U.S. job losses & store closings 11-12 February 2014: Property owners continue killing mom & pops! More healthcare cuts!

Incomplete list of announced closings & layoffs.

Alabama: In Vernon, a store that never replaced their 115 years old manually operated cash register is now shutting down.  God could not stop the owner, described as a “good church goin’ man”, from closing his family’s W. B. Clearman’s Store.  A local news reporter said they just want to “fade out of sight”.

California: In San Louis Obispo, after 15 years Cugini’s Pizzeria & Trattoria shutdown.  The restaurant owner said the greedy property owner jacked up the rent by adding on a monthly service charge as well as demanding 6% of her restaurant’s profits!  She tried complaining to the property management company but they blew her off, then suddenly she got evicted!  In Fresno, anti-2nd Amendment company, Pepsi, laid off 50 employees.

Florida: What housing market recovery?  Mortgage risk analysis firm, Digital Risk, killing 745 jobs!  “Due to substantial, abrupt and unforeseen residential mortgage events, including….improving credit quality, significant volume declines in refinance loan originations, etc., demand for Digital Risk services has materially decreased.”-Brandon Johnson, senior HR manager

Hawaii: Health care provider Kaiser Permanente killed 101 jobs!  Company officials say they must “restructure” to meet Obama Care funding.

Idaho:  In Meridian, cement/minerals engineering company FLSmidth laid off 46 employees.  Boise based computer chip maker Micron reported profits at the end of January, but it was revealed that they also killed 419 jobs in Italy!  It’s blamed on Micron’s take over of Italian chip maker Numonyx.  Layoffs could be coming for Idaho.

Iowa: In Galesburg, Cooke Elementary school being shutdown.  School district officials say student enrollment is so low the school can barley maintain 15 students per class, making it a waste of money to keep the school open.  It also doesn’t help that the district is in the hole by $4.4-million USD!

Maine: In Portland, despite being called Century Tire the company lasted only 88 years.  It was originally called Deering Tire Company, the current owners say they can no longer compete against the big boys.

Maryland: In Baltimore after 90 years Sun Products, maker of household cleaning products, shutting down their factory.  300 jobs lost!  Union employees say there was no reason for the shutdown but company officials say they can’t continue to pay union wages and remain competitive.  At one point in the distant past the factory employed 1500 people.

Massachusetts:  The last video store In Newburyport, Express Video, shutdown.

Michigan: Eastern Michigan University is laying off 10 of its 11 full time lecturers for the 2014/15 school year!  It’s blamed on declining student enrollment, which is making budget problems even worse.

Missouri: In Dutchtown, after 40 years Giuseppe’s Ristorante shutdown.  The owners will now focus on catering only.  The owners say their crashing restaurant revenues were caused by the temporary closure of Highway 40.

New Jersey: In Plainsboro, medical diagnostics company Abbott Point of Care to layoff 80  employees in March.  The company must restructure to meet Obama Care funding.

Pennsylvania: In Pittsburg, Macy’s killing corporate office jobs.  69 positions are being consolidated.  Not sure if this is part of the 2500 job cuts announced in January.  Health insurance company, Highmark Blue Shield, killed 132 jobs! Company officials said they are “restructuring to align resources”.

Texas: In North Richland Hills, Sealy Mattress shutting down their factory in May, 114 jobs lost!

Washington: Sprint laid off 91 employees.  It’s blamed on their $3.5-billion takeover of Clearwire.

West Virginia:  In Keyser, yet another victim of the ongoing Hallmark shutdowns.  After 39 years Linda’s Hallmark shutdown.

08-10 February 2014: More grocery store shutdowns!

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) doesn’t count the hundreds of layoffs involving less than 50 people each, in its mass layoff reports. It also doesn’t count all the little ‘mom & pop’ businesses that shut down.

Proof the A-10 Thunderbolt was to remain a USAF mainstay until 2040: Taxpayers spent more than $2-billion on upgrades!

16 May 2014 (13:31 UTC-07 Tango)/16 Rajab 1435/26 Ordibehesht 1393/18 Ji-Si 4712

In February 2014, USAF officials suddenly announced they wanted to kill off the venerable A-10 Thunderbolt 2 (unofficially called Warthog).  Since then many politicians, veterans, current personnel of the U.S. Army and Marine Corps, and even state National Guard units (who operate the majority of A-10s) have criticized the decision as foolhardy to say the least.

