“Now it’s all gone.” Weatherford & Union Pacific increase planned layoffs! Capital One charges off thousands of jobs! No more flights to Europe?: U.S. Job Losses & Store Closings, 23 July 2015

Incomplete list of publicly announced layoffs & shutdowns:

Texas founded but Ireland based oil service company Weatherford International just jacked up the number of their planned layoffs (again) to 11-thousand! Reports say 6,449 people have already become jobless! Most of those jobs were in Canada and United States.

California: ObamaCare medical device tax forcing Ohio based Parker Hannifin ’s Engineered Materials Group to shutdown their Medical Systems Division factories in Anaheim and Fontana, and move them to Mexico by the end of 2016.  Administrators refused to say how many jobs will be lost.  In Cordova, Edwin Watts Golf shutdown.

Colorado: Griff’s Hamburgers shutting down in Denver and Arvada, by August.  Both stores have been sold, they were the last Griff’s in Colorado.

Connecticut:   Ohio based Parker Hannifin ’s Engineered Materials Group shutting down their Precision Cooling Systems ops in New Haven over the next 12 months, 150 jobs lost!  Back in March, New Haven lost another 2-hundred jobs when the Vera Bradley factory shutdown!  Tax-sucking Harris Corporation shutting down their military radio factory and moving it to New Jersey, 360 taxpaying jobs lost in Fort Wayne!

Georgia: Local news report a “surge” in unemployment in the Columbus metro area.  The state Department of Labor said the number of available jobs dropped by 4-hundred in June, and the number of unemployment claims were 148 more than in May.

Illinois: What automotive industry recovery?  Farm vehicle maker Deere (formerly known as John Deere) continues to eliminate jobs.  This time 160 people in Moline were rendered jobless without warning!   It’s being called an “inventory adjustment shutdown”.  Administrators say sales continue to crash, and they expect sales to continue to crash for the rest of the year.   In Chicago, events organizer Red Frog Events laid off 29 employees.  It’s connected to their takeover of D.J. National Food Service.

Iowa: Without warning the Cedar Rapids Payless Optical Outlet shutdown.  Local news reports say customers did not get refunds and they didn’t get their glasses either!  Local news says nobody answers the phone numbers left on the store closing notice.  The local Better Business Bureau says all they know is that it sounds like the store owner is in the hospital.

Massachusetts: Hopkinton based ‘cloud computing’ company EMC announced it needs to make an additional $850-million USD worth of “headcount reductions” between now and the end of 2017!  It was revealed (back in April) that EMC already eliminated 1-thousand 5-hundred jobs in January!  EMC also eliminated 1-thousand jobs in 2014!

Minnesota: Minnesota Public Radio laid off nine employees and eliminated two vacant positions.

Nebraska: Just last week I reported that Omaha based Union Pacific Railroad would furlough at least 1-thousand employees! Today, not only did Union Pacific administrators confirm it, but they increased the furloughs to 1-thousand 5-hundred, and then warned that more could follow: “…right now volumes are down and we have to get our costs in line…..if we have to, we will do whatever else we need to…”-Lance Fritz, ceo

New York: United Airlines issued a shutdown WARN for their international flight service out of John F. Kennedy International Airport.  The shutdown will take place in October, 206 jobs lost!  The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P) issued multiple WARNs saying two Pathmark and three Waldbaums grocery stores will shutdown by November, a total of 472 food jobs lost in time for Thanksgiving!

North Carolina: IBM announced they will eliminate jobs at the Research Triangle Park, as part of their ongoing “workforce rebalancing”.  It’s blamed on non-stop crashing sales.  However, cfo Martin Schroeter admitted IBM spent $700-million taking over five small companies, so far this year.  Mmmm, is that the real reason for layoffs?  In Concord, after ten years non-profit cat shelter Kitty City shutting down due to increasing city regulations: “It’s about losing sight of common sense. They don’t support us for doing it right. After we had to make such drastic changes to our cages, I went home every night in tears…..Now it’s all gone.”-Patsy Beeker, pissed off founder of Kitty City

Oregon: Too Big to Jail Capital One shutting down their Tigard call center by the end of the year, at least 9-hundred jobs lost! To add insult to injury, hundreds of those employees had recently moved to Tigard from California on orders from Capital One!  Local news reports say Capital One is the largest employers in Tigard.

Pennsylvania: Canada based oil-gas fracking company Calfrac Well Services laid off 60 employees in Chester Hill.  ObamaCare hospital mergers forcing Jameson Hospital to end childbirth services by September.

