Virginia disses U.S. workers in favor of migrants from Korea!

In January 2023, a Korean food tech company called Armored Fresh announced it was expanding its non-dairy cheese production operation in Fairfax County.

The County of Fairfax, in Virginia, is spending taxpayer funding to intentionally attract migrant workers from Republic of Korea (RoK, aka South Korea). Fairfax County also boasts that it is already home to 60 Korean operations, and has maintained a recruiting office in Seoul since 2004! The Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA) also admits that its purpose is to convince foreign businesses and workers to settle in the U.S.!

In fact, the Fairfax County Department of Economic Initiatives spends tax dollars assisting foreign workers with things like training, healthcare, family counseling, and immigration/naturalization services!

In January 2018, The Korean Times even published an article telling Koreans to “Build your business among family and friends in Fairfax County”! The article states that “the 2010 U.S. Census shows that Fairfax County is home to more than 60 percent of all Koreans living in the Commonwealth of Virginia.” The article was actually written by Gerald L. Gordon, who at that time was the President of the FCEDA, in other words it was actually an advertisement presented as a news article.

The Virginia Economic Development Partnership boast that Virginia has more than 66-thousand Korean business managers/workers. Realize that five other U.S. states have higher numbers of Korean workers, than Virginia.

Climate Civil War: Yet another Environmental Justice order, covert ethnic war started in 1994?

Yesterday, Joseph Robinette Biden Junior created a new(?) Office of Environmental Justice. It also creates Justice40 Initiative, which diverts 40% of taxpayer funded ‘investments’ to “disadvantaged communities.” Never mind that several federal, and even state level, agencies have been operating under their own concept of Environmental Justice, since 1994.

But wait, the U.S. Department of Justice already has an Office of Environmental Justice!

What is Environmental Justice? Here’s an incomplete list of definitions from federal and state government entities:

U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: “The Environmental Public Health Tracking Network gathers data and information that are needed to make decisions about our environment and our health, including personal, community, regulatory, and public health decisions. The Tracking Network allows users to identify demographic factors, environmental burdens, socioeconomic conditions, and public health concerns directly related to environmental justice.”

U.S. Department of Transportation: “On May 16, 2021, U.S. DOT issued the Final DOT Environmental Justice Order, which is an update to U.S. DOT’s original Environmental Justice Order (Departmental Order 5610.2(a) – Actions to Address Environmental Justice in Minority Populations and Low-Income Populations), which was published on April 15, 1997. The Order continues to be a key component of U.S. DOT’s strategy to promote the principles of Environmental Justice in all Departmental programs, policies, and activities.”

U.S. Federal Aviation Administration: “….airport sponsors must take into consideration EJ impacts to surrounding populations regarding airport noise, airport construction, or other adverse human health and environmental effects.”

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency: “Environmental justice (EJ) is the fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all people regardless of race, color, national origin, or income with respect to the development, implementation and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations and policies.”

U.S. Health and Human Services: “HHS recognizes that people of color, disadvantaged, vulnerable, low-income, marginalized, and indigenous peoples, are disproportionately burdened by environmental hazards.“

U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development: “Environmental justice is an integral part of HUD’s mission. The Department works with multiple stakeholders and other federal agencies in its efforts to assure environmental justice concerns are addressed.”

California Department of Justice: “…on February 22, 2018, Attorney General Becerra established the Bureau of Environmental Justice, and, on April 28, 2021, Attorney General Bonta announced the expansion of the Bureau. Today, the Bureau is comprised of 12 attorneys who are solely focused on fighting environmental injustices throughout the state of California and giving a voice to frontline communities who are all too often under-resourced and overburdened.”

Colorado Department of Public Heath & Environment: “Environmental justice recognizes that all people have a right to breathe clean air, drink clean water, participate freely in decisions that affect their environment, live free of dangerous levels of toxic pollution, experience equal protection of environmental policies, and share the benefits of a prosperous and vibrant pollution-free economy.”

Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs: “Historically, the environmental justice movement has been one of grassroots activism focusing on the rights and liberties of people of color and low-income communities relative to the environment…. In 1994, President William Clinton issued Executive Order 12898, ‘Federal Actions to Address Environmental Justice in Minority Populations and Low-Income Populations,’ directing federal agencies to address environmental injustices in their operations and in communities across the country.”

Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy: “Environmental Justice is the equitable treatment and meaningful involvement of all people, regardless of race, color, national origin, ability, or income and is critical to the development and application of laws, regulations, and policies that affect the environment, as well as the places people live, work, play, worship, and learn.”

