U.S. Job Losses & Store Closings 06 – 09 May 2014: 3-thousand+ jobs lost in Illinois! 1750 jobs gone in Tennessee! Mystery massive layoff in California!

Incomplete list of publicly announced layoffs & shutdowns:

As a result of the merger with OfficeMax, 400 Office Depot stores will be shutdown across the United States!

Taxsucker Northrop Grumman lost a big Navy bombing range contract, 57 jobs lost.

California: In Irvine, cell phone service provider Verizon shutting down in June, 152 jobs lost!  In Corona, Ireland based legal drugs pusher Actavis laying off two employees in July.  In Menlo Park, software company Intuit laying off seven employees in July.  In Fullerton, Illinois based credit info service TransUnion shutting down in July, 106 jobs lost!  What automotive industry recovery? In San Jose, car dealer Courtesy Chevrolet shutting down in July, 100 jobs lost!  In Los Angeles, Trinity Sports shutting down in July, 135 jobs lost!    In Fort Irwin, taxsucker Northrop Grumman notified state officials that 899 employees will be let go in July!  Golden State Employment Development Department officials report that Northrop Grumman gave no reason for the massive layoff!

Hawaii:  God can’t stop Obama Care from killing 110 home healthcare jobs with Saint Francis Healthcare System!  The hospital system will also shutdown their hospice operation in Oahu.

Illinois: In Bolingbrook, meat processor Quantum Foods lost a major contract.  Company officials told 1100 employees not to come to work!  The company has been losing revenue since 2012.   Accretive Health warned that “restructuring” could kill 170 jobs!  It was revealed that Passages Hospice was forced to shutdown in February, 88 healthcare jobs lost.  The owner was charged with frauding Medicare/Medicaid.  Plastic container maker Graham Packaging warned it will kill 170 jobs starting at the end of the month.  The company is consolidating operations.   The Chicago Tribune reports they’ve obtained a memo from  OfficeMax-Office Depot which states that 1600 Prairie State residents will become unemployed as a result of the recent merger!  Chicago based Jet Magazine announced it will cease paper publications, unknown how many jobs will be affected.

Kansas: Too Big to Jail Bank of America selling off 11 branch offices.

Michigan:  After first announcing (in March) they would not privatize their school bus system, Battle Creek Public Schools privatized their school bus system! 41 jobs affected.   The once Detroit based (now based in Chicago since January) civil engineering firm Lakeshore TolTest now chapter 7 bankrupt busted.

Minnesota: Plymouth based fertilizer maker Mosaic killing 500 jobs across the United States!  It’s blamed on a 43% drop in earnings for their 1st quarter 2014!  Grocery store operator Roundy’s sold off 18 Rainbow grocery stores, 1-thousand jobs affected!  At this point the new owners say they will continue operating the stores, but the names might change.

New York: In Rochester, Eastman Kodak continues its slow burn layoffs, announcing that five more employees will be laid off in July.  In Long Beach, Long Beach Memorial Nursing Home being shutdown and sold off, 372 jobs lost by the end of July!  Buffalo based Center for Transportation Excellence says the loss of a state Medicaid transportation contract will result in 40 people becoming unemployed.   In Long Island, warehouse operator Gwynnie Bee shutting down in July, 96 jobs lost.  In Norwich, First Transit laying off 31 employees in August.  Company officials blame the bad economy.   In NYC, National 42nd St. Realty/LIR Management shutting down their TGI Friday’s Restaurant, Tim Horton’s/KFC Food Court restaurants in August, at least 130 jobs lost!  Company officials blame the bad economy.

North Carolina: In High Point, furniture maker Steelcase shutting down their factory and over the next two years is moving 230 jobs to Mexico!

Ohio: In Cleveland, Champlain Enterprises shutting down their aircraft Maintenance Hanger in July, 177 jobs lost!  After only two years in operations, Believe to Achieve Academy shutting down two schools in June, 63 jobs lost.  Tax collector IRS shutting down their West Chester office on 15 May, 23 jobs affected.

South Dakota: In Sioux Falls, family owned home decor store John Adam Collection shutdown.

Tennessee:  The TVA killing 1750 jobs!  It’s being done through the elimination of 1-thousand vacant positions and forced early retirements.   It’s the biggest layoff in 20 years by the federal government utility provider.

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) doesn’t count the hundreds of layoffs involving less than 50 people each, in its mass layoff reports. It also doesn’t count all the little ‘mom & pop’ businesses that shut down.

In southern Gaza Strip reports that the town of Khuza’a is being systematically wiped off the face of the Earth by Israel Defense Forces.  Witnesses say the IDF soldiers are summarily executing dozens of the townsfolk, and had help from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

The IDF attack began on 21 July 2014.   Survivors say it started with Israeli armored forces encircling the small city of 10-thousand.  They were told by the ICRC to evacuate to a specific part of the city, where the ICRC employees were supposedly going to transport the townsfolk to safety.  Survivors say when they arrived at the specified location there were no ICRC employees insight.   Instead there were Israeli armored vehicles and soldiers, who immediately began shooting at them.

