher than what the IRS and DoS reports.  There is the officially recognized ‘renunciation’ of citizenship, which can cost $450 USD, and there’s the free unofficial ‘relinquishment’ of citizenship.  The FBI tracks both.

Compare the renunciation of  citizenship of U.S. residents to Canadians: An average of 172 Canadians renounce their citizenship every year, the number of U.S.ians who reject their citizenship is now in the thousands every year!

The latest report to Congress by the U.S. National Taxpayer Advocate blames the increased loss of U.S. citizens on the British empire type of taxation of U.S. citizens living in other countries.  FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) imposes massive fines, even tens of thousands of dollars for just being late with the filing!

But remember, the number of citizenship renunciations pales in comparison to the number of  ‘mericans simply fleeing their country.  According to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, U.S. citizens are the number one migrant group moving TO Mexico, by almost 1-million in 2010!  But the Obama regime has this warning: “Persons who wish to renounce U.S. citizenship should be aware of the fact that renunciation of U.S. citizenship may have no effect whatsoever on his or her U.S. tax or military service obligations….”-U.S. Department of State

The Associated Press reporting that ‘elected’ and appointed Idaho officials have spent at least $18-million USD in Idahoan’s tax dollars on out of state attorneys!

The AP had to file a public records request with the State Comptroller in order to reveal the taxpayer rip off that took place over the past three years (at least).

The AP also discovered that out of state lawyer fees, paid by the dumb taxpayers who supposedly continue to re-elect the government thieves, range from $125 to more than $300 per hour!  How much does a in-state Idaho lawyer cost taxpayers?  Only $54 per hour!!!

The AP also reported that the governor/dictator Butch Otter loves using out-o-state attorneys.

Radiation leak in the United States! Real life emergency as alarms sound at WIPP!

Radiation alarms have been going off at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant near Carlsbad, New Mexico, since Friday night!  Most employees have been sent home, sensors indicate alpha and beta contamination in the air!  Local news media reports said employees were seen taking soil samples, but say no contamination found, so far.

The alarms went off as WIPP was being prepped for routine maintenance ops.  High levels of airborne radiation is being detected near WIPP’s Panel 7, Room 7, in the south salt mine.  DoE officials admitted alarms have gone off before, but were always determined to be false alarms.  This time they are concerned because the levels being detected, now, have never been seen before: “I can’t tell you the amount or level but they were elevated and above normal, above background….”-Roger Nelson, DoE

Several days ago a WIPP salt truck caused an evacuation when it caught on fire!  DoE officials say there is no connection to the current radiation leak and the truck fire.
