Martial Law U.S.A. 2014: Idaho parks & rec cracks down on parents who cheer for their kids in sporting events!

On 22 February 2014, the Rathdrum Parks and Recreation Department, in northern Idaho, held an “experimental no cheer day” basketball game.  Any parents caught cheering were placed in time out.

Recreation coordinator, Justin Brown, said he got the idea after attending a sporting event in NAZI-land San Diego, California.  He says the new theory in the new children’s sporting industry is that kids play better if their parents are shut up.

The Rathdrum Parks and Recreation experiment was a big fail, as more than a dozen of parents were placed in time out, including teacher Cherish Hansen: “My daughter made a free-throw, I had to shout!”

A grandma expressed shock at the idea of not cheering for your grandkids: “Nobody had ever heard of this before. I thought, ‘I’m going to get thrown out right off the bat.'”-Lorna Allen, and yes she made it into time out

Even Brown admitted his NAZI plan failed.  He said parents were allowed to clap but even that backfired on him: “I’ve never heard them clap that loudly before!”

The NAZI Rathdrum Parks and Recreation actually employed two “referees” to monitor the parents!  They handed out a total of 15 “parent penalties”.

If I remember right, cheering for the home team is the main reason people go to watch a sporting event.

I’ve been covering the evil doings of for profit prison operator CCA in the state of Idaho, and thanks to revelations that the company has been ripping off taxpayers Idaho has given Corrections Corporation of America the boot (it’s a shame that the torture of prisoners wasn’t enough to get Idaho ‘elected’ officials to come down on the CCA run “Gladiator School”).

The Idaho State Police are already conducting their own criminal investigation of CCA.  Now, state lawmakers are asking the Federal Bureau of Investigation to go after the crony capitalist crooks: “There are 26-thousand hours of fraudulent time cards in one year, and we’ve had the contract for several years! CCA officials claim they only recently “discovered” that their management team at the Gladiator School (Idaho Correctional Center) was lying about staffing and overcharging state taxpayers.  However, it was an investigation by Associated Press that made public the taxpayer ripoff, and only then did Idaho ‘elected’ officials (like govna Otter who’s received large campaign contributions from CCA) take action to kick out CCA.

Exceptional Failed State: Washington property manager sued over sickening water supply in Idaho mobile home park!

The Washington based manager of the Syringa Mobile Home Park in Moscow, Idaho, is being sued by 150 residents and the state of Idaho, after nearly three months with no clean water.

Residents say their water supply is so bad that it’s still not safe to drink even after boiling it.  The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) backs that claim up, and says the management has consistently failed to comply with state water testing and reporting requirements.

Back in December 2013, residents were told to boil the water due to a drop in pressure.  It was blamed on the failure of water pumps.  However, by the end of December the problem got worse, and the DEQ told residents that the water was now so contaminated that even boiling it wouldn’t help!

By then the DEQ realized that boiling the water was actually raising the toxic led (sic) content.  On top of that the chlorination system had malfunctioned and was either adding too much chlorine or not enough. It was noted that the type of water pumping and chlorination system in use at the mobile home park could take six months to repair.

World War 3, East European Front: Crimean troops stop Ukrainian invasion!

Several truckloads of Crimean soldiers arrived at the Simferopol International Airport in the capital of Crimea.  Obama regime lackeys and news media called them Russian troops.

Russian Black Sea Fleet officials denied they were involved.  There are reports that the Crimean soldiers stated they had been sent to the airport to stop a rumored attempt by Ukraine to invade Crimea by landing troops at the airport.

I’ve already reported that at least ten Ukrainian provinces have declared independence, and were forming their own militaries to defend themselves against the new illegitimate Obama regime government in Kiev.

Abrams testified to the state’s Joint Committee on Public Safety and Homeland Security officials, who are on a anti-gun “listening tour”.  The NAZI Boston Strong state is considering at least 60 new bills to destroy the Constitutional Right known as the 2nd Amendment.

Massachusetts already has the most restrictive anti-gun laws in the United States, rivaling those of the European Union.

Totally out-o-touch mayor of Brockton, Bill Carpenter, declared “Our city is no different than any other city. Our residents are faced with the threat of gun violence.”

Here’s how that reasoning is flawed, and designed to scare you:  Even if you ban guns totally, you will still face a “threat” of gun violence.  Just look at the gun violence in countries that ban guns!   As long as there is organized crime there will be guns!  And don’t forget that your local cops count as part of that organized crime, it’s a historical fact.