Puerto Rico: After 40 years the Condado Plaza Hilton casino shutdown, 140 jobs lost! It’s blamed on the crashing economy in the U.S. territory.  Hilton administrators say revenues crashed by 40%, just from their casino’s slot machine ops!  The territorial government revealed that previous casino shutdowns reduced tax revenues by $6-million!

South Carolina: The Myrtle Beach Walmart is ending it’s 24 hours shopping experience and will close for six hours every night. Overnight cashiers will be looking for new work.

South Dakota: Too Big to Jail Capital One shutting down their Sioux Falls call center by the end of the year, at least 750 jobs lost!  To add insult to injury, hundreds of those employees had recently moved to Sioux Falls from California on orders from Capital One!  Local news reports say at one time the Capital One Sioux Falls ops had more than 1-thousand employees!

Virginia: Tax-sucker Newport News Shipbuilding revealed their previously announced mass layoffs will top 1-thousand 5-hundred jobs between now and the end of 2016!  Goochland County reports that Too Big to Jail Capital One is eliminating an undisclosed number of call center jobs.  The Richmond Times-Dispatch says Capial One is the largest employer in central Verginy.

Washington: Boeing issued yet another layoff WARN, this time 172 people in Puget Sound will lose their jobs in September!

Wisconsin: Once again food producer ConAgra killing jobs, this time they’re shutting down one of their two Ripon cookie factories, 285 jobs lost by the end of the year!  In Greenfield, Doctor Dawg restaurant shutdown.

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) no longer issues mass layoff reports: “On March 1, 2013, President Obama ordered into effect the across-the- board spending cuts (commonly referred to as sequestration) required by the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act, as amended. Under the order, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) must cut its current budget by more than $30 million, 5 percent of the current 2013 appropriation, by September 30, 2013. In order to help achieve these savings and protect core programs, the BLS will eliminate two programs, including Mass Layoff Statistics, and all ‘measuring green jobs’ products. This news release is the final publication of monthly mass layoff survey data.”

Minnesota Department of Natural Resources warns of a ban on walleye fishing in August.

It would directly affect Mille Lacs Lake.  Regulators say the limit on walleye catches has nearly been reached, and there is a new problem of a large number of walleye dying after coming into contact with fishing hooks (the ones that got away).

The walleye population in the Mille Lacs Lake is now at a 30 years low!

“If your plants come in contact with flood water, the safest thing to do is to not eat them. Dispose of them……there could be e-coli, heavy metals, or other pathogenic organisms….”-John Bombardiere, West Virginia State University

West Virginia declared a state of emergency after severe flooding hit the east coast state on 12 July.   The West Virginia Agriculture Commission is warning farmers and victory gardeners not to eat any vegetables if their land has been by flooded.

The federal government says it’s actually against the law to sell crops soaked by floods: “If the edible portion of a crop is exposed to flood waters, it is considered adulterated under section 402(a)(4) (21 U.S.C. 342(a)(4)) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act and should not enter human food channels. There is no practical method of reconditioning the edible portion of a crop that will provide a reasonable assurance of human food safety. Therefore, the FDA recommends that these crops be disposed of in a manner that ensures they are kept separate from crops that have not been flood damaged to avoid adulterating ‘clean’ crops (Ref. 1, 2, 3).”

“The scenario given to Public Health was that anthrax had been sent in the mail throughout upstate New York.”-Watertown Daily times

I’ve discovered that New York recently held an mass antibiotic-dispensing drill in Lewis County.

Lewis County Public Health administrators revealed they’ve been warned to be prepared to dispense medication for 27-thousand people within 48 hours.  The drill, held at the end of June, involved 350 people.

The U.S. Army’s “mistaken” shipments of live anthrax was revealed in May, but I’ve discovered that New York conducted mass antibiotic-dispensing drills in April.  Saratoga County Public Health administrators conducted a mass antibiotic-dispensing drill in Saratoga Springs.  Administrators admitted the drill was meant to test their ability to respond to a large scale anthrax attack.

Massachusetts Health and Human Services have made public their Emergency Dispensing Site (EDS) Full Scale Exercise guidelines.

Such mass dispensing exercises have been ongoing since at least 2006 (Alaska conducted mass dispensing exercises in two cities in October 2006).  Now realize that the U.S. Army’s Dugway Proving Ground, in Utah, was revealed to be shipping out live biological agents since at least 2005!  Is it any wonder administrators with the Department of Defense and Homeland Security have been expecting a biological attack?

Officially administrators say it’s in response to SARS, the 2001 anthrax letter attacks and bird flu.

