America’s Back Yard: Will new 9-11 attack come from the new money magnet of Bahamas? Interesting things happening on the Caribbean islands, Mormon Jewish connection?

24 June 2014 (10:40 UTC-07 Tango)/25 Sha’ban 1435/03 Tir 1393/27 Geng Wu 4712

Your ‘elected’ officials know of coming massive 9-11 style attack!

The U.S. Department of State (DoS) claims violent crime in Bahamas is skyrocketing.  It’s so bad that in July 2013 the Bahamian government halted the publication of violent crime stats!  70% of the population are crammed into the capital city of Nassau, where most crimes take place.  Despite tough anti-gun laws (you must be approved by the government to own a gun) the U.S. DoS says the overwhelming increase in violent crimes involve the use of guns (as well as edged weapons).  Those violent crimes seem to be targeting the increase in U.S. citizens  going there for vacation, or to work for the budding oil industry.  Several U.S. citizens have been killed.  In Freeport the weapon of choice is the machete.

The growing incarceration of Bahamians has created a profitable prison industry, making the souvenirs that tourist from the U.S. buy.

Also, the U.S. DoS has just announced that Bahamas “…is a destination, source, and transit country for…..forced labor and sex trafficking…….some U.S. nationals…..had their movement restricted and passports taken, activities indicative of human trafficking…….passports were taken and movement restricted among some non-migrant Chinese workers……..The Government of The Bahamas does not comply fully with the minimum standards for the elimination of trafficking…”

Despite the skyrocketing violent crime, Bahamas has become a money magnet, attracting U.S. banks, U.S. oil companies, U.S. airlines and even the U.S. and Chinese governments.  (there are at least 110 U.S. corporations doing business on the tiny island country)

Tourism is officially the top industry, but the fastest growing industries in Bahamas are illegal drugs trafficking, the budding U.S. dominated oil/natural gas exploration/development (predominantly in the Old Bahama Channel), and maritime port services.  Just days ago China announced it will spend $39-million USD on building a port on Abaco island for its trading fleet.  This is the first business venture in Bahamas for China.

Apparently it’s U.S. citizens who’re involved in the illegal drug smuggling industry.  Recently several U.S. citizens were convicted in Bahamian court of smuggling drugs.

Despite the 2005 creation of the Bahamas Petroleum Company, the oil industry is employing mainly U.S. citizens, and, according to environmental watchdog reEarth, it’s also destroying the local fishing industry.

Illegal drugs and the promise of big oil have resulted in U.S. airlines deciding to begin direct flights to Nassau.  This is interesting because many U.S. airlines have cut routes within the United States, claiming they are losing money.

Just last week several airlines announced their new non-stop routes to Nassau, they are: JetBlue, Delta, SouthWest, Sun Country and United.  That’s a lot of flights to a tiny island country.

But wait, even Air Canada will soon be making stops in Bahamas.

These airlines will bring only more U.S. citizens for vacations and for employment in Bahamas.  The people of Bahamas are not benefitting at all, hence the skyrocketing crime, especially against U.S. citizens.

Even the International Monetary Fund (IMF) wants to get their hands on the big money in Bahamas, by demanding the government drastically raise taxes: “The IMF has estimated that The Bahamas collects only 40 per cent of its maximum attainable tax-to-GDP ratio as determined by the economic structure of the country, a metric on which it ranks 92nd out of 98 nations…..The Bahamas is not realising anywhere near its potential revenue on property taxes…….Reforms include the development of a new computerised system for the processing of transactions, training for staff in the implementation of the new trade agreements, the introduction of a new K9 unit, and the enhancement of the existing marine unit”-Compass Lexecon

How important is Bahamas to the elite 1% of Washington DC?

Edward Snowden revealed that for years the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA) has been recording every cell phone call made in Bahamas!   According to NSA documents released by Snowden, the official reason for spying on every cell phone user in Bahamas is to monitor the illegal drugs trafficking (despite many drug traffickers being U.S. citizens).  The NSA operation is known as SOMALGET. Now the government of Bahamas has hired legal council to explore the possibility of suing the NSA.

At the beginning of 2014, Bahamian port officials revealed they were being trained up by U.S. Department of Energy to detect radiation, supposedly over concerns of products being shipped in from Japan.

On 19 June 2014, for the first time, Bahamas opened an Embassy Consular Annex in Washington DC.  Fred Mitchell, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration, stated “this office has good reason to be here.”

