Biden’s Civil War: Executive Order to create F-E-M-A for Mass Shootings, to prevent Food Shortages?

According to a White House Fact Sheet, U.S. President Joseph Robinette Biden Junior issued a bold new executive order concerning the destruction of your Second Amendment Constitutional Right!

One of the numerous sub-orders that are part of the ‘executive order’ includes the creation of a FEMA-like federal agency to handle mass shootings, as if they were natural disasters, after all Biden connects Food Shortages to mass shootings: “Improve federal support for gun violence survivors, victims and survivors’ families, first responders to gun violence, and communities affected by gun violence. When a hurricane overwhelms a community, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) coordinates federal, state, local, and non-profit organizations in order to assess and meet community needs. However, when a mass shooting overwhelms a community, no coordinated U.S. government mechanism exists to meet short- and long-term needs, such as mental health care for grief and trauma, financial assistance (for example, when a family loses the sole breadwinner or when a small business is shut down due to a lengthy shooting investigation), and food (for example, when the Buffalo shooting closed down the only grocery store in the neighborhood). The President is directing members of his Cabinet to develop a proposal for how the federal government can better support communities after a mass shooting, and identify what additional resources or authorities the executive branch would need from Congress to implement this proposal.”

What is a mass-shooting?  It turns out that the ‘woke’ main stream news industry is operating under its own definition of mass-shootings!  The U.S. government has several definitions as it has created several categories relating to killings and shootings.

The U.S. Congress officially created the phrase Mass Killing when it passed the Investigative Assistance for Violent Crimes Act of 2012 (passed in January 2013).  The Congressional act states that a Mass Killing is when three or more people are killed in a short amount of time. It covers almost all violent actions, not just shootings. The exceptions are war, gang violence, armed robberies and domestic violence, which are officially not counted as Mass Killing.

U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ): Mass Killing is also known, officially, as Mass Murder.  Do not confuse Mass Killing with Active Shooter.  The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI, a bureau of the DoJ) considers Active Shootings to involve “one or more individuals actively engaged in killing or attempting to kill people in a populated area.”  But, to confuse everybody a little more, the FBI itself actually has a definition for mass shootings: “Any incident in which at least four people are murdered with a gun.” Notice that this is more than what the Investigative Assistance for Violent Crimes Act of 2012 defines as a Mass Killing.

What is WOTUS? Waters of the United States (WOTUS) is part of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Clean Water Act (CWA), it determines which water, and water conveyances, fall under federal and state control.

WOTUS is also known as the Clean Water Rule (CWR-2015) of 2015.  CWR-2015 is an attempt by both the EPA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to clarify federal regulations regarding water usage by industry, academia and individual citizens.  President Joseph Robinette Biden Junior altered the CWR-2015/WOTUS, the new rule goes into effect on 20MAR2023.  However, on 09MAR2023 the U.S. House of Representatives voted to block (227 to 198) what is now called The Biden WOTUS Rule.

The U.S. Senate is also poised to block The Biden WOTUS Rule, but Biden has vowed he will veto any such blocks upon his version of WOTUS!

The Biden WOTUS Rule is the result of a more than a decade long federal lawsuit brought by an Idaho couple against the EPA and USACE, in 2008.  In October 2022, the federal Supreme Court heard arguments, for a second time, concerning the lawsuit, the Court is supposed to make a decision in early 2023.

Biden’s WOTUS Rule was finalized on 30DEC2022. One controversial rule says that water ‘adjacent’ to ‘protected’ water is subject to the new WOTUS, there was no wording clarifying any amount of distance from such ‘protected’ water. Another rule states that ‘permanent’ flows of water in local ditches, waste water treatment ponds, artificially created lakes or ponds, are now under the control of the EPA! The new WOTUS uses ‘environmental justice’ as an excuse to take control of local water, restricting industries including food production!

Apparently the cost of dental work is so sky-high and hard to come-by (since The Pandemic) that the Idaho Army National Guard now offers free dental services to its militia members!

Idaho National Guard public relations employee, Crystal Farris, reported that on 05MAR2023 The Gem State’s militia opened its first Field Dental Treatment Facility on Gowen Field (part of the Boise airport complex).