U.S. Air Force weenie head bean counters claim it will save taxpayers money to get rid of the cost effective aircraft, but wait, isn’t that what they said about keeping the Tank Buster when they pushed for more than $1.1-billion USD of upgrades for the A-10, back in 2007?

Photo by AAron B. Hutchins, Pocatello Airport, September 2012.

In June 2007, Boeing was awarded a contract to build 233 new wings for the American Stuka (unAmerican Boeing then outsourced some of the work to Korean companies).  According to USAF officials back then, the upgrade would allow the A-10 to fly on until 2040, and save taxpayers about $1.3-billion in maintenance costs.

It took until February 2012 for Boeing to actually begin replacing the wings.  In September 2013, the USAF paid for another 56 wings, for a grand total of $1.2-billion (some news sources say it was $2-billion).  So why at the beginning of 2014 did the USAF decide to get rid of the A-10 after spending $1.2 to 2-billion to keep it airworthy until 2040?

But wait there’s more!  In September 2009, Boeing was paid another $4.2-million under the Thunderbolt Life-cycle Program Support (TLPS) contracts.  There are other upgrade programs being handled by Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics, and other contractors.

All these upgrade programs are supposed to be ongoing at least until 2018.

Fukushima – WIPP – Radiation fallout: ‘Green’ cat litter caused WIPP explosion? Idaho involved? Is new False Flag Japan nuke op in the works? Wild food crops contaminated, banned from sale!

15 May 2014 (02:49 UTC-07 Tango)/15 Rajab 1435/25 Ordibehesht 1393/17 Ji-Si 4712

“I’m just dying to know why this happened and who approved it, because it was a dumb idea!”-Jim Conca, former WIPP employee

Investigators have discovered what might have created the chemical reaction explosion that “disturbed” one ton ballast/containment bags in New Mexico’s Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP): organic kitty litter.   This is one time that going ‘green’ was the wrong thing to do.   However, it also reveals violations of federal laws!

According to a former WIPP scientist, Jim Conca, it looks like sometime after 2010 the inert clay type cat litter (absorbent) normally used was switched to organic cat litter.  The problem is that the ‘organic’ cat litter is made from things like wheat, corn, paper, sawdust, and reacted with fumes coming from the 55 gallon mixed waste drums.

It turns out that kitty litter was being used to absorb and cover-up any liquid waste, because it is illegal for any liquid waste to be stored at WIPP!!!  This also suggests officials knew the drums contained liquid waste.  The fumes from the liquid waste escaped and mixed with the active organic kitty litter, possibly causing the “chemical reaction”.

Investigators also found melted metal and rubber in the Panel 7 area.  Plutonium is one of the isotopes that was leaked into the air.   WIPP accepts nuke waste from three sources: Los Alamos, Idaho National Laboratory and Savannah River.  Investigators said they think they know who sent the illegal waste, but refused to name names.

Researchers in the United States claim they’ve discovered a drug that could prevent radiation poisoning.   It involves a drug being tested for treatment of blood aliments.  Doctors hope to use the drug on people undergoing radiation treatments.  But wait, don’t get too excited.  Turns out the drug only seems to prevent radiation absorption within the first 24 hours of exposure.

Speaking of drugs to prevent radiation contamination.  In Japan the national government suddenly became concerned about the stockpile of iodide pills in Niigata Prefecture.  Please note that news media continue to incorrectly call them iodine pills.

Niigata Prefecture is home to Kashiwazaki Kariwa nuclear power plant, which is run by Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCo, yep the same ones who run Fukushima Daiichi).  Inspectors discovered that prefectural officials still haven’t stockpiled the required 1.3 million iodide pills, that were part of a national government order back in January of this Gregorian year!

It’s not just Niigata, 23 other prefectures are being investigated for compliance with the January iodide order!

Fukushima Prefecture has banned seven wild food crops from being harvested or sold, due to high levels of contamination!  A total of 16 varieties of wild crops are contaminated!

Many wild plants are regular food sources in Japan, but now, three years after the Fukushima nuke disasters, at least three types of wild crops are totally soaked in radiation: 700 becquerels in fiddleheads, 430 becquerels in bracken and 460 becquerels in Japanese spikenard!

The official Japanese government safe limit is only 100 Bq per kilogram of radiation.

