“They gave me no reason for closing it”: U.S. government shenanigans, July 2017

Incomplete list of U.S. Federal/State/Local Government self-destruct announcements for July 2017:

Alabama: Finally! Gov’na Kay Ivey banned the appointing of registered lobbyists to serve on state boards and commissions.  It was revealed that more than 1-hundred money grubbing lobbyists are directly controlling taxpayer funded boards and commissions.

California:  In overrated and corrupt Santa Barbara, after 33 years East Beach Grill shutdown by the greedy landlord (which is the Santa Barbara Parks and Recreation Department).  Santa Barbara leaders want to spend $16-million tax dollars renovating the area into a giant waterfront park!  The restaurant owner told local news media that the city said he could re-open once the new park was built, but only if he paid at least double the rent.  San Diego Superior Court warned of mass layoffs due to the loss of $6-million USD of taxpayer funding.  Reportedly 60 employees volunteered to accept bribes to quit (buyouts).   In San Diego, British empire based U.S. tax-sucking BAE Systems eliminating more than 3-hundred jobs in September, due to the U.S. Navy changing the way it hires contractors!

Idaho: A freedom of information request by Times-News-magicvalley.com revealed that U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) is considering Jerome as the site of a new taxpayer funded immigrant prison!   It’s the result of ICE loosing access to a 3-hundred bed prison in Utah.  ICE is hoping to use the existing Jerome County Detention Center, and expand it by 60 beds.  The Times-News estimated it would cost U.S. taxpayers $1.4-million USD per year to operate an immigrant prison in Idaho.  Another newspaper, Spokesman-Review, reported that hundreds of Idahoans are protesting the plans for an immigrant prison in their back yard.

Illinois: Cook County Public Defender’s Office eliminating 68 jobs, most are attorneys meant to represent the individuals charged with crimes.  It’s being blamed on the new soda pop tax which is in limbo after being challenged in court, apparently the county was hoping to use the soda tax to fund public defender operations.  The challenged soda tax is also being blamed for the sudden layoff of 3-hundred county employees!  Supposedly ‘elected’ county officials also sent out 1-thousand-1-hundred layoff notices!  You know a county is in trouble when it’s relying on the creation of new tax to save its sorry ass!  Cook County’s soda tax is one cent for every ounce of so called sweetened drink.  The U.S. Department of Agriculture is challenging the tax because it violates SNAP rules. Chicago, located within Cook County, also has a soda tax.  Coupled with the county tax ‘sugary’ drinks in Chicago will become the most expensive in the U.S.  Metro East Sanitary District suddenly laid off 20 people, possibly due to a $2.6-million USD loss in 2016.

Maine: PROOF STATE GOVERNMENTS SUPPORT IMMIGRATION TO MAKE YOU UNEMPLOYED!

Michigan: In Troy, tax-sucking Lockheed Martin-Sikorsky laying off 160 people as production of U.S. Navy Seahawk helicopters comes to an end!  However, I discovered that Lockheed Martin-Sikorsky is ramping up production of Blackhawk ‘copters after getting $5-billion USD in orders.

New Jersey:  In Watchung after 22 years, and despite posting a month worth of events for July, iconic Colorado Cafe suddenly announced a shutdown.  It’s being blamed on city leaders who needed the property to expand a quarry (rock mine).  After a state government shutdown, including public beaches, gov’na Chris Christie was seen enjoying a day at the beach. The state legislature responded by banning all future governors from the beach during government shutdowns!

New Mexico:  Good news or bad news? The Torrance County Detention Facility shutting down due to lack of prisoners, 203 jobs gone by September!

New York: The evil left-wing Empire State forcing 70 years old Angel’s Inn Adult Home to shutdown, vaguely saying the retirement home was violating new regulations, the owner Mary Allen says the state never clarified what those new rules are “They gave me no reason for closing it. Other homes were closing. I didn’t have an administrator at one time, but I got an administrator.”  Local news media said the greedy state responded to their questions by saying the issues could be resolved with money!  On top of that, if the retirement home doesn’t shutdown by October then the owner will be hit with fines.

Oklahoma: The city of Pryor warned all employees of layoffs, blaming crashing sales tax collections.  City leaders want cash strapped taxpayers to approve a new sales tax increase.

Pennsylvania: Lancaster County SPCA suddenly went bust due to lack of funding, local municipalities (taxpayers) will now have to come up with a new system for handling stray animals.

Tennessee: Taxpayers are about to become the de-facto owners of a vacant Kmart property near Antioch.  Nashville Mayor Megan Barry wants to spend $7.45-million tax dollars to use the former Kmart as a new Metro Police command center.

Texas: Tax-sucking Prison contractor CoreCivic issued a layoff WARN for more than 5-hundred employees after losing a Department of Criminal Justice contract!

