Pro-Russians in Donestk Province of Ukraine have declared independence after holding elections.

Pro-Russians in Kharkiv Province have taken control of the capitol building and declared independence.  There are reports that riot police have refused to take action against the independence seekers.

Pro-Russians in Luhansk Province have taken control of government buildings (possibly the capitol building as well) and declared independence.  There are reports of violent fights between riot police and independence seekers.

A Russian Foreign Ministry statement says the Obama installed government in Kiev is not representative of the majority of people living in Ukraine.

Afghan elections should be voided, as ballot boxes filled with votes are destroyed!

The main stream news media are not reporting on the number of ballot boxes, stuffed with uncounted votes, that have been destroyed.

In Kunduz province, and explosion killed a cop, an election official and a truck driver.  The truck driver was delivering eight ballot boxes full of votes, they were all destroyed.  Those are votes that are not going to be counted.

At this point election officials claim the votes are so close that a second election could be held!  This is interesting because not all ballot boxes have been delivered to counting stations, and at least eight have been destroyed.  So much for ‘democracy’!

Faryab Province: In Maimanah City, an explosion killed 18 people, wounded 48.  It was caused by a motorcycle bomb.  Police claim they prevented a second explosion.  The attack targeted the local Energy & Water Department.

Ghazni Province: In Ghazni City, a cop and a civilian were killed by an exploding bicycle.  Seven people wounded.  The attack targeted the Andar District’s Criminal Investigation Department.

Helmand Province:  NATO claims it shutdown the last of its MOB (Mobile Operating Base).  British empire Red Coats also abandoned their bases at Lashkar Gah and Lashkar Gah Durai.

Kabul Province: In Kabul City, the upscale Serena Hotel was attacked by four people.  They were killed. Four foreign hotel workers were also killed.  Two cops and one foreign hotel worker were wounded.  Even though Mujahideen took credit for the attack, police actually suspect the private security guard company hired by the hotel!

Kunar Province: In Ghaziabad District, local government forces announced they called in a U.S. drone strike that killed two people, and wounded several others.

Nangarhar Province: In Jalalabad City, the local Police District 1 station was attacked.   Mujahideen first attacked with a car bomb, then a gun battle with cops.  Seven Mujahideen killed, 10 cops killed and one student killed.  22 cops wounded.

John Sopko, the U.S. Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR), has discovered that U.S. taxpayers are paying for employees that don’t even exist: “I am writing to express my concern that the U.S. may be unwittingly helping to pay the salaries of non-existent members of the Afghan National Police.”

Audio recording of Turkish officials have been posted to YouTube.  They are in Turkish, but a Turkish news program translated some into English.  Basically the top Turkish officials were recorded discussing how to stage a false flag attack on their own country, then blame it on Syria, to justify all out war between NATO member Turkey and Syria.

This would have justified U.S. led NATO going to war with Syria.  The Turkish government responded to the YouTube audio recordings by blocking access to YouTube from Turkish websites.

The members of the anti-G7 group, BRICS, have stated their economic support for Russia.  Specifically, they blasted threats by the U.S./U.K. led G7, which threatened to kick Russia out of the G20: “The Ministers noted with concern, the recent media statement on the forthcoming G20 Summit to be held in Brisbane in November 2014. The custodianship of the G20 belongs to all Member States equally and no one Member State can unilaterally determine its nature and character.”-BRICS statement

A major battle taking place in Kesab (Kasab, Kassab), Syria, near the border with Turkey.  Not only has a Syrian Arab Army commander been killed, but NATO member Turkey shot down a Syrian MiG-23BN.

Turkish officials say the plane crossed into Turkish airspace, but Syrians say that is a lie.  The plane was bombing Turkish-Obama regime backed invaders attacking the coastal city of Kesab.

Christian Armenians living in Kesab say Turkish backed terrorists: “…..triggered a displacement of 6,800 Syrian citizens, most of them Armenians, who were slaughtered, had their properties and their worshipping places desecrated!”-Arab Armenian International Law Assembly

Mikdad says it is too obvious now that Israel is at war with Syria, and in bed with U.S. created al Qaeda: “…Israel repeatedly displayed publicly as a full partner in the war, from the raids that targeted Gemariah near Damascus a year ago, leading to the recent aggression in the region of Quneitra and Sasa days ago, and everything in between…..it [Israel] has become all the groups insurgent assaults on the Syrian citizens and their army and their institutions, and no matter how different the labels, reveal the nature and the fact that their subordination to al Qaeda.”

He also pointed out that just days ago the U.S. backed Syrian National Council promised Israel it would give up Syrian rights to Golan, if Israel began launching airstrikes and no fly zone missions.