Fukushima government officials say most of the radiation contamination is in the forests to the west of Fukushima Daiichi.  This is a dilemma, because the predominant winds are to the east or north, into the Pacific Ocean.  So why do high levels of radiation continue to show up to the west of the melted out nuke plant?

Also, independent testing shows that the groundwater that flows under Fukushima Daiichi, from the west, is already contaminated despite what TEPCo says.  I’ve postulated before that whatever is contaminating the mountains is contaminating the groundwater, before it hits the nuke plant.

Japan’s Environment Ministry says 16 municipalities have failed to meet decontamination deadlines.  The main reason is that radiation contamination was much worse than originally reported!

New Mexico compromised!

Martial Law U.S.A. 2014: Idaho Falls to submit to Obama regime Courts! Under the False Flag op of “saving taxes”!

06 May 2014 (00:37 UTC-07 Tango)/06 Rajab 1435/14 Ordibehesht 1393/08 Ji-Si 4712

Idaho Falls police chief,  Mark McBride, wants local courts to considering giving up some of their jurisdiction to the Obama regime!  It’s through a program called the  Special Assistant United States Attorney (SAUSA).

The Obama regime (as well as McBride) touts it as a way to save taxpayers’ money by shifting cases away from local courts and prisons to the federal level, but that’s bullshit because taxpayers pay for the damned federal court system as well, and by shifting local cases to the federal system you only increase the load on the federal courts/prison!  And guess what?  Eventually the federales will come back and demand more taxes to pay for their increased court/prison load!

McBride is pushing to hand over control of his jurisdiction to the federales, in the name of “security”, and just like in failed state Chicago he blames it on skyrocketing gang and gun crimes in Idaho Falls, as well as in Bonneville County.

Here’s an idea, why don’t local officials address the real and number one problem that results in increased crime: The bad economy!

As more and more local jurisdictions in the United States turn over their powers to the federal government, due to increasing gang crimes and decreasing local tax revenues, it’s just more proof that U.S. is now a failed state.

U.S. job losses & store closings 22 January 2014: Texas companies kill jobs despite making profits! Target kills 1100 jobs! Massive tech job cuts! More food crisis from Idaho, no more American Cheese? More healthcare cuts!

Incomplete list of announced closings & layoffs.

Computer giant IBM warned of massive layoffs in 2014, after dismal sales in 2013.

Alabama: The largest air ambulance service in the United States, Air Evac Lifeteam, shutdown Air Evac 64 operations in Wetumpka!  Company officials directly blamed issues with Obama Care and the bad economy: “The reimbursement issue, along with a low demand for patient transports, made it impossible for us to sustain operations at the base.  As a result of the state’s decision not to expand Medicaid, nearly a quarter of the residents we fly in Alabama are self-pay with very little means to pay medical expenses. For those patients covered by Medicaid, they currently reimburse just over $500 for the transport of an adult. The high fixed cost of air ambulance makes it impossible for us to continue to operate with no indication of improvement in sight.  We’ve been taking a loss with this base for many years. This is an area where air medical services are needed and we wanted to provide this valuable resource for the people in this region.  We’ve also seen a decline in commercial reimbursement rates, making Alabama the lowest state in our 15-state service area for reimbursement.”

California:  In Los Angeles, Japanese owned Sony Imaging killing jobs by moving operations to British Columbia, Canada.  In Pomona, Quad/Graphics shutdown their factory, 62 jobs lost.

Florida: CenterState Bank shutting down 13% of its offices, killing 57 jobs.  Bank officials blamed the bad economy for declining revenue.

Idaho: In Gooding, Glanbia Foods officials warned of layoffs saying “….we are actively pursuing a number of strategic growth opportunities, the current milk supply situation in Idaho is extremely tight.”  Glanbia Foods claims to be the number one manufacturer of American Style Cheese, with four factories in Idaho and the world’s largest cheese factory in New Mexico!

Illinois:  Sears shutting down their flagship store in Chicago.  Company officials claim the store has lost “millions” since 2001.

Iowa: In Marengo, Quad/Graphics shutdown their factory, 138 jobs lost!

Minnesota:  Retail giant Target killed 475 jobs at their HQ, and killed another 700 unfilled positions across their retail operations!

Missouri:  In Saint Louis, business litigation company Husch Blackwell laid off 25 employees. It’s blamed on the bad economy: “Our firm, like many of our clients, is being challenged to do more with less…..”

