On 28JUL2023, San Francisco TV station KRON reported that an investigation into a so called warehouse in Reedley, California, revealed it was actually an illegal medical laboratory conducting disease experiments on a large scale!   The investigation was the result of a water hookup that violated Reedley City code.

Local Fresno County investigators, along with the federal CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation), found massive amounts of chemicals, at least a thousand mice including 2-hundred dead mice, vials of human blood and vials filled with at least 20 types of disease including E.coli, Malaria and CoViD-19!  It turns out the investigation happened weeks ago, only recently being made public by local news media, in fact the city of Reedley contacted Fresno County officials back in December 2022! However, county officials claim they notified the public three times: “There were three notices, one in April, one in May, and one in June that went out.”-Nathan Magsig, a Fresno County Supervisor

Today, Fox News reported that the operator of the illegal lab is Prestige Biotech based in Nevada, but with connections to China! Company officials told Fresno County investigators that they conducting tests on CoViD-19 at-home test kits, to see if the test kits actually worked!

Operation Jupiter: International military organization warns of new Killer Insects?

After the First World War, several countries formed a new international military organization called International Committee of Military Medicine (ICMM).  From the 5th to the 9th of September 2022, the ICMM held a conference in Brussels, Belgium (which also happens to be the HQ of NATO, and the pseudo-capital of the European Union).

The ICMM now includes the militaries of at least 32 countries, however, this year’s conference included the United Nations’ (UN) World Health Organization (WHO), the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), and the World Veterinary Association (WVA).  There was also a focus on the African country of Ghana: “We’ve teamed up with the Ghanaian military for decades, including helping establish the Ghana Armed Forces Entomology Center of Excellence in 2021.”-Commander Ian Sutherland, U.S. Navy Entomology Center of Excellence

What is worrying all those different militaries, and the UN-WHO, ICRC and WVA,  is not Coronavirus, or any virus or bacteria, but rather the emergence of insecticide resistant insects who are considered to be carriers/spreaders of microbial germs (aka vector-borne diseases).

The U.S. Navy Entomology Center of Excellence revealed it is updating its Insecticide Resistance Response System (IRRS), and working on creating more durable and longer-lasting insecticide treated netting, as well as new field-portable insect testing kits to test for insecticide resistance.

In 2019, the U.S. Congress passed an Act requiring a National Strategy to fight future vector borne disease carriers.

The U.S. Army has developed yet another new vaccine for Malaria, this time using a formulation based on HIV (human immunodeficiency virus).  That HIV formulation is also being tested in vaccines for other diseases.

Scientists at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research are claiming their new FMP013 antigen/AFL-QS-21 vaccine appears safe and immunogenic (creates an immune response). More testing will be conducted, unlike the lack of testing done on “authorized for emergency use” Pandemic vaccines.

The AFL (Army Liposome Formulation) QS-21 vaccine was originally developed by the U.S. military’s HIV Research Program.  Doctor Gary Matyas, Chief of the Adjuvants and Formulation Section, says the formulation “…is now being tested with vaccines against a number of infectious diseases.”

The United Nations’ World Health Organization estimates that there were 241-million cases of Malaria resulting in 627-thousand deaths in 2020 alone.  In 2021, I wrote how the U.S. Army warned of a new severe Malaria outbreak.

In March 2012, United Kingdom news media reported that U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Robert Bales had been under the influence of a controversial malaria vaccine when he supposedly killed at least 16 Afghan civilians in their homes (Afghans insist there was more than one U.S. soldier involved) .  Then, at the beginning of July 2013, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration confirmed the British reports!

According to the FDA, at the end of March 2012 a pharmacist filed a Adverse Event report.  The vaccine/treatment used on Bales is Mefloquine Hydrochloride (aka Lariam, Mephaquin or Mefliam).  It’s made by a company called Roche.

According to the U.S. National Library of Medicine there are numerous bad side effects of the drug, including “Feeling confused….Seeing or hearing unusual things….Unusual behavior or thoughts of hurting or killing others or oneself.”

Bales attorney says he has military records showing Bales was given Lariam: “We know that he was given Lariam while in Iraq.  We just don’t have a complete set of medical records…..He can’t help us. He just says he took ‘whatever they gave me.’”-John Henry Browne

Having spent time in the military I can confirm that it is common for personnel to not question military medical officials.

Remington Nevin, a former U.S. Army doctor, says the Army’s own studies showed the vaccine to be dangerous, and ordered that it not be given to personnel who had suffered head wounds.  The Army also ordered the documentation of the administration of the drug.  Nevin says both orders were routinely ignored.

On 17 January 2012 the Assistant Secretary of Defense, Joathan Woodson, made this admission: “Some deploying service members have been provided mefloquine for malaria prophylaxis without appropriate documentation…and without proper screening….not all individuals have been provided the required mefloquine medication guide and wallet information card, as required by the Food and Drug Administration.”

It was Remington Nevin, along with The Military Times, that used the Freedom of Information Act to force the FDA to reveal the March 2012 Adverse Event report.  The Adverse Event was first reported to the drug maker Roche.  Officials with Roche thought it severe enough to forward to the FDA: “We took a look at it, and we decided we needed to submit it.”-Chris Vancheri, Genentech/Roche Group

Note that the Assistant Secretary of Defense statement was made two months prior to the Adverse Event report.
