Biden’s War: More U.S. Assault Rifles going to Africa

The United States is in the midst of delivering 5-thousand M4A1 (descendent of the M16/AR-15) assault rifles (AR) to the African country of Senegal.  It is part of Senegal’s desire to replace its worn-out M16A1s.

This is being called a ‘foreign military sale’ yet it was funded through the U.S. Special Defense Acquisition Fund, which is routinely used by the U.S. Army Security Assistance Enterprise to pay for so called foreign military sales. In other words, it is a shell game in which U.S. taxpayers actually pay for another country’s ‘purchase’ of U.S. weapons.  And this includes training the other country’s troops on how to use those weapons.

Biden’s War: Pennsylvania deploys to North Africa

On 15JUN2021, more than 2-hundred militia personnel of the 1st Squadron, 104th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat team, 28th Infantry Division, Pennsylvania Army National Guard, deployed to Texas (for deployment training on Fort Bliss), and then to northern Africa.

On 14JUN2021, a deployment ceremony was held at Southampton Armory, Philadelphia.  According to a U.S. Army report, the Pennsylvania Army National Guard will end up in Egypt (Which is physically in Africa, not The Middle East. The U.S. government has been listing any Arab speaking/Muslim country as being in The Middle East/Southwest Asia. The only part of Egypt that is in Southwest Asia is the Sinai Peninsula.).

Already-paid-for Obama-era Patrol Boat, sunk by Biden? Re-floated by Ukraine Crisis!

(This report has been updated) In June 2022, the U.S. Navy (USN) announced a replacement for the expensive Mark VI(6) patrol boat; the 40PB Defiant. 

As of January 2022, Ukraine placed an order for 12 Mark-6 patrol boats.  This was part of a U.S. Department of State subsidized deal for 16 boats, announced back in June 2020!

In May 2021, the USN suspended their planned ‘divestment’ of the Mark-6 patrol boat.

Surprisingly, in February 2021 the USN announced that it will get rid of the Mark-6 by the end of the year, despite the fact that U.S. taxpayers already paid $15-million per Mark-6 Patrol Boat!  The USN blames it on reliability problems and cost of operations, and the claim that the U.S. President Joseph Robinette Biden Junior wants to cut funding to the military!

The news of the USN’s decision to ‘divest’ their Mark-6 Patrol Boats comes a month after (January 2021) Ukraine signed a U.S. State Department Foreign Military Sales deal to buy the 16 new-build Mark-6 boats from SAFE Boats International. The total cost of the U.S. taxpayer subsidized deal comes to $600-million!

In June 2020, the U.S. Department of State announced a Foreign Military Sale for up to 16 Mark-6 patrol boats, and associated equipment, to Ukraine.  State Department Foreign Military Sales are subsidized with U.S. taxpayer funding, because the sales are considered a form of “security assistance”!

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has many sub-programs for helping provide food for their National School Lunch Program.  One of those sub-programs is in coordination with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), it’s called the USDA DoD Fresh Fruit & Vegetable Program (aka USDA DoD Fresh).

Even though it’s listed as a USDA program, it is actually operated by the DoD’s Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support Subsistence supply chain.

This fiscal year, there is already a record $470-million in requests for food from USDA DoD Fresh, and in just one week of November a record 20-thousand-958 orders were shipped.  Last year, the requests for USDA-DoD supplied fresh veggies hit $371-million.  It’s all blamed on CoViD-19 overreactions by local and state governments, resulting in schools shutting down completely and food orders being canceled: “Then as they came back in March, April and May, we began to see where USDA DoD Fresh was meeting their needs because of the fact that [schools] could get weekly deliveries of fresh produce, and the vendors were able to give them individually wrapped products like baby carrots in a bag, orange slices, and apple slices.”-Katherine Staley, Chief of Program Integrity and Monitoring Branch with USDA Food Distribution Division

Katherine Staley also implied that apparently the sudden shutdown of schools and cancelation of civilian food vendor contracts caused many of those vendors to ‘go away’, and now many school districts are scrambling to find civilian food suppliers: “While states figure out how to get the other items, we are a failsafe. Our contracts are in place, our vendors are up and running and ready to go. It’s a team effort making this work.”

Staley pointed out that while many of the civilian food venders might be getting their food from foreign imports, all of the USDA DoD Fresh food “…is U.S. produced. It…supports American agriculture.”

48 states plus Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Washington DC, use the USDA DoD Fresh program.

California: FEMA begins federal level mass-vaccination sites, in Los Angeles and Oakland!

Maryland’s gov’na toured the state’s first mass-vax site in the parking lot of Six Flags in Bowie, 05FEB2021.

 In Gulfport, on 08FEB2021, U.S. Navy SeaBees (construction engineers) built what is being called a “CoViD Vaccine Administration Camp”.

It was a ‘proof of concept’ build to see if such vaccine administration camps were feasible.

The small camps are intended to issue 250 vaccines per day, and could also be used for ‘humanitarian assistance’ around the globe.

On Fort Leonard Wood (my Army Basic  & Advanced Training alma mater), Nutter Field House was used to hold a mass vaccination event for military personnel on 05-06FEB2021.

New Hampshire:  FEMA (taxpayers) will somehow cover the cost of state/local level pandemic operations!