And now for the recent/former U.S. Ambassador to Bahamas, Ned Siegel.   Siegal is now on the board of directors for VeriTeq.  VeriTeq is the company involved in implantable RFID chips, and radiation dosimeters.

“Mr. Siegel has a close personal interest and is active in many Jewish causes where he served as a member of the national Board of Directors of the Republican Jewish Coalition in Washington, D.C., as well as Chairman of the Republican Jewish Coalition of Florida. He also served on the Board of The American Jewish Committee, South Central Florida Chapter, and as Co-President of the board of the Jewish National Fund’s South Palm Beach County Region. He is active in the Israeli Bonds program, Temple B’nai Torah in Boca Raton, and Chabad Lubavitch of Greater Boynton, where he served as Executive Chairman of the Executive Committee.”-U.S. Department of State

October 2007: President George W. Bush appoints Ned Siegel ambassador to Bahamas.

2006: President George W. Bush appoints Siegel as Representative of the United States to the United Nations.

2003: President George W. Bush appoints Siegel to the Board of Directors Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC).

June 2001:  Florida Governor Jeb Bush appoints Siegel to Enterprise Florida’s Board of Directors, and to the Board of Directors to the Space Research and Commerce Park Planning & Development Committee at John F. Kennedy Space Center.

1997: According to VeriTeq, Siegel expanded his Real Estate empire to “…energy, utilities, infrastructure, financial services, oil and gas, and cyber and security technologies, with its primary focus on the United States, Israel, the Caribbean and Latin America markets.”

1977: Despite having a law degree, Siegel goes into Real Estate.  According to the DoS “By 1980, Ned Siegel had expanded the company into one of the largest residential developers in the nation…”

2011: President Barack Obama appoints John W. “Dink” Dinkelman new U.S. Ambassador to Bahamas.  Described as an Army Brat, Dinkelman considers Provo, Utah, his adopted hometown.

2002-2007:  Dinkelman given credit for the training of more than 40% of all incoming Foreign Service Officers.

1984: Dinkelman graduates from Brigham Young University and goes straight to work for the U.S. State Department.  According to a BYU Magazine article, Mormons make up a large number of Foreign Service Officers. BYU is in the top 10 providers of State Department employees. BYU Magazine also implied that Mormons use their government jobs to proselytize: “In the truest sense, alumni in the diplomatic corps of the Foreign Service are representatives of their country—and their church….”

Martial Law U.S.A.: OSC reveals more proof that Obama’s VA is culling veterans in “ghost clinics”, using “blind schedules” & “bad boy lists”!

June 23, 2014

Continued Deficiencies at Department of Veterans Affairs’ Facilities

Dear Mr. President: I am providing you with the U.S. Office of Special Counsel’s (OSC) findings on whistleblower disclosures from employees at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi (Jackson VAMC). The Jackson VAMC cases are part of a troubling pattern of responses by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to similar disclosures from whistleblowers at VA medical centers across the country. The recent revelations from Phoenix are the latest and most serious in the years-long pattern of disclosures from VA whistleblowers and their struggle to overcome a culture of non-responsiveness. Too frequently, the VA has failed to use information from whistleblowers to identify and address systemic concerns that impact patient care.

As the VA re-evaluates patient care practices, I recommend that the Department’s new leadership also review its process for responding to OSC whistleblower cases. In that regard, I am encouraged by the recent statements from Acting Secretary Sloan Gibson, who recognized the significant contributions whistleblowers make to improving quality of care for veterans. My specific concerns and recommendations are detailed below.

Jackson VAMC

In a letter dated September 17, 2013, I informed you about numerous disclosures regarding patient care at the Jackson VAMC made by Dr. Phyllis Hollenbeck, Dr. Charles Sherwood, and five other whistleblowers at that facility. The VA substantiated these disclosures, which included improper credentialing of providers, inadequate review of radiology images, unlawful prescriptions for narcotics, noncompliant pharmacy equipment used to compound chemotherapy drugs, and unsterile medical equipment. In addition, a persistent patient-care concern involved chronic staffing shortages in the Primary Care Unit. In an attempt to work around this issue, the facility developed “ghost clinics.” In these clinics, veterans were scheduled for appointments in clinics with no assigned provider, resulting in excessive wait times and veterans leaving the facility without receiving treatment.

Despite confirming the problems in each of these (and other) patient-care areas, the VA refused to acknowledge any impact on the health and safety of veterans seeking care at the Jackson VAMC. In my September 17, 2013 letter, I concluded:

“[T]he Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has consistently failed to take responsibility for identified problems. Even in cases of substantiated misconduct, including acknowledged violations of state and federal law, the VA routinely suggests that the problems do not affect patient care.”