The official reasoning is to increase the medical readiness of Guard units for future deployments (never mind that Idaho has been taking part in revolving door deployments for years, and currently has combat troops in Syria!): “Now we have the ability to complete exams and provide limited treatment. This allows Soldiers to receive dental care within our dedicated dental treatment rooms on Gowen Field rather than sending them to a civilian provider at a later time for follow-up care.”-Captain Trey Wanty, Deputy State Surgeon

Also, it turns out that ‘contracting’ with civilian dentists was not saving taxpayers any money!  Idaho joins Arizona, and Nebraska, in taking part in the new federal National Guard Bureau’s Limited Dental Treatment Program: “When the National Guard Bureau asked which states wanted to become a pilot state in this program our state’s leadership jumped at the opportunity. It is going to save our organization significant money, while also providing our Soldiers quicker assistance and improving our medical readiness.”-Captain Trey Wanty, Deputy State Surgeon

The new Limited Dental Treatment Program does not apply to militia members in the Tricare (apparently Tricare is not an acronym, it is a made-up name for a Department of Defense healthcare system) program, and does not offer dental services requiring sedation.

Pandemic Perfidy: U.S. military pilots suffer 1700% increase in medical events! Is it CoViD or m-R-N-A?

The U.S. Department of Defense is blaming The CoViD Pandemic for a 1-thousand-7-hundred percent increase in medical events, just among military pilots, however, a whistleblowing anti-mRNA U.S. Army doctor says it is the mandated vaccines!

U.S. Army flight surgeon, Lieutenant Colonel Theresa Long, has filed for whistleblower protection and publicly testified against the vaccine mandate. She also has a popular Twitter page where she keeps taxpayers informed of the shenanigans happening within the U.S. military.

It should be noted that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) relaxed health standards for pilots, specifically regarding heart health!  Lieutenant Colonel Theresa Long claims this is because the mandated mRNA has permanently damaged the hearts of pilots, both military and civilian!

A military news outlet spoke to the Defense Health Agency which quoted them a bunch of official data, revealing that the majority of medical events involving pilots were officially listed as “COVID-19 cases.”  My family has personal experience with military doctors, and VA doctors, making the wrong diagnosis, sometimes resulting in the death of a relative!

The most recent and personal example involves my son.  About a decade ago my son was in the U.S. Army, on Fort Gordon, Georgia.  One day he called me and said he was being sent home, he explained something was wrong, he was in the hospital on post and they had diagnosed him with a “preexisting medical condition” and had medically discharged him.  This happened over a 48 hours period.

When I picked him up at the Salt Lake City Airport I could tell there was something wrong.  We drove home to Southeastern Idaho, and since it was a long day I told him to get some sleep and see how he is feeling in the morning.  The next morning, while I was talking to him he suddenly presented all the classic symptoms of a stroke, he was only 18! I rushed him to our local hospital, which at that time was not able to handle neurological events and they immediately sent him down to University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The doctors there said he was suffering from a hemorrhagic stroke, slowly bleeding out around his brain stem, he could have died.  The preexisting condition medical discharge from the U.S. Army prevented him from getting help from the Veterans Affairs (VA)! He is still paying on more than $100-thousand in medical bills, the hospital finance administrators tricked him into getting a medical loan through our local Bannock County Indigent Services and you can’t file bankruptcy against a government issued loan!

To add insult to injury, a couple of years later he got a letter from the U.S. Army saying that they had reviewed what had happened and they would gladly take him back, but no offer to pay his medical bills.  He correctly threw their letter in the trash.

I personally have experienced incompetent military doctors, going all the way back to when I was a six years old military dependent (in which I had to be resuscitated with adrenaline due to a U.S. Air Force doctor giving me the wrong medication) to my last physical with the Idaho Army National Guard in 2002.

Military doctors are protected from any type of legal action! You absolutely cannot trust the military, or VA, medical system!

Despite the ‘woke’ news media, and government officials, repeatedly saying that the mRNA vaccines are ‘free’, they are not, they are paid for with taxes raped out of unwilling taxpayers.  Now a new twist; the Bill Gates founded United Nations’ (UN) World Health Organization (WHO) global vaccination program called GAVI The Vaccine Alliance, is claiming the manufacturers of mRNA vaccines failed to delivery on $1.4-billion worth of vaccines, which were paid for up-front!

The Gates/UN-WHO GAVI The Vaccine Alliance mRNA program is known as Covax, which somehow stands for COVID-19 Vaccines Global Access.  The Covax operation has been funded by both taxes from participating countries, like the United States, and from donations.

Recently, the New York Times reported the ‘crime’ against taxpayers and donors, and also revealed a complicated deal with J&J which could end up increasing the amount of stolen pandemic money!

Well, I thought U.S. parents had won the war against mandated mRNA in schools, but federal agencies just opened a new battle front to force children to get the shot!

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has added the still not fully approved mRNA covid vaccines, and boosters, to the 2023 immunization schedule for children and adolescents!