I find it interesting that dozens of U.S. counties and cites have been conducting Mass Dispensing Exercises every year since 2006, yet no mention by main stream national news sources!

In March 2006, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) launched Mass Dispensing/PoD exercises by presenting the video Mass Antibiotic Dispensing: Collecting Point-of-Dispensing Exercise Data.  It was CDC inspectors who recently admitted they questioned the seemingly irresponsible operations taking place at Dugway Proving Ground as far back as 1999!  Their warnings fell on deaf ears when their scathing report was shelved by the high level administrators of CDC!

In 2007, the University of Washington published the results of their evaluation of the effectiveness of what was called back then Point of  Dispensing (PoD) operations.  They concluded it was a success, however they discovered that 27% of ‘victims’ in the PoD drill did not understand how to use the medication.  (Evaluation of a mass dispensing exercise in a Cities Readiness Initiative setting)

The states of Washington and Oregon have jointly banned fishing for the prehistoric fish known as sturgeon.  Dozens (at least 80 at last count) of the fish have been found dead in the Columbia River Gorge reservoirs.  Sockeye salmon are also dying in huge numbers.

Fishing for sturgeon is catch & release only (except for Native Americans on their concentration camps, I mean reservations), but that’s been banned until researchers can figure out why the fish are dying.  Some suspect a combination of high temperatures and low oxygen in the water caused by the drought.

The salmon are dying of a bacteria called columnaris, which goes ‘nuts’ in high temperatures and low oxygen environments.

29 sturgeon were autopsied and their bellies were found full of salmon, yet biologists don’t think that killed the sturgeon.  Almost all dead sturgeon were adults of five feet or longer.  Old fish cannot absorb oxygen from the water as effectively as young fish.

Oregon also banned the fishing of salmon, steelhead and trout.

Democratic People’s Republic of Korea demanding that the U.S. Congress and even Barack Obama come and visit their so called anthrax lab.  The accusation was made by U.S. operative James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies.

But now there are new hypocritical accusation against Korea, north; Koreans are being used as guinea pigs for anthrax testing, accusations from a North Korean who defected in the 1990s.

Here’s some interesting revelations, in the same pics that James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies used to accuse North Korea of making anthrax, they admit that there are bottles made by U.S. companies Merck and Sigma-Aldrich, as well as equipment made in other countries but banned from sale to DPRK!  See the report and pics here.

The fact that U.S. companies have been selling banned equipment capable of producing anthrax to North Korea explains why the U.S. Army considered South Korea the most likely place for a military sized anthrax attack, thus justifying their JUPITR ATD program.

In the U.S. state of Montana, lab results are pending for the mysterious deaths of 19 bison on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation.  However, health administrators are now saying they do not suspect anthrax simply because they have no evidence.  Another however, as it was discovered one lab result was completed, but administrators refused to comment on the results.

The state of Minnesota has joined the growing list of mid-west states preparing for an anthrax outbreak.  It’s been revealed that at the end of June a massive drill was held at three locations including the Saint Michael-Albertville High School.  Scarce news reports (for some reason pics of the event are not loading on the webpage) said it was meant to simulate biological warfare in which 18-thousand people were infected!  It involved 18 counties, involving 1-hundred volunteers as well as emergency responders from six counties who were designated for mass medications dispensing!

Speaking of drills, many ‘conspiracy theorists’ have been reporting U.S. military drills in which the ‘enemy’ are zombies.  My research indicates the zombie drills and the ‘bungled’ anthrax shipments, along with JUPITR ATD coincide.  The zombie connection comes from a scientist who says he’s discovered anthrax is not only damned hard to kill, but it can comeback to life years after it has been ‘killed’!

Arizona geneticist Paul Keim calls it the Lazarus Effect: “Perhaps in those trillions of spores with their broken DNA, there were a few of them that managed to repair their DNA. Not right away, but perhaps over a matter of storage over weeks, months or even years. Perhaps a very, very small number of those spores resurrect themselves from death and start to grow.”

VA culled more than a quarter million U.S. veterans!

It’s been revealed by a whistleblower that the U.S. Veterans Affairs has killed off 238-thousand veterans who needed healthcare but were put on hold instead!

According to the once secret data that’s 1 out of every 3 veterans on the healthcare  waiting list!  The Huffington Post reports they were given the internal data by a man working for the VA Health Eligibility Center in Georgia.

The culling of U.S. veterans will increase because, if you’ve read my latest Job Losses report, the VA says it will shutdown dozens of VA hospitals!   

