Badakhshan Province: In Yamgan District, an Israeli style raid on a Mosque resulted in four people being killed, dozens wounded.
Farah Province: In Farah Rod District, a convoy of Afghan government personnel was ambushed, resulting in a three hours long battle. Eight people killed, seven wounded. Five vehicles destroyed.
Herat Province: 19 Afghan National Police joined the Mujahideen.
Kabul Province: In Kabul City, a gunbattle between two rival gangs left three people killed, dozens wounded. A cultural center compound for Shia Muslims was attacked by a suicide bomber. The bomber and a security guard were killed. In Surobi District, suicide car bombers attacked the police HQ. At least three suicide bombers killed. One cop was killed, two wounded. Also, Mujahideen tried to once again assassinate pro-Obama presidential candidate Abdullah Abdullah. They failed, but did kill three of his bodyguards.
Kapisa Province: In Ala Say District, a 75 kilogram landmine totally destroyed a Afghan National Army armored car, killing all six personnel on board.
Kunar Province: Provincial cops report that 21 artillery rounds fired from Pakistan impacted Afghan soil. It’s interesting to note that Afghan Mujahideen claim they pounded parts of Kunar with artillery fire. Could the government officials be confused? Mujahideen also report they launched days of attacks in Kunar, resulting in dozens of Afghan government personnel killed or wounded.
Nangarhar Province: In Bati Kot district, reports that U.S.-NATO-ISAF forces conducted an Israeli style night time home invasion. A residential compound was destroyed.
Paktia Province: In Zurmat District, reports that a U.S. led airstrike killed two people.
Paktika Province: In Yusuf Khel District, three girls aged 12 to 18 were kidnapped during an Israeli style home invasion by government troops.
Pakistan admitted that 23 paramilitary personnel were killed inside Afghanistan. However, they claim they were murdered. My question is: What were they doing inside Afghanistan?

The Indiana National Guard is in trouble after three M-14 rifles went missing. Turns out they were in the possession of a Guardsman when he reported them stolen. A police investigation revealed the Guardsman is a convicted felon, meaning he is not supposed to be in possession of weapons, even if in the military. The investigation is ongoing.