Mikdad also blamed the hands of the Obama regime and takfiri Arabs for the civil war in Syria.

Mikdad said it is too obvious that Israel never wanted peace by evidence of “…the destruction of the Palestinian refugee camps and displaced people, in the context of the plan of Israel to liquidate the right of return for Palestinian refugees….”  He called Arab and UN peacekeepers monitoring the situation between Palestinians and zionists “….false witnesses to this violation, and often accomplice to partner implicitly with terrorism and occupation!”

A Los Angeles Times article says the Obama regime has shifted focus to covert invasion from the British empire puppet of Jordan.  The article says Obama has increase U.S. taxpayer funding of insurgent groups with “…the focus of a reinvigorated U.S.-backed initiative to bolster faltering opposition forces now losing ground in their three-year battle….”

Also yesterday, the Sryian Arab Army captured the old false Christian Crusader castle of Qal’at al-Hisn from the Obama regime funded al Qaeda “affiliated” insurgents.

Today, a recruitment video from the Obama supported Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant was posted.  They are trying to recruit Britishers to fight with al Qaeda.

“I did not once see any voter being put under any pressure. The law enforcement personnel that I saw were not armed. The police force that were standing in front of the election stations were similar to that which I’ve seen in every other country where I’ve been present as an election observer. That is, it was completely normal. It was a completely normal, relaxed atmosphere.

The law enforcement officers stationed at the entrance to the polling stations had no difficulty keeping order because the people were behaving properly. They wanted to take part in this referendum so much, they stood in long queues, with law enforcers there to ensure that it went smoothly. No one was pressured, no one was forced to vote either way, the people came voluntarily in their droves and I did not once see anyone being obstructed from voting with his ballot paper.

……The people were even happy about the result and about the referendum and I got the impression that a lot of people had been waiting for this moment for a long, long time, to be able to vote for Russia, for the chance to join Russia.

……If you consider the vote on the [Obama instigated] Maidan, so to speak, as a legitimate referendum, where there was no set procedure at all, just violence. If that is legitimate, then I ask how a voting procedure can be considered illegitimate where there were voting lists, where there were international observers, where the people were free to vote as they pleased, where people could exercise their right to self-determination as guaranteed by the UN Charter. I even dug the UN Charter out for some Austrian journalists. Article 1 paragraph 3 of the UN Charter talks expressly about the right to self-determination of peoples, not the right to self-determination of states.

The European Union has not passed a single referendum successfully on the first try, which means that the European Union avoids referendums like plague. The European Union plays democracy but does not follow its principles. It is also related to the situation which is unfolding at the present moment. If one conducts a population survey, the opinion of the people will not coincide with the opinion of the government. Sometimes the opinion of the people is drastically different from the opinion of the European governments. It means that the word ‘referendum’ is a dangerous word for the ruling elite of the European Union.

Israeli news media reporting that the public education system will now harden schools from EMPs.  Wireless computers have been banned or limited for use in public schools. The Wi-Fi system for school computers should be replaced by EMP hardened land lines.

The Education Ministry asked for help from the Environmental Protection Ministry to conduct radiation tests: “I am pleased the Environmental Protection Ministry responded positively to our appeal. We will implement a budget transfer and begin to perform the tests…..”-Sam Kaplan, Education Ministry ICT infrastructure and scientific technologies

The actions by the Israeli school officials comes after Nut-job-yahoo authorized $2.89-billion USD specifically for a war against Iran!

In the United States, it was revealed that the National Association of County and City Health Officials held a nuclear emergency “exercise” in El Paso, Texas, on 20 march 2014.   The simulation included the El Paso Department of Public Health, the El Paso Police Department’s West Side Regional Command, the Department of Public Health, the Office of Emergency Management, the American Red Cross, Homeland Security, the school districts of Clint, El Paso and Socorro, the University of Texas at El Paso and El Paso Community College.

The simulation involved reacting to the explosion of a tactical nuke weapon, not a radiological emergency from a nuclear plant or WIPP.

It was also revealed that police state school districts will restrict parents’ access to their own children: “…..we do hold back the kids and don’t let the parents come in. But if the parents get upset, we do release the students but let the parents know that we are no longer responsible and that they can’t come back to the campus.”-Miguel Escobedo, Clint School District martial law ‘safety specialist’

The National Association of County and City Health Officials will conduct similar simulation/exercises in NYC, New York. Salt Lake City, Utah. New Orleans, Louisiana. Indianapolis, Indiana and Bend, Oregon.

These nuke war preperations by U.S. government offices comes after Obama made illegal moves towards the domination of Ukraine, upsetting the nuclear power known as Russia.
