Pandemic Perfidy/Hunger Games: Fact Checkers lie! U.S. is prepping to use m-R-N-A on livestock!

Just last week, the National Cattleman’s Beef Association felt it necessary to swear there is no planned use of mRNA in U.S. cows. In fact, several state level governments, like Iowa, have felt it necessary to repeat the claim that no mRNA vaccines are being used by their cattle ranchers.  However, one of the largest cattle ranching states, Texas, is not denying the use of mRNA, and their 03APR2023 statement indicates that it is possible they will use it: “Since news of the development of mRNA vaccines and mRNA-related treatments for livestock came to the attention of the Texas Department of Agriculture, we have been working towards developing a fact and science-based assessment of the risks associated with this technology. Our analysis will include the clinical research, the structure of existing Texas law, and the public policy, economic, and production impact of the different policy prescriptions we may adopt. I aim to ensure that Texas agriculture remains safe, trusted, healthy, and wholly uninfected by dangerous or unproven technology.”-Texas Department of Agriculture

But wait there is more! The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is currently testing an mRNA vaccine for Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) in cows! The study started in 2021 and is set to conclude in 2026.  Isn’t that interesting, the USDA felt that mRNA vaccines for cows should take years to study, yet the governments of the Western world forced their human populations to take mRNA after only weeks of testing!

For more proof that it is likely that livestock in the U.S. will be issued mRNA immunizations, currently politicians in the state of Tennessee are considering a law requiring consumers to be informed that the meat they buy has been vaccinated with mRNA!  The bill (SB 0369) would also ban any state level order requiring Tennessee livestock to be vaccinated!

In February 2023, the state of Arizona put under consideration a similar bill (HB2762) to mandate that consumers be notified if the meat they were buying had mRNA!

In Idaho, where cattle ranching is a big part of agriculture, there is some big confusion about mRNA. In February 2023, a bill was introduced to ban the use of mRNA in humans, but one local ‘woke’ news source (Idaho Statesman) says it actually approves the use of mRNA in cows! That is a lie! HB 154 clearly states “a person may not provide or administer a vaccine developed using messenger ribonucleic acid [mRNA] technology for use in an individual or any other mammal in this state.”  This bill clearly shows that Idaho politicians are expecting that mRNA will be pushed for use in livestock and are trying to head the mRNA vaxxers off at the pass.

In 2020, a Professor in NATO-Germany revealed the true reason for the push behind mRNA, increased profits by streamlining vaccine production: “Because mRNA vaccines eliminate time-limiting steps in the manufacturing processes, they become easier and quicker to produce than traditional vaccines. Upscaling production is much easier, a critical component when manufacturing billions of doses.”-Bekeredjian-Ding, Paul Ehrlich Institute

Remember all those fears about breast feeding women and mRNA vaccine showing up in their milk? Interestingly, mRNA in cattle has been researched since at least 2000. Dairy cows in California were studied for cytokine mRNA, in regards to “immunity against bacterial infections of the mammary gland”.  Scientists “attempted to introduce a new molecular methodology to address gene transcription in milk cells of normal cows… …to define the cytokine profile in milk cells of the healthy mammary gland.”

In October 2022, the Australian state of Queensland (QLD) revealed they were testing mRNA in sheep. In February 2023, it was revealed that the Australian state of New South Wales (NSW) was also testing mRNA in sheep.

I must remind readers that Commonwealth of Nations (modern day British empire) Australia is also a NATO-Partner (under the Partners Across the Globe category) and a member of the Biden era British empire led anti-China military alliance known as AUKUS (Australia, United Kingdom, United States). It is very likely that what happens in Australia could also happen in the United States.

