U.S. Civil War Chicago, 11 – 15 August 2014: FBI quietly begins gun confiscation mission! People being killed in front of police station! Notice how many people are gut shot! FD & PD officials continue to contradict each other!

3500 block of South Indiana Avenue: 25 years old man gut shot to death just one block from a Chicago police station!  Police say they “found” the man after he was killed, yet somehow they know that he was shot by another man who walked up to the victim before shooting.

7100 block of South Green Street: 26 years old man shot three times and killed supposedly by a drive by shooter in a white car.  Police don’t give a shit because they declared the victim a “documented” gangbanger.

9200 block of South Dobson Avenue:  17 years old boy shot and killed supposedly by drive by shooter in silver car.  News reports say “someone” drove him to a hospital.

103rd and State streets: 22 years old man sitting in a vehicle was somehow shot in the butt and ankle by a person using a rifle, according to police.  Police say they found spent casings for a rifle in the intersection.

9800 block of South Ellis Avenue: 32 years old man shot in the leg and back, 19 years old man gut and butt shot.

7400 block of South Greenwood Avenue: 21 years old man gut shot supposedly by drive by shooter, according to police.

1100 block of West 80th Street:  Two men in their 30s shot and wounded.

8600 block of South Ingleside Avenue: Three people in their back yard shot and wounded.  Police say the shooter was in the alley.  Police reported two people in serious condition, one in stable condition, yet Fire Department officials say all three are in critical condition.

11800 block of South Princeton Avenue: 15 years old boy shot and wounded in the arm and gut, by drive by shooter.

65 Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) personnel began a intelligence and surveillance mission for the expressed purpose of future arrests and gun confiscations: “This is a new tactic the FBI is using in fighting crime.  By working in a concentrated area and a concentrated time on the street, although the FBI has been working hand in hand and day in and day out with the police department.”-unnamed FBI spokesperson

The FBI mission was pushed for by Obama puppet Rahm Emanuel.  An unnamed Chicago police officer told the Chicago Sun-Times that he was shocked by the federal government operation: “It’s mind-boggling, it’s almost unheard of!  I thought the mayor and the police superintendent had said they don’t need more police on the streets?”

40 Illinois State troopers are now assigned to the Chicago Police Fugitive Unit.  For the next 30 days they will help city police hunt down wanted individuals, at least that’s the official story.

It’s interesting that the police seem to know how most shootings went down, even though they weren’t present and most victims refuse to “cooperate”.  And yet, few arrests.

The majority of victims are male.  Police continue to insist most of the gun violence is caused by gangbangers, but have made few arrests. That’s because police believe most of the victims are also gangbangers.  Realize that police in metropolitan areas keep records of whose who in the local gangs, this how they know if a victim is a “documented gang member”.  This also means police probably know who the assailants are.   So why no arrests?

Once again, shooting victims were not armed, it’s as if the shooters are deliberately targeting unarmed people.  It also questions the police claims that the victims are gang members.  Wouldn’t they be armed?

New anti-gun laws would not stop the shootings, because most guns used in Chicago shootings are already illegal!

Now here’s something interesting: Notice police claim most of the victims of the shootings are gangbangers, and realize that it’s the families of those victimized gangbangers demanding all out police state gun bans! Is that irony?

Global Food Crisis: Late blight kills Idaho’s 2014 potato crops? Confirmed in Bannock County! Blame Mexico or Global Cooling?

A few days ago it was reported by local news media that potato late blight was devastating crops in Bingham County, I can tell you it’s here in Bannock County, and it started back in July.

Don’t blame the drought, since the end of July eastern Idaho has been hit with abnormal rain, so much that University of Idaho pathologists warned the unseasonable heavy rain is causing late blight (Phytophthora infestans).  Late blight was confirmed in Blackfoot farm fields on 11-12 August 2014, in Bingham County.

I can tell you that the farm field on the west side of Chubbuck (Bannock County) was showing signs of disease before the heavy rains started, back at the beginning of July.   It’s an irrigated farm, and several types of crops are rotated every year.   The farmer stopped irrigating by the time the rains hit.

