On 08NOV2018, the retired battleship USS Wisconsin was used to grant citizenship to 29 military personnel who were born in Philippines, Jamaica, Ghana, Nigeria, China, Vietnam, Congo, Kenya, Federated States of Micronesia, Togo and Burkina Faso.
