Exceptional Failed State: U.S. job losses & store closings 03-04 January 2014. “Economic uncertainty” rules the day! More healthcare cuts!

Incomplete list of announced closings and layoffs:

Alabama:  International Paper continues massive job cuts, this time in Lawrence County where up to 700 people lost their jobs!  This on top of hundreds already laid off.  The factory wants to shutdown in February, 1100 jobs lost!

Arizona: In Camp Verde, employees of the ALCO store were told they would lose their jobs by April.  At least 20 jobs lost in the shutdown.  What economic recovery?  The company lost $16.6-million USD (net) at the end of the 3rd quarter 2013!

California: Software company Intuit laid off nine people across the state. In Castaic, employees with Ralph’s grocery store notified the store is shutting down in March.  In Pittsburg, steel maker USS-POSCO warned of 690 layoffs “…due to economic uncertainty……We have had periodic layoffs for the last several years.” What housing market recovery?  Mortgage servicer CoreLogic continues to kill jobs, this time 81 jobs in Simi Valley, as well as 50 jobs in Lancaster.  In Corona, legal drugs pusher Actavis laid off 56 employees.  In Valentia, Germany based customer/financial service provider Arvato laid off three people. More Economic decline for Idaho: Coldwater Creek now busted! All remaining stores to shutdown!

14 April 2014 (00:59 UTC-07 Tango)/13 Jumada t-Tania 1435/25 Farvardin 1393/15 Wu-Chen 4712

On 11 April 2014 (and as I warned back on 11 February 2014) Idaho based women’s clothing retailer Coldwater Creek went Chapter 11, meaning it is now toast, the show is over, all stores to close down!  6-thousand jobs across the United States lost!

It’s blamed on the suck ass economy: “While we are extremely disappointed with this outcome, the company’s declining liquidity position and the challenging retail environment, together with the fact that we have exhausted all other possibilities, requires that we take this action.”-Jill Dean, CEO

More from the slow crash-n-burn of Coldwater Creek:

shuts down first store in 2014!

Coldwater Creek up for sale!

Blames it on climate change

stores to be closed, bankruptcy near

Store closings will continue!

and on and on and on…….just search BBN for Coldwater Creek.

Martial Law 2014 U.S.A.: Idaho Christians ban book about Native Americans!

05 April 2014 (14:19 UTC-07 Tango)/04 Jumada t-Tania 1435/16 Farvardin 1393/06 Wu-Chen 4712

School District 2, the largest in Idaho, has banned a fictional book about a Native American’s experience in an all white Christian environment.

White Christian parents are upset about the truthful depiction of white Christians in the book, calling it racist and anti-Christian (like the guy said in the movie A Few Good Men “You can’t handle the truth!”).

The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian will not be allowed for use in mandatory reading programs, but is still available in school libraries.

If those gottdamned white Christians think a novel is bad, wait ’till they read actual factual history about how Christians enslaved, tortured and killed Native Americans (in the process of stealing their land ‘Israeli style’, actually that’s how the Israelis learned to steal land from Palestinians) ever since that asshole Columbus arrived!

U.S. Civil War 2014: Obama regime forcing state run Air National Guard units onto federal controlled air bases!

27 March 2014 (15:46 UTC-07 Tango)/25 Jumada l-Ula 1435/07 Farvardin 1393/27 Ding-Mao 4712

“I think as anybody might expect, we’re all concerned about what the future holds for us….”-Colonel Tim Marsano, Idaho Air National Guard

Idaho’s Air National Guard has been notified that they could be forced from their state home at Gowen Field (Boise International Airport) to the USAF’s Mountain Home AFB.  This is after the Obama regime steals the last of the Idaho National Guard’s fixed wing air assets.

“We don’t know if this would come to pass, what that would mean for all of those folks. It is possible that some would go to Mountain Home Air Force Base and integrate with them down there, some would stay here. But the honest answer is at this point, we just don’t know.”-Colonel Tim Marsano, Idaho Air National Guard

It’s looking more and more like the federal government is fearing that states will declare independence, and these moves to steal their air assets and force state militia-airmen onto federal U.S. Air Force Bases is an attempt to repress such action.

Look what’s happening in Crimea.  Those Ukrainians in the military have been given two choices; leave for Ukraine or become part of the new pro-Russian Crimean SDF.

I wounder why I have yet to hear any of the dynastic, supposedly conservative-state’s rightist, Idaho politicians speak out against what the Obama regime is doing?