Apparently it only takes the late blight fungus about five days to begin spreading spores (the spores travel by air).

A late blight is blamed for the infamous Irish Potato Famine, and it made its way to North America in the late 1800s.  But ever since the 1990s new strains of late blight evolved in Mexico, and are making their way north.  The new strains are considered more lethal than the old Irish Potato Famine version.   It attacks tomatoes as well.

University of Idaho ag officials stated that spraying fungicides should kill the blight, however they admitted many farmers are short on cash and can’t afford the chemicals.  A farmer from Aberdeen (Bingham County) stated that he hoped his anti-early blight spray would suffice for preventing late blight, due to cost concerns.   After all, potatoes haven’t really been a money making crop for Idaho farmers (despite the propaganda spouted in the metropolitan areas of the United States).

It’s not just potatoes, Idaho hay/alfalfa growers are facing fungus problems due to the unseasonal heavy rains.  By the end of the first week of August, Jefferson and Bingham counties reported record rain fall totals.

Hay farmers had already shipped off their first cuts, but University of Idaho officials reported that the second cut (now stacked in bales) is in jeopardy of mold contamination due to being soaked: “…..there was enough rain on uncovered stacks that it probably went through the first bale. We could have more hay fires and a bunch of ruined hay. Monitor your stacks.”-Glenn Shewmaker

A Blackfoot hay farmer reported that his hay stacks had already turned black with mold: “It’s the ugliest hay I’ve ever been a part of!”-Dewey Stander, lost 404 hectares (1-thousand acres) of cut hay

Up ’till now the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) had been making optimistic reports regarding agricultural crop production in Idaho.

But there’s more climate change threats coming for Idaho farmers.  Climatologist Cliff Harris says he and his colleges agree that Idaho could see a colder than normal Autumn (our temps have actually been unusually cool for August).  He even warns that there could be hard freezes in September, meaning less food for you city folks to eat.

But to be set upon by these officers who absolutely lost control and went to deadly force. This young man, what kind of fight could he have put up. Really, this is as sickening as it is sad.”-Steven Lerman, attorney

Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) are claiming they had to kill a mentally challenged 25 years old man because he was assaulting them after they stopped him from walking on a sidewalk, what they call an “investacative stop”.

A witness disputes that claim: “He wasn’t a gang banger at all!  I was sitting across the street when it happened.  So as he was walking down the street, the police approached him, whatever was said I couldn’t hear it, but the cops jumped out of the car and rushed him over here into this corner.  They had him in the corner and were beating him, busted him up, for what reason I don’t know he didn’t do nothing!  The next thing I know I hear a ‘pow!’ while he’s on the ground.  They got the knee on him. And then I hear another ‘pow!’  No hesitation. And then I hear another ‘pow!’  Three times!”-Leroy Hill, who also claims he heard one cop order the shooting by saying “Shoot him!”

The LAPD outright lied about the incident from day one, which was 11 August 2014.  Not only did they lie about the man attacking them, but they also claimed they did not know the identity of the man but that he was probably a gangbanger!   The mother of the victim contacted local news media right away and stated that her son was lying on the ground when the ass hole cops shot him three times!  Even on 13 August the NAZI LAPD still claimed they did not know the identity of their victim!

Other witnesses say the LAPD routinely harassed the mentally challenged man on purpose, just because he was mentally challenged:  “They laid him out and for whatever reason, they shot him in the back, knowing mentally he has complications. Every officer in this area, from the Newton Division, knows that, that this child has mental problems. The excessive force….there was no purpose for it. The multiple shootings in the back while he’s laying down?…..Then when the mom comes, they don’t try to console her….they pull the billy clubs out!”-unnamed witness

The LAPD did admit that they handcuffed the man after they killed him!

9300 block of South Springfield Avenue:  31 years old man stabbed to death.  Police have arrested a suspect.

5900 block of South Justine Street: 16 years old boy shot and killed.  Police suspect the shooting was gang related.

2800 block of North Harding: 24 years old man shot and tazed by police.   Police say the man was blocking traffic with his car and appeared to be on illegal drugs.  He ignored their orders to move the car.  The cops then broke the car window in order to get at the man, but they claim he then drove the car into a civilian car and a police car.    That’s when the blasted him.