A detailed analysis of Dr. Hollenbeck’s and Dr. Sherwood’s disclosures regarding patient care at the Jackson VAMC is enclosed with this letter. I have also enclosed a copy of the agency reports and the whistleblowers’ comments.

Ongoing Deficiencies in VA Responses to Whistleblower Disclosures

OSC continues to receive a significant number of whistleblower disclosures from employees at VA facilities throughout the country. We currently have over 50 pending cases, all of which allege threats to patient health or safety. I have referred 29 of these cases to the VA for investigation. This represents over a quarter of all cases referred by OSC for investigation government-wide.

I remain concerned about the Department’s willingness to acknowledge and address the impact these problems may have on the health and safety of veterans. The VA, and particularly the VA’s Office of the Medical Inspector (OMI), has consistently used a “harmless error” defense, where the Department acknowledges problems but claims patient care is unaffected. This approach has prevented the VA from acknowledging the severity of systemic problems and from taking the necessary steps to provide quality care to veterans. As a result, veterans’ health and safety has been unnecessarily put at risk. Two recent cases illustrate the negative consequences of this approach.

First, in response to a disclosure from a VA employee in Fort Collins, CO, OSC received an OMI report confirming severe scheduling and wait time problems at that facility. The report confirmed multiple violations of VA policies, including the following:

A shortage of providers caused the facility to frequently cancel appointments for veterans. After cancellations, providers did not conduct required follow-up, resulting in situations where “routine primary care needs were not addressed.”

The facility “blind scheduled” veterans whose appointments were canceled, meaning veterans were not consulted when rescheduling the appointment. If a veteran subsequently called to change the blind-scheduled appointment date, schedulers were instructed to record the appointment as canceled at the patient’s request. This had the effect of deleting the initial “desired date” for the appointment, so records would no longer indicate that the initial appointment was actually canceled by the facility.

At the time of the OMI report, nearly 3,000 veterans were unable to reschedule canceled appointments, and one nurse practitioner alone had a total of 975 patients who were unable to reschedule appointments.

Staff were instructed to alter wait times to make the waiting periods look shorter.

Schedulers were placed on a “bad boy” list if their scheduled appointments were greater than 14 days from the recorded “desired dates” for veterans.

In addition, OSC is currently investigating reprisal allegations by two schedulers who were reportedly removed from their positions at Fort Collins and reassigned to Cheyenne, WY, for not complying with the instructions to “zero out” wait times. After these employees were replaced, the officially recorded wait times for appointments drastically “improved,” even though the wait times were actually much longer than the officially recorded data.

Despite these detailed findings, the OMI report concluded, “Due to the lack of specific cases for evaluation, OMI could not substantiate that the failure to properly train staff resulted in a danger to public health and safety.” This conclusion is not only unsupportable on its own, but is also inconsistent with reports by other VA components examining similar patient-care issues. For example, the VA Office of Inspector General recently confirmed that delays in access to patient care for 1,700 veterans at the Phoenix Medical Center “negatively impacted the quality of care at the facility.”

In a second case, a VA psychiatrist disclosed serious concerns about patient neglect in a long-term mental health care facility in Brockton, MA. The OMI report substantiated allegations about severe threats to the health and safety of veterans, including the following:

A veteran with a 100 percent service-connected psychiatric condition was a resident of the facility from 2005 to 2013. In that time, he had only one psychiatric note written in his medical chart, in 2012, when he was first examined by the whistleblower, more than seven years after he was admitted. The note addressed treatment recommendations.

A second veteran was admitted to the facility in 2003, with significant and chronic mental health issues. Yet, his first comprehensive psychiatric evaluation did not occur until 2011, more than eight years after he was admitted, when he was assessed by the whistleblower. No medication assessments or modifications occurred until the 2011 consultation.

Despite these findings, OMI failed to acknowledge that the confirmed neglect of residents at the facility had any impact on patient care. Given the lack of accountability demonstrated in the first OMI report, OSC requested a follow-up report. The second report did not depart from the VA’s typical “harmless error” approach, concluding: “OMI feels that in some areas [the veterans’] care could have been better but OMI does not feel that their patient’s rights were violated.” Such statements are a serious disservice to the veterans who received inadequate patient care for years after being admitted to VA facilities.