“….through conscience and free will, each of us has the right to live as we choose……power is derived from the consent of the governed…

…..that international law matters, that people and nations can make their own decisions about their future.

…..every society must chart its own course.

That’s what will make America strong.”-Barack Obama, Address to European Youth, 26 March 2014

Martial Law U.S.A. 2014: Senator reveals true U.S. Shadow Government is in charge, not your “elected” officials! Invokes Idaho’s Frank Church!

20 March 2014 (13:56 UTC-07 Tango)/18 Jumada l-Ula 1435/29 Esfand 1392/20 Ding-Mao 4712

“Now you may be a republican, or a democrat, or a libertarian I’m not here to tell you what to be.  I am here to tell you though that your rights, especially your right to privacy, is under assault.

I’m here to tell you that if you own a cell phone you’re under surveillance!  I’m here to tell you that the NSA believes that equal protection means that Americans can be spied upon equally, including Congress.  Instead of equal protection, to them it’s equal disdain.

They don’t care if your white, or black or brown, they care only that everyone must submit to the state.

……Senator Sanders…….he asked the NSA ‘Are you collecting records on Congress?’…..They said ‘Congress is getting the same treatment everybody else is.’……Digest exactly what that means.  If Congress is spied upon without their permission, who exactly is in charge of your government?

Last week….we learned that the CIA is illegally searching the computers of the Senate Intelligence Committee!  They’re the ones supposed to be overseeing the CIA!……if the CIA is spying on Congress who exactly can, or will, stop them?

……I perceive fear of the intelligence community that’s drunk with power!………who is truly in charge of our government?

……The NSA uses an automated system called ‘Turbine’.   They’ve hacked into millions of computers, the NSA as even posed as a fake Facebook server……..to infect computers.

….Your government stores your email so it can access it without a warrant. Your government claims the right to look at your every purchase online.  Your government actually claims none of your records are protected by the 4th Amendment……

.…..your government is interested in what you’re reading, they’re interested in what you’re saying on your phone calls, they’re interested in what you write in your email…….they say the 4th amendment doesn’t protect any of these records.

The NSA is collecting the records of every American………For over a year before Snowden’s revelations, Wyden [Senator from Oregon] expressed concern that the government was acting outside the law……..Clapper [intelligence boss] comes to Congress and lies.  This is a felony punishable for up to fives years, but you hear nobody talking about it!…..

…..Their only regret was that the program was no longer secret…….They’re only sorry they got caught!

…..they don’t believe any of your records have any 4th Amendment protection…..from your [online/credit card] bill the government can tell whether you drink, whether you smoke, whether you gamble, what books you read, what magazines you read, whether you see a psychiatrist, what medications you take…….

James Clapper proposed that it was OK to lie to Congress, and the American people, in the name of security.

…..lying to Congress is still a crime……..it’s harder and harder to believe them when they don’t tell the truth when they testify.

Who knows what to believe anymore?……we must limit government power.

As Americans we don’t deserve ‘the least untruthful way’ from the people we pay for, who work for us!  We have a right to the truth…….we demand the truth from our officials!

…….The 4th Amendment is very clear.  Warrants must be issued by a judge, warrants must be specific to the individual….and a single warrant for a million Americans’ phone records hardly sounds specific to the individual.  Warrants are supposed to be based on evidence or probable cause.

……The President claims ‘Well the NSA program it’s been approved by 15 judges.’  Yeah right!  15 judges most of them ruling in secret, where nobody had a lawyer on both sides….The FISA court is a court where the defendant gets no attorney.  The debate is shrouded in secrecy.  In the FISA court the NSA can say whatever they want and they are not cross examined.  A secret court is not a real court……demand an end to secret courts.

…….I will push for a select committee, styled after the Church Committee that investigated the abuse of power by the intelligence committee in the ’70s……..it should watch the watchers.”

-U.S. Senator Rand Paul, University of California Berkeley speech, 19 March 2014

More Economic Decline: Ashley Furniture shuts down liquidation center in Pocatello! So much for their “investment”!

12 March 2014 (15:54 UTC-07 Tango)/10 Jumada l-Ula 1435/21 Esfand 1392/12 Ding-Mao 4712

A local southeast Idaho TV station reported that Coldwell Banker realtor, Don Zebe, claims Ashley Furniture is simply selling off an “investment”, and has no plans to leave Pocatello, Idaho.   Yet he is the agent selling off both their Pocatello properties!

Ashley Furniture dumping their Oak Street "investment". Sales got so bad they started selling used cars in 2013!

Ashley Furniture Liquidation dumping their Oak Street “investment”. Sales got so bad they started selling used cars in 2013!