Minnesota Pollution Control Agency: “The MPCA focuses on developing strategies to reduce pollution and health disparities in communities most at-risk.” Yet also states “The MPCA is committed to environmental justice, the fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all people, regardless of race, color, national origin, or income…”

New York City Office of Environmental & Climate Justice: “Environmental justice means the fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all persons, regardless of race, color, national origin, or income, with respect to the development, implementation and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations, policies and activities and with respect to the distribution of environmental benefits.” But then adds “Climate justice is the recognition that it is these same historically-overburdened communities that are most vulnerable to a rapidly changing climate. Disparities that are persistent in our society, from social, to economic and health inequities, can be exacerbated by impacts of climate change like extreme heat, flooding, and catastrophic weather events. The pursuit of climate justice also means holding those with the most responsibility for the climate crisis accountable.”

North Carolina Department of Environmental Justice: “DEQ’s Environmental Justice Program works to ensure the fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all people regardless of race, color, national origin, or income with respect to the development, implementation and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations and policies.”

Oregon Department of Environmental Quality: “DEQ is committed to the principles of environmental justice and to ensuring that the agency’s actions – including permitting, cleanup, policy and planning, outreach and education, and compliance and enforcement – address the interests of Oregon communities, especially minority, low-income and other traditionally underrepresented communities, as much as state and federal laws allow.”

Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection: “DEP defines an EJ Area as any census tract where 20 percent or more individuals live at or below the federal poverty line, and/or 30 percent or more of the population identifies as a non-white minority, based on data from the U.S. Census Bureau and the federal guidelines for poverty.”

FLORIDA: National Guard is paying ‘headhunter’ fees to anybody who can convince anybody else to join-up;

On Joint Base Andrews the Air National Guard, as well as NATO-Germany’s Luftwaffe, announced Air Defender 2023, scheduled for June. Air Defender 2023 is the largest NATO aerial wargame ever!

On 04APR2023, The Bay State’s 1st Battalion-182nd Infantry Division return home from deployment after nine months of service throughout The Middle East. More than 20-thousand Massachusetts National Guard Soldiers and Airmen have deployed since 11SEP2001!

MISSOURI:

The Missouri Air National Guard’s 139th Airlift Wing is looking for what I call ‘Woke Folk’ to join their year old Diversity Council. Going by the photo it looks like the Diversity Council consists of short females. The press release admits that the Diversity Council has been having problems attracting new members, it also revealed that the Diversity Council is a creation of Woke Folk higher-up the chain of command: “It’s really cool that even from state that’s what they’re also pushing and giving us information on so we can educate on that, but it’s a pretty broad spectrum of stuff we’re looking at and tackling and we’re just now getting off the ground too.”-Senior Airman Julia Jurgensmeyer, Co-chair Diversity Council

On 01APR2023, a tornado damaged Building 66/68 on the National Guard Training Center, in Sea Girt. The building was being used for storage of material used by the National Guard Youth Challenge program for ‘troubled’ teenagers.

It has been decided that personnel who complete the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Victim Advocate and Refresher Training will be marked with a SAPR patch. SAPR also addresses the apparent increase in reports of males being sexually assaulted in today’s ‘woke’ military.

It is painfully obvious, now, that the leadership of the United States has been conducting what I call ‘Forever Wars’, under the guise of fighting terrorism, extremism and “near peer threats”.

Recently revealed list of state National Guard deployments:

On 31MAR2023, more than 2-hundred militia personnel with New Hampshire‘s 3rd Battalion-197th Field Artillery Regiment, were honored in a send-off ‘deployment ceremony’. They are heading first to Fort Bliss, Texas for additional deployment training, then in April they will arrive in The Middle East to support Operation Spartan Shield and Inherent Resolve with rocket and missile artillery fire.

Two months after returning from their deployment, Minnesota Army National Guard personnel tell you about the problems they are having readjusting to life in the U.S., one of those problems is that deployments are getting more dangerous:

If you live in the Washington DC area get ready for Hurricane Citadel Gale, the U.S. Navy (USN) says it is going to make landfall between April 24th and May 5th!

Don’t worry, it’s part of the USN’s yearly Tropical Cyclone Condition of Readiness (TCCOR) preparations, it is actually called Hurricane Exercise/Citadel Gale 2023 (HURREX/CG).