Unfortunately, these are not isolated examples. Rather, these cases are part of a troubling pattern of deficient patient care at VA facilities nationwide, and the continued resistance by the VA, and OMI in most cases, to recognize and address the impact on the health and safety of veterans. The following additional examples illustrate this trend:

In Montgomery, AL, OMI confirmed a whistleblower’s allegations that a pulmonologist copied prior provider notes to represent current readings in over 1,200 patient records, likely resulting in inaccurate patient health information being recorded. OMI stated that it could not substantiate whether this activity endangered patient health.

In Grand Junction, CO, OMI substantiated a whistleblower’s concerns that the facility’s drinking water had elevated levels of Legionella bacteria, and standard maintenance and cleaning procedures required to prevent bacterial growth were not performed. After identifying no “clinical consequences” resulting from the unsafe conditions for veterans, OMI determined there was no substantial and specific danger to public health and safety.

In Ann Arbor, MI, a whistleblower alleged that employees were practicing unsafe and unsanitary work practices and that untrained employees were improperly handling surgical instruments and supplies. As a result, OMI partially substantiated the allegations and made 12 recommendations. Yet, the whistleblower informed OSC that it was not clear whether the implementation of the corrective actions resulted in better or safer practices in the sterilization and processing division. OMI failed to address the whistleblower’s specific continuing concerns in a supplemental report.

In Buffalo, NY, OMI substantiated a whistleblower’s allegation that health care professionals do not always comply with VA sterilization standards for wearing personal protective equipment, and that these workers occasionally failed to place indicator strips in surgical trays and mislabeled sterile instruments. OMI did not believe that the confirmed allegations affected patient safety.

In Little Rock, AR, OMI substantiated a whistleblower’s allegations regarding patient care, including one incident when suction equipment was unavailable when it was needed to treat a veteran who later died. OMI’s report found that there was not enough evidence to sustain the allegation that the lack of available equipment caused the patient’s death. After reviewing the actions of the medical staff prior to the incident, OMI concluded that the medical care provided to the patient met the standard of care.

In Harlingen, TX, the VA Deputy Under Secretary for Health confirmed a whistleblower’s allegations that the facility did not comply with rules on the credentialing and privileging of surgeons. The VA also found that the facility was not paying fee-basis physicians in a timely manner, resulting in some physicians refusing to care for VA patients. The VA, however, found that there was no substantial and specific danger to public health and safety resulting from these violations.

In San Juan, PR, the VA’s Office of Geriatrics and Extended Care Operations substantiated a whistleblower’s allegations that nursing staff neglected elderly residents by failing to assist with essential daily activities, such as bathing, eating, and drinking. OSC sought clarification after the VA’s initial report denied that the confirmed conduct constituted a substantial and specific danger to public health. In response, the VA relented and revised the report to state that the substantiated allegations posed significant and serious health issues for the residents.

Next Steps

The goal of any effective whistleblower system is to encourage disclosures, identify and examine problem areas, and find effective solutions to correct and prevent identified problems from recurring. Acting Secretary Gibson recognized as much in a June 13, 2014, statement to all VA employees. He specifically noted, “Relatively simple issues that front-line staff may be aware of can grow into significantly larger problems if left unresolved.” I applaud Acting Secretary Gibson for recognizing the importance of whistleblower disclosures to improving the effectiveness and quality of health care for our veterans and for his commitment to identifying problems early in order to find comprehensive solutions.

Moving forward, I recommend that the VA designate a high-level official to assess the conclusions and the proposed corrective actions in OSC reports, including disciplinary actions, and determine if the substantiated concerns indicate broader or systemic problems requiring attention. My staff and I look forward to working closely with VA leadership to ensure that our veterans receive the quality health care services they deserve.

As required by 5 U.S.C. § 1213(e)(3), I have sent copies of the agency reports and whistleblowers’ comments to the Chairmen and Ranking Members of the Senate and House Committees on Veterans’ Affairs. I have also filed copies of the redacted reports and the whistleblowers’ comments in OSC’s public file, which is available online at www.osc.gov.

Respectfully,

Carolyn N. Lerner

False Flag Martial Law U.S.A.: Your ‘elected’ officials know of coming massive 9-11 style attack! Iran will save the U.S.? Feinstein claims inside knowledge then admits she has no clue!

23 June 2014 (11:34 UTC-07 Tango)/24 Sha’ban 1435/02 Tir 1393/26 Geng Wu 4712

“There are at least a hundred Americans who have gone to the arena [Syria/Iraq] to fight….who are gonna try to get back…..there will be plots to kill Americans…..candidly I don’t know what the U.S.  contingency plan is…we need to be talking with Iran…  “-Senator Diane Feinstein, 22 June 2014, CNN State of the Union.  Feinstein is also the chairwoman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, yet she said she has no clue what U.S. military plans are! Feinstein also implied there was no desire to prevent Iraq from disintegrating!