“Many of the nearly 7.5 million taxpayers who receive letters and seek insurance may feel misled if the actual cost of their insurance is much higher than the $75 per month detailed in their notification letter.”-U.S. Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration

An audit by the U.S. Department of the Treasury revealed that under the regime of Barack Obama the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) lied about how much ObamaCare-ACA (Affordable Care Act) mandated health insurance would actually cost in monthly premiums (for the those people who didn’t qualify for free ObamaCare).  The actual cost was actually more than twice the promised amount.

The outright lie by the Obama led IRS was to trick people into supporting ObamaCare-ACA, according to the audit: “This audit was initiated to assess the IRS’s processes for identifying and notifying individuals who file an income tax return and do not have the required Minimum Essential Coverage under the Affordable Care Act…….

…..review identified that the IRS did not issue the required notification letters……..IRS management delayed its planning to implement Section 1502(c)…..

……analysis of 5.4 million taxpayers who enrolled in health coverage through an Exchange in Calendar Year 2015 identified that the cost, after financial assistance, for 3.4 million (63 percent) taxpayers exceeded the $75 a month cited in the letters mailed to taxpayers. The average cost to taxpayers was $168 a month after financial assistance.”-  Affordable Care Act: Implementation of the Notification Requirement for Individual Filers Not Enrolled in Health Insurance

Michigan: Kmarts in Utica/Shelby, Bay City and Sandusky shutting down mid-November.   Taxpayers in the township of Georgetown might take a loss on the vacant taxpayer owned Kmart property.  Township leaders were planning on spending $180-thousand taxpayer dollars to improve the property, but a developer wants to buy the land.  In 2014 Georgetown taxpayers were forced to pay $1.6-million USD for the vacant Kmart, reports say the developer has offered much less than that, $1.5-million for three properties altogether.   In Norton Shores, a Kmart property that’s been vacant since 2004 (before the Eddie Lampert take-over) has finally been put up for sale, asking price is $4.2-million USD: “We’ve been trying for years to get them to fix it up or sell the building. Out of nowhere, last week, they listed it.”-Gary Nelund, mayor of Norton Shores

Minnesota: A local man who is willing to spend $3-million USD on turning a vacant Kmart into an indoor shooting range was blown-off by the West Saint Paul city council: “I started laying out some numbers and it was like, ‘OK, thank you, Mr. O’Keefe.’ I was basically cut off. As far as I’m concerned, I went to the city council and they didn’t give me an opportunity to present or show them any numbers.”-Chris O’Keefe

New Jersey:  Kmarts in Moorestown and Parsippany shutting down mid-November.

New York:  Kmarts in Rochester(Chili), Victor and Vails Gate(New Windsor) shutting down mid-November.    Proof they got money.  Sears Holdings-Seritage Growth has promised the city of Olean that if a new tenant is not found by Winter for the soon to be shutdown Kmart, then Seritage will “continue upkeep, heating it and performing needed repairs” until a new tenant is found.

North Carolina: It’s been revealed that back in July Sears Holdings sold its store in Wilmington to the new owners of the Independence Mall (Rouse Properties), for $10-million USD.  The Wilmington Sears store (at the Independence Mall) is still active and not on any shutdown list, however, Rouse Properties is planning “a sweeping redevelopment” of the entire mall.

“America’s most messed-up state”: U.S. government shenanigans, June 2017

Incomplete list of U.S. Federal/State/Local Government self-destruct announcements for June 2017:

Alabama:  Taxpayers in the city of Oxford could become the new owners of the vacant Sears store in the Quintard Mall.  It was revealed that the Oxford city council already approved the purchase of the dead Sears, and then in anticipation of competition passed a new law restricting the number of yard sales cash strapped taxpaying residents can have (and requiring a yard sale permit)!

California:  In La Mesa, the Sun Valley Golf Course in the taxpayer owned MacArthur Park shutting down due to losing money since 2011, the city plans to revert the golf course to park space with jogging trails.  Riverside County laying off 32 people due to crashing code enforcement revenues.  The county lost a code enforcement contract with the city of Perris, which accounted for $1-million of the $3-million USD drop in collections of fines.  What this proves is that local governments rely heavily on having police write you a ticket!  Please note that some synonyms to the word ‘enforcement’ are ‘intimidation’ and ‘coercion’, meaning the practice of persuading someone to do something by using force or threats.  When the ‘Mafia’ does it its called ‘extortion’ and is considered a crime.

Georgia: Georgia Power announced it will shutdown all remaining 27 offices by the end of the year.  Tax-sucker General Dynamics shutting down operations at the Land War Net School in Fort Gordon, 122 jobs lost due to loss of contract!

Illinois:  Associated Press reporting that Sears Holdings will eliminate 4-hundred corporate level jobs!  Lampert’s goons swear these are not new job cuts, but cuts planned for last year.  Local news media reminded local taxpayers about the massive 2011 tax break deal ‘lawmakers’ gave Sears Holdings in order to prevent layoffs. CNN-Money declared Illinois to be “America’s most messed-up state”.