When I first enlisted in the U.S. military, in 1982, I got a whoping $6-hundred per month as an E1!  Today, in 2023, the Defense Financing and Accounting Service reports that an E1 gets paid $1-thousand-917 per month!  And don’t forget the extra pay; basic allowance for subsistence (BAS, aka food), clothing allowance, aviation incentive pay, submarine duty, dive duty, foreign language, hardship duty, hazardous duty, imminent danger pay, exemption from FICA taxes if on active duty for more than 30 days, health professions bonuses, muster duty allowance, ROTC allowance, exempt from paying taxes while in a combat zone!

Did you notice the BAS (food)?  That is correct, the Department of Defense already pays military personnel extra for food (where food is not available on-base, or when living off-base), the BAS rate for enlisted personnel is $452 per month.  But wait, there is more, they have a BAS-2 rate, which is now at $905 per month!  When I got married in the mid-1980s, the most I got from the BAS was $2-hundred, and no USAF supplied food pantries then!

Amazingly, even with extra pay specifically for food, the Department of Defense claims that 24% of active-duty military personnel are food insecure, wow!!!

So why then has the U.S. Air Force begun its first ever mobile food pantry truck service specifically for its own Airmen?  Hurlburt Field Air Force Base, in sunny Florida, began its Hurlburt Field Mobile Food Pantry service in February 2023.

The USAF is using a food truck operated by an organization called Feeding the Gulf Coast (part of the covert military operation known as Feeding America), volunteers with the Hurlburt Field Mobile Food Pantry say they handed out 5-thousand pounds of food last month.  And apparently it is a once per month event, every fourth Friday of every month, unless it is a holiday.  All Airmen and their families, regardless of rank, will not be turned away: “We’ll put the food in their car, and they can go about their merry way.”-Mauli Patel, volunteer

A lot of crazy things are happening in Oregon, not just the massive secession movement that’s taking place in at least half the state, but Corporate America is also getting the hell-outta-Dodge, I mean Portland (Dodge is in Kansas)!

Medicare is about healthcare, mainly for citizens 65 or older who have paid taxes, as in what happens when you need to see a doctor.  There is a connection between your eating habits and your overall health, and taxpayer supported Medicare has provided food allowances through something called a Grocery Benefit using a Medicare Food Allowance/Heath Foods Card.  That is through the Select Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNP) or Chronic Condition Special Needs Plans (C-SNP), types of Medicare Advantage insurance programs.

Now, several states are trying a new ‘Food for Medicaid’ operation.  Medicaid is a joint federal/state governments operation that helps some people who don’t meet the requirements of the federal Medicare.

Delaware, Maine, New Mexico, New York, New Jersey and Washington are petitioning Medicaid to allow them to add food to their new Biden Medicaid Food program.  Alaska, Massachusetts and Oregon already are using U.S. President Joseph Robinette Biden Junior’s new Medicaid for Food program.   But wait, Medicaid already has a food program!

Medicaid already issues vouchers for meal deliveries for people with specific health conditions, apparently it is a temporary thing.  But, most (not all, I know because I’m one who does not get SNAP and relies totally on the only private charity food pantry in my town) low income people (with families, or individuals with disabilities) in the United States get SNAP (aka Food Stamps), and if you qualify for SNAP you usually qualify for Medicaid and vice versa! So why is Medicaid being used to give low income people, who would qualify for SNAP, food?

Supporters claim that by spending more money on a food for healthcare program will somehow save the government money!  Maybe in relation to healthcare cost, but not in relation to food costs.  Perhaps healthcare costs are so high that the supposed savings of giving somebody extra food to stay healthy offsets the extra food costs?  This new, supposedly bi-partisan supported, Biden system was tried out in Arkansas in 2022, at a cost of $85-million!

Why not simplify and increase the SNAP allowances and expand SNAP eligibility?  Why not tie SNAP, Medicare, and Medicaid all together? Does this have something to do with the end of the False Flag Pandemic taxpayer funding for SNAP? Is this just a way for states to get extra federal taxpayer funding? Why all these shenanigans?

Biden’s Civil War: Executive Order to create F-E-M-A for Mass Shootings, to prevent Food Shortages?