It’s also important to prepare the Navy Family and Accountability System (NFAAS): “NFAAS is an essential resource for locating Navy personnel and family members during crisis or natural disasters to ensure they’re safe. During the Pandemic (if there ever was actually a pandemic), the U.S. Department of Defense launched food distribution operations, handled by state National Guard units, because state and federal government imposed Pandemic lockdowns and mandates had disrupted civilian food supply operations!

In West Virginia, the National Guard built a food warehouse that is still in operation. However, on 12APR2023, the operation of the National Guard owned food warehouse was contracted-out to the main civilian food bank operations in the Mountain State; Mountaineer Food Bank and Facing Hunger Food Bank.

West Virginia’s Governor also announced a $10-million taxpayer funded account (called Posey Perry Emergency Food Bank Bucket) for the two food banks to draw from: “This incredible cooler and the Emergency Bucket are going to help feed a lot of people, but it’s still not enough.”-Jim Justice, Governor of West Virginia

“Governor Justice has been our biggest fan at the Food Bank, helping us through the pandemic and combatting this hunger crisis. We thank him so much for his continued support to make sure nobody in West Virginia goes to bed hungry.”-Chad Morrison, Mountaineer Food Bank

A local news report revealed that the civilian food bank operators needed the National Guard food warehouse because they were getting overwhelmed with food, even though they’ve purchased additional storage space of their own: “Both Mountaineer and Facing Hunger are expanding partnerships with local producers. Suddenly, we’ll be able to provide some storage for product and purchase more from them because we do have the availability to store it.”-Cyndi Kirkhart, Facing Hunger Food Bank

This revelation means a couple of things; there is no food shortage, and West Virginia is experiencing (or expecting) skyrocketing numbers of people who now qualify for food provided by charities!

It also suggests the National Guard cannot continue providing personnel for food distribution operations. Future war, expected natural disasters, crashing recruitment?

This past week, Air National Guard C-130H MAFFS units from Nevada (152nd Airlift Wing) and Wyoming (153rd Airlift Wing) joined California’s 146th Airlift Wing on Channel Islands Air National Guard Station, for their yearly wildfire preparations.

On Fort McCoy a time capsule was uncovered inside one of the walls in a barracks. It was left there by the Kentucky Army National Guard’s 617th Military Police Company just as they were deploying to Iraq, in November 2004. The time capsule was actually found towards the end of 2022, but not made public until 13MAR2023 (after proper authorities, and the Kentucky Army National Guard, were notified).

U.S. Hunger Games: ‘Woke’ U.S. Air Force creates Mobile Food Pantry for its Airmen!

When I first enlisted in the U.S. military, in 1982, I got a whoping $6-hundred per month as an E1! Today, in 2023, the Defense Financing and Accounting Service reports that an E1 gets paid $1-thousand-917 per month! And don’t forget the extra pay; basic allowance for subsistence (BAS, aka food), clothing allowance, aviation incentive pay, submarine duty, dive duty, foreign language, hardship duty, hazardous duty, imminent danger pay, exemption from FICA taxes if on active duty for more than 30 days, health professions bonuses, muster duty allowance, ROTC allowance, exempt from paying taxes while in a combat zone!

Did you notice the BAS (food)? That is correct, the Department of Defense already pays military personnel extra for food (where food is not available on-base, or when living off-base), the BAS rate for enlisted personnel is $452 per month. But wait, there is more, they have a BAS-2 rate, which is now at $905 per month! When I got married in the mid-1980s, the most I got from the BAS was $2-hundred, and no USAF supplied food pantries then!

Amazingly, even with extra pay specifically for food, the Department of Defense claims that 24% of active-duty military personnel are food insecure, wow!!!

So why then has the U.S. Air Force begun its first ever mobile food pantry truck service specifically for its own Airmen? Hurlburt Field Air Force Base, in sunny Florida, began its Hurlburt Field Mobile Food Pantry service in February 2023.

The USAF is using a food truck operated by an organization called Feeding the Gulf Coast (part of the covert military operation known as Feeding America), volunteers with the Hurlburt Field Mobile Food Pantry say they handed out 5-thousand pounds of food last month. And apparently it is a once per month event, every fourth Friday of every month, unless it is a holiday. All Airmen and their families, regardless of rank, will not be turned away: “We’ll put the food in their car, and they can go about their merry way.”-Mauli Patel, volunteer

The Hurlburt Field Mobile Food Pantry is in addition to the regular brick-n-mortar (in the base chapel) food pantry operations on the base.

Is this proof the United States is in much worse economic shape than officials are admitting to, or, are ‘woke’ military personnel just fat and spoiled?