Martin Luther King Drive and Hervey Avenue: Three people shot and wounded. Local news reports say police locked down the area to search for the shooter, but gave up just a few hours later (a far cry from what happened in Boston Strong).  Local news sources also reported that police refuse to comment on the incident.

4200 block of South King Drive: 18 years old man shot and wounded in the arm, and a 17 years old boy shot in the hand and butt, during the South Side’s 85th Annual Bud Billiken Parade.   No arrests.

0-100 block of East 35th Street: 22 years old man shot and wounded in the leg.  He refused to talk to police.  Police now claim the guy shot himself.

5700 block of South Shields Avenue:  23 years old man shot and wounded while out walking.  He refused to go to a hospital.

500 block of East 42nd Place: Police say three women were fighting each other, then after the fight two men in their 40s began shooting at them.  Somehow one of the shooters got shot in the leg.  Police arrested the two shooters.

Desiree Harris, the grandmother of the victim, said she was driving home when she saw her grandson running away from the apartment building where they lived, but when she got closer “…my grandson was lying on the pavement. I asked the police what happened. They didn’t tell me nothing!”

Witnesses say the 18 years old man, who was about to start college, was unarmed and running away from police when they blasted him multiple times: “He shot again and once my friend felt that shot, he turned around and put his hands in the air.  He started to get down and the officer still approached with his weapon drawn and fired several more shots.”-Dorian Johnson

“I witnessed the police chase after the guy, full force.  He ran for his life.  They shot him and he fell.   He put his arms up to let them know that he was compliant and he was unarmed, and they shot him twice more and he fell to the ground and died.”-Piaget Crenshaw, who told other news sources that the killing shots were to his face and chest at point blank range

Police said that for some unknown reason a cop in a car stopped two males, who were standing near the street.  When the cop approached the friends he claims one of them attacked him and tried to grab his taxpayer funded gun.  They ended up in the cop car, when a gunshot went off.   It’s now known that it was the victim who was shot by the cop inside the car!  The victim and his friend ran.   The victim’s friend says it was the cop who grabbed and pulled the victim into the car, the victim was simply struggling to get  away.  The cop, still in possession of his gun, decided to finish off the man he shot, who was now running away from him.  Apparently the cop “feared for his life” due to the fact that the men were running away from him.  The victim was shot dead 10 meters (35 feet) away from the cop car.  It’s interesting that at this point the other man has not been arrested by police.

Multiple shell casings were found at the scene, police refuse to say how many times the victim was shot in the back.  The cop is on paid vacation until the Saint Louis County investigation is concluded.   Remember that the victim’s grandmother said the homicide by cop happened in front of their home, the police have yet to explain why an armed cop decided to harass two apparently unarmed men standing in front of the residence of one of the men.

1100 block of West 112th Place: 17 years old boy killed.  It was police who found him, and it was apparently only the police who“heard gunshots” which led them to the victim.

4100 block of West Jackson Boulevard: 33 years old man shot in the back and killed.

7600 block of South Hoyne: 39 years old man riding a bike was killed by drive by shooter in a red car.

5500 block of South Emerald: 26 years old man shot in the head and killed.

7300 block of South Kedzie Avenue: 21 years old man found dead in his car.  He was shot twice.  Police accuse the dead victim of being a gangbanger.

Lewis and Martin Luther King Drive: Police SWAT responded to calls of multiple shootings.  Three people were found wounded.  Police claim they were locking down the area in order to catch the shooter.

700 block of South Western Avenue: 19 years old man shot in the elbow, but he’s in critical condition because he somehow suffered head trauma, according to police.  Police accuse him of being a gangbanger.

7100 block of South Damen: 22 years old man out walking when he was shot and wounded by a drive by shooter in a blue van.  Police accuse the victim of being a gangbanger.

7700 block of South South Shore: According to police, two men went to a house and started fighting with the man inside.  One man fled and then a woman came in and started fighting.  She and the other male invader got beat with a baseball bat.  A third male armed with a gun invaded the house and started shooting.  The man of the house was shot and wounded.