By 24 July 2014, reports of hundreds of civilians killed and that Israel Defense Forces were blowing up residential property.  The local doctor’s house was bombed by a U.S. built F-16 Falcon/Viper.  Ambulances arriving from outside the city were being shot at.

Yesterday, a woman told of how the IDF began rounding up men, and executed them: “The first night of fighting, but I don’t know anymore how long ago that was. The fighters told us not to leave the houses. The shelling of the area was intense. Then the Israeli army came to our house, they arrested my husband, and his father….and others from the adjacent buildings, maybe 30 people. We were told to leave immediately, with white flags and hands up.”-Rasha an-Najjar

She told how the IDF started to release some of the men, but then, as the men were walking away the soldiers began shooting them in the back.

The IDF is also attacking the town of Shujaya, and several other small towns in the same way.

Israel has a history of genocide going all the way back to 1948.  Here’s one for the pro-Israeli warmongering U.S. Christians to think about: In October 1948, Zionist insurgents captured the Christian town of  Eilabun.   12 of the Palestinian Christian Mujahideen were summarily executed by the fledgling Israelis, the rest of the town’s Palestinian Christians were forced into exile in Lebanon.    Privately donated U.S. money helped pay for that operation!

Martial Law 2014: Obama regime using DoD gun registry system, get ready for the OVERLORD!

The U.S. Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) discovered the Department of Defense (DoD) has been using a gun registry system to document and track guns, called OVERLORD.

Barack Obama is the Commander in Chief of the DoD.

OVERLORD (Operational Verification of Reliable Logistics Oversight Database) is also used to document and track other items as well, anything with a serial number.

But don’t get too excited, the expensive system is proving to be a failure.  Just days ago the SIGAR revealed that tens of thousands of guns transfered to the Afghan government have disappeared.   The SIGAR investigation showed that OVERLORD was full of duplicate and fake serial numbers, as well as fake shipping documents.

In 2012, the DoD Inspector General (IG) found the same problem regarding the tracking of expensive night vision optics being used by Afghanistan military.

The IG also discovered that source funding for such operations, involving the U.S. military supply of Afghanistan forces, was being covered up: “…the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) uses pseudo-foreign military sales procedures to procure items and services to support the ANSF.”–Accountability of Night Vision Devices Procured for the Afghan National Security Forces Needs Improvement

Usually the word “pseudo” means “false”.

OVERLORD is a prime example of why no government system is fullproof: It’s created by humans, maintained by humans and thus corruptible.  The IG calls this reality “internal control weakness”.

The 2012 IG report insinuates that individuals inside DSCA and U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) are manipulating data so that OVERLORD is unable to properly track ‘sensitive’ items.  In a politically correct way (as to not rock the boat) the IG simply said “controls” were not in place to make sure the correct data was being collated.

The same can be said for another DoD tracking database called SCIP (Security Cooperation Information Portal).  SCIP is supposed to allow End Use Monitoring (EUM) of the foreign recipients of U.S. military equipment.

And there’s another tracking system targeting military contractors in Afghanistan, called Core Inventory Management System Enterprise Edition (CoreIMSEE).

If the DoD can’t keep track of their guns, then how can a Martial Law obsessed civilian government?  As well, the DoD’s systems have proven to be manipulated by false data, so who’s to say a Martial Law loving regime won’t use such systems to False Flag frame anybody who speaks out against them?

After the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991, the U.S. National Guard Bureau assigned various state militias overwatch duty of former Soviet allies under the State Partnership Program.

According to retired U.S. Army Brigadier General,  Guido J. Portante Junior, since 1993 the California National Guard has been performing overwatch duty on the Ukrainian military.

The State Partnership Program promotes “the American way of life” under the guise of military training.

World War 3 Afghanistan, 25 – 29 July 2014: More U.S. taxpayer rip offs! Afghan official insinuate vote rigging by UN & EU! More National Guardsmen dying once they return from Afghanistan!

Badakhshan Province: In Wardoj District, Afghan National Police kidnapped a man.  They claim he was planning to become a suicide bomber.

Ghor Province: Near Feroz Koh City, without evidence the provincial government, as well as NATO/ISAF, accused the Mujahideen of executing 16 civilians.  This does not jive with the MO of the Mujahideen, it does jive with the MO of pro-government/pro-U.S. Arbaki.

Helmand Province: In Marjah District, a motorcycle bomb exploded killing four people and wounding four others.

Herat Province: In Herat City, two Afghan National Army (ANA) soldiers were killed by men on motorcycles.

Kabul Province:  In Kabul City, an ANA officer was killed and another wounded when a magnetic mine on their vehicle exploded.   For at least the third time, the Independent Election Commission (IEC) has halted the vote recount.  IEC officials have repeatedly expressed concerns over the UN/EU observer’s process of invalidating votes.  IEC says many votes being invalidated have legitimate signatures.  This is what Obama and Ban Ki-moon call a “successful” election?

