On 26 February 2013/15 Raby’ ath-Thani 1434/08 Esfand 1391, the roof collapsed at the Brigham City Kmart, in Utah, killing one demolition worker.
The Kmart had been closed down and was being demolished. Officials with Occupational Safety and Health Administration are now investigating.