8600 block of South Colfax: 42 years old man shot and wounded in the leg.  Also, apparently in a separate shooting, three men were shot and wounded by drive by shooter in a blue car.

2. Safeguard enemies who surrender.

3. Do not kill or torture enemy prisoners.

4. Care for the wounded, whether friend or foe.

5. Do not attack medical personnel, facilities, or equipment.

6. Destroy no more than the mission requires.

7. Treat all civilians humanely.

8. Respect private property and possessions.  Do not steal.

9. Identify the rights and duties of prisoners of war (PW).

10. Report all violations of the law of war.

TRAINING AND EVALUATION

Training Information outline

Treat all prisoners humanely.  (1) Provide prisoners food, water, shelter, and medical treatment.  (2) Do not take money, personal property, or protective equipment from prisoners unless ordered to do so.  b. Protect prisoners from physical or mental abuse.  (1) Protect prisoners from acts of violence and intimidation.  (2) Do not use prisoners as shields or screens, to clear or plant mines or booby traps, or as hostages.  c. Do not use force or coercion in questioning or interrogating prisoners.

4.  Care for the wounded, whether friend or foe.  a. Collect all wounded personnel.  b. Treat all wounded, friend or foe, in accordance with  medical priorities.  c.  Follow the Golden Rule: Treat enemy wounded as you would want friendly wounded to be treated by the enemy.

5.  Do not attack medical personnel, facilities, or equipment.  a. Do not fire at medical personnel, medical facilities, or medical transport vehicles.  b.  Respect medical service symbols (Red Cross, Red Crescent, the Red Lion and Sun, and the Red Shield of David).  (1) Use medical service symbols only for medical activities.  (2) Do not hide behind medical service symbols.

6.  Destroy no more than the mission requires.   a. Follow the Rules of Engagement.  b.  Attack only combat troops.  c. Do not attack protected property such as hospitals, churches, shrines, museums, or undefended places.  d. Do not destroy property unless required by the necessity of war.

7.  Treat all civilians humanely.  a. Move or detain civilians only for proper cause.  b. Protect civilians from collective punishment, reprisals, and hostage taking.  c. Protecting women from forced prostitution, rape, and sexual assault.

8.  Respect private property and possessions.  Do not: a. Steal civilian property.  b.  Take war trophies.  c. Sieze property unless ordered to do so.

9.  Identify the rights and duties of PWs.  a. PWs have the right to: (1) Receive housing and clothing.  (2) Receive enough food to stay in good health.  (3) Receive adequate medical care.  (4) Maintain proper hygiene.  (5) Practice their religious faith.  (6) Send and receive mail.  (7) Keep personal property except for weapons, military equipment, and military documents.  (8) Receive packages containing foodstuffs, clothing, and education, religious, or recreational material.  (9) Have a prisoners’ representative to the PW camp commander.  (10) Receive humane treatment from their captors.  b. PWs have a duty to (1) Tell their captors only their name, rank, service number, and date of birth.  (2) Obey all lawful camp rules.  (3) Obey the lawful orders of senior prisoners.  (4) Perform nonmilitary labor which is not humiliating, dangerous, or unhealthy.  Officers and NCOs can be required to perform only supervisory work.

10.  Report all violations of the law of war.  a. Do your utmost to prevent criminal acts.  b. Request clarification of unclear orders.  c. Refuse to obey an order that is clearly illegal.  d. Report violations of the law of war to one of the following: (1) Chain of command.  (2) Military police. (3) Inspector General.  (4) A judge advocate.  (5) A chaplain.

I’ve noticed that newer versions of the U.S. Army’s Soldier’s Manual of Common Tasks, Skill Level 1, no longer cover 181-906-1505. Is this intentional?

The very first Geneva Convention ‘law’ was created in 1884.

Israel agreed to Geneva Conventions 1 through 4 in 1951 (four years before the United States).  Israel and the U.S. agreed to Geneva Convention Protocol 3 in 2007.

