The use of chemical weapons also directly threatens our closest ally in the region, Israel.”-Susan Rice, Obama regime National Security Adviser

Russian news sources reporting that they have info that U.S. backed insurgents in Syria are planning to launch a chemical attack on Israel, from Syrian territory.  It would be a false flag op to draw the United States into full blown war in Syria.

The false flag operation might be in response to the fact that the Syrian government has accepted a Russian proposal to have all chemical weapons in Syrian control destroyed at a UN controlled facility.

The Department of State warns U.S. citizens against all but essential travel to Iraq. Travel within Iraq remains dangerous given the security situation. This Travel Warning replaces the Travel Warning dated February 25, 2013, to update information on security incidents and to remind U.S. citizens of ongoing security concerns in Iraq, including kidnapping and terrorist violence. The ability of the Embassy to respond to situations in which U.S. citizens face difficulty, including arrests, is extremely limited…………

U.S. citizens should avoid areas near the Syrian, Turkish or Iranian borders……..hostilities could commence at any time……

World War 3, West Asian Front: U.S. evacuates southern Turkey! Preps for war with Syria!

08 September 2013 (19:27 UTC-07 Tango 07 September 2013)/03 Dhu ‘l-Qa’da 1434/17 Shahrivar 1391/04 Xin-You (8th month) 4711

The U.S. Department of State warns U.S. citizens traveling to or living in Turkey that the U.S. Consulate General in Adana has been authorized to draw down its non-emergency staff and family members because of threats against U.S. government facilities and personnel. The Department of State recommends that U.S. citizens defer non-essential travel to southeastern Turkey.

On September 6, the Department of State permitted the drawdown of U.S. government non-emergency personnel and family members from the U.S. Consulate General in Adana, Turkey. U.S. citizens seeking to depart Turkey are responsible for making their own travel arrangements. There are no plans for charter flights or other U.S. government-sponsored evacuations.

U.S. citizens traveling to or residing in Turkey should be alert to the potential for violence. We strongly urge U.S. citizens to avoid demonstrations and large gatherings. Even demonstrations intended to be peaceful can turn confrontational and escalate into violence. There have been no direct attacks on U.S. citizens………..

World War 3, West Asian Front: United States evacuating Lebanon! Preps for war with Syria!

08 September 2013 (19:20 UTC-07 Tango 07 September 2013)/03 Dhu ‘l-Qa’da 1434/17 Shahrivar 1391/04 Xin-You (8th month) 4711

On September 6, the Department of State drew down non-emergency personnel and family members from Embassy Beirut due to potential threats to U.S. Mission facilities and personnel.  The Department of State urges U.S. citizens to avoid all travel to Lebanon because of current safety and security concerns.  U.S. citizens living and working in Lebanon should understand that they accept risks in remaining and should carefully consider those risks.

U.S. citizens concerned for their safety should consider making plans to depart by commercial means.  U.S. citizens will be responsible for arranging their own travel out of Lebanon.  Beirut International Airport is open and commercial flights are operating.  Travelers should check with their airlines prior to traveling to verify the flight schedule.

Those who remain should prepare to depart at short notice.  This includes ensuring that travel documents for all family members are available and up to date.  U.S. citizens with valid passports and foreign dependents with valid passports or visas should not/not contact the Embassy for travel arrangements.  Rather, they should make their own arrangements directly with transportation companies or travel agents.

U.S. citizens should be aware that the Embassy does not offer “protection” services to individuals who feel unsafe.  U.S. citizens with special medical or other needs should be aware of the risks of remaining in Lebanon given their condition and should be prepared to seek treatment in Lebanon if they cannot arrange for travel out of the country. U.S. citizens traveling or residing in Lebanon who choose to remain should be aware that the U.S. Embassy’s ability to reach all areas of Lebanon is limited.  The Embassy urges all U.S. citizens in Lebanon to monitor the media for the latest developments.

There are no plans to conduct a U.S. government-sponsored evacuation at this time……..Evacuation assistance is provided on a cost-recovery basis, which means the traveler must reimburse the U.S. government for travel costs………

As staff levels at the Embassy are restricted, our ability to assist U.S. citizens in an emergency and provide routine consular services is limited and may be further constrained by the fluid security situation.  The safety of our visitors and staff is our highest priority.  Due to disruptions caused by the current environment, consular services could experience unusual delays……..