So, the VA has managed to kill more military personnel than those killed in Iraq, Afghanistan and who knows elsewhere!

Health administrators in the U.S. state of Montana are now concerned that the mystery deaths of dozens of bison on Native American reservations could be caused by anthrax, after the Canadian province of Saskatchewan confirmed that anthrax is killing bison in the Great White North.

Local news reports say more than one dozen bison on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation died suddenly around the 4th of July.  The tribe was given the bison in 2013, after they were cleared of possible brucellosis infection.  In 2008, 3-hundred commercially raised bison died in Montana because of anthrax.

At the end of 2014, the South Dakota Animal Industry Board confirmed that bison in that state were being killed by anthrax.  The deaths began in July 2014 and seemed to involve only unvaccinated bison.  North Dakota and Texas also reported livestock infected with Bacillus anthracis in 2014.

In Republic of Korea (RoK) the Seoul-Washington Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) Joint Committee is now overseeing a Joint Working Group (JWG) investigation into why FedEx delivered live weaponized anthrax to the U.S. Forces Korea Osan air base, back in April.

This sounds more like a cover up operation because the SOFA committee is comprised of 20 smaller sub-committees.  And the JWG itself will be made up of representatives from defense, foreign, health, agriculture and food ministries, microbiologists, plus private attorneys.

U.S. Forces Korea claims they destroyed the anthrax shipment delivered to Osan.

India is hard hit by an anthrax outbreak that is killing both livestock and humans.

In Koraput district at least six people have died and 15 are confirmed infected with anthrax (up to 30 people showing sings of infection) after eating beef infected with anthrax, back in June.

In Simdega district, a 23 years old woman was admitted to the Simdega sadar hospital back in June.  She tested positive for anthrax.  However another person, who died and was suspected of being infected with anthrax, tested negative.  Health administrators said at least 19 people were infected in the district’s Thetaitangar block.

For years we in the United States have been told how impactful U.S. economic sanctions against Iran have been.  Our main stream news media has no problem finding ‘experts’ who constantly tout that Iran “is suffering greatly under sanctions”, yet Iran has enough wealth to give Syria a $1-billion USD loan?

Syria’s government run Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) also revealed that the loan was agreed to back in May.  The Syrian parliament ratified it this week.

Syria needs the loan due to the four years old U.S./NATO-Kingdom of Saudi Arabia-Israel backed ‘civil war’ causing the Syrian economy to crash by 50%!

In another move to spur their economy the Syrian parliament banned the charging of interest, and even fees, on small business loans for farmers.  Administrators don’t blame the U.S. led war, but say it’s due to the 2013-14 drought.  Farmers have until the end of 2015 to become current on their loan payments.

However, Syrian government economists admit that the U.S. led war against the elected Syrian government is the main reason for their economic difficulties.

NATO Member Turkey is also working against Syria by cutting off 40% of water supplies to northern Syrian farmers. Syrian agricultural administrators are now working with Iraq to provide new sources of water.

The Syrian government is also working to protect the transportation of newly harvested wheat and cotton.  Another option to help the farmers financially is the possible purchase of  harvests by the government itself.

Despite the war, Syria is hosting the Agricultural Veterinary Exhibition.  Syrian veterinary services are now an export commodity serving 42 countries.  The CEO of Al-Farabi Company claims his company has 2-hundred licensed products and is expanding exports to Europe.

Syria is also holding Food Expo 2015, administrators stated it was a protest against the U.S. led war: “The exhibition is a message that the Syrians are determined to continue production and work.”-Kamal Eddin Toma, Industry Minister

Of course there’s oil.   Oil production is slowly increasing since Syria has pushed the U.S. led insurgents out of oil producing regions. As of April petroleum oil production was at 9-thousand 5-hundred barrels, gas production at 15.6-million cubic meters, per day.  The latest news is that Syria and the South American country Venezuela are working to accelerate the opening of the joint refinery project known as Furqlus.

Back in the U.S. sanctions strapped Iran, a new massive bridge is being built from the mainland to the island of Qeshm, in the Persian Gulf.  It will be the longest bridge built by Iranian engineers and will have two lanes of wheeled vehicle traffic as well as a rail line.  The Qeshm bridge is part of a new economic corridor extending all the way north into Central Asia.  Qeshm island has massive amounts of iron ore.  Once the bridge is completed it’s hoped that 7-million metric tons of iron ore will be shipped out to steel factories throughout the region.