According to a White House Fact Sheet, U.S. President Joseph Robinette Biden Junior issued a bold new executive order concerning the destruction of your Second Amendment Constitutional Right!

One of the numerous sub-orders that are part of the ‘executive order’ includes the creation of a FEMA-like federal agency to handle mass shootings, as if they were natural disasters, after all Biden connects Food Shortages to mass shootings: “Improve federal support for gun violence survivors, victims and survivors’ families, first responders to gun violence, and communities affected by gun violence. When a hurricane overwhelms a community, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) coordinates federal, state, local, and non-profit organizations in order to assess and meet community needs. However, when a mass shooting overwhelms a community, no coordinated U.S. government mechanism exists to meet short- and long-term needs, such as mental health care for grief and trauma, financial assistance (for example, when a family loses the sole breadwinner or when a small business is shut down due to a lengthy shooting investigation), and food (for example, when the Buffalo shooting closed down the only grocery store in the neighborhood). The President is directing members of his Cabinet to develop a proposal for how the federal government can better support communities after a mass shooting, and identify what additional resources or authorities the executive branch would need from Congress to implement this proposal.”

What is a mass-shooting?  It turns out that the ‘woke’ main stream news industry is operating under its own definition of mass-shootings!  The U.S. government has several definitions as it has created several categories relating to killings and shootings.

The U.S. Congress officially created the phrase Mass Killing when it passed the Investigative Assistance for Violent Crimes Act of 2012 (passed in January 2013).  The Congressional act states that a Mass Killing is when three or more people are killed in a short amount of time. It covers almost all violent actions, not just shootings. The exceptions are war, gang violence, armed robberies and domestic violence, which are officially not counted as Mass Killing.

U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ): Mass Killing is also known, officially, as Mass Murder.  Do not confuse Mass Killing with Active Shooter.  The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI, a bureau of the DoJ) considers Active Shootings to involve “one or more individuals actively engaged in killing or attempting to kill people in a populated area.”  But, to confuse everybody a little more, the FBI itself actually has a definition for mass shootings: “Any incident in which at least four people are murdered with a gun.” Notice that this is more than what the Investigative Assistance for Violent Crimes Act of 2012 defines as a Mass Killing.

What is WOTUS? Waters of the United States (WOTUS) is part of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Clean Water Act (CWA), it determines which water, and water conveyances, fall under federal and state control.

WOTUS is also known as the Clean Water Rule (CWR-2015) of 2015.  CWR-2015 is an attempt by both the EPA and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) to clarify federal regulations regarding water usage by industry, academia and individual citizens.  President Joseph Robinette Biden Junior altered the CWR-2015/WOTUS, the new rule goes into effect on 20MAR2023.  However, on 09MAR2023 the U.S. House of Representatives voted to block (227 to 198) what is now called The Biden WOTUS Rule.

The U.S. Senate is also poised to block The Biden WOTUS Rule, but Biden has vowed he will veto any such blocks upon his version of WOTUS!

The Biden WOTUS Rule is the result of a more than a decade long federal lawsuit brought by an Idaho couple against the EPA and USACE, in 2008.  In October 2022, the federal Supreme Court heard arguments, for a second time, concerning the lawsuit, the Court is supposed to make a decision in early 2023.

Biden’s WOTUS Rule was finalized on 30DEC2022. One controversial rule says that water ‘adjacent’ to ‘protected’ water is subject to the new WOTUS, there was no wording clarifying any amount of distance from such ‘protected’ water. Another rule states that ‘permanent’ flows of water in local ditches, waste water treatment ponds, artificially created lakes or ponds, are now under the control of the EPA! The new WOTUS uses ‘environmental justice’ as an excuse to take control of local water, restricting industries including food production!

