CORABELLE, REFUGEE FROM THE ‘BRITISH INVASION’
Corabelle is owned by Jay Goold. He has been collecting Morris Minors since 1972. Jay bought Corabelle about three years ago, and he says she is the best Morris Minor he has ever owned. He named the car after his grandmother Corabelle Woods Neustel.

Israeli airline El Al has notified the government of Japan that flights from Tel Aviv to Narita Airport, near Tokyo, are canceled from 31OCT2023 until March 2024.
Normally, El Al suspends flights during the December to February months due to naturally low passenger numbers, but this time airline administrators say it is because of the Israeli operation against Palestinians, known as Swords of Iron. El Al blames this on the “security situation”, which has resulted in massive cancelations by passengers.

1955 CHEVY ‘TAXI’, AGAIN!
On 21OCT2023, a big pre-Halloween car show/USMC-Reserve’s Toys-4-Tots drive/Trunk or Treat was held in the Old Town area of Pocatello, Idaho.
I’m not a Chevrolet fanatic, but every time I see this 1955 ‘taxi’ I’m drawn to it like a moth to a flame!
Co-owner Suzie Bosquez stated: “We purchased it in 2008 and did all the body and paint ourselves. Designed the interior and had the bumpers rechromed. Installed custom head and tail lights. Switched out the 283 to a 350. She has a T10 rock crusher 4 speed muncie. She has master flow exhaust. We knew the previous owner and after a lot of pleading and begging he gave in and sold her to us!”