Nevada: In Las Vegas, Too Big to Jail Bank of America laid off 77 employees.  BoA is ending its Las Vegas operations.

New Mexico:  Western New Mexico University warned of layoffs and tuition increases, due to lack of student enrollment!

New York: Swiss owned legal drugs pusher Novartis announced it will shutdown it’s New York factory by 2016.  525 jobs lost!  Novartis has been getting into trouble around the world, because most of its drugs do not work!  In Japan whistleblowers revealed that so called independent university studies on Novartis drugs were actually done by Novartis employees!

Ohio:  Two Kmarts being shutdown, one in Westlake, one in Xenia.  About 100 jobs lost!

Texas:  Tech giant Texas Instruments laying off 1100 people!  The company is also cutting hundreds of millions of dollars from investments into new operations.  This all despite revenues for Texas Instruments going up!  In Fort Worth, tax sucking Bell Helicopter killed 115 engineer jobs, despite making profits!  Company officials say they need to kill jobs to remain “competitive”.

Wisconsin: In Sussex, Quad/Graphics warned of massive layoffs due to the bad economy.

21 January 2014: “Nobody’s going to buy a $40 loaf of bread!”

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) doesn’t count the hundreds of layoffs involving less than 50 people each, in its mass layoff reports. It also doesn’t count all the little ‘mom & pop’ businesses that shut down.

U.S. Civil War 2014: MRAP spotted in Pocatello! Department of Defense circumvents local City Councils? More proof the U.S. is a failed state!

30 April 2014 (03:29 UTC-07 Tango)/29 Jumada t-Tania 1435/10 Ordibehesht 1393/02 Wu-Chen(4th month) 4712

“Why? Why would the city the size of Mason City need an armored tank like this?”-resident of Mason City, Iowa, population 28-thousand

“I think to have something like this made available to us, why shouldn’t we?” -Mike Lashbrook, deceptive Mason City police chief

There are no mines, no ambushes and no IED’s buried under the streets in our United States of America. MRAPs were designed for uncivilized societies and war zones, and to see them on our streets in our local community is an affront to American civility.   This trend must end! And Idaho is where we take a stand and say No! NO to the police chiefs who flex their department’s macho machines in their ultra masculine showdown with an imagined enemy.Tony Snesko, candidate for Idaho State Senator

More and more ex-military Mine Resistant Armored Protected (MRAP) vehicles are being seen in small rural communities across the U.S.  Just last week I drove past a sand colored MRAP while driving down Garret Way in Pocatello, Idaho.

No, it can’t be for Pocatello or Bannock County, because Bannock County already spent big bucks on a brand new armored BearCat (similar to those armored cars seen patrolling Boston Strong).  So what was the MRAP doing in Pocatello?

I found some reports that said the U.S. Department of Defense Law Enforcement Support Office (LESO) is giving away MRAPs to rural towns.  If that’s the case why did private donors waste all their money (at least $200-thousand USD) buying a brand new BearCat for the Bannock County Sheriff’s Department?

The most recent recipient of a free ex-military MRAP is the Willimantic Police Department in anti-2nd Amendment Connecticut. It’s strange that they got a free MRAP, a Willimantic cop even contradicted himself when he tried to explain the necessity for such a monster vehicle: This is not a violent city. But we have a lot of narcotics here, a lot of high risk warrants. We have the need here, and now we have the equipment.”-Stan Parizo Jr, SWAT team leader

I’ve also discovered that many websites are calling all heavily armored wheeled vehicles MRAPS.  To be sure the BearCat could be qualified as an MRAP, but it is not used by the military.  What I saw last week is specifically a military issued MRAP, possibly first generation as I’ve yet to find a pic of the beast on the internet, finding only pics of newer MRAPS (It looked similar to the British empire made BAE Caiman.  I knew I should’ve whipped my camera out!).

Other reports I found said the free ex-military MRAPs are only “on loan” from the Department of Defense.   A Mason City, Iowa, reporter was surprised to find out that two of three city council members were totally unaware that their small police department just got a free “on loan” MRAP!