” We’ve got a much bigger problem than just the current crisis in Iraq……[Obama] just released five of the leaders of from Guantanamo…..One of the things I worried about 12 years ago and that I worry about today is that there will be another 9-11 attack and that the next time, it’ll be with weapons far deadlier than airline tickets and box cutters……….they claimed we got bin Laden…..That wasn’t true then…..The threat is bigger than it’s ever been! The danger of nuclear proliferation in the hands of terrorists is bigger than it’s ever been!”-former vice president Dick Cheney, 22 June 2014, ABC This Week

According to our own Director of National Intelligence, FBI director, the next 9-11 is coming…..We’re going to have to have some dialogue with Iranians…”-Senator Lindsey Graham, 15 June 2014, CBS Face the Nation

History shows that one of the reasons government leaders ‘know’ of coming catastrophes, is because they have a hand in it in some way, shape or form!

…massive numbers of man portable weapons are being issued by unknown groups to civilians...

In Japan the national government suddenly became concerned about the stockpile of iodide pills…

World War 3 Afghanistan, 19 – 21 June 2014: Mujahideen kickin’ ass! Massive weapons issue to civilians, hell about to break loose?

Baghlan Province: In Poli Khomri District, villagers reporting a massive Israeli style raid by government/contractor forces resulting in at least ten of their neighbors being kidnapped.

Balkh Province: The Paktia provincial governor’s own security guards got into a firefight with Balkh police! It happened as his convoy was driving through Balkh Province on its way to Kabul Province.  The Balkh police commander says dozens of people were killed or wounded.  Paktia officials confirmed they lost four guards, three were wounded.  Balkh officials swear the men wearing police uniforms (that started the attack) were impersonators.  In Chaci District, an agent of the National Directorate of Security (NDS) was assassinated.  In Sholgar District, a firefight between Mujahdieen and local cops.  Three cops killed, one Mujahid killed.

Helmand Province: In Nad Ali District, Mujahideen report that one of their kamikaze bombers rammed a NATO convoy, causing massive casualties.   Mujahideen also reported detonating a remote controlled landmine as a U.S.-NATO APC drove over it, but they didn’t give the location.  Mujahideen say six NATO personnel killed or wounded.  NATO/ISAF confirmed that three U.S. Marines assigned to ISAF were killed when the vehicle they were in was hit by a bomb. So far ISAF and the U.S. Department of Defense are not giving out anymore details about how or where it happened.  In Sangin District, Mujahideen say they’ve captured four FOBs (Forward Operating Base, aka outposts).  20 government forces killed or wounded.

Kabul Province: There are social media reports that massive numbers of man portable weapons are being issued by unknown groups to civilians around the country.  The reports say it has to do with the so called ‘successful’ elections (as declared by Obama and the UN).  The Afghan NDS says they cannot confirm the reports.   The runoff election results are not being released and the United Nations is now mediating those ‘succesful’ election results!  If there’s anything you can count on from the Obama regime is that anything Obama says the opposite is the truth!  The Ministry of the Interior and Ministry of Defense report hundreds of casualties from battles around the country with Mujahideen, in the past couple of days.  In Kabul City, 5th District, a kamikaze bomber exploded killing at least one person beside himself.  Three people wounded.

Kunar Province: In Nari District, Mujahideen captured a FOB and claim 23 government personnel joined with them, after their U.S.-NATO trained commanders were killed.

Maidan Wardak Province: In Syed Abad District, an Israeli style raid by government/contractor forces resulted in the local religious elder and another person being kidnapped, and three motorcycles being burned.

Nangarhar Province: In Torkahm, a NATO parking lot was blown up by three Mujahideen kamikaze bombers.  At least one civilian killed, dozens of NATO logistics vehicles destroyed.  There are reports that several Afghan border cops were killed.   In Jalalabad City, Mujahideen attacked the NATO airbase.  Eight explosions reported.  Some news reports said the attack was done with artillery rockets.

Parwan Province: Bagram airbase, it’s been revealed that the expensive Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene panels of the arrestor hook system on the runway has been failing.  USAF 455th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron and the 577th Expeditionary Prime Base Engineer Squadron recently completed repairs.  During testing 502 of the 992 hold down bolts for the panels failed, that’s more than a 50% failure rate!  Until the repairs were recently complete the busiest military airbase in Afghanistan was not fully operational.  As soon as the repairs were complete, Mujahideen launched two artillery rockets at the base.  No word on damage.