Kandahar Province: In Spin Boldak District, Mujahideen attacked one of the houses belonging to a warlord posing as a government police chief.  The attack lasted one hour, at least nine people killed, four wounded.  In Registan District, Mujahideen attacked and killed at least five cops, including the local police chief.  Police claim they killed seven Mujahideen.  In Zherai District, Mujahideen attacked a police FOB (Forward Operating Base).  At least 25 people killed.  In Dand District, a powerful cousin of President Hamid Karzai was assassinated by a 16 years old kamikaze bomber.

Nangarhar Province: In Hesarak District, government officials report Mujahideen launched a major offensive, at least 70 people killed.

Paktika Province: In Orgun District, National Directorate of Security (NDS) says they arrested a kamikaze bomber from Pakistan.  They say he was driving a truck loaded with 1-ton of explosives.

Zabul Province: In a bazaar in Shahjoi District, two NDS agents began beating a man.  The man managed to break away and grabbed a gun and started shooting, wounding the NDS agents.

The U.S. Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) discovered that tens of thousands of U.S. taxpayer funded weapons given to Afghan government forces, have gone missing.  The SIGAR investigation revealed that the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) gun registry system was flawed as fake serial numbers, duplicate registration and falsified shipping documents were discovered.  DoD officials countered saying they are not responsible for any weapons once handed over to the Afghan government.

In the U.S. state of Texas, a 24 years old member of the Michigan Army National Guard, who recently returned from Afghanistan, drove his SUV into opposing traffic, slamming head-on into a tractor-trailer rig.   His family said he moved to Texas to start a private security operation connected to Signal 88 Security.   Police are investigating the accident.

In the U.S. state of Georgia a member of the Army National Guard, who served in Afghanistan with the U.S. Army, drowned to death in  Lake Allatoona (a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers reservoir), along with his father.  His family says he was swimming and suddenly began struggling and went under.  His father tried to rescue him, but began struggling as well and called for help.  Strangely, the two men who went to their rescue had no problem swimming in that part of the lake, but were too late to save the two victims.

In response to claims that Israel has violated its own ceasefires, Israeli officials have clarified that their ‘ceasefires’ apply to only 44% of the Gaza Strip!

Ever here of a corporation called Cynk?  That hasn’t stopped investors from putting $6-billion USD into the company.   But wait, the company is fake!

On 11 July 2014 the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority declared an “extraordinary event”, after Cynk stock surged 23-thousand percent over two months!  The Securities and Exchange Commission halted trading of Cynk penny stocks.

Turns out investigations into the company showed it doesn’t exist!  No employees, no revenues, no assets!  Yet, the company reported a $1.5-million loss for 2013.

A man from Belize listed as the CEO of the company denied he was the CEO!

A reporter for Bloomberg went to Belize to find the HQ of Cynk: “I went to the place where it listed its headquarters…..it’s the nicest building in town…the 4th floor where the address is…is an offshore brokerage….the brokerage held Cynk shares for clients.  I don’t know who those clients are…….Don’t buy penny stocks!”-Zeke Faux (can we trust a guy with a last name that means Fake?)

Since Cynk is OTC (Over The Counter, aka Penny Stock), and not traded in the Dow or NASDAQ, it does not have to prove itself to investors.  It’s been reported that even the company’s phone number is fake.

The only reason federal officials looked into the company was the outrageous surge in the stock prices.  If the stock maintained a ‘natural’ price it’s possible they could’ve gone on for a long time taking investor’s money: “The challenge really is that those who engage in stock manipulation are so far ahead of the regulators….it really is a race…it’s only once the manipulation starts…that the agency is able to respond.”-Jacob Frenkel, former SEC

How many other fake corporations are being trading in the stock markets?

Despite the evidence showing Cynk is fake, on 25 July 2014 Cynk was allowed to continue trading!   However the stock price dropped from $21 per share to about one dollar.

U.S. news media is blown over by the fact the U.S. Congress is on the verg of suing the Obama regime, yet most of the U.S. news media won’t report the fact that China just won a U.S. Federal Court suit again Barack Obama!  After all, the Wall Street Journal called it “unprecedented”!

This is the first time the office of the U.S. President and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) lost an appeal against their executive order.

Chinese heavy equipment maker SANY Group and Chinese alternative energy holding company Ralls Corp attempted to purchase and operate four wind farms in Oregon.  In 2012, Obama issued an executive order forcing the Chinese to back out of the deal, claiming national security concerns.

On 15 July 2014, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled that the Obama regime violated the U.S. Constitution’s guarantee of property rights and “due process of law”.

The Obama regime must now allow Ralls Corp to make their case to prove they are not a national security risk.  Obama must also provide Ralls Corp with the info that led to the executive order.

Of course, the Obama regime could appeal the decision.

In Arco, Idaho, a rancher was harassed by the owner of a KAO Campground because he was open carrying a Colt 1911 .45 pistol.

William Baker was out with his dogs walking his fields along the border with a KAO Campground.  The campers at the KAO freaked out and complained to the KAO owner.  The KAO owner menaced the gun owner demanding his remove his gun.

Local news media KPVI consulted with the Butte County Sheriff, who confirmed that open carry of guns is legal in the Gem State.