The following list are small cities that have received supposedly free, possibly “on loan” ex-military MRAPs:

Eureka, California, population 27-thousand

Watertown, Connecticut, population 22-thousand

Willimantic, Connecticut, population 17-thousand

Caldwell, Idaho, population 47-thousand, on waiting list for free MRAP

Boise, Idaho, population 212-thousand, British empire BAE Caiman category 1  MRAP.  In November 2013, the city NAZI cops used their MRAP, as well as calling neighboring Nampa’s MRAP, to arrest one man suspected of kidnapping.  The cops claimed they had reason to believe the man was armed with high velocity guns and even bombs!

Nampa, Idaho, population 84-thousand, British empire BAE Caiman category 1 MRAP.  Nampa cops claim they need the MRAP because they shot up their Cold War era armored truck.  They wanted to test the armor on the truck and they claim they were able to shoot through it with handguns and BB guns!  That’s bullshit because a BB gun can’t even penetrate your skin, I know because I pulled a BB out of the skin of a childhood friend who was shot with one point blank in the throat!

Preston, Idaho, population 5100 (yes, this is the town used in the movie Napoleon Dynamite), International MaxxPro category 1 MRAP.  Preston’s Police Department consists of six cops!!!  Here’s how the ignorant Mormon Preston police chief justified having an MRAP: “There isn’t much violent crime in Preston, but how much does it take? There wasn’t much crime in that little Connecticut town before Sandy Hook, but it would have been nice if they would have had an MRAP on the day of the school shooting.”-Ken Geddes

Please explain how having an MRAP would’ve changed what happened at Sandy Hook!  The deed was done by the time cops arrived on scene!

Justice, Illinois, population 13-thousand

Madison, Indiana, population 12-thousand

Mason City, Iowa, population 28-thousand

Dundee, Michigan, population 3900

Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, population 16-thousand

North Augusta, South Carolina, population 22-thousand

Walla Walla, Washington, population 32-thousand, reports out of Walla Walla say their new free MRAP cost taxpayers $733-thousand!

The Washington Post has its own list.

Tennessee:  What automotive industry recovery?  Custom Transmission company Keisler Engineering now chapter 7 busted.  Company officials blame competitors for spreading rumors that the company was shutting down, but yet at the same time they confirmed the company is shutting down: “The order cancellations created a cash flow problem for KE, and placed new customer orders at risk. I took the initiative to refund all new order deposits going back to Thursday January 9 2014 once I realized the company was at risk of closure…”-Shafi Keisler

Virginia:  In Newport News, taxsucker Jefferson Laboratory laid off 46 employees. It’s blamed on funding cuts for the nuclear research facility.

Wisconsin:  Manpower laid off 100 IT employees.  One of the world’s biggest privately run employment service, Manpower is trying to save money by outsourcing its own jobs!  God can’t stop the 60 years old Holy Name Retreat House from shutting down.  Church officials blame it on declining use by church members and rising costs of operations.

15 January 2014: U.S. layoffs now blamed on Russia?

Exceptional Failed State: Unexplained & increasing Idaho earthquakes caused by Fracking?

18 April 2014 (22:27 UTC-07 Tango 17 April 2014)/17 Jumada t-Tania 1435/29 Farvardin 1393/19 Wu-Chen 4712

For the past month the area around Challis, Idaho, has been hit with hundreds of earthquakes ranging from 2 to 4.9 magnitude, three happened within 40 minutes of each other, this is not normal.

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is now installing a total of five portable seismograph machines in the area.   Even the University of Utah is sending a team of scientist.

Guess what people, I think I found the cause!  Since 2011, fracking and mini-fracking has been taking place all over Idaho!

In 2012, your asshole ‘elected’ state officials not only legalized fracking but banned your local governments from banning fracking! The new law was co-written by a lobby group called the Idaho Petroleum Council.  The law also legalized the use of caustic chemicals and allowed the fracking companies to keep their poisonous mixture secret, this stuff is going to end up in your water!

The fracking companies come from as far away as Arkansas.  Oh, by the way the USGS has stated numerous times that fracking causes the very type of quakes that are now taking place in the center of the Gem State: “…the seismicity rate changes described here are almost certainly manmade…”, due to “…oil and gas production.”

Go to DrillingMaps and look at all the drilling/fracking going on in Idaho.  You should notice the Salmon/Challis area is surrounded by fracking ops.

Why don’t you people vote these assholes out of office?  Oh, that’s right a new Princeton study says that officially there is no such thing as democracy in the United States!
