Claiming to be a first, intentionally operating combat aircraft from a U.S. state highway (such operations having been done in Europe since the Cold War), the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and Michigan Air National Guard conducted operation Thunder LZ (Landing Zone), beginning on 05AUG2021. Thunder LZ involved Michigan Air Guard A-10Cs, U.S. Air Force A-10Cs from Arizona, and USAF C-146As from Florida.

It is part of wargame Exercise Northern Strike.  The highway is M-32, and involved the Michigan Department of Transportation, and a local electricity utility which had to take down some lines so the aircraft could safely land and take-off.  Local police were on scene, as well as fire fighters just in case.  But first, the M-32 had to be ‘taken’ (secured) by Special Tactics Airmen assigned to the 24th Special Operations Wing.

The USAF says using highways is part of its ‘near peer threat’ Agile Combat Employment (ACE) tactic. The aircraft used are C-146As (Dornier 328) and A-10Cs: “The A-10 allows us to land a lot more places to get fuel, weapons and other armaments so we can operate anywhere, anytime. This will allow us to get away from using built-up bases that our adversaries can target, by moving much more rapidly.”-Captain John Renner, 354th Fighter Squadron, Davis–Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona

It’s not the first time using a highway for A-10Cs from Michigan’s 127th Wing.  In June 2016, 127th A-10Cs used a highway in Estonia, during wargame Saber Strike.

Since the days of the undeclared Cold War, NATO and ‘enemy’ forces have practiced using highways for impromptu air bases.  The use of Michigan’s M-32 is supposedly the first time a highway within the U.S. was used for such operations.  Sounds like the Cold War never went away.

Vaccine Fail: New data says vaccines turn people into Super Incubators-Super Spreaders!

A supposed ‘leak’ of a U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) report revealed that vaccines are not working to prevent infections, or to stop the spread of pathogens.  The new data also shows that it is actually vaccinated people that have become the biggest threat to people who are not vaccinated, not the other way ’round!

One of the Powerpoint subtitles to the leaked CDC report is Breakthrough cases may reduce public confidence in vaccines, and also mentions Primary Vaccine Failure.  Breakthrough cases refer to vaccinated people getting infected and sick, even hospitalized, by the very thing the vaccine was supposed to prevent.  Click on this to read the leaked CDC Powerpoint presentation.

Operation Jupiter: CoViD-19 just the beginning, get ready for Bio-Electric Warfare!

It has just been revealed (29JUL2021) that back in January of this year, the U.S. Department of Defense conducted a Planning for Research and Optimization of Medical Investigations and Scientific Engagement (PROMISE) Workshop, which included something called Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) Medical Counter Measures (MCM).

The workshop was not only about dealing with new chemical and biological treats, but possible ‘surprise’ threats as well.  So called scientific expert analysis of such things was admitted to be a problem when it was also stated that one of the goals was to improve “competency regarding identification and diagnosis” of such threats.

Another Orwellian goal of the CBDP-MCM program is to develop an artificial intelligence/machine learning-driven system to detect, diagnose, and identify biological threats.  And in another admission of scientific expert failings, to better understand the immune system of humans.

Another MCM project is creating a system to control involuntary muscle movement.  The Micro-Electrode Array (MEA) creates a synapse between artificially ‘grown’ nerve and muscle cells.

The Neuro-Muscular Junction (NMJ) was grown on an electrode, and moved when hit by light.  The stated goal of this MCM is to reduce reliance on non-human animals to test for, and treat, exposure to the expected new arsenal of chemical weapons, such as bio-electric chemicals which attack your body’s cellular level electrical system!

And of course, vaccine development is also part of the CBDP-MCM program.

On 22JUL2021, the Air Force Research Laboratory’s (AFRL) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program unveiled a medical device designed to prevent people from getting infected with coronavirus.

It’s called a STAT Enclosure and was originally presented by a San Antonio, Texas, doctor back in June 2020.  It is meant for healthcare workers.  It fits over the head and shoulders of the infected victim,  it has ports to allow healthcare worker’s hands inside to treat the patient.  It also has an air hose that can be used to create a pressure environment inside the box.

The designers with Olifant Medical claim that while it looks simple, it was very difficult to develop.  Its development was paid for by the U.S. Air Force’s AFWERX program.  I found a news article which not only revealed that the AFWERX funded STAT Enclosure cost U.S. taxpayers a minimum of $1-million, but that AFWERX actually began its relationship with Olifant Medical back in February/March 2019 when AFWERX paid Olifant Medical $50-thousand in ‘seed funding’!

In 2018, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO, which has become a global military since the end of the Cold War) announced that it would establish a new headquarters (HQ) in Norfolk, Virginia.  On 15JUL2021, NATO declared that HQ fully operational (Full Operational Capability).

Essentially, NATO felt threatened by Russia and decided to create new ‘secondary’ military HQs outside of Europe, far away from Russia.   NATO’s Atlantic and European operations can now be directed from Virginia.

In September 2020, NATO announced Initial Operational Capacity for its Norfolk HQ.  It is officially known as Joint Force Command (JFC) Norfolk, and is one of three JFCs around the world, it is the only JFC in North America.  All the JFCs report to the Supreme Allied Commander Europe in Casteau, Belgium.  In other words, a military HQ commanded by officials based in Europe is now located in the United States.

JFC Norfolk hosts military personnel from 19 ‘allied’ nations and two ‘partner’ nations.  In June 2021, NATO’s Theater Component Commanders, and leaders from national headquarters around the Atlantic Rim, converged on JFC Norfolk to discuss ways to coordinate military activities: “The security environment has changed; it is more critical than ever that we, the military leaders within NATO, continue to reinforce our commitment achieving our shared visions. On 15JUL2021, the U.S. Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic announced it will spend $5-billion on global construction projects on Navy/Marine Corps bases across the globe.

It is not only one of the largest construction projects ever for NAVFAC, it is considered the first ‘innovative contingency contract’: “This contract encompasses cutting-edge procedures geared to unique rapid response/emergency missions. NAVFAC will deliver on its promise to provide contingency construction support, surge to meet emerging requirements, and provide the necessary capability and flexibility to support the Navy’s mission in today’s ever changing world.”-Linda Stein, NAVFAC Contract Specialist

NAVFAC Atlantic officials also stated that the global project is necessary to provide an immediate response for civilian construction contract capability.  The Naval Construction Force contractors must also be able to perform under emergency situations.  Each individual innovative contingency contract must be completed by July 2029.