Sar-e-Pul Province: In Shiram District, reports that Mujahideen booby-trapped a FOB they had captured from government forces.  They left the FOB, making sure their departure was made public.  As expected government forces returned.  The capture of the FOB, and the booby-trap explosions killed or wounded at least 41 government personnel.  Mujahideen claim they captured a dozen weapons with ammo, and several vehicles including an old fashioned horse.

More than 100 militiamen of the National Guard’s 150th Engineer Company (New Jersey & Delaware) returned form Afghanistan.

World War 3 Afghanistan, 16 – 18 June 2014: Australia decides to stay! U.S. Army medical study says Guard units suffer more than Active Duty personnel! Pakistan wants Afghanistan to join in the fight!

Ghazni Province: Afghan government officials now say the dozens of teachers and students kidnapped from the Kandahar University were taken to Pakistan.

Helmand Province: Camp Bastion/Leatherneck, a USMC H-53 Super Stallion helicopter crashed.  An unnamed source with HMH-466 The Wolfpack said the ‘copter ran out of fuel while in high hover.  More than 14 Marines were onboard, officials claim none were hurt.

Kabul Province: Ahmad Zia Massoud has been declared the winner in the second round of the presidential election.  Obama regime puppet Abdullah Abdullah has vowed not to recognize the democratic results!   Government officials continue to report non-stop battles with Mujahideen all across the country, hundreds killed, hundreds wounded, including civilians and government personnel.  Indian news media reporting that ever since Pakistan began its massive offensive against Pakistani Mujahideen, more than 2-thousand people have fled across the border into Afghanistan.   Afghan officials told Indian news sources that at first they thought the refugees were militants: “The government is conducting a survey and our people are helping them with food and shelter.”-Sahira Sharif, female Afghan MP

Kapisa Province: In Tagab District, Mujahideen claim they killed two U.S.-NATO-ISAF personnel in a firefight, and destroyed one armored vehicle.

Kunar Province: In Asadabad District, one child killed, five family members wounded.  A Mujahideen mortar round landed on a residence, it was intended for a police check point.   Pakistan is now asking for Afghanistan to join its own war against Pakistani Mujahideen. Pakistan says most of the cross border attacks in Kunar Province were the result of Pakistani troops chasing Pakistani Mujahideen.

Maiden Wardak Province: In Syed Abad District, Mujahideen ambushed the provincial governor’s convoy. Three armored vehicles destroyed, two Toyota technicals destroyed, four security guards killed.  After some time of fighting U.S.-NATO aircraft were called in, this allowed the governor to escape.

Back in February the British empire member Australia announced they were finished with the “active” part of the Afghanistan occupation.  Now Aussie Defence Force boss, General David Hurley, has confirmed that at least 400 Diggers will stay in Afghanistan until the end of 2016!

A study “…funded and conducted under a protocol (USAISR Protocol no.: H-11-037) that was reviewed and approved by the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command Institutional Review Board…” concluded that Reserve Component (RC, aka federal Army Reserve and state National Guard) suffer more medical/dental non-battle field problems, in Afghanistan (OEF) and Iraq (OIF), than did Active Duty (AD, aka U.S. Army): “The data from this study suggest that RC Soldiers have higher rates of D-DNBI [dental disease and nonbattle injury] when compared to their AD counterparts. However, given the significant differences found in D-DNBI rates between the ARNG, USAR, and AD in both campaigns, future studies should be conducted to identify potential risk factors to determine if the higher rates are due to an inequality……”-The Incidence of Dental Disease Nonbattle Injuries in Deployed U.S. Army Personnel

False Flag U.S.A.: Eastern Idaho Sheriffs train under I-RAPTER for coming nuclear disaster!

18 June 2014 (11:17 UTC-07 Tango)/19 Sha’ban 1435/28 Khordad 1393/21 Geng Wu 4712

Idaho’s Bonneville County Sheriff’s Department took part in the International Radiological Assistance Program Training for Emergency Response (I-RAPTER) radiological response training put on by the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Idaho National Laboratory and the U.S. Department of Energy.

The main scenario was an incident involving the transportation of nuclear waste, but Bonneville County Sheriff spokesman Jeff Edwards explained they also trained for the theft of radioactive materials from hospitals.

Most people don’t know that medical testing devices, like x-ray machines, use radioactive material.