In January, Boston Weak NAZI cops began recruiting Christian leaders in an attempt to convince gun owners to ‘turn them all in’.  The reason for the anti-gun action is that despite the NAZI anti-gun laws gun violence in Boston has actually gone up since the first anti-gun laws went into effect in 1998.   City officials report that in the first three weeks of 2014 there were three times as many murders involving guns as there were during the same time in 2013!

At the beginning of February Boston Weak gun confiscations began in earnest.  Most cases involve people being picked up for other crimes, but one case involves a school cook accused of making threats against co-workers.  NAZI police claim she threatened to shoot people with an AK-47.   She does not own an AK-47, and pled not guilty at her arraignment.   Cops stole her legally owned 9mm pistol.  Her husband says the charges are bogus.

Boston news media proudly reports that since the beginning of 2014 Boston NAZI cops have seized 71 “illegal” guns.   Pics of those guns, put on display by proud NAZI cops, show brand new lever action cowboy rifles and revolvers, not something gang bangers would use.  Under Massachusetts anti-gun laws, any gun that has not been licensed (registered) is an illegal gun!

Exceptional Failed State: U.S. job losses & store closings 02-03 November 2013. More News Department layoffs! Massive lumber store shutdown!

Incomplete list of announced closings and layoffs:

Alabama: In Mountain Brook, a Piggly Wiggly grocery store shutdown.  Local news reports say customers actually demonstrated against the closing.

California:  In Los Angeles, France based food service company Sodexo shutdown, 130 jobs lost!  Southern California Edison laid off more people, this time 100!  In Cupertino, Andrews International laid off 66 employees.   MC Communications laid off 120 people!   In Riverbank, Silgan Containers continues its hemorrhaging of jobs, this time 34 people let go.

Louisiana: University of Louisiana Monroe eliminated 25 positions.  It’s blamed on reduced taxpayer funding and declining student enrollment.

Maine:  Cape Cod Times eliminated 17 positions.  It’s blamed on the bad economy, although the news media source was recently taken over by  Newcastle Investment Corporation.  Taxsucker Bath Iron Works laid off 39 employees.  It’s blamed on reduced military spending.

Massachusetts: Brucker Corporation laid of 150 people!  This is on top of previous layoffs.  Officials with the scientific instruments maker said the bad economy is forcing them to contract out their work.  The SouthCoast Media Group laid off eight employees.  It’s blamed on crashing revenues.  Building #19 “The Humble Department Store” shutdown 10 stores after 50 years of business.  Company officials blamed their loss of revenue on the internet!

New York:  Endicott Interconnect confirmed they will start laying off their remaining 575 employees!  The company went bankrupt in July 2013, and will be sold off.   In Batavia, Arnold’s Bakery Outlet shutdown.  The owners refused to comment.

Ohio:  What housing market recovery?  81 years old Carter Lumber shutting down 26 stores!  Company officials say those stores are not making enough money, due to the downturn in the housing market. Their remaining stores will focus on contractor sales only.

Pennsylvania: The Titusville Area Hospital eliminated 18 full time jobs.  Hospital officials blame the Obama Care insurance industry for actually preventing health care: “We also realize that due to higher co-payments and deductibles being imposed on patients, many avoid seeking services or may put them off altogether.”-Anthony J. Nasralla, CEO

West Virginia:  In Follensbee, Koppers coal tar plant laid off 25 people.  It’s blamed on the bad economy.

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) doesn’t count the hundreds of layoffs involving less than 50 people each, in its mass layoff reports. It also doesn’t count all the little ‘mom & pop’ businesses that shut down.

More Fukushima / Nuke Industry Fallout: IAEA preps for global spread of radiation! More contaminated fish! Radioactive dirt dumped in California? USN knew personnel were being irradiated!

Fishermen in Fukushima Prefecture report they’ve caught scorpion fish that are contaminated with as much as 110 becquerels per kilogram of radiation.  That’s much higher than the original government safe limit, which was actually raised to 100 Bq per kilogram after the Fukushima Daiichi nuke disasters.  However, the Fukushima fishing association is maintaining their own standard of 50 Bq limit.  The fishing association says they are down to about 32 specie of fish that are so far within their 50 Bq radiation limit.