Since Palestine is still not an officially recognized political entity (not considered a ‘country’) it is not bound by any Geneva Convention, or any international laws.   However, in 1982 the now ineffective Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) agreed to Geneva Conventions 1 through 4 and Protocol 1.   Hamas (not affiliated with PLO) came into being in 1987 and has not publicly agreed to any Law of War.

False Flag Bio-War: United Nations GMO Food Aid = Ebola Outbreak

Some people are blaming the current ebola outbreak on the consumption of monkey or bat meat (there are at least five versions of ebola), but the revelation that the United States has been working on an ebola serum (apparently in secret) for some time now only reinforces my hypothesis that the current ebola outbreak is caused by genetically modified crops (aka GMO, GM, GE [genetically engineered], transgenic).   You see, the life saving serum is made from Kentucky grown GM tobacco soaked in ebola virus.

From 1976 (by coincidence, Monsanto’s Roundup was “commercialized” for the U.S. market in 1976) to 2012 the major ebola outbreaks have been centered in central Africa; in the two Congos, Uganda and southern Sudan (now called South Sudan).  But suddenly, at the end of 2013 ebola shows up with a vengeance in western Africa.

The three countries at the new center of the “unprecedented” EVD (Ebola Virus Disease) outbreak are Liberia (a former[?] U.S. colony), Sierra Leone and Guinea.  All border each other and all are prolific users of GM crops.  This is interesting because all the GMO tracking sites I checked don’t show these countries as being involved in GMO use (and the most recent data is from 2011).

Nigeria has also joined the EVD outbreak club.  At the beginning of July the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development swore there was no GMO in Nigeria.  But get this, he wants to use nuclear tech provided by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to increase food production, and he sure seems confused about what GMO is: “We must never be afraid of atomic technology in food production. We want to raise productivity, good health and environmental sustainability. We must not listen to those who want to create fear in the minds of people on things they should not be scared about with half-baked knowledge……We can use science to make our food safe and for the issue of food security…..The fact remains that we have nothing in this country called GMO. People confused modern day science to GMOs.”-Akinwumi Adesina

Here’s another fact from Nigeria:  While the Minister of Agriculture denies GM crops are being grown in his country (while appearing to not know what they are), the Minister of Science and Technology announced, in 2013, the creation of the International Service for the Acquisition of Agric-biotech Application.  The main purpose of this “Application” is to promote the growth and use of GMO in Nigeria!

When did Nigeria report its first cases of ebola?  Earlier this year, however the Minister of Health recently said what’s really going on in Nigeria is a hemorrhagic  version of dengue fever (which can kill you just as good as ebola).

The problem with GMO is that some genetically engineered plants involve the use of “transfer vectors”, normally a type of  agro-bacteria or other microbe, to force genetic change or prevent rejection of the genetic changes.  It is not the same as Mother Nature’s pollination technique.  Deadly microbes act as firewalls within the DNA strand, preventing the host’s genetic immune system from eliminating the foreign DNA.

GMOs are so risky that in 2002 Liberia joined the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety.  Last year Liberia held a two week risk management course for GM crops, run by their new Liberia National Biosafety Framework Implementation Project.  It was funded by the United Nations Environment Programme and the Global Environment Facility.  If GMOs are so safe why the need for such biosafety programs?

I’m not the only one who thinks this ebola outbreak is connected to GMO: “The toxic substances embedded in GMOs that make them pests, insects and disease resistant are poisonous bacteria that kill these insects aiding pollination of flowering crops. Nature has a way of doing things, in human race we called that unexpected happenings as Miracles and this could happen in GMO. The insects contacting GMO crops might not die instantly but could manage to carry pollens grains from GMO to non-GMO crop. This would cause the changes of traits of the traditional crop which means that the new crop might manage to survive the environment around it and the cause of the crop adjusting to the new environment, could develop complications not unknown to science hence possible outbreak of new crop disease similar to that of Ebola Virus Disease. This would cause the ailing agriculture to bleed to death.”–

Now lets add the fact that scientists say this current ebola outbreak is different from the 1976-2012 outbreaks: “What’s going on is unprecedented.  Usually these things last two or three weeks and then get isolated.  That is more than a little unnerving to me as a virologist because it suggests that maybe this strain is a little different or has adapted in a different way to cause disease in humans.”-Thomas Hope, Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine

But don’t blame it all on farmers growing GMOs.  Turns out the very same African countries suffering the EVD outbreak are huge recipients of United Nations food aid, which arrives in the form of GM products.  That’s right, the main sources for UN food aid are GM crops, and there’s a conspiracy to dump as much of it on African countries as fast as possible.