The federal government has complex rules, regulations and laws regarding the sale of crops/livestock that have been affected by contaminated water.  Amazingly, simple flooding caused by seasonal meltwater, or hurricanes, is considered enough to write-off crops for human consumption, but things get complicated when it is about a chemical spill.  Things get more complicated if you live in a state that has its own complicated water-for-agriculture rules.

On 13FEB2023, a ‘departure’ (new Defense Department word for deployment) ceremony was held for the 201st Regional Support Group (RSG) of the Georgia Army National Guard: “This organization has a rich history supporting the Army National Guard’s two missions: responding during domestic response operations and fighting and winning as the primary combat reserve of the Army.”-Brigadier General Dwayne Wilson, Georgia Army National Guard

It was not revealed as to where the Georgia state militia was deploying to, other than “overseas”.

Here is some interesting food-crisis information; back in April 2011, 58 of Georgia’s RSG militia personnel were ordered into active federal service, as Agribusiness Development Team-1. Then in 2012, a second ADT unit (known as Agribusiness Development Team-2) from Georgia was deployed. In 2013, ADT-3 was deployed, again from Georgia. Agribusiness Development Teams (ADT) are all about spending U.S. taxes helping Afghanistan grow food!  Multiple state militia units from several U.S. states served in the ADT role in Afghanistan.

Hunger Games: Idaho to build largest Dairy research center in the U.S.! Another White Elephant?

“We are building the nation’s largest research dairy in Rupert, Idaho. That doesn’t happen if we don’t have dairy processors come to the table and say, ‘We are going to support the producer community and put money toward this project.”-Rick Naerebout, CEO of the Idaho Dairymen’s Association

It is set to begin dairy ‘research’ in 2024, the University of Idaho’s taxpayer and food industry funded Center for Agriculture, Food and the Environment (CAFE, part of a larger CAFE Discovery Center): “Collectively, we can move mountains. From the Idaho Legislature to Redox and others in agriculture, it truly is a remarkable partnership that will pay widespread dividends.”–Michael Parrella, Dean of the University of Idaho’s College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, 07FEB2023

The new CAFE is being funded by a combination of Idaho taxes and food industry donations.  The latest donation came from an Idaho company called Redox Bio-Nutrients, a half-million dollars! The CAFE is expected to cost at least $45-million to complete (keep in mind that the cost keeps going up, in 2022 one report said $22-million), and supposedly will be the largest dairy research center in the United States!

Redox Bio-Nutrients is a 30 years old company specializing in providing farmers with “with high-quality products that help growers efficiently and sustainably produce food.”

In May 2022, controversial (see below) dairy products maker Chobani donated $1-million to the CAFE.

According to a 2018 Farm Bureau report, even before the CAFE project began the Idaho Dairymen’s Association committed $2-million to the project, and Idaho state taxpayers were forced to fund at least $15-million!

In 2022, the CAFE Discovery Center Feasibility Study was published, revealing that one of the economic motivations for the larger CAFE Discovery Center is actually tourism, yet even with that it will not be a money maker, requiring yearly estimated funding to the tune of at least $260-thousand: “Further more, the pro forma assumes that all exhibit costs will be borne by sponsoring organizations in exchange for brand awareness. All this is feasible but will require a concerted capital campaign among Magic Valley area agri-businesses.”

But wait, there is more!  The University of Idaho claims its new multi-million dollar dairy research center isn’t about solving any dairy shortages, but rather solving the ‘problem’ of a glut of dairy products!  The federally mandated university says that most of the country’s dairy production is now concentrated in just two states; overpopulated California, and sparsely populated Idaho, and even so dairy output has skyrocketed with fewer cows: “The dairy industry currently produces 59 percent more milk with 64 percent fewer cows since 1944….  ….there has been a movement of dairy cows to the western United States with the greatest increases occurring in California and Idaho.”

In 1889, the University of Idaho was directly created by a federal ‘land-grant’, originally to act specifically as an agricultural research facility for the U.S., but in recent decades has become a ‘space-grant’ college as well.