A report in The Asia Pacific Journal says the U.S. Navy knew the USS Ronald Reagan carrier group was being hit by high levels of radiation, during Operation Tomodachi.  This is based on recorded U.S. government phone conversations: “…The ship was adhering to that requirement and detected some activity about two and a half times above normal airborne activity using on-board sensors on the aircraft carriers. So that indicated that they had found the plume and it was probably more significant than what we had originally thought. The second thing that has happened is we have had some helicopters conducting operations from the aircraft carrier and one of the helicopters came back from having stopped on board the Japanese command ship in the area, and people who had been on — were on the helicopter who had walked on the deck of the ship, were monitored and had elevated counts on their feet, 2500 counts per minute. But I wanted to get you guys on the line and my expert on the line so we can get the data and then the proper people notified.”-Admiral Kirkland Donald

Notice that what Admiral Donald was saying , not only he is concerned for U.S. military personnel, but he’s indicating that the Japanese navy ships and personnel were already highly irradiated!

The discussion pointed out that after ten hours of exposure USN and USMC personnel would be dealing with a “thyroid dose issue”.   Radiation detectors on the USS Ronald Reagan itself showed levels at 30 times ‘normal’ background.

In San Francisco, California, workers removing contaminated dirt from the old Hunters Point Navy Shipyard report that nobody is conducting required radiation checks, before the dirt is hauled off to a garbage dump.  Kevin Jackson, a truck driver whose been hauling the contaminated dirt to land fills for the past three years, testified at a community meeting: “They would dig it up and load the trucks and take it out. It’s not being tested for RAD.”

Officials from the U.S. Navy told residents that they do not believe all the dirt is contaminated, hence the lack of testing.  However, local news media say that in 2012 the USN stated that all the dirt will be tested.  The scandal was revealed by an unnamed whistleblower who told California officials that “no radiological soil assessment has been or is being performed”, period!

I’ve reported on the pseudo-secret U.S. Department of Energy taxpayer funded radiation detection program in Jamaica and Bahamas.   Now the Bahamian Ministry of Health has revealed they’ve spent more than $80-thousand USD (probably money from the U.S. DoE) to join the UN International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).

It was also revealed that this month the IAEA held meetings with Bahamas’ Department of Customs, Environmental Health Services, the Port Authority as well as the Ministries of Health and National Security.  Apparently there is growing concern about irradiated products coming from Japan, or other countries: “Imported products that are at greatest risk from elevated levels of radiation emission will be identified and items found emitting radiation will be returned to the primary source where the imported product originated.”-Perry Gomez, Health Minister of Bahamas

Exceptional Failed State: Double taxation as restaurants from Florida to California charge new ObamaCare tax!

A Los Angeles, California, based restaurant, Republique, is charging a 3% ACA “surcharge” on any meal you eat there.

In Florida, the restaurant chain, Gator’s Dockside, is charging a 1% ACA “surcharge”.

Company officials say it’s the only way they can financially comply with Obama Care laws.

Now realize that individuals are already paying for Obama Care, unless their income is so low it’s free for them, but most U.S. citizens who don’t qualify for ‘free’ Obama Care are paying far higher health insurance fees.  Many that had employer provided insurance have lost that as employers have cut work hours as a way of avoiding the Obama Care mandate for company provided insurance.  And then there are those of us who can not get ‘free’ Obama Care because the states we live in have refused to adopt the new ACA Medicaid rules, we’re still gonna have to pay at the end of the tax year through IRS imposed Obama Care fines!

In other words, the people of the United States are being double and even triple taxed for health care (that some people like me isn’t going to get)!   Unfair taxation was the primary motivation for the creation of the United States, but I don’t see anyone running around shouting “No taxation without representation!”

World War 3, East European Front: Ukraine no longer sovereign, now a failed state! Obama regime threatens war with Russia!

The Obama regime’s Chuck Hagel joined NATO in threatening war on Russia.  Hagel claims that Ukraine is still a sovereign country.  Bull crap!

Ukraine now has an illegitimate government, by ‘western’ democracy standards.  Ukraine is now literally divided along demographic lines. Ukraine is literally divided geographically, with at least ten provinces breaking away and siding with Russia.   Because of the situation Ukraine is now financially insolvent.  All these things add up to a failed state, meaning it is no longer sovereign, mister dip schtick Hagel!