Ashley Furniture's Hurley Drive "investment", now up for sale. It sits on property that used to be residential, until the city forced the home owners out, so they could bring in the California based furniture seller.

Ashley Furniture HomeStore’s Hurley Drive “investment”, now up for sale. It sits on property that used to be residential, until the city forced the home owners out, so they could bring in the “independently” owned furniture store.

Zebe has the Ashley Furniture HomeStore listed for sale at $3.2-million USD, and the Ashley Furniture Liquidation store listed at $647,600.

Ashley Furniture recently announced they had more than $3-billion in furniture sales in 2013.  They also opened their 500th store, in Texas.  They claim they’re going to open 50 new stores across the U.S. in 2014.

But wait, it turns out that Ashley Furniture HomeStore, and Ashley Furniture Liquidation stores are independently owned.   These so called independently owned stores sell furniture made by Ashley Furniture Industries.

So, are the independent owners of Pocatello’s Ashley Furniture HomeStore and Liquidation stores just cashing in on their “investments”, or is there a plan in the works for new locations in Pocatello, or maybe Chubbuck?

Martial Law U.S.A. 2014: More prison corruption news out of Idaho!

Ada County: A 29 years old County Jail prisoner died.  Officials say he ODed on drugs.  So how’d he get the drugs mister prison officials?  Prison guards claim they got an anonymous note about the illegal drugs.  The prisoner was found sweating and shaking, but no drugs were found.  He was taken to a hospital where he suffered and died of a heart attack.

CCA (Corrections Corporation of America) is asking a judge to temporarily suspend a lawsuit until the FBI’s investigation into the Gladiator School is finished.

Bannock County: It’s been revealed a prison guard at the Pocatello Women’s Correctional Center was fired on 05 March 2014, for threaten his wife by holding a knife against her neck (so much for gun control laws).  He has been arrested.

Barack Obama is in his last term as president of the United States.  Then why is his super pac, CREDO, hitting Idahoans hard with anti-Tea Party propaganda, including offers of cell phone service that funds the Obama regime?

“The CREDO Super PAC was created by CREDO Mobile to leverage the company’s list of nearly 3 million activists and CREDO Action’s high-impact team of professional organizers. CREDO Mobile is the nation’s only progressive phone company and has raised more than $72 million for social change since its founding in 1985.”-CREDO super pac statement

“Our ideals and principles, as well as our national security……..That’s what makes America different. That’s what makes us exceptional.”-Barack Obama, 10 September 2013

Exceptional Failed State: FBI to investigate Idaho’s Gladiator School and the evil profiteering prison operator CCA! Crimes in Idaho prisons connected to other cases?

Idaho Department of Correction, and the Idaho State Police confirmed that the Federal Bureau of Investigation has taken away the state’s investigation into the Corrections Corporation of America, and the possible crimes CCA committed while running the Gladiator School (Idaho Correctional Center).

The FBI is now conducting their own investigation.  It was also revealed that the FBI was already investigating CCA for other crimes in other states: “They have other cases that are tied to this one so it worked out better for them to handle it from here.”-Teresa Baker, Idaho State Police

The FBI became aware of the CCA Gladitor School scandal after Idaho lawmakers made an appeal: “We believe this is a big deal, and that there’s a real question of whether crimes have been perpetrated on the citizens of Idaho.”-John Rusche, State House Minority Leader

According to one Associated Press report, demands were made for an Idaho State Police (ISP) investigation in 2012.  The ISP declined until ordered to at the beginning of this year.  The govna Butch Otter reluctantly ordered the investigation after massive pressure from the public, and evidence made public by his own Idaho Department of Corrections.  I’ve demonstrated in past articles that govna Otter is the biggest single recipient of campaign donations to Idaho politicians from CCA.

Lawsuits by prisoners began in 2010.  In 2012, a lawsuit revealed that CCA was encouraging gang violence as a way to control inmates.  In 2013, an Idaho state investigation revealed that CCA ripped off taxpayers by lying about how many employees they had.  CCA had overbilled by 26-thousand working hours in 2012 alone!

I want to point out that it was Idaho Democrats that called in the FBI.  My past research shows the Idaho Republicans have been the biggest recipients of campaign contributions from Tennessee based CCA.

It’s also interesting that Republicans launched a Buy Idaho campaign, yet as lawmakers they love to outsource taxpayer funded projects to out-o-state companies!

more than $18-million in Idaho taxes, to out-o-state lawyers!

more than $1-million in Idaho taxes, to France!