07 September 2013 (04:35 UTC-07 Tango)/02 Dhu ‘l-Qa’da 1434/16 Shahrivar 1391/03 Xin-You (8th month) 4711

“Four months ago, Turkish security forces found a two kilogram cylinder with sarin gas after searching the homes of Syrian militants from the al-Qaeda and al-Nusra. They are using our borders to take the gas into Syria.”-Mohamad Gunes, former city councilman

“America and Israel had al-Qaeda use chemical weapons in order to push us into war.  None of us wants war here! In the history of Hatay, we all lived peacefully side by side, now there is Mossad, CIA and al-Qaeda all over the place. We are worried that they might use chemical weapons against us.”-Farid Mainy, resident of Hatay

Turkish TV news reports showed convoys of wheeled army vehicles heading towards two locations along the border with Syria.  The reports also said that six military field hospitals were set up.

Reports said among the vehicles were NBC (Nuclear Biological Chemical) detection vehicles.  I also identified tactical recon, radar equipped and anti-aircraft vehicles armed with heat seeking Stinger or Sidewinder type missiles.

World War 3, Economic Front: G20 admits economic recovery failure! Wants new global tax! NSA spying just part of new global government personal data mining!

06 September 2013 (13:12 UTC-07 Tango)/01 Dhu ‘l-Qa’da 1434/15 Shahrivar 1391/02 Xin-You (8th month) 4711

“Global growth prospects for 2013 have been marked down repeatedly over the last year, global rebalancing is incomplete, regional growth disparities remain wide, and unemployment, particularly among youth, remains unacceptably high. Despite our actions, the recovery is too weak, and risks remain tilted to the downside. In the last months financial market volatility has increased.”

“We welcome the establishment of the G20/OECD BEPS project and we encourage all interested countries to participate. Profits should be taxed where economic activities deriving the profits are performed and where value is created. In order to minimize BEPS, we call on member countries to examine how our own domestic laws contribute to BEPS and to ensure that international and our own tax rules do not allow or encourage multinational enterprises to reduce overall taxes paid by artificially shifting profits to low-tax jurisdictions. We acknowledge that effective taxation of mobile income is one of the key challenges. We look forward to regular reporting on the development of proposals and recommendations to tackle the 15 issues identified in the Action Plan and commit to take the necessary individual and collective action with the paradigm of sovereignty taken into consideration.”

“We commend the progress recently achieved in the area of tax transparency and we fully endorse the OECD proposal for a truly global model for multilateral and bilateral automatic exchange of information. Calling on all other jurisdictions to join us by the earliest possible date, we are committed to automatic exchange of information as the new global standard, which must ensure confidentiality and the proper use of information exchanged, and we fully support the OECD work with G20 countries aimed at presenting such a new single global standard for automatic exchange of information by February 2014 and to finalizing technical modalities of effective automatic exchange by mid-2014. In parallel, we expect to begin to exchange information automatically on tax matters among G20 members by the end of 2015. We call on all countries to join the Multilateral Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters without further delay. We look forward to the practical and full implementation of the new standard on a global scale.

“We recognize the importance of all countries benefitting from greater tax information exchange. We are committed to make automatic exchange of information attainable by all countries, including LICs, and will seek to provide capacity building support to them. We call on the Development Working Group in conjunction with the Finance Track, to work with the OECD, the Global Forum and other IOs to develop a roadmap showing how developing countries can overcome obstacles to participation in the emerging new standard in automatic exchange of information, and to assist them in meeting the standard in accordance with the action envisaged in the St Petersburg Development Outlook.”

“We welcome the progress achieved in developing policy recommendations for the oversight and regulation of the shadow banking system.”  Shadow banking can include those individuals who do not use banks and live off barter or cash only.  We will ensure that this information is available in a timely fashion to law enforcement, tax collection agencies and other relevant authorities in accordance with the confidentiality legal requirements, for example through central registries or other appropriate mechanisms.”

“We support the ongoing efforts in the UN for the elaboration of the post-2015 development agenda.”
