The rape victim is a fellow police officer! 

In the state of Washington at least two policemen (smoe reports say three) have been suspended without pay after being accused of sex crimes.   The city of Spokane suspended one cop accused of Second Degree Rape, another cop suspended for First Degree Rendering Criminal Assistance and Obstructing a Law Enforcement Officer.

One of the officers is the president of the local police guild!  The rape allegedly took place at a police party in October.  Statements by the victim made it sound like she might have been drugged because she felt “very intoxicated” before passing out.

Investigators say they were helped by the accused cops’ own cell phone calls and text messages.  Of course, the accused cops pled not guilty, despite those phone and text records.