  • Age 6 months–4 years: 2-dose series at 0, 4-8 weeks (Moderna) or 3-dose series at 0, 3-8, 11-16 weeks (Pfizer-BioNTech)
  • Age 5–11 years: 2-dose series at 0, 4-8 weeks (Moderna) or 2-dose series at 0, 3-8 weeks (Pfizer-BioNTech)
  • Age 12–18 years: 2-dose series at 0, 4-8 weeks (Moderna) or 2-dose series at 0, 3-8 weeks (Novavax, Pfizer-BioNTech)

This federal ‘recommendation’ is not considered a federal mandate, however, governor’s of ‘woke’ states could use the recommendation to justify state level mandates!

Regarding the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), a 21 member panel recently came up with a way to federally mandate mRNA!

The first step would be to simplify the vaccine by creating a standardized version. The next step would be to reduce the number of shots to just one. The next step is to identify a ‘covid season’ for when the shots will be administered, the FDA panel has set the month of June for their next meeting to determine the ‘covid season’.

Such a scheme by the FDA would also give state governors and local school districts ammunition to mandate mRNA vaccines!

False Flag 2023: East Palestine, a pile-up of Convenient Coincidences!

The 2022 Netflix movie White Noise is too coincidental; set in East Palestine, Ohio. Train carrying chemicals collides with a truck,  triggering an explosion that create a CBRN event. Supposedly the movie is based on a book published in 1985: “The first half of the movie is all almost exactly what’s going on here.”-Ben Ratner, East Palestine resident

‘Hot Box’ sensors on rails detected failing wheel bearing on the train, miles before the crash, yet never notified the train’s crew!  The federal National Transportation Board claims temperatures never got hot enough to trip an alarm! This security camera video shows one of the train’s cars on fire, 20 miles before the crash! Apparently such a fire is not ‘hot enough’ to warrant an alarm:

It turns out those Hot Box sensors, aka Hot Wheel Defect Detectors, require regular federal government mandated maintenance.  The employees specifically tasked with such maintenance are called Electronic Leaders.  Rail union workers of the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen revealed that Norfolk Southern suddenly eliminated the Electronic Leader job in Division B!  Division B includes the rail lines through East Palestine, Ohio.

On 17FEB2023, it was revealed that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) altered their toxicity standard for Vinyl Chloride, even removing any information concerning the affects on children, just two weeks before the East Palestine crash!

On 19FEB2023, an East Palestine farmer pointed out that the federal government, and the state of Ohio, initiated a new MyID biometric health tracking system specifically for residents of East Palestine, just one week before the crash!

The very next day, WKBN went on the air to call the MyID a ‘crazy conspiracy theory’, claim that it cannot be tracked, have yet to even arrive for issue:

On 22FEB2023, a plane carrying employees of CTEH, an Arkansas based environmental consultancy firm, crashed killing everybody on the plane.  In this THV11 video a reporter asks why so many government agencies from other jurisdictions showed up to the plane crash, the flimsy answer is that “it’s within a hundred yards of the city”:

The CTEH consultants had been hired to go to Ohio!  However, the official claim is that the consultants were going to investigate a copper alloy company, in Cleveland, that experienced an explosion the day before the plane crash!

On 24FEB2023, a cattle rancher located north of East Palestine says he had to “talk my way past the Army National Guard and the State Troopers” just to get to his property (about 1:40 into the interview), he is being followed by the local sheriff:

On 24FEB2023, it was revealed that the toxic waste from the Ohio train crash was being secretly shipped to Michigan, it was outraged Michigan politicians that revealed the secret operation!  The federal EPA operation was halted after the revelation!

The leftist-progressives have have their own conspiracy theory; former President Trump caused the disaster!  On 25FEB2023 the Washington Examiner called it “complete nonsense”, quoting democrat Jennifer Homendy as saying “The train that derailed in East Palestine was a mixed freight train. This means even if the rule had gone into effect, this train wouldn’t have had ECP brakes.”

True life victim of disaster cover-ups, Erin Brockovich, calls it ‘gaslighting’, reveals that school drinking fountains are turned off, private water wells have been ‘locked’, 26FEB2023:

On 27FEB2023, Ohio Representative Steve Demetriou says federal and state officials are ignoring the human victims of the crash, calls for independent field hearings.  Interviewer reveals that people are returning bottled water because they don’t trust the source of the bottled water:

Pfizer Pfail: Adverse reactions to m-R-N-A increase with prior Pandemic infection!

A new report says the Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA BNT162b2 booster vaccine causes an increase in adverse events in people who had prior CoViD infection!

The study was done in the United Kingdom and involved healthcare workers at three Northeast England hospitals.  The researchers used the adverse reaction guidelines of the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

For those healthcare workers who had prior CoViD infection, adverse reactions increased with each booster shot, and females reported more adverse reactions than males, and younger workers reported more adverse reactions than older workers!  No increase in adverse reactions were reported by healthcare works who got the flu vaccine.