Liberia is a huge recipient of UN World Food Programme (WFP) genetically modified food, partly because Liberia has become a refugee camp for people fleeing Côte d’Ivoire.  But wait there’s more!  The new WFP GMO food dumping Hunger Free Liberia program began in 2013, the same year the ebola outbreak started!

In Sierra Leone the WFP is dumping GMO food aid in the name of preventing malnutrition in children.  The WFP says most farmers in the country are unable to get their crops to market because of bad roads, justifying the dumping of GMO food aid.

In Republic of Guinea, the WFP is ‘bartering’ their GMO food aid for locally produced iodized salt.  The salt is used to supplement WFP’s food program.  At least 114-thousand Guineans live off WFP’s food for salt program, which apparently began at the end of 2013.

In 2012 UN officials proudly reported that they finally got Nigerian officials to admit they have food insecurity.  Since 2009 the UN claimed there were 30 regions in Nigeria in need of food aid.  In 2012 the UN expanded that to 383!  Food aid is being dumped by such globalist groups as UNICEF (dumping what they call Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Foods or RUTF), European Commission’s Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection (ECHO) and the terrorist group known as USAID.   UN officials also claim that by dumping this RUTF they are helping to fight inflation in Nigerian food prices (sounds like economic warfare).  It should be noted that the expansion of the RUTF began in 2013!

This year the UN’s WFP announced even more GMO food aid to Nigeria, blaming increasing violence which is creating a refugee crisis.  The food aid will also be shipped to refugee camps in Cameroon, so don’t be surprised if you hear about ebola spreading to Cameroon.

For an example of a conspiracy to increase the dumping of GMO food aid in Africa, in 2011 the African government of Kenya fired its National Biosafety Authority boss after catching him ‘expediting’ the distribution of milled UN/African Union food aid.   African Union food aid officials were pissed: “When you have people starving in your country you don’t simply turn your back on food at your door-step just because it is labelled GM, it is expected that biosafety risk assessments should have been conducted before the importation of the food to see whether it does indeed pose a threat before taking a decision. Taking this decision so late in the day could have serious consequences for the suffering people.”-Diran Makinde, New Partnership for Africa Development’s African Biosafety Network of Expertise

Who should we blame?  According to a 2011 Popular Science article, U.S. based Monsanto is responsible for 90% of the GM crops around the World (grown mainly in the U.S. and South America)!

Then there’s the United Nations, African Development Bank, USAID, World Bank, Japan International Cooperation Agency, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and other ‘western’ globalist organizations that are pushing the use of GM seeds, and even dumping GM food aid in African countries.

It’s ironic that the genetically modified tobacco plant is being used to create a serum for ebola, after all the tobacco plant was the first plant to be genetically modified by humans (in 1982).

A report out of Tel Aviv (in Flightglobal) says Israel has ordered a halt to all new drone (UAV) contracts with Russia.  The report also said the Obama regime was upset that Israel is still doing business with Russian military contractors, despite U.S. and EU sanctions against Russia over the Ukraine fiasco.

Isn’t it interesting that the Monday after the Friday in which the U.S. Senate approved $225-million USD in extra money for the Israeli warmachine, that Israeli officials decide to sanction Russia?

Back in June I wrote how the technology to use your cell phone to spy on you comes from Israel.  In fact, Israel is the first step in producing the guts of your cell phone.  Not only that, but Israeli companies recycle old phone guts to make that spy tech, then you suckers end up paying outrageous amounts of cash for a ‘new’ phone that spies on you!

German news media reporting that not only did German spymasters  catch the Obama regime spying on Angela Merkel, but they’ve caught Israeli officials spying on the Obama regime!