According to the NationalJournal this I-RAPTER nuclear disaster training was a joint training exercise that took place not just in eastern Idaho, but in a recent NATO exercise held in Czech Republic: The course focused on procedures for first responders, law enforcement and specialists in detecting and responding to emergencies involving nuclear and radiological material. The participants received classroom instruction on radiation concepts, radiation detection, mission planning, alarm adjudication and response/recovery. The field exercises were designed to provide hands-on training using radiation detection technology to localize radiation hotspots, measure dose rates, and identify the radioactive material. Participants gained real-world experience when they located and identified radiation sources at the local air museum using a Spectral Advanced Radiological Computer System (SPARCS) mounted in a van.”

Sandia National Laboratories in New Mexico, and the Remote Sensing Laboratory at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland, also assist with I-RAPTER training.

In 2010 the U.S. Department of Energy was tasked by Homeland Security with picking a nuclear disaster training site for ‘first responders’, and ended up choosing the Idaho National Laboratory.

Destroy U.S. Dollar: Statement by People’s Republic of China & United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland

I. At the invitation of the Rt Hon David Cameron MP, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, H.E. Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China paid an official visit to the UK from 16 to 19 June 2014 and held the Annual Prime Ministers’ Meeting. The two sides had in-depth discussions on bilateral relations, practical cooperation in various fields and international and regional issues of mutual interest. Both sides underlined that since the establishment of the China-UK comprehensive strategic partnership ten years ago, bilateral relations have made significant progress, with frequent political exchanges and substantial cooperation in economics, trade, education, climate change and energy, science, technology and culture. As P5 members, both sides believe that deepening China-UK relations is not only in the fundamental interests of both countries but is also conducive to maintaining world peace and stability. They agreed to work together to push forward bilateral cooperation in growth, reform and innovation.

New Iraq War is blowback or even False Flag op from U.S. occupation! Current rebel leader forced to join ISIS while under U.S. control?

17 June 2014 (09:33 UTC-07 Tango)/18 Sha’ban 1435/27 Khordad 1393/20 Geng Wu 4712

“I’ll see you guys in New York.”-Quote attributed to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi by U.S. Army Colonel Kenneth King, when al-Baghdadi was released from prison in 2009 (under orders from the Obama regime?)

Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the current leader of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), aka Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), became a member of the extremist rebel group while being held in a U.S. controlled prison (Camp Bucca) during the U.S. occupation of Iraq.

“We know for a fact that he was imprisoned in a U.S. facility during the insurgency back in 2005.  Exactly when he was released and the conditions under  the circumstances of that release are not exactly clear.  But what is clear is that…..he was radicalized in prison and then rose through the ranks of the ISI and then the ISIL.”-Brian Fishman, New American Foundation, PBS Newshour interview 16 June 2014

U.S. Army Colonel Kenneth King indicated he knew something was wrong about releasing al-Baghdadi: “We spent how many missions and how many soldiers were put at risk when we caught this guy, and we just released him?!”

Once again, the United States had a hand in the creation of a False Flag ‘terrorist threat’!

Iraq is correctly pronounced EE-Rock.

Martial Law U.S.A.: Utah not only home to massive NSA data centers, but to massive military intelligence wargames aimed at you?

16 June 2014 (08:37 UTC-07 Tango)/17 Sha’ban 1435/26 Khordad 1393/19 Geng Wu 4712

Is it any coincidence that in the state considered to be the Mormon capital of the world, not only are there massive data collection centers run by corporations and government contractors, but massive yearly military intelligence wargames as well?

Edward Snowden proved that most of the spying by the National Security Agency is actually being done on U.S. citizens, and the NSA’s main data collection center is located on Camp Williams, Utah.

But there’s something else happening at Camp Williams: Operation Panther Strike.  Why?  “For the current conflicts we’re involved in, Utah provides some critical elements of realism. Salt Lake is at the same elevation as Bagram Airfield there in Afghanistan, and many soldiers comment on the similarities in the terrain. The exercise also tends to gravitate here because there is a lot of command support, and investments have been made to have all the necessary infrastructure in place.-Colonel Derek Tolman, 300th MI Brigade, Utah

Panther Strike is a yearly wargame involving military intelligence units from the U.S. Army, Army Reserve, National Guard units from at least 20 states, and even the British Empire (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom)!

Panther Strike started in 2003 in Florida, then moved to Utah in 2005.