Minnesota:  Taxpayers in Minneapolis are about to become the new owners of an active Kmart location, but it’s more complicated than you think.  After several years and $8-million tax dollars already spent on the Nicollet Avenue South at Lake Street project the city has decided that the only way they can create a true intersection is to force Kmart to move, and the only way they can do that is to buy the property the Kmart sits on.  At this point nobody knows where the Kmart would move to (don’t be surprised if it’s shutdown).

New Jersey: The local economy is so bad that politicians want to legalize gambling on sports, and the federal Supreme Court is willing to pass judgement.  However, the biggest opponent to sports betting is organized sports.

New York:   Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority canceled its contract with Command Security, 34 jobs suddenly lost. American Racing and Entertainment shutting down its Vernon Downs due to lack of state level tax relief for the supposedly money losing casino: “We are hopeful that at the end of the day the Assembly will join the Senate in passing legislation that will help Vernon Downs keep its doors open. However, every day that we remain open, we simply lose more money and are forced to begin the process of closing Vernon Downs…  …we employ hundreds of local workers, we provide millions of dollars in taxes to the local community….”

North Carolina: 58 years old North Merck Volunteer Rescue Squad suddenly shutdown due to lack of taxpayer funding.  Tax collections are so low that ‘elected’ officials had to decide between the Rescue Squad or the Fire Department.

Ohio:  Sears finally shutting down its Westland Mall location, Columbus news media reported that the Westland Mall officially died in 2012 and that Sears was holding up redevelopment plans, revealing that by doing so Sears Holdings was forcing the mall owner to payout an estimated $400-thousand USD per year in property taxes on a vacant mall.

Oregon: SureID updated its mass layoff WARN saying as many as 297 people will lose their jobs due to the company losing a tax-sucking U.S. Navy contract!

Pennsylvania: Prison contractor Aramark Correctional Services eliminated 127 jobs due to loss of contract with the city of Philadelphia!

Puerto Rico:  Residents of the U.S. territory voted to become the 51st State of the Union (97% in favor), although voter turnout was reported to be very low (only 23% of voters voted).  The bad local economy is a primary motivator for statehood: “I voted for statehood. Even if it’s still a long way off in the distance, it’s our only hope.”-Armando Abreu

Virginia:  In Norfolk, local news media reported that the British empire based U.S. tax-sucker BAE Systems layoffs killed more than the 3-hundred jobs officially reported, when you total the number of sub-contractor layoffs caused by BAE it’s actually about 1-thousand people who lost their jobs!

Washington DC: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) wants to get rid of 1-thousand-2-hundred employees by September!

Wisconsin:  Local taxpayers forced to spend money on the now vacant Sears Auto Center in Brookfield.  The Brookfield Common Council wants to spend $76-thousand-664-USD to find out if it’s worth it to build a conference center and hotel on the property

Clandestine Immigration: German boat seized for Human Trafficking! Italy & Libya form united navy to block migrants?

02 AUG 2017 (17:51 UTC-07 Tango 06)  11 Mordad 1396/09 Dhu l-Qa’da 1438/11 Wu-Shen 4715

More proof it’s about destroying your job!

After months of dramatic rescues of ‘migrants’ and ‘refugees’ in the Mediterranean Sea, Italy (Italia) seized a German (Deutsche) operated fishing boat and accused the crew of human trafficking.

The Italian Guardia Costiera (Coast Guard) says they’ve been monitoring the NGO (non-governmental organization) operated boat, named Inuventa, and witnessed several meetings between the crew and known human traffickers.

Inuventa is one of many privately operated so-called refugee rescue boats in the Mediterranean.  Just last month Inuventa and a second German operated boat (called Sea-Eye) called for help because they had taken on too many migrants.  Inuventa is operated by a group calling itself Jugend Rettet (Youth Rescue), they even have a website.    Some news media reports say the Sea-Eye is also being operated by Jugend Rettet.

German news media revealed that Jugend Rettet is one of six NGO ‘rescue’ groups that refuse to sign onto an Italian regulation establishing rules for so-called rescue operations.

For Months the Italian Marina Militare (navy) and Guardia Costiera have been praised for the thousands of people they’ve rescued, but more and more Italians are convinced the whole refugee crisis is a False Flag operation by corporations and puppet governments to bring-in cheap labor, rendering tens of thousands of Italians jobless.  In fact the Italian officials are using a new term for the False Flag refugee crisis; clandestine immigration.

Using social media Jugend Rettet denied being detained, or that Innuventa was seized, but did admit “…we are not able to operate in the Search and Rescue Zone at the moment.”

As a result of escalating clandestine immigration, the Italian government approved a plan allowing the Marina Militare to help the weak Libyan government shore up its own naval forces, and to stop human trafficking by sending in a couple of Italian ships to patrol Libyan water (however, some Libyan politicians are protesting the Italian plan).