On top of that, the government which is supposedly struggling under U.S. sanctions is investing $2-billion USD into the South Pars Sangan iron ore mining project.  It’s expected to produce 17-million metric tons per year!  Iran’s iron ore/steel production is expected to increase by 100%!  Two Chinese companies are joining the massive iron ore extraction operations. Iran already exports 4-million metric tons of steel per year.

In March and April of 2015 Iranian exports hit $5-billion USD!  That does not included oil or gas!  NATO members Turkey and Italy join Pakistan and Oman as top buyers of Iranian products.

Speaking of U.S.-led NATO member Italy, a 3-hundred strong trade delegation is preparing to visit the Aryan (Iranian) country.  Administrators with Iran’s Trade Exhibition Company have revealed that a “number of American companies” are now exploring the possibility of setting up shop inside Iran.

Wait, there’s more!  Iranian airlines now have direct routes to the European Union and Russia.  Iranian fisheries have signed deals with Russia to export 28-thousand metric tons of fish to Russia in August.

Operation Jupiter: Bison dying of Anthrax! North Korea joins the Game? Canada signs Anthrax deal with United States!

Nine Bison have died in the North American British empire country of Canada.  Health administrators in the province of Saskatchewan have confirmed that two of them died from anthrax, and the other seven are suspected of being infected. It’s being blamed on the weather but NATO member Canada is one of several countries shipped live weaponized bacillus anthracis from Dugway Proving Ground in Utah, United States.

Back in December, anthrax attacked a domestic cattle herd in Saskatchewan.  Tests showed the anthrax spores were in the hay the cows were eating, several cows died.

It should be noted that a U.S. NIH biodefense contractor, Immunovaccine Incorporated (formerly Rhino Resources), has signed a deal with Canadian vaccine maker PharmAthene.  The deal, which could be worth as much as $50-million CAD to the Canadian company, is focused on developing a new vaccine against anthrax using the patented DepoVax system.  Apparently the old vaccines are no longer viable.  Immunovaccine Incorporated revealed that they’ve already tested anthrax vaccines on 7-hundred people within the U.S.

The Obama regime’s Department of Defense has revealed yet another NATO member who got live anthrax; Italy.  So far Australia, Canada, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea and United kingdom have been shipped live anthrax from Utah via commercial shippers. Note that all are NATO Members or Partners, and are involved in the JUPITR ATD program.

News reports out of east Asia say the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea is creating weaponized anthrax inside pesticide factories. The source of the info is actually a U.S. operative known as the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies, and the pesticide factory is the Pyongyang Bio-technical Institute: “Analysis of the images reveals that the facility can produce regular, military-sized batches of biological weapons, specifically anthrax.”

And we’re supposed to be surprised by this ‘revelation’?  Can you say; No shit, Sherlock!  Isn’t it highly hypocritical for U.S. operatives to accuse another country of possibly being able to make weaponized anthrax, when it’s the U.S. that’s been actively shipping weaponized anthrax around the World since at least 2005?!  This is more likely an attempt by the United States to distract from its on going JUPITR ATD programs, which originally focused on Korea.

Here’s an update on the anthrax outbreak in India.  The Animal Husbandry Department of Chikkaballapur district confirmed animals are dying of anthrax. They’ve ordered all veterinarians to report suspected deaths caused by anthrax. To give you an idea how bad naturally occurring anthrax is: “… the bacteria will kill the animal, but will also leave spores. These spores, if exposed to air, will survive for over 40 years and may cause infection in healthy animals and can be a risk to human health. Hence, after an outbreak is confirmed, animals within a radius of 10 km should be vaccinated.”-P T Sreenivas, Animal Disease Surveillance

“The owners may sell the dead animal without knowing the potential danger it poses; this is wrong. The animal has to be buried at a depth of 15 feet. All equipment used to carry the animal, like rope and logs, should also be buried and covered in lime to stop the spread of infection.”-Dr Gayathri, Animal Disease Surveillance

Back in Canada this is how the news media is warning residents: “Ruminants such as bison, cattle, sheep and goats, are highly susceptible, and horses can also be infected. While swine, birds and carnivores are more resistant to infection, farm dogs and cats should be kept away from carcasses.

The carcass of any animal suspected of having anthrax should not be moved or disturbed and should be protected from scavengers to ensure the spores from spreading.

Officials say anyone who suspects anthrax should contact their veterinarian immediately for diagnosis, which can only be confirmed by a lab test.

Producers should use caution when handling potentially infected animals or carcasses. While animal cases pose minimal risk to humans, people can get infected through direct contact with sick animals or carcasses.”-Global News