Then in 2012 it evolved into a global event, becoming the “premiere”  military inteligence wargame: “In previous years, there was more of an emphasis on Warrior Tasks and battle drills than you see in Panther Strike 2012. We really wanted to make this an intelligence-centered exercise.  By making Panther Strike more of an intelligence exercise, we’ve gotten a lot of attention from within the intelligence community, and a lot of support.  For example, Intelligence Security Command has a lot of resources and assets that we have been able to tap into and coordinate for this exercise. A lot of our training teams that came out are INSCOM teams, or are from INSCOM units, which brings a level of legitimacy to the exercise.”-Captain Timothy Kelley, 142nd MI Battalion, Florida

“This is the premiere military intelligence training exercise in the country where you will have signal intelligence, human intelligence, counterintelligence, imagery intelligence and all-source coupled with coalition partners. Soldiers coming to this exercise had the opportunity to work not only with the latest equipment and software; they had the opportunity to train using the full spectrum of intelligences available both in the Guard and in the active component.”-Major Scott A. Chalmers, 300th MI Brigade, Utah

Panther Strike 2014 recently kicked off at Camp Williams.  It involves more than 600 personnel from several federal and state military units, as well as from the British Empire (Australia, Canada and United Kingdom).

Panther Strike 2015  plans to bring in more foreign military units.

MARTIAL LAW U.S.A. 2013: FEDERAL JUDGE SAYS NSA DATA COLLECTION VIOLATES CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF U.S. CITIZENS! CALLS DATA COLLECTION “OREWELLIAN”.

World War 3 Afghanistan, 11 – 15 June 2014: You paid to create a Navy in landlocked Afghanistan! Obama releases Pakistani prisoners! More Guardsmen deploying, after 2015! Obama sees elections as the new altar of human sacrifice?

Herat Province:  11 voters had the fingers cut off by Mujahideen.

Kabul Province: Election officials revealed that at least 150 acts of violence have marred the runoff elections.  The National Directorate of Security says there were at least 473 attempted attacks on voting day.   The numbers jive with what Mujahideen claim.  At least 39 civilians killed, 88 wounded.  18 Afghan National Army personnel killed, 74 wounded.   176 Mujahideen killed, 95 wounded.  The Independent Election Commission admitted that 121 voting stations were never opened!  Obama presidential candidate puppet Abdullah Abdullah now wants to get rid of the Independent Election Commission, saying he will not recognize the IEC’s vote count if the IEC boss does not resign!  Government officials still call the second round of elections “successful”!  If this is what makes a successful election, then all of the elections in the United States must have been failures!  Obama regime lackey, and U.S. Secretary of State, John Kerry said this about the election violence: “I’ve been to Afghanistan twice since becoming Secretary of State and many times before that. Every time I do, I’m impressed by how much Afghans have sacrificed for their future.”

Kandahar Province: In Kandahar City, two days of battles between Mujahideen and police resulted in dozens of people killed or wounded.

Nangarhar Province: In Jalalabad City, Obama regime puppet Abdullah Abdullah apparently ordered his supporters to assassinate supporters of his political rival!  Police report that Abdullah supporters shot and killed two supporters of Ashraf Ghani.  Three people were also wounded.  In Sarqul Yaftal District, a teacher was assassinated after it was revealed they voted for Ghani.  In another report, an adult and a child were killed, and one adult wounded, by supporters of Obama puppet Abdullah Abdullah.  Is this what Obama wants for the United States?

Parwan Province: Reuters revealed that the Obama regime has secretly release 12 prisoners from a secret U.S. prison.  The prisoners are a Frenchman, a Kuwaiti and 10 Pakistanis.

Samangan Province: In Aibak City, 10 election workers were killed when they drove over a landmine.  A child was also killed.  The ballot boxes were destroyed.  Is this what Obama wants for the United States?

The U.S. Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) discovered that U.S. taxpayers funded the creation of a river navy in landlocked Afghanistan!  It looks like a scam because the eight patrol boats never arrived in-country, even though they were paid for in 2010.  The U.S. Department of Defense decided the boats weren’t necessary, nine months after the money was spent! U.S. taxpayers were ripped off by $3-million USD!

In the U.S. state of fruits & nuts California, in the city of San Francisco ‘gay pride’ organizers banned National Guard and State Military Reserve recruiters from attending the Pride Parade.  This is perplexing because many openly homosexual people serve in the California Guard and Reserve, and Bradley-Chelsea Manning is the official Grand Marshal of the parade.

More than 150 militiamen of the National Guard’s 816th Engineer Company (North Dakota) were notified that they will deploy to Afghanistan in 2015.
